The turnover with the doctors has become very noticeable, and the consistency in care just isn’t what it used to be. I have been using the chiropractic care The Joint offers for around three months now, and the experience has been well worth every cent! I had never gone to a chiropractor prior to my first visit in December 2025, but I was starting to experience pain that started as nerve pain in my right foot and later started to move up around my knee. I had even scheduled a podiatry appointment thinking I had a bunion or something causing the pain. I have also always had lower back pain that I knew was associated with childbearing. I have been using the chiropractic care The Joint offers for around three months now, and the experience has been well worth every cent! This pain was now starting to impact my quality of life and interfere with my regular physical fitness routines. The Joint has been the answer! The doctors are all amazing. They educate during the process, and they genuinely care. The app-based (walk-in - no appointment) check-in at whatever center is closest fits perfectly in my unpredictable schedule. I came with a newly developed issue with my shoulder and neck from tension. This was also my first time at a chiropractor btw, so I was a little nervous. 1/5 Stars -- Predatory Business Practice and Stole $424 from me. DO NOT go here. Absolutely would not recommend this business. I visited on 02/11/25 with severe lower back pain and wanted a single adjustment. The front desk agent told me that they DO NOT do single adjustments. The front desk agent said that what they could do for me is get me a single adjustment today and then I would need to come back for four additional adjustments, however the additional adjustments would never expire and I could visit whenever. So, I agreed. It was initially $108 Dollars and I was required to sign 10 different documents (which should have been a red flag). Unfortunately, the adjustment only made my back worse and I actually herniated an additional disc. I had to go to the Wellstar Kennestone Emergency Room later that night where I was admitted because my back was so inflamed that I physically could no longer stand up. I was assigned an Orthopedic Surgeon who told me not to go back to Chiropractic Care and instead prescribed me Physical Therapy rehabilitation for a month afterword. When I was released from the hospital, I had called The Joint Chiropractic Marietta to tell them that my Orthopedic Surgeon declined for me to get chiropractic care and that I would not be returning and to cancel any plans or memberships. Four months later, I found out that The Joint Chiropractic has continually been charging be $79 a month for their Wellness plan that I HAVE NOT been using. When I called The Joint Chiropractic Marietta on 06/27/25 to ask why I have been continually charged when I had called and told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel back in February, I thought that was it. Apparently, they didn't write it down or have it on record. I was called by one of the Managers, Sabrina, on 07/28/25, who said that all they could do was to wave the last $79 payment for June and that they would cancel my membership going forward. Even though I only visited once back in February, they feel charging me $424 is just and fair since they only do memberships and it's in their 10 pages of paperwork that new clients are required to sign. Absolute SCAM. If you want a membership-style Chiropractor, 100% Chiropractic is infinitely better.

I went to The Joint Chiropractic for the $29 new patient special and ended up signing up for the $79 monthly membership for four adjustments a month. After the first visit, I did feel some temporary relief and noticed I could move a little better without the same level of pain. But things went downhill fast. By my second visit, I couldn’t even lie on my stomach without sharp, severe pain shooting through my chest. I hadn’t felt anything like that before and the only thing that had changed was the adjustment I’d gotten three days prior. By the third visit, the pain was worse when I tried to lie down, and they avoided touching that area completely—focusing instead on my lower back and knee, which did feel better. The next day, I had pain just from breathing deeply or coughing. I went to a Wellstar chiropractor covered by my insurance and had an X-ray done. Turns out the first chiropractor at The Joint cracked one of my ribs. To make things worse, the second chiropractor I saw there tried to gaslight me and suggest it was something I did on my own. Absolutely not. I will never go back. Be careful.

Dr. Jones was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy . It was my first and last time at this facility and the Chiropractor that was supposed to help me (Dr. Jones) had a very obvious attitude in her tone and with her face while I as the patient was treating her with nothing but respect. She walked away mid conversation with a definite attitude to go tell the receptionist to transfer me to another facility that spoke Spanish. She made 0 attempt to help me fully understand the instructions she was giving me and like I said had a very nasty attitude when I was just trying to explain where it was I was hurt . I wouldn’t recommend coming to this facility or to “Dr. Jones” for any of your needs especially if you speak anything else but English for your first language.

