I liked the staff and the doctor very much. The only thing I disliked was having to pay in advance for a procedure All I'm looking for is a place where I could just walk in and be seen and only come back when I'm in need of a chiropractor. Tried to charge me 79 dollars this month but I never signed up for a reoccurring payment. Nor did I sign my husband up for one while I was there. I did a one time payment cause I know I wasnt gonna have to come back and my husband said he would oay for his next visit. But since I used my credit card and used it on my husband's account they wouldnt remove my card from his account due to "hippa rights" My card is didnt say we were going to do a reoccurring subscription and yet they tried to anyway. I just want to say how amazing it is to find a chiropractic team that provides relief. They are so quick and really do an amazing job. I’ve been going for a little over 2 months about 6 sessions for me .. it could have been more but it’s a bit of a drive. Anyways I’ve noticed my neck and back pain decreased and I have a significant increase of mobility in my range of motion. The do a full body adjustment and the price is amazing. ? thank you so much ?

Ive been a customer for years, across multiple states, on the east and west coast, but this location always makes me feel rushed like the Doctor doesnt have a couple of minutes to listen to my concerns or ask how problem areas are or if something needs attention. Its always a "wham, bam thank you" and you're out the door in a matter of minutes even when they arent busy. I've also noticed a trend of having almost an hour or more wait because of others with "appointments" which is odd, becuase in general The Joint's entire business model centers around walk ins. This has honestly become so much of an issue that I'm planning to cancel and go find a real Chiropractor somewhere so that I can get an actual treatment plan and make progress.

I hate to do this because everyone was very nice and the facility was nice, but I couldn’t be more displeased. Went for my upper back/neck to be adjusted. After the adjustment my left shoulder has been in serious pain. I had zero pain in my shoulder when I went in. I can’t sleep. I can hardly move it. It’s been more than a week and I’ve avoided going to a doctor for it hoping it would just go away but that hope is fading. I went for pain relief, left with even worse pain and a sales pitch for a monthly subscription.

I went in today with my usual extreme back pain. I've had 3 back surgeries and it is not getting better. I had never seen this chiropractor before. He was a young black man that did a very thorough adjustment and was very friendly. I always have a good experience, but this young chiropractor was exceptional!

have been to the joint before sometime in early 2024, previously went to a savannah location. have been having some lower back pain from work so i drove to the pooler location from hinesville. they said they would need to do a consultation since i haven’t been in, in the last 6 months (which was understandable). but i was turned away because they didn’t take consultations after 6pm. it was 6pm when i walked in, receptionist was also very rude will not be going back to this location.

Multiple times I’ve being turned away for care during their normal work hours. 1pm on a Saturday when their hours are 10-5pm. I’m well aware certain days they close for lunch and that’s posted on the door/google. Saturday does not happen to be one of those days. The problem is they only schedule one doctor on a busy day. The doctor is usually always stressed out because of the work overload for one person. Care is rushed on these visits as well and I never get anything out of these adjustments. I will give a big shout out to Dave, he’s been amazing, one of the best. He’s too valuable to work at this location. The front desk could care less about sending people away. I’ll be in search of a new place to get care from because I won’t give another dime to this one.

I normally don't post reviews but I feel like this issue could have been avoided. I threw my back out Memorial day weekend and it the scariest thing I have done in my 27 years. I made the earliest appointment I could, sadly it was on a holiday. I go in and was asked if I was a new patient. I said yes and I had an appointment in 30 minutes (arrived early incase I needed to fill anything else out) the man at the counter said that is going to be an issue due to them not having a receptionist that day. Another gentleman came around the corner to grab the couple sitting across the room and on back. I responded with ok, is there anything I could possibly do? He responded no other than to leave my name down so they know who they couldn't take that day but if I was really in pain which I was that I should go to Urgent Care since they don't have a receptionist there was nothing they can do and started talking about how the receptionist probably lied about not coming in today. Overall unprofessional, unorganized and did not recommend or try giving the Savannah location a call to see if they could take me instead. I ended up going to the Savannah location after phoning them in tears and I am so glad I was turned away because I found better people and environment.This is not against The Joint however just constructive criticism for the next time this happens.

