Not being able to concentrate for long periods is a risk factor of not sleeping enough. This may influence your work or family life. This could also have a huge impact on your ability to drive, which is dangerous.

Another risk factor is your inability to have a regular eating schedule, which may cause weight gain. Not sleeping consistently means you may choose to eat what is quick and easy, rather than nutritious.