2026 Update: Still going here and it's been amazing but it's gotten so much better. Dr Burt cracked me like no one else has come close to!!! I feel the best I felt in years. He has the power and precision needed. Not afraid to get in there and crack that sucker hard. God I feel alive again. Can't shout him out enough. He is currently there Tues to Sats so if you need the best in the business go see him !!! Dr Jones is the best chiropractor the joint has to offer. Her and her staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. The office is so clean and relaxed I always enjoy coming here. Dr Jones always goes above and beyond in adjustments and care. Before I started going here I would wake up in the middle of the nights a few times a month and be weeping from pain. Front desk was apathetic at best, and when i went to the back Dr Jones popped my back twice lol (like i could on the back of my chair) and did the lifting pop motion and called it a day. I asked for further assistance with neck/shoulders/etc and was given the lightest touch of the joint gun. So 3 moves ?? My regular joint guy does a minimum of 8 each time, and spends around 8-10 minutes with me. I would be shocked if she spent 2 full minutes. Unbelievable. Ive paid for a membership for 2 years now to be forced to essentially pay 20 dollars for 1.5 minutes of nothing? Definitely considering getting rid of my membership because these providers are too unreliable . My neck feels worse thwn when i came in.. smh

terrible front desk service, ive been coming to the Tereel miil rd location for years and went in to buy a ten pack and the lady at the desk was very condescending and rude, Instead of explaining why I have to fill out more forms even though I filled out the annual ones in March she said they make us and if you go somewhere else you'll still fill them out so just stay here and fill them out. nope and I will never come back and your office just lost out on a ten pack and it was my home office. this location has really gone down hill. sad

I had an issue with my back at work. My last visit to a Chiropractor sometime ago. In need of care I found The Joint Chiropractic very close to my office. I was in terrible pain and had to be brought to my car in a wheelchair. I could barely walk coming into the office. Sabryn at the front office greeted me and treated me with care as I waited to be seen. The Doctor took time to find out my daily habits at my office and offered solutions, stretching and exercises to help with my issues with my back during my session. I walked out of the office feeling so much better! I opted in for the Wellness Plan that has me back on the road to a healthy back and core again. I even received a call from the Doctor on duty the next day to check on how I was feeling. Each visit, since my first, has been consistent with the care and customer service. I highly recommend this particular location for your Chiropractic needs. It fits into my busy schedule and the staff treats me with care. A wonderful experience every visit!

Completely awful experience and I wish I could give zero stars and report the doctor to his licensing board. I went to The Joint located at Terrell Mill Rd at about noon on May 25, 2024, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare provider in my life. It was also the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I went in because I have days long tension headaches that are typically relieved following adjustment. I have been to this location several times in the past and they have treated me provided quite a bit of relief. However in this occasion The doctor I saw spent about 15 minutes talking to me about how I so clearly looked like I was in pain and he could visibly see the muscle tension. I repeatedly told him that I was in pain throughout the conversation. He gave me the standard treatment plan of 3 visits the first week, 2 the second week, and once a week for three weeks. THIS WAS PRIOR TO ANY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION and after a very brief review of my paperwork/records. I shared that I already have a chiropractor that I see regularly and came here because it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend, and that I would be following up with her after the holiday. He told me that she was clearly not a good chiropractor if I was in this much pain, and that I needed to buy the monthly treatment package he was pitching. I repeated that I have my regular chiropractor and would follow up with her. He told me “we don’t provide crisis care” and then literally stared me down. I again repeated that I am happy to follow up with my chiropractor. He finally told me he would “take a look” and had me lie down on the table. He wiggled my feet, walked around me once, and then used a device that applies a pop of pressure behind my ear. And that was it!! He then walked me to the front and told the employees at the front desk that he was recommending the previously described treatment plan. I told them that my “treatment” left me feeling the same as when I walked in— in pain and now upset and uncomfortable. I wish I had refused to pay, because he all but refused to treat me. I believe he did the bare minimum to somehow justify charging me. To compare- my regular chiropractor spends no less than 30 minutes with me per appointment and provides adjustment, massage, and other relaxation techniques. I was shaking and crying when I got to my car. I finally calmed down enough to call a neighboring location and make a complaint. I was assured that I could make my complaint with that location, and that someone would be contacting me to discuss. It has been a full week and I have not heard a word from anybody. I will never go back no matter how much pain I am experiencing now that I know that they will not provide “crisis care” if I don’t purchase their package.

