Can’t get service lately. And I pay $80 a month to be able to visit. I came in today Monday Jan 5th at 1:15 pm and was told to “come back after lunch” which starts at 2pm. Terrible service. I know that your main business is the membership, but even if a client pays for one session, I think you should treat her with respect and try to achieve the objective of the session: I went for two reasons (back pain: low and middle parts) and the person who attended did me my neck and any other stuff except what I indicated, she tried to convince me that I have to return and whatever and not treat what she had to, even that I told her that i cant return because I'm leaving the city. Bad service. I wouldn't return.

Their hours posted that they are open until 7:00. PM I got there with 15 minutes to spare and the doors were locked with nothing posted on the door. The man at the desk was just looking at me. This is a walk-in clinic. Nobody has an appointment. They should not be able to close up early. Constantly disappointed with this location, but this was the final straw. ??

I came in about two weeks ago because one of my colleagues recommended that I see a chiropractor for my back. My back was in sooooo much pain. I wasn’t walking right… I was holding my back as I was walking, and I was limping. After my first visit Dr Hargrove Was able to tell me exactly what was going on. He ended up, adjusting me But told me that it would take a few visits and came up with a visitation schedule. After my second visit I was already feeling better. Then Dr Gilbert What’s telling me other things that she had noticed about me and my posture. These are things that apparently I’ve been living with and wondering why I’m in pain and now she’s adjusting me too. My back And my hips have been feeling so much better just after four or five visits so far. Honestly, I would be crazy not to continue to Get adjusted at least once a week. And let mean not forget about the front desk receptionist David. He is awesome and he’s super friendly and he knows how to find the plans that’s right for you. So thumbs wayyyy up for the Savannah Abercorn location. !

I have always been skeptical of going to a chiropractor as you hear the horror stories of what could happen. However this past Memorial day weekend, I threw my back out of whack more than it already was due to an accident years ago. I called the Savannah location in tears as I have never been in this situation before or let alone gone to a Chiropractor. Went in and have been working with the most wonderful Doctors, Dan and Monica as they retrain my spine and muscles to be in the proper position. I thought I wouldn't feel normal again at only 27 and it's all thanks to them! The whole experience and the team has been better than I could ever had imagined. Shout out to the receptionist David as well for being a light when you walk in! Highly recommend?

I can not say enough good things about joint chiropractic. I'm only 26 years old, and around my birthday last September, i was unable to get up off the couch or even get out of bed. Due to the fact that my sacrum, hips, and spine were completely out of place, I spent so much time and money on doctors and physical therapy before I decided it was time to go to a chiropractor. After making my decision to go, I met Mrs. Monica and she have been amazing and have done a wonderful job on fixing my spine. I'm now able to return to my normal life, and with me having the job I have, returning to my normal daily activities is more of a necessity than a want. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good chiropractor.

I've been going to The Joint in my home town for a while now and there are many different Dr's in the location and you never know who will be there. I have been to three different locations, and this is by far the worst one. Dr. Danny Hargrove was the only one working at the time I went. He allowed me to speak for 10 seconds before cutting me off and telling me to lay down. He timidly performed the three most basic adjustments to my spine, then sat me up and asked, "Are you good?" as he walked away to the other patient. The problem is, I came in for shoulder pain. His response: "I don't do extremities." Fresh out of school? Nope. Practicing for 27 years—what a joke. This is a failure of management for allowing someone not qualified to be working alone, and a failure of Dr. Hargrove for his apathetic attitude.

I have been experiencing neck pain for a few weeks. So, I figured I'd stop by this place to get checked out after seeing multiple advertisements online about this place. I called several times around 11 am to inquire about an appointment. After not being able to reach a receptionist I received a text message stating they do walk ins only. I looked on their website to verify the time they were closing because I planned on visiting the office after work. After an hour drive, I arrived there at 5 p.m. Once I entered the office I was greeted by a receptionist and informed they weren't seeing any new patients today. The receptionist provided me with a pile of papers for me to fill out and told me to return tomorrow before 5 p.m. if I wished to be seen. I asked why were they not willing to see me. I was told the Doctor was tired. I took the in processing paper work and left disappointed and in pain. I'll find another chiropractor.

The doctors, especially Dr Monica are great and Katie at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Only problem the doctors are over worked and quite often there is only one doctor on staff. Lots of clients get turned away due to this problem. I luv the Joint but I’m disappointed how over worked the doctors are.

Dr. Gilbert is so good! Her tableside manner & care for her clients is friendly & professional! This practice does a thorough intake for new patients & they have a great membership with various options. I like there's a variety of chiropractors as each docs technique is different. SATURDAY STAFFING really needs to be two doctors, at least at the Savannah 12oaks location. A brand new patient takes about 45mins & drastically slows down the entire day. Everyone deserves chiropractor care & the staff deserve to have a bit of breathing room & breaks in their schedule.