I had a terrible experience at the Pooler location. The staff and chiropractors were dismissive and made offensive remarks regarding my son’s autism. A healthcare provider should offer care and respect, but we felt completely unwelcome. I cannot recommend this office to any family, especially those with children who have special needs.

This place advertises walk ins, but they don’t accept walk ins! I went in to get an adjustment, and the lady at the desk said they don’t do walk ins and they were ‘busy’. I’m not sure how they were busy when NO ONE was in the clinic. So instead of walking me through making an appointment, she referred me to the bar code and told me to make an appointment on my phone. I thought it was so rude how she refused to do her job and help get me signed up and wanted to be lazy and not even offer to help. She then informed me they can’t assist me since I was recently in a small accident and they don’t assist accident victims (what are chiropractors for then?!)- and I wasn’t even using an insurance claim! I just wanted a simple adjustment but every excuse came up not to help me. I’ll never go back!!

Ignored my calls all day but when stated that I was going to call cooperate about the lack of communication and false charges they called back just to hang up in my face and not help with the issue at hand. My very first experience was today and i have to say, the joint in pooler has some of the best staff ive seen yet. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The receptionist Lizz was very clear on her instructions to filling out the paperwork and helpful with setting up a wellness plan. Dr Dave was a god send for me. He is so knowledgable and even gave me extra info about my body that no one had ever told me before. He popped my neck crack cherry lol and my body already feels amazing after just one session. He told me exactly how many sessions i would need to get me on track to staying on track. I did not feel like any of the staff tried to shove wellness plans down my throat- i didnt feel like they were money hungry. They all were very enjoyable to be in their presence. Thank you The Joint Chiropractic of pooler! Yall rock!

Two stars because the Doctor was absolutely amazing and patient with me. I had waited an hour and 30 minutes after my appointment time with 7-9 walk-ins that came in AFTER me to be seen first. As I had been waiting an hour and 40 minutes, the receptionist started telling walk-ins that it was a 30-minute wait due to a new patient. I was the ONLY one in the lobby at that point, so they looked at me for the inconvenience. Most unprofessional receptionist I've ever met. When confronted, she pretty said that's not her problem.

Im a Joint member in Sarasota, and it works great, the staff, the doctors everithing!!! But this Joint office is very different. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to get my back treated and it was closed... I was on a roadtrip from NYC to Florida and this was a really necesary stop to help with my back... I couldnt get my treatment becouse they decided to close earlier... super unprofessional

Be aware of paying the 1 month package to “save” compared to single visits, that’s what I paid and instead it was a monthly subscription. I only took 3-4 sessions (1 month), and got charged for 8 months (about $600). I just cancelled today without any refund (not even for the $79 charge I got today). I hope this review prevent other people from being scammed.

I drove from Richmond Hill on 5/4 for a visit. I was told that I would need to do more paperwork like a new patient since it had been 2 years since my prior visit, but their receptionist was out that day so they could not give me the paperwork or see me that day. I returned today on 5/7 at 12:55 and was told again that I could not be seen because I was considered a new patient and there wasn’t enough time before their lunch at 2:00. I explained to the receptionist that I had already driven from Richmond hill on Saturday, but couldn’t be seen because they didn’t have a receptionist and she said that she was sorry, but that they still couldn’t see me until after lunch at 2:45. I shouldn’t have to drive from Richmond hill three times to be seen and an hour should be enough time to see a new patient at a walk in clinic.