I came in after a spine injury became too much to bear. I was experiencing pain while carrying someone and that was my last straw. I came in, was seen quickly. The rest of the day I was in pain, pain improved with ice. Within a few days I was able to go back to weightlifting at 100%. No back pain, even when lifting 200 pounds overhead.

The Joint - Deceptive Practices and Subpar Services I visited The Joint in December of 2023, seeking relief from extreme neck/back pain. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment due to the lack of explicit verbal communication regarding their automatic, monthly renewal process. Upon signing up for (what I believed to be) a one-month plan, I was not informed verbally about the auto-renewal, a practice I find exploitative, especially for individuals in pain. The ensuing frustration escalated when I recently discovered that I had been charged $79 twice for 8 visits I never received, and never intended to receive upon the realization in the first 3 visits that it was not helpful. Busy in the following months training for a new job, I initially overlooked the charges. Eventually, I realized that I had been charged for 2 additional months. I am baffled that a business fronting as a medical practice has the audacity to charge a person for “treatment” they didn’t even receive! Adding to this, the chiropractic service I did receive in the first month failed to resolve my issue. If anything, it exacerbated my neck and back pain. This lack of transparency, coupled with subpar service, is deeply concerning. I urge others to be cautious of such practices before seeking treatment at The Joint. **I would like to add that this is the first time I have ever been so compelled to leave a negative google review for a business, EVER. I just can’t fathom the idea of a practice taking advantage of people in pain, and I was in agony at the time I signed a misleading document hoping to find relief. Truly a shame.

I came in this past week & it was my first time at a chiropractor. I decided to come in because I was experiencing lower back pain at moments when I worked. The issue wasn’t that serious, but I didn’t want it to escalate. When I came in from my appointment at 11, there was a patient currently talking to the chiropractor. As I was waiting I was listening to what the chiropractor was saying. Strangely enough once it was my turn to go to the back, Natasha (not 100% sure if I remembered her name) repeated exactly what she told the older man before me. The front desk lady and the chiropractor actually pretty nice but everything seemed rehearsed and recited just to get more money. The chiropractor didn’t really do anything for my lower back, but she did crack my neck which felt good. Certain lines that we rehearsed were “ I wish I was a magician and I could tell you that one fix would correct your back, but it’s just like braces, realignment will take time.” Which does make sense but it was 100% recited to me. The older man before me was experiencing serious, back pain and while he was checking out, she told him that she wants to see him this week and two times next week and also that she’ll throw in 3 free sessions. The chiropractor said the same exact thing to me once I was checking out, even throwing in 3 free sessions. I am in my early 20s with just a minor issue, and she wants to see me the same amount of times, as the other guy was serious issues. Even the lady at the front desk I believe her name started with an N as well, recited the same exact thing to me as she did the older guy. By putting the pieces together, I realize that this practice only wants money. Don’t get me wrong they were very very sweet but it did not seem personal.

I've never considered being seen by a Dr. that "cracks your back" because the sound of the adjustment just rubbed me the wrong way. Lots of positive reviews, so they obviously aren't always getting it wrong. For me, they did. I was told 20 years ago by an ortho surgeon that I needed fusion. I declined and have managed my back issues since then while playing golf a couple times per week. For me, I believe the best course is stretching, pilates/core, rest, and only when that won't make it right, will I resort to forced movement via chiropractic. Most chiros are OK with that, but occassionally I run into one like Dr. Bob at the Joint who insists that weekly, forceful chiro adjustments are the way to get my back to calm down. Uh, no. Dr. Bob did take the time to give me a thorough adjustment, and to explain his point of view, but the adjustment was more aggressive than I'm used to, and I'm still experiencing soreness a week later, which has never happened with other chiro adjustments I've received. I imagine he'd say I just need to come in more often, but I won't be back.

