I'm new to chiropractic care and I will admit, I was quite skeptical and nervous to even go! I had injured my lower back years ago and which ended up making my feet hurt alot. Dr Amy Bennett is the Best! She is very gentle and understanding of your needs! She listens and tells you what she's doing and why. I had lots of questions for her and she always answered every one in a professional manner. The front desk coordinator is awesome as well! She's always smiling and seems to be glad you came in! If you ever have any hesitation, go to see Dr Amy and she won't let you down...only you will feel much better! Take it from someone who was really scared but now I'm excited to go! I went to the joint a few times a year and a half ago for my back. They helped but when I tried to call and cancel the plan they told me I could not do it by phone. I work over night and am asleep during their hours of operation. So they continue to charge me for over a year now for a service I can not use. This is uncalled for. I should be able to cancel not have to keep paying for a service I can not use. Money is tight and they don’t help.

I have been visiting the Joint for 1 1/2 years. First at Sugar Hill, with Dr Trainer than at Loganville for about a year for my sciatica . Dr Amy is GREAT. ove this location. I've been to several Joint Chiropractics but this location by far is our family's favorite. First of all, we love Kristina. My kids love her, they love that she knows them and I love that she talks with them. I love walking in to an office setting and being taken care of right away, before we even see the doctor. She's a gem.
We have loved Dr. Scott immensely and today when we went in and found out she may or may not be coming back, due to location of the office from her home, we were anxious about the new Dr. Chang. By the time we left (I bring myself, my 15 yo son and 13 yo daughter) we were so thrilled he was going to be the new main Dr. at this location. He was kind, chatted easily with both myself and my teenagers. He listened to the problem areas and used new techniques (to us) that didn't jar at all but actually made a major difference.
I personally walked out feeling like an entirely new person. My back felt better than it has felt in years. I love the option of being able to end my time there when I am ready, but also that Dr. Chang spoke of coming back about four more times, with him, and getting exercises to help strengthen the areas that have become debilitating to me. Absolutely thrilled.

I have had very good success with Dr Scott. I originally went when my back seized up and I was unable to stand up straight without a lot of pain. She fixed that with one visit. I joined the membership to keep me in line and go once per week for a routine adjustment. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with neck or back pain. Dr. Scott is awesome!

I have suffered from lower back pain since i was in high school. I currently work as a police officer so my pain has increasingly gotten worse. The staff at The Joint ( loganville location ) is great. The receptionist always greets you with a smile and a warm friendly "Hello". And i can't say enough good about Dr. Scott to do her justice. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
My wife ( Jennifer Reese )suffers from seizures and has fallen several times, leaving her in terrible pain. The first time she saw Dr. Scott she made a few ajustments and releaved a great deal of her pain. The frequency of her seizures has decreased greatly as well. For the first time in many years Jennifer has hope for a brighter future.

Dr. Scott is honestly the greatest chiropractor I’ve ever had. After going to multiple chiropractors around town I’ve finally found the best of the best. Back pain was reduced tremendously. Couldn’t ask for a better chiropractor. Highly recommend 10/10