I recently moved to Pooler, GA from Texas where I was a member of The Joint. I walked in 45 mins before they close and I was told I would have to complete new paperwork. I was prepared to complete and proceed to my appointment. I was told they cannot see me because they would be closing. I took the paperwork, completed and returned today at 2:48pm. They have lunch between 2-2:45pm. After standing there with 3 other people, one of which was a potential new patient who was turned away at 1:30 pm earlier today because they were going to lunch at 2pm, who were all clearly annoyed by this lack of respect for other’s time; I left at 3:02 pm. I will not return; I will not sign up for a package (as I had in Texas) and waste my money, knowing that they will not see me if it is at least 30 mins before closing or lunch, and they do not care to reopen on time. In looking through other reviews this lack of initiative is a pattern of behavior for this location. This is a terrible way to run a business.

I went there yesterday. The Joint in Pooler, GA. No kidding I was in discomfort. It didn't take much but I feel 100 times better. When your body is a little out of alignment it has a huge impact on your pain level. I want to thank the woman who adjusted me, she was wonderful. My name’ Josue I went to the pooler location and I was expecting it to be expensive and i was intimidated but as soon as you walk in the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The visit went amazing the doctor asked some questions and you can tell he actually wants to help rather than just take money out of your pockets. He was really cool and relieved so much pain and pressure in my back and after my first visit I already feel so much better and my posture is easier to hold. Needless to say I will be coming back and I signed up for the monthly plan with no hesitation especially for the affordable price!

My experience here was nothing short of amazing! From Lizz at the front desk to Dave obliterating my body back to life, I felt like I was well taken care of!! The customer service was everything it should be. Dave did an amazing job explaining everything that was going to happen and what to expect. He was very clear about what he was doing and seemed very knowledgeable about the process. After being let down by numerous chiropractors in the Savannah area, I am so happy to have finally found a place that meets my expectations. I cannot wait to go back. this place continues to charge your bank account even after you stop their services even after you tell them in person. Signed up for 3 months, just found out today that i got charged again and can see they charged me in august and july as well. this is the second time they did this to me. check your bank accounts and make sure youre not giving them free money for nothing. i just got off the phone with my bank to let them know the charge was unauthorized. WHY DO THEY FEEL ITS NECESSARY TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE?!?!?!

Very unprofessional While I was in the parking lot. I couldn’t enter because I had kids in the car. I called their office during normal business hours to only get sent to voicemail. I had a few questions, as I wanted to become a customer. The receptionist was sitting in the reception area playing on her cell phone probably on TikTok. I could see that she would send the phone call to the voicemail based on her movements and facial expressions. It seems as if she was perturbed by being there and was only there to collect a paycheck and play on TikTok. This establishment has no pride in what they do, hire staff that have expectations of a free paycheck rather than customer service. Avoid this place like the plague!

Walked in at 12:56pm in lots of pain going out of my way during a work day. No one in the waiting room they close for lunch at 2pm. Told them I wanted to sign up and the man was willing to do it but the two women at the front said in a snide way "after lunch" to him". And then to me we can see you at 2:45. So you have someone wanting to sign up for your subscription with over an hour until you close for lunch no other patients around but you want them to stay around the area during a Work today for almost 3 hours and come back to you. NO THANKS. I'll find a real chiropractor

I used to love this place, but they've had such a huge personnel change over, and over, and over, that they will hire just anyone now days! I don't know how the doctors are, BEcause I never got to one! The customer service reps refused to even let me meet a doctor, claiming GA Law said I had to have a doctor's pass! Then they both LAUGHED at me as I was leaving! Really?!? YOU told me to go elsewhere, so I was! Well, let me tell you this! I've been going to chiroprators for over 40 years, and this place for 9 years and I never had to have a freaking doctor's pass! If they don't want my business, that is fine with me! I don't mind taking my money somewhere else!