This is just a marketing scheme, by no means is it medical care. I walked in for the first time, wasn’t even asked what was going wrong (I had to offer the information). She did her routine that corporate mandates they do in about 4 minutes then told me to leave. I pushed back on that, and she laid me down again for another minute to do another standard adjustment and said to come back Saturday. Why would anybody go back if you have a real issue??? All they want to do is give cheap routine adjustments, which I guess you pay for. You will see this at every location where they do their same routine, tell you “we couldn’t get everything” and then tell you to come back in 2 days. Exact same script at 2 different locations, pure scam artists if you’re looking for anything beyond their standard adjustment.

I don’t want to speak ill of the other doctors, but Dr. Bob and Fab always take the time to adjust and ask questions of where it’s hurting instead of a quick adjust. I like this location and the front desk guy is super nice and welcoming.

I came here 2x then decided to end my membership. The receptionist told me she could help. The payments stopped but suddenly a few months later the charges came back. The business model is clearly built on charging unwitting customers and although they claim you can cancel they will charge you even if you go to the store in person and request to end contract. This is a scam. Customer service is just a voice mail with suggestions.

I’m from Utah, out here on business. My neck is tight and sore, went in for relief. Very disappointed, the adjustment took less than 2 or 3 minutes. Only tried to adjust my neck in one direction, and it didn’t ever crack. I explained that my chiropractor adjusted my neck when I was sitting up. She said she couldn’t do that. She used the trigger and said that worked as well. I was in discomfort when I went in and that condition has not changed! $45.00 for the worst adjustment I have ever had.

We have been seeing Eduardo for a month now and i can strongly say he is one of the best in the business. He takes the time to go over the whole body and adjust accordingly. I was skeptical at first, no lie. But visiting here has been in the back of my mind for a long time. I've been dealing with annoying neck and back pain more frequently and decided to bite the bullet today. I'm SO glad I did. From start to finish everyone at this location was friendly and informative. The doctor was kind and attentive, and my adjustment was nothing short of amazing. I felt so good after and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I signed up for the wellness plan, the best part of it is unlike many other "plans" gyms and the like offer, this plan doesn't have a contract or cancelation fee. This made me feel more like I'm not just another number to them. They want to help me be my best self. Today Saturday 02/26/22 around 4pm. Go to Terrell mill location … don’t know dr. Name But she was so lazy I guess … push my back twice and use the gun to hit a couple spots on back and neck. It was less than 15 sec . Told me that was it..a quick time up???? What could I say… it is waste and cost me a visit.

I thought this place was great in the beginning but in November I asked the chiropractor if they adjusted elbows because my last place did. They said they did as well but they adjusted my right arm too hard. It was hurting a couple of hours later and by the morning, I couldn't bend my arm! I couldn't even reach to touch my face. I spent my birthday, Thanksgiving and my birthday vacation in a brace and arm sling. The most disappointing this is that I've never talked to the manager, Sarah. She sent a message to the receptionist to give me 2 extra sessions, but I was injured and still suffering the consequences almost 2 months later. I reached out to corporate who said that they can't do anything but would talk to the owner. As of today, I have not received a call for anyone at the local branch. I was not in pain before this event and have worked with multiple chiropractors for over 10 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had!! If you decide to go to The Joint, have health insurance because if you're injured, they do not care!

You would think that there was some sort of contest going on to see how quickly the chiropractor could adjust a patient. I have been a member for years and I realize that they have many patients. Adjustments normally are very quick. But this was the biggest rush job I have ever seen. I also said hello and got no response in return.

I like to visit that location before, but last time I was there a new skinny girl- chiropractic ( I did not ask her name) was Really BAD, she spent less a minute to adjust me without any questions asked . Very frustrated with this place. I had a free visit and came in to use it on the 18th because it expired on the 19th and then lady at the front desk still wouldn’t let me use it. Said it expired even though the date was clearly for the next day. Then after I cancelled my wellness plan I still had two visits left and went in to use one and was told they had expired. No one told me they expired, in fact I was told they never expire. Very confused and frustrated and feel like I completely wasted money.

