As a result, generational pride became like breathing and carried over into his love of service and giving back one hundred percent in any life endeavor.

Dr. Vince earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas with a BS in Biology. He attended Parker University and graduated with his doctorate in Chiropractic, in 1997. A family man at heart, he and his wife of over thirty years, Kim Williams, are active members of their local church community and enjoy spending time with their son and extended family during time off. One of the most memorable and molding experiences of his life was a two-year mission trip with his church.

When asked what the best thing is about being a chiropractor, Dr. Vince answered, “I was given the gift of being able to help people with their health by using techniques requiring only the use of my hands. I have direct experience and have been witness to how routine chiropractic care can offer the patient options to pain relief as well as ongoing pain management with a drug free solution.”

I started going to Dr. Vince because a coworker suggested him. In less than 3 months he completely changed my life. I have several health issues including Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. My lower back had been damaged from 4 c-sections. Everytime I had a child the dr had trouble finding the right spot for the epidural. Each time the dr dug into my back and had to renumb it. For 27 years no one could touch my back. Now it barely hurts. I am now able to tie my shoes, reach behind my back, and do things I haven't been able to because of RA. Once I got locked into a monthly account, I found the impossibility of getting out. 1) they will tell you you are required to cancel at your store of origin. This low cost me about 6 months. 2) even though you paid for your visits, cancellation forfeits all visits, so timing is of essence 3) 4 different times I have gone in and found them so crowded it would have been too long to get adjusted. Mostly it is the duplicity. The lies about the membership. Just be very cautious here.

I brought my mom here as she was experiencing severe pain in her neck. After filling out what seemed like an unnecessary amount of paperwork, she was seen by the doctor. The doctor did not ask my mom about anything emotional/personal. Any chiropractor who does not understand that pain in the body is a result of suppressed/blocked emotions, should leave this profession. The doctor proceeded to use the massage gun on my mom, suggested her to apply heat on the affected area and then the package selling made came. I came back home after settling my mom in and she was in worse pain then when she initially was. This is a chain chiropractor with no intention to really get to the root of the problem. Save your money and find a holistic chiropractor.

I have been to this location before and left feeling underserviced. The Dr. was far from friendly and the whole visit lasted 5-7 minutes maybe. Total waste of time with below minimal adjustment. She told me she had 24 years experience. In what? Being less than courteous? I was upset because I bought a special they have going because I got nothing out of that first visit. Today I went in and was grateful there was another Dr. in. Dr Amanda treats me so kind! She started off doing some stretches with me and then listened to my issues. My lower back cracked big time and that was so needed!! She addressed my headaches as well. If you came to this location and were dissatisfied - go back!! Ask for Dr. Amanda! She will do you right!

Kinda disappointed to drive 45 mins to see the doctor that’s normally on. Unfortunately he’s on vacation and Dr. Karen is filling in. Total waste of a trip and a credit. To ice it off, I tried to explain the issue didn’t get addressed in the 1.5 minute exam/adjustment to which she argued and stated she knows more than the other doctor because she has 25 years experience. That answer was no, it was a wasted trip and I will walk out if she is the only doctor on duty next time. Pretty disappointed today. This place is normally a 5/5

Dr. Vince is an absolute life saver! Highly, highly recommend this office as a long time recipient of chiropractic care. I am someone who has a unique and long-term chronic injury, and I have been told by multiple previous chiropractors that less is more when it comes to my treatment. However, I have always loved The Joint chains for when I'm experiencing a back emergency when traveling out of town. But I had not stopped at this office until recently when experiencing a back emergency at home, and Dr. Vince is so effective I keep coming back! I always leave with a smile!!?

Love that The Joint doesn't make you schedule appointments, and the wait in line is never more than 10 or 15 minutes. Dr. Jared is one of the most capable and friendliest chiropractors I have ever seen. I recommend The Joint to everyone I know. It's great for a quick weekly maintenance visit, and the best bang for your buck is to get the 4-visits-per-month plan and pay for the whole year in advance, when they have their annual sale in Dec-Jan. Remember, you can visit any location and see any doctor of your preference.

The worst. They didn’t listen anything. The first time I went there signed some paperwork for wellness treatment. They didn’t say anything or mention I need to sign it to cancel it. I thought it just one time thing. They charged me for several month. I called the front desk, the lady said she got it. I thought problem solved. After half year, I found out they didn’t cancel anything. So I called again, the same lady said I have to sign the paperwork in person to cancel it. So I did. But I want to get some of my money back. I emailed the manager, she was ignoring my email for months. When she finally get it and said I can redraw the charges from my bank, and she will corporate. So I did. Then I just fond out she didn’t corporate at all when my bank reached out. they will get your money, but ignore your needs. If it is 1-2 month I will not this mad. it is 5 month. They charged me 5 month without I was knowing. It is ridiculous, and they refused to return the money.

Doctor Zolensky told me he was giving me a deal because I was in the area on vacation and had an injury. One month after I left I was still being charged for this so called “deal”. After many calls and emails I still have not gotten my money back and have been lied to by the women up front and the managers here. Do not waste your time or money. They will give you a basic assessment and expect you back in for more appointments at insane pricing.

Started to get active again in a contact sport. First time out I got pretty banged up, could barely walk. Crawled in for the new patient special and got a good bit of relief. Signed up for the 4 visits per month package for two months, 6 weeks in I was completely better. Now going once a month to just keep myself tuned up. It’s working out great. I like their approach, just getting you what you need.