So far, so good. I feel like I have less pain, I am sleeping better. My energy level could be a bit higher, but that could be a personal/psychological issue. :) Edit(several months later): It's too bad they don't have a cheaper option for those who are becoming more flexible and are experiencing less pain, like those who don't need to go 2-3 times a week anymore. I think that a cheaper plan for existing customers (6+ month customers) who only need to visit once or twice a month(if that) would help hold onto those customers, like $50-60 a month. Because after a few months of treatment, I don't have as much back pain, but every once in a while, it returns for a couple days. But I think $80/mo is too much for the number of visits I require. And I don't feel that $40 is a great deal for a single visit, especially for a past/existing patient. If they had a cheaper option for those of us who only require one or two visits per month, I would definitely sign up for that. Besides the cost, I am pleased with my progress. Dr. Jody is very good at making sure he has done everything he can to make my visit comfortable and productive. I have even had him perform a couple of procedures twice. He is very patient and helpful. He has taught me a few stretching exercises I can do at home. I am leaving the full star review for him, but I really hope the price drops so I can return without having to spend $40 for a 10 minute visit.

Very nice people. I’ve been going to the chiropractor for 9 years and this is hands down the worst practice I have ever been, even after three visits . I leave in more pain because nothing even gets adjusted at all. The chair makes more noise than me. Don’t waste your money.

I live in South Carolina but have to drive all the way to Georgia because the Joint near me in Bluffton has a old lady that is way ruff and does the bare minimum to adjust my back but the little she does do is far from helpful!!!!!!!!

The walked into The Joint Chiropractic in Pooler, GA at 4:45pm today. I made sure I looked at the time on the door for their hours of operation which stated they closed at 5:00pm. The young lady at the deck stated that he took his last patient of the day. I said to her I am in pain and I just need an adjustment. She repeated, He took his last patient for the day. I pay a monthly fee for this service and I feel as long as I walk into this place of business within the business hours. I should be able to be seen.

I was a bit nervous being this was my first chiropractic appt. My physician spoke with me at length before the procedure began. During the procedure she would ask if I was comfortable or if needed a break before proceeding to the next alignment. She was very kind, compassionate and attentive. The office area is clean and orderly. The office music is nice most of the time while waiting. I understand a variety of music is played to accommodate all clients. I never have to wait long (I get there before 5 - can't vouch for after typical work hours). The chiropractors each have their own repertoire of techniques, but all are thorough. Down-to-earth and friendly personalities. My migraines have improved with regular adjustments.

They are super friendly at this location! Customer service is through the roof. Dr. Dave really help me by talking me through the procedure and calming my nerves as I was very nervous since it was my first time going to a chiropractor. He was very informative and gentle. Wonderful!!! Great Chiropractors doing great work! The only problem I have is with the constant billing of $10 without being notified when a month might have 5 visits instead of the typical 4 because of scheduling weekly adjustments. This has now happened to me twice this year.BEWARE!!!

I have always loved The Joint. Since I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome it’s important to me to not have a chiropractor I have to make an appointment as, as I need to go as necessary, which varies! Every doctor handles me with kindness and care and I for sure couldn’t do life as easily without them!

I've had a membership for 1 month. They've turned me away 4 times. Twice because their chiropractor didn't come in that day and twice because they only had one come in and they were too backed up to take any more patients. I'm cancelling as soon as I can.

I absolutely love the convenience of this clinic! And the doctors and staff are great. Although I have chiropractic insurance, I have opted to waive my benefits and instead travel over an hour from my home just to receive treatments at The Joint in Pooler. This is mostly because of the doctors. Dr. Dave Williams is THE best chiropractor I have ever known- and I’ve been to at least 50 chiropractors in my life. He is SO kind, attentive and GENTLE and my adjustments hold for a long time. Dr. Stephanie Marsden is exceptional as well and the only female chiropractor who has been able to adequately adjust my neck. I’m unable to comment on the other doctors because I have not seen them, but I’m sure they are also top-notch. Too, staff at the clinic has always been very courteous, efficient & informative. And you can’t beat the hours! Having access to a doctor seven days a week is so convenient- & why I’m willing to waive my insurance benefits to pay out of pocket for treatment at this clinic. (Payment plans are very affordable.) All in all, I’m highly satisfied & would recommend them 100%. The only downside is that oftentimes there is only one doctor on staff which can make wait times rather long, and undoubtedly places a burden on the doctor having to treat so many patients in one day. And I wish there were more clinics in the South Georgia area. Very happy patient overall!!!