I thought chiropractic was Mumbojumbo till 5 years ago after needing PT. After a few months testing, benchmarking my own body needs/response, I took an annual Membership and now go weekly for fast all over maintenance that’s noticeable and effective. Staff at Terrell Mill location are fabulous too. Averaging $10 a session nobody can afford NOT TO do this - from a 4 year proven fool.

I have been to chiropractors many times in my life abs hace never had an issue. I was having pain In my neck which has occurred before but several adjustments has always done the trick. The chiropractor I normally used moved so I chose the joint clinic because of its location and introductory offer which included an x-ray, consultation and adjustment. I never was given an x-ray and after the most aggressive adjustment ever I ended up in the ER later that day with a chest contusion. Now I have chest and muscle issues to go along with my original neck issue. The worst use of my flex spending account ever. I will not go back there again as they really don’t focus on your specific issue but just into selling you packages. My last chiropractor would put ice on my neck and make me rest for up to 15 minutes after my adjustment. These guys just get you up tell you what package you need and send you on your way before you even have time to recover or think clearly about what just happened. They don’t really care about doing right by the patient. Their prices are great but you get what you pay for and now I am paying the price for choosing such an poor choice in facilities.

I’m a new client and have been 5 times in the past two weeks. 4 of those times have been great! In those times, the doctors took their time assessing what was causing my tightness and fixed it accordingly. The one bad time, the doctor was making a game out of the adjustment, seeing how fast they could adjust their patients. As a result, I felt tighter.. I went to a different location and the doctor their took their time and made sure all of my needs were met! As of now, I feel great! I do love how I can usually find a location within a mile of wherever I’m driving!

I've been going to the chiropractor most of my life and didn't mind investing into the monthly membership. I went to vist the joint when I started having pain in my lower back. But after one session I wasn't feeling much better and believed I needed further treatment. During the weekend the pain was back at were it was before I went to the joint. Hoseplaying a co-worker of mine picked me up and ened up cracking my spine, relieving all the pain. It's frustrating to feel like I was lied to and misdiagnosed by a professional chiropractor as a gimmick to recieve more money. I would suggest a private practice over a chain chiroprac office.

This location is my local one and I am quite happy to say so! The doctors here are always friendly. They don't rush but are timely, sensative to the needs of their patients. As I am recovering from surgery, they will see me back to my car to make sure I make it Okay. Sylvia is always friendly and a delight to see at the front desk! The worst “chiropractic” experience I’ve ever had. My mother warned me not to go to any of these places but I was desperate to get some relief from the pain i was experiencing in my back, which I usually get immediately after seeing a chiropractor. However, after seeing this “doctor” I left with even more pain... in my neck. I’m still not sure why he adjusted my neck when I explicitly stated I was having pain in my mid back. Immediately after the adjustment I told the “chiropractor” my neck was now in pain. He stated that that’s normal and would be sore for a few days. What??? I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ve been seeing chiropractors since I was in middle school. I think he intentionally made my neck hurt to get me to sign up for their little monthly package and come back. It didn’t work. It’s been almost 48 hours and I can barely move my neck. I will be contacting The Joint for a refund and never going back to this establishment ever again. Meanwhile, I have an appointment scheduled with a real chiropractor to help fix what this quack doctor made worse. Word of advice, listen to your first mind and your mother because they’re usually right.

Everyone else is great at all the locations but she really takes the cake.. I’ve been coming here for over a year and she literally made me ready to cancel my service. After speaking with another office, who was able to find me in the system, she said I should speak to the doctor on site, he was able to immediately find me in the system while Sylvia continued to argue I wasn’t in there.... a little less rude attitude and more helpfulness. Extremely frustrating when you are on your lunch break with limited time. Edit for reply: if you would like to contact me you can look me up in the computer, when you do so, maybe have your staff member watch and learn. I completely understand computers have learning curves, but the attitude she has and her failure to offer a solution... not exactly the customer service I would expect here, maybe McDonald’s or Walmart but not the joint.