Everyone is very friendly and I always look forward to Beth’s smiling face at the front desk! I can usually get in and out pretty quickly when I need to, but all of the doctors take extra time when I have areas of concern. This is not a full service chiropractor if that’s what you are looking for. I have used those in the past when I had more difficult issues. Be very careful don't subscribe to their 69 a month plan. It might seem like a good deal but there counting on you to forget so that they can keep withdrawing the money from your account. I went to this location a few times then requested to have the plan cancelled, a year later my bank notified me of a fraud alert, I saw this business ( THE JOINT)had withdrawn $69 out of my account. When I called to dispute and remind them that I had cancelled this plan they told me " oh well you did not sign our cancellation form" that's the rebuttal they will have to illegally withdraw money out of your account . This place is only interested in your money.

I have lived with my injuries from high school football for years. It has kept me out of life since I was 18. I am 25 now and finally am starting to feel it! I was a hermit and was in pain for too long. The pain led to many other issues in my life but now that it’s gone I can see the sun through the clouds and every time it flares up I come in for a treatment, and am immediately relieved. Avoid this company, as they are not to be trusted. The “receptionist” is always a commissioned salesperson who will say or do anything to get your credit card. I specifically refused to buy any of their monthly packages and purchased a number of visits instead. 60 days later, that salesperson is nowhere to be found. The new salesperson says the other one signed me up for a membership anyway and now all my visits have “expired”. I am disputing through credit card, but suggest you save yourself the hassle.

Everyone is friendly. Made me see the doctor in order to cancel the automatic renewal on my account. Didn’t know something to do with billing required a consultation. Totally turned me off to potentially coming in and just paying per visit. UPDATE: You can cancel, BUT there is a two month minimum. So if you sign up for a monthly membership you are on the hook for two months. After my visit the other day, the office phoned + left a message telling me about the minimum monthly requirement. Reading really IS fundamental! Oh well. I’ll just wait it out and cancel at the end of this month.

Of all of the various chiropractic work I have had done over the last 20 years, The Joint Chiropractic has been without question the most knowledgeable, the most thorough and most correct (yielding incredible results) that I have had the honor of dealing with. Go there even if you don’t think you need to. It is extraordinarily cost effective to see how much better being pain free can be.

Before discovering chiro ,i , like many viewed it as hocus pocus but today my weekly FIX is essential to straighten my 6ft 3 spine/hips so i can race around like a 35 yr old @ 63 . i’m there 5 mins and walk out feeling way taller and pain free thanks to Dr Ca$h in Roswell . For their low price you simply CANT AFFORD NOT TO BE A MEMBER !

Most of the doctors I have seen here are great. Only a time or two in the several years I've been coming was I not thrilled by my adjustment. Generally I leave feeling much better.

Overall, I was very happy with the chiropractor and would see him again. I came in unable to move my neck and in a lot of pain. He was gentle, effective and informative without taking a long time. It was obvious he really cared about his patients and his work, I never felt rushed. My husband has a membership at the Kennesaw location so I know how great this place is. Their staff is great there, no pressure, simple and easy to get in and get out. This was my first time getting adjusted here and I was in Roswell at the time. It is a professional and warm place just like the other locations. I filled out a few pages of paperwork in the lobby and while I was trying to read it and answer the questions, the man at the front desk would not stop talking to me about their memberships and packages. (Some of their plans are really cheap while others are pricey.) I was in a lot of pain at the time and this guy would not leave me alone and the sales pressure was at an extreme level, but I don't think they get paid on commission. I called before I came in and spoke with the same man to make sure I could drop in and that the price was $29. Even on the phone, he went on and on about their memberships and made it so complicated. Over the phone, I told him I'm not interested in all that right now, I'm just coming there one time because I'm in pain. I practically had to hang up on him. When I got there it was the same thing although we already went through all this. He seriously talked to me for 20 minutes and I told him probably 6 times that I wasn't interested in committing to anything right now, then he jumped on me about changing my husband's membership. We ended up canceling his since he wasn't really using it. The man at the front desk called the Kennesaw location to talk about him canceling and when he got off the phone, he said they weren't happy to hear that, like that was supposed to pressure me, and I highly doubt the staff is like that at Kennesaw anyway. I would say this guy ruined my experience-I'm in pain and I need relief, not to sign up for an auto-draft membership commitment and go through the whole speech again in reference to my husband's account. I had to check several times to make sure he wasn't signing me up for anything. He was incredibly annoying and it was utterly ridiculous! I really hate being pressured. All said and done, he made the visit $19, though I think that's what it was supposed to be anyway after seeing their signs in the office. This guy did nothing to win me over, however, the chiropractor himself didn't pressure me in any way and was wonderful, and he is the only one who could really sell me on anything. I do plan to return to this location and the Kennesaw location and get a membership, but if that man is still at the front desk, I will have to be even more direct with him. I would encourage anyone to visit this place and I think you'll love it, just be mindful of sales at this location. He tried to get me to sign my husband up for their most expensive package, even without him present. I haven't experienced that at The Joint before and I don't think that represents the company, it's just one weird employee. Even though that guy was ridiculous, I'm glad I came in, I'm happy with the results, it's affordable, and overall, I love The Joint and will return.