Updated Review:*CUSTOMER SERVICE TANKED AND DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP IF YOU CANNOT CANCEL IN PERSON* I called The Joint today (8/2/23) to inquire about obtaining a courtesy refund for the monthly charge since I cancelled it on the same day it was apparently due. The issue I have here is The Joint has a very strict policy that states you need to cancel in person. My hours of work M-F are 10-7PM, their hours of operation. My husband works weekends. I have not been able to utilize the membership for over 8 months now. Geisel, was the representative at the Pooler location who assisted me and explained when we got charged and the cancellation policy. Her attitude was FAR from the attitude I received previously from other staff. She was not accommodating or even tolerant in the tone of voice she used. She acted as if we were bothering her. Sighs were heard and if you could hear an eye roll, I heard it. If Geisel is even the persons real name because when we asked for it, she stated, “what do you need my name for” we replied when we wrote corporate we wanted to explain who provided us with the service and information. It’s apparent the feeling I once had and received from this facility is no longer present. I do not recommend and will spread the word about how poor the customer service is at this establishment. There is absolutely no reason for someone to have this attitude so fresh in the day when they just opened an hour and a half before we called in. If anyone from corporate reads this. “Geisel” from the Pooler GA location, at 11:30AM EST. The staff here are always so nice and attentive! They truly make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years from DAY 1! So happy my husband gave me this gift for Mother’s Day ?

I've been going to the joint chiropractic every week for about 4 or 5 years. And I would have kept going for a number of years until they screwed it up. Everything was going good until I had shoulder surgery and had to alter my plan. When a company's policy is high pressure sales or make it really hard for me to pause my business with them until I heal is the exact moment I go somewhere else.

No appointment necessary but when you arrive they have no availability. They suggest a few days the following week that are "partially booked". OK, fine, can I make an appointment? No is the answer, "we don't take appointments". So how are you booked? Find a better establishment.

This place has lost my business, not that they care anyways. I came around 12:40 pm 04/21/2022. My family and I walked in. The two ladies at the reception could care less that we were there 1 of them was on her cell phone and they both just looked at each other when we walked in. It felt unwelcoming. The other one finally greeted us as we got closer to the desk. She seemed like she wanted to be elsewhere as she asked if I had a card and I said yes but I can't find it. So she proceeds to check my info and told me it's been past 6 months you need new paperwork. So I said okay and then she tells me the next available time is at 245pm and I'm like no I can't wait my husband has to work and then we turn around to leave and she says well you can fill out paperwork now and come back another day. No thanks. Apparently it was her lunch because as soon as my family got in the car she left smiling and laughing with a coworker which was a far cry of the customer service we received. Awful customer service when it comes to dealing with someone who is in pain. Hire better receptionists with better customer service. I suggest anyone looking for a chiropractor to go elsewhere.

I would normally give a favorable review however I was disappointed for the second time today when I drove across town only to find that the doctor decided to ignore published hours and close early. If you don’t take appointments you should at least honor published business hours. I never had this problem in Charlotte, Augusta or Aiken. Very frustrating! Very unprofessional!

If your chiropractor tries to sign you up for a care plan that lasts several months and tells you as long as you are properly “aligned” the body will take care of itself, please find a new one. Even worse, if he/she does this all before your first treatment and seeing how you respond to care, please fire them and find a new one.