Here we are again, with another doctor who is AMAZING. Dr. Burt is now at Marietta Joint Location. I have been hopping around the Joint Chiropractic locations in my area to get adjusted because most adjustments do not hold. I have been going to the Chiropractor for over 25 years, and I know what I need adjusted. Feel It and Fix It is my motto, and Dr. Burt did just that. He heard me and adjusted my neck and with that one adjustment, my shoulders felt better and I felt the relief. I have been in a little discomfort for a while and I know it is going to take time, but I do not have to go to multiple locations to get adjusted. Just keep Dr. Burt at this location and everything will be fine. Thank you.

Fraudulent and unethical business practices. What ever you do, don't sign a contract with this company. They charged me over $100.00 without rendering services and refused to refund the money. Reply- Hiding behind contracts and not refunding for services that were never rendered is an unethical practice. You're actively fleecing your customers and refusing to take responsibility for it. I informed your staff that I did not want to be charged past that 2 month minimum yet I was charged for an additional 2 months without receiving services. When I brought this to your attention no refund was issued.

Very friendly staff.... the Dr. was a lady was very nice. I just didn’t like that my adjustment came out of align the very next day and had to go get adjusted. They said it was normal but the Snellville location is just horrible! At least the MARIETTA location makes you feel more welcomed.

Dr. Thomas is the "Bomb". I worked in the medical field, in outside sales for many years. I drove all day and was involved in many auto accidents. Had many personal injury cases, and had many chiropractors do their thing. I fell a few weeks ago and hurt my "tail-bone". I was going to Arrowhead Clinic for treatments. The steem treatments and heat really did help with my soreness, but their chiropractic adjustment was a joke...It was nothing like, and could never be compared to an adjustment by Dr. Thomas' at the Joint at Terrell Mill Rd in Marietta. She is strong very good. She went directly to the center of the source of my pain and relieved it! Dr. Thomas has a terrific personality and until she adjusted me I really felt like chiropractors were not really doctors, but were just personal injury hustlers. I am so glad I decided to try The Joint.. I was in a lot of pain. I limped in... and was ready to do the "Eelectric Slide" on my way out.

My 2¢. The Joint chiropractic offices are going to be hit and miss. They employ different chiropractors who present varying levels of skill and use different adjustment techniques. Most of my experiences have been good, although some have been lackluster. There are two chiropractors that I would recommend: Dr. Thomas and my personal favorite, Dr. Josh. Dr. Thomas gives the best neck adjustments and she does an awesome "twister" adjustment. Dr. Josh uses the appropriate pressure to really achieve the upper back adjustments that I'm looking for. Ninety-five percent of my back pain is in my upper back, and Dr. Josh always targets that area effectively. He also does a great twister adjustment. If you're looking for a heavier-handed chiropractor who isn't afraid to "get in there".....look no further than Dr. Josh. Light-handed chiropractors, and those who use the activator, are the worst.

Sadly this is my 4 time in a The Joint Chiropractor location and by far the worst experience. Not saying that the the others were much better except the Orlando location! You get led into the back like a cow and told to lay down face first while answering a couple of questions. Then two cracks and on each side for a matter of seconds then your on your back for a neck crack and you are done all within 5 minutes! $39 and have a good day! This feels like a chop shop

My wife and I love the joint. It’s super affordable chiropractic care by doctors who know what they are doing for the most part. At this location, my wife and I can only ever get out there on Saturday or Sunday. Because of that, we’ve been hoping for this location to get a solid weekend guy. They finally did with Dr Wadjija. (Sorry for Misspelling). He’s awesome. Young guy who seems like he’s only a few years removed from college, but he does a great job.

I like that there are several locations around town, and that they are open so long on the weekend. I also have to say that I get a nice results with Dr. Josh Widjaja. He is the best chiropractor that I have had at this place.

I came in as a walk In , also a new patient . After sitting and waiting for over an hour another walk in comes in and got seen in under 10 minutes when I was supposed to be next in line . So I addressed the issue with the lady up front and she told me one second , proceeeded to send the other patient back and ignored my concerns . Not a great impression to leave on a new patient , I will not be returning .