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you are thinking of trying this place STAY AWAY!! I drove 30 minutes to try this place out, to be denied services in 1 minute upon entry. Never got my name or even treated me like a human being. When I entered the receptionist barely looked up, asked what I was there for and I said I had never been here before. She said, ok. New patient. Have you been in a car accident in the last 2 years? I was confused and said, yes. They never asked how bad or what kind. She said give me a minute, left and came back with I guess one of the chiropractors? She said We can't help you. Its state law in GA that if you've been in a car accident within the last 2 years that they cant adjust you because you can claim something and sue the other people. I was caught offguard by this and I said Really? She said Yep, state law. We are a wellness clinic we dont do that here.. I said I wasn't even here for anything to do with that and I left. I just wanted some relief from the sciatica pain I have been dealing with or even just a routine adjustment for normal wear and tear would've helped. I had low expectations based off of some other reviews I had read, but I didn't think I wouldn't even be seen! I spent 20 minutes crying in the parking lot after this interaction. You claim to be a wellness clinic but have no compassion or care to be called such. Never will I come back or recommend this place to anyone. I tried looking it up, and still not have found 1 thing that says it's a Georgia state Law. I hope you educate your staff on how you deny services or even how to handle new client in take.

At The Joint today in waiting room 3/13 2022 The place is packed with 10 people and customers Are leaving because it is a hour wait because there is only 1 Chiropractor being over worked This is not exceptable for doing good business And the website says 20 minute wait. The owner can fix this but it costs money.

DO NOT purchase the monthly program! Go in with very low expectations and you wont leave disappointed. Between Savannah location and Pooler location a year ago they were good and I could use anyone of 5 doctors who were good at what they do. I did the monthly program. Than something changed significantly at the Pooler location. Doors weren't open, employees not showing up for work, 10-12 people waiting outside. I immediately cancelled my monthly dues based on inconsistent operating hours. Went to Pooler location last week got little of nothing. Representative was "lost" as to what action to take to simply adjust my back, even though, I have 2 1/2 years of notes on file and I'm just a basic patient with no medical history. I paid for a single visit, and of course they tried to upsell me the monthly plan. I declined and will probably not return.

Waited for Savannah location to reopen for two months, than they permanently closed. They still kept charging me $69 a month. Solid business plan. Called to cancel my membership and get my last month fee back, that was a no go. Apparently I should have known that they were going to go out of business and canceled earlier in the year.

Looked for chiropractic online and their shop came on, I went to the 12 oaks location and that was closed, then called SC office and they told me that the pooler office is closer to Savannah and I would be saving 15 mins by going to pooler instead, I asked about walkin’s and they said as long as it’s before 4 o’clock, so I arrived to the Pooler office at 3:20 (an hour and forty minutes before their proposed closing time) and the Lady at the front desk said we’ve stopped taking new patients for the day!!!!! The office was literally empty!

Woke up this morning with this running through my head... On 06/10/2021 i went to The Joint Chiropractic in Pooler Georgia and had this experience. Dr. Chris @ the Pooler location. Fyi... when a customer walks thru the door " me " while youre sitting at the front desk at the computer you should great them. Not saying anything while I scan my card is just rude and disrespectful. It made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I will not be treated this way at any establishment. I think one of the first things people see when walking into a office/business is the person who is at the front desk, it’s the first face customers see when walking into a place, and you were not welcoming at all and didn’t seem like you really cared for helping me. Ill be there Monday after work for your in person apology.

Went on vacation and started having lower back pain. I called them, told them what was going on; and asked if I could be seen. I thought this will be good cause if I liked them I could go to my local one. When I went in told them what was going on, the woman said she couldn't help me without an xray. She did not offer to take an xray. Told me to ice it until I got home to my chiropractor. I am now on my way to urgent care to get some relief. Would not recommend them at all.