The desk receptionist was friendly but when I went back to meet the doctor he didn't greet me. I thought maybe he needs to look at my chart but at least he should of greeted me and shook my hand. He kept his back to me for close to five minutes and when he turned he wouldn't even look at me. I am not sure if it was a racist situation being that I am white. It was the only conclusion I could draw being that he only had me lay on my stomach while he worked on me. With all my chiropractic treatments over the years, I have never had a doctor not have me flip to check my neck and back. He never really adjusted me. He only used an activator and shoved on my back roughly twice. I feel this location not only has a terrible method of chiropractic but I would also watch out for the doctor being that he would never address me. I will never return to this location for my chiropractic needs and HIGHLY advise against going. I just saw this from another white chiropractic patient: Other Joint locations like the one in Buckhead have helpful chiropractors, and have been very good, but my experience at this location was very bad- I will not be returning. After injuring my back, I was concerned that I had a bulging disc because my lower back was very painful and red/inflamed. I went in to see one of the chiropractors at this location and asked him about it. Instead of giving me any helpful advice or acting like he cared in the least, he simply ignored most of my questions about what I should do and didn't bother to respond. Basically his whole attitude was that my issues weren't his problem. After repeated questions, he said that I should go to the hospital and get an MRI if I was worried about my back! Unbelievable. I recommend boycotting this location altogether- I will not be returning. Don't support this kind of arrogance and un-professionalism. (Joshua G)

I was feeling discomfort in my upper back and decided to go to this location. I invited a friend who lives about an hour away. We went in, two ladies greeted us. One gave us a clipboard and started asking questions like, is this your first time? Yes. Do you have Medicare? No. After she asked the second question I said but I do have insurance. As soon as I said that the receptionist then takes the clipboard away from me and says I'll hold on to this for a minute. She took it from me without asking for it. So then I said , we will be paying cash. She hands me the clipboard back and I have a seat and start filling out the paperwork. While we are sitting there, my friend and I talk about what just happened and I say well I do love reviews. I then give the receptionist my clipboard and maybe she heard me but she was trying to fix what she had done minutes before. Sorry, but it was too late.. I will see if my insurance covers chiropractic care and if they do then I will not return to The Joint. If they don't then I will return to The Joint but not this location. Customer service is soo important that things like this will make you loose business. One good thing was the doctor, she was great! I am giving them three stars because of the doctor and not customer service.

My experience with this clinic has been awful. After you sign the "contract", good luck getting anyone to cancel your membership. I've been trying to cancel since August 2016, and now it's January 2017, and I'm still being charged. The first time I tried to cancel, I was rudely told that I needed to come into the office to cancel (at which point I moved out of state), and then the person on the phone hung up. Eventually I got someone on the phone again, and they said they would email the cancellation form. Again, nothing. Even after contacting the corporate office, I did not receive the form. Fast forward to late October 2016. Someone finally got back to me and emailed a cancellation form. I sent this back to the clinic by email and regular mail. And what a surprise...nothing. It's gotten to the point where I have to dispute every charge via my credit card company, as I've repeatedly asked for this service to be cancelled. If you do decide to sign up at this clinic, be sure to check your credit card statement each month, especially after you cancel.

Terrible experience!! The doctor adjusted my neck and I woke up with excruciating pain the next day. They don't do a thorough adjustment because they're too busy getting people in and out. He also didn't bother giving me a follow up plan (i.e. Come back in a week, ice it for the next day, etc). Never going back to The Joint.

I guess the doctors were okay but I needed an x-ray of my back so this is not the place for me. Also, I encountered the same girl at the receptionist's desk each time I came to this location and she was extremely rude every time. I am not a difficult customer and I always make sure to be as friendly as possible with customer service employees because I know it isn't the most fun job to have. But she would other even make eye contact with me. I don't think I ever saw her smile once. She was rude when I asked any questions and she seemed annoyed that she had to put her phone away for a second to speak to me the first time I came in. Even if I were going to continue going to The Joint, I would avoid this location simply because I don't enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for using services for which I am paying.