Dr Don and Dr. Breon are awesome! I have been going to the Pooler location for about three years and have gotten excellent care until recently. I work in a professional place of business so I get it that staffing was reduced for a temporary period of time during the pandemic. All other businesses are back in full operation with appropriate guidelines in place. Pooler has tripled in population over the past three years as well. August 22, was the day that really infuriated me with The Joint. I was told there were only two doctors and there would be a 45 minute wait. The lobby was full. The lady at the desk allowed me to keep my name on the list. I went and ran other errands to find out upon return that I had an additional 20 minute wait. That was unacceptable. I cancelled my appointment and can back later that same day and was told again there was a 45 minute wait. I came back on Sunday the 23rd. This time there was a 30 minute wait and one doctor with plenty of safe distancing in the back. What is the issue here? If there are more doctors scheduled, that means less people in your lobby, shorter wait times, less exposure, and happy customers. If I haven’t learned but one thing in my profession, it is that customer service travels by mouth faster than any sign or commercial and is based solely on experience. I gave the Joint two stars with that being one for Dr Don and one for Dr Breon and zero for The Joint. Your business best step it up and fast or your business will suffer if it isn’t already. I AM that one paying customer that helps word to travel fast. By the way, I am also that person that shares a great experience.

Patients not wearing masks in facility(even though signage posted on door). No disposable masks available to staff for use during patient visits (requests). Improper infection control measures. Dr. Don is an OUTSTANDING practitioner and he provides exemplary services. He honored my request to wear a mask during my visit but I HAD TO PROVIDE THE MASK. Provide disposable masks to your staff and ramp up your infection control measures at this facility. This is unacceptable for a healthcare facility during an epidemiological state of emergency.

I walked in for a adjustment and the lady at front desk (briana) was very moody, didn’t seem like she wanted to help us much... after I checked in other people walked in after me but where called in before me... I asked her why wasn’t I getting called and it look her time to answer and told me I was next.. even though I arrived before the people who went in before me. My husband wanted a adjustment and was giving all his info but she couldn’t find him, and she kept asking more questions and he filled out paper work and at the end she said he needed to register as a new patient cause she couldn’t find him.. he said that it was fine and she never even gave him the paper work or cared.. we walked out with no adjustment. I think one of the first things people see when walking into a office/business is the person who is at the front desk, it’s the first face customers see when walking into a place, and she was not welcoming at all and didn’t seem like she really cared for helping us.

This place might be great but none of the reviews tell you to expect the first appointment to take 3 hours or so. That would have been good to know. I think from what I overheard that this is a place you go if you want a subscription plan not just an adjustment. Thats okay but not what I was looking for anyways.

After spending an hour here waiting on a Sunday afternoon, I can't really tell you if this is a good place or not. I came into the office and the place was busy. I think they only had 1 chiropractor on duty so I expected to have to wait. I literally was the next in line and the chiropractor comes out and says if you just need an adjustment come on back. Whoa! Both of the people that went back arrived after me. Now my wait time is extended even longer. My time is just as valuable as anybody else's. If you don't schedule appointments it should be first come, first serve. I won't be back.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called to verify they were open, I drive an hour to go there. I'm there 40 minutes before close and they refused to see me because I'm new. Shame on you for not having that posted anywhere on the website or mentioned in the phone call. "Walk ins welcome" apparently only means an hour or more before close. Never will go back. I am 26 weeks pregnant and have recently had pelvic girdle pain due to a constant dislocation of my bones in my pelvic area from hormones. This was my first time going to a chiro but let say this place is great. The Doc talked to me and let me know there was nothing to be nervous about. I went in not being able to turn my head one way. And after a couple cracks I had more ROM and a day later all of it is back. They even had a military discount plan. I love the business plan . No need for an appointment and only a short wait.

First time ever visiting a chiropractor, and I was nervous, but the doctor and staff were very friendly and put me at ease. You hear those cracking sounds and think “omg this is going to hurt” but it was a very relaxed session and care was given to make sure I wasn’t scared. Didn’t hurt at all, the chiropractor pinpointed the issue quickly, and I did experience relief at the end. Was I 100% pain free when I left? No. She told me I wouldn’t be. It wasn’t a quick fix, but it did relieve the pain enough that I could get in my car without flinching. Many friends have regular chiropractic sessions and I now see why. Also very convenient that they use FSA. Would definitely recommend.

I have been experiencing back and neck pain for years. After several accidents, I had no kind of relief. I learned to just deal with the pain. I had gone to a chiropractor out of town before, and little came of it. Never went again, until recently when no matter what I did I couldn't get sleep or go a day without being in awful pain and discomfort. My work was suffering and I hated the process of getting up in the morning. I knew I needed help, but chiropractors are EXPENSIVE, with or without insurance. A friend told me, "Go to The Joint, they will take care of you. And if they don't, I owe you dinner." I called, skeptical, but Alex was super friendly and very informative. She told me all the membership specials and that my first visit would be JUST $29. FLAT. I got dressed and headed right over. The environment was calm and the receptionists were wonderful. After a bit of paperwork, I went to Doctor Gutierrez and she told me everything I needed to know. After a few quick tests and a check on reflexes, she was able to tell me all about what I'd been feeling like she just read it out of a book!! I was amazed. She adjusted me and for the first time in years, I could stand straight without being in pain. I felt like someone had just opened everything up. Like I had been congested for years and suddenly could really breathe again. She drew up a treatment plan for me and explained its benefits, and I couldn't wait to get started. I opted for the monthly plan: $59 a month for 4 sessions, and each additional after (if you need more that month) for only $10 each. I left feeling LIGHT YEARS better from what I had been and confident in their team with my care. For anyone who needs to get care and is still feeling skeptical, I am handing out recommendations left and right-- go see the team at The Joint. You have nothing to lose, but so much to gain.

Each Docter has helped to get my neck, shoulder, and lower back adjusted. I just don’t like the “activator” . I had been going to the same chiropractor for 21 years in JacksonvilleFl. He used hands on manipulation and the bench for adjustments.

Would definetly recommend. I have injuries from working for the Navy for 8 years. I have sciatica and fibromyalgia. I also chase a toddler around all day, everyday. Previous experiences with a chiropractor weren’t great, but these ladies are awesome. I come out feeling refreshed and more relaxed. I wake up in less pain now. first visit on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but still didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes. I felt the chiropractor did a great job of finding out my complaints, doing a mini physical and then tailoring the adjustment to fit my needs. Been here once before while visiting my sister in Pooler, GA. The Chiropractor I saw did a great adjustment and I left feeling pretty good. So while visiting my Parents in Savannah this time around I thought since I had a good experience here before I’d go to them again even though there were chiropractors closer to where my parents live. They didn’t even want to bother to see me because I wasn’t going to be a regular customer. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it if I hadn’t already been there once before and they didn’t have a problem with me not being a regular customer then. On top of that they have a big sign in the front that says walk-ins welcome. I guess walk-ins are only welcome if you intend to be a regularly returning customer. Sucks cause I really needed an adjustment and my next appointment with my chiropractor is almost a month away. It’s hard to get frequent appointments with my chiropractor on base so i’m sometimes stuck with dealing with the pain for long periods of time.

Very torn. I love the staff and think they do a wonderful job. Unfortunately I have to drive over an hour to get there because the one close to me refused to work on me without an X-ray. Obviously being so far away it was difficult to get there with any kind of consistency every month so I ended up needing to cancel my plan since I never really used it. I still had every intention of just going when needed and paying the one time price each time. Unfortunately on my last month of the plan I was injured (on the 5th) and needed to come in (I still had 2 visits left for the month) but when I called to make sure I could come in the next day (the 6th) because I couldn’t make the hour long drive in time before they closed that night, I was told that my plan expired on the 6th so I’d be charged again. I was told that I could talk to the head doctor the next day but he would just tell me the same thing. Guess that’s corporate for you. Oh well I give up. I’ll just find a different company someplace closer.

There is an agreement option, APPARENTLY, that forces you to pay them a FULL MONTH EXTRA when you are not satisfied and cancel your service. ...This business was enjoyable until they lost (the one) practitioner to a broken clavicle. Now, it seems no one can manipulate the body of a healthful, flexible guy. ...So, I am penalized for leaving? And you do not want me to return.