I have to give a shout out to Dr. Monica! I have been experiencing extreme hip and lower back pain. From multiple X-rays, physical therapy and physicians nothing truly helped me… For the last 8 months has been a dull chronic pain. Until, this past Thanksgiving. I was visiting Savannah and I had a gut feeling to see a chiropractor, so I went to The Joint. As soon as I walked in the facility, I could feel that the energy of the atmosphere was good. They where supposed to call me back last month and NEVER did because I was told not to come back in unless I had unnecessary x-rays done and get cleared for my ankle and they wanted scans of my spine while I’m pregnant and my doctor said no unnecessary x rays so I called and let them know that and I was supposed to get a call back that day since I had an appointment the next day and I paid for a 2 month-3 month long subscription and they already took that money out and now they are taking it out again and won’t give my money back even though they didn’t let me know to still come in or not.

I have been a patient at The Joint for a few months. I had my first visits at the Pooler location. Things were fine at first, but then with each visit after the first it seemed like the visits were rushed. I'm a scoliosis and degenerative disc disease patient. I told the doctor where it hurt and he pushed deeper into the curve when it was supposed to be pushed from the opposite side. This caused me more pain. So one day I decided to try the Savannah location in 12 Oaks Square and it was wonderful! EVERY TIME I went in for an adjustment I left feeling better than I went in. The doctors at the Savannah branch are more attentive and patient and I love it and will continue my care with them. The atmosphere is always great. I always look forward to going in. Hello guys! I have only been to the Joint once during an acute problem, while out of town. I signed up for what I guess was a plan of sorts (I was in a lot of pain and not absorbing much information haha) and while I’m sure it was explained to me that it would be a monthly charge, I didn’t realize until checking my HSA account months later that I was still being charged. This is obviously my oversight so no problem. However, when I called to cancel this plan, I was told that it is impossible to cancel without hand delivering a cancellation form to one of the Joint locations in my city, who will then send this form to the Joint location I signed up at. I’m sure I don’t have to explain why this is completely ridiculous and am hoping that you guys will pause to review this particular policy. There appears to be no reason to do this besides making it so difficult that people are unlikely to complete the process, thereby increasing your passive income. But that’s just another way of saying that you’ve designed a system to take advantage of others and, as a healthcare worker myself, this appalls me. I want to be very clear that every staff member I have interacted with has been kind and professional. I think they deserve a redesigned system that helps them take care of people without taking advantage of them. Please reconsider.

I had to go to Savannah today for my daughter's doctors appt, but I was dreading going out because I've been in so much pain I could barely move. Sciatica has had me crippled since Thursday. My hubby suggested I try The Joint Chiropractic in Savannah on Abercorn Street, since I was gonna be in Savannah. My visit was quick, you don't need an appointment or insurance, I was in and out in 10-15 minutes, and most importantly I was able to walk out and my pain was gone! I HIGHLY recommend them! The cherry on top is that they are open on the weekends!

If you are hesitant about going to a chiropractor because you've had back surgery in the past, don't be. Dr. Ralph Davis and the rest of the team at The Joint are literally God sent. I went there as a last resort after weeks of being in pain from my lower back. I was nervous and scared because the thought of someone touching my back after the pain I had been in was almost too much. This was the best decision I have ever made. After the first adjustment, I cried. Not in pain but in sheer relief. The very next day, I could walk normally without feeling like knives were digging into my spine. I slept through the night peacefully for the first time in weeks! Dr. Davis explains everything to you before he does anything to make sure you understand what's going on, the treatment that's best for you, and what you will experience during the process. He's hilarious and patient and I highly, highly, highly recommend him and this place. Don't continue to be in pain when there is relief right here, you will not regret it.

I had been having real bad neck and shoulder pain and after a week of that and a three day headache, I scheduled my $29 consult, exam and adjustment. After being snapped, crackled, popped and listened to...I slept so good that night and my headache disappeared. They actually discovered things I didn't even know were related to being out of alignment. I'm seriously even breathing better once he adjusted the area in my spine that controls that! I went back two nights later, as I was told that my particular situation could take up to four visits. Everyone at the office is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I've been telling everyone how great I feel now. Definitely recommended.

Drove 20 mins from home to get my back cracked me having DDD I go through a lot of back problems today I needed it bad … the office said they closed at 2 I got there at 1:50 … nobody would see me said no chiropractor was available …. Such an inconvenience being how high gas is and what time they’ve wasted of my day … if it says you’re open until 2 then be open until 2 …they’re problem is they’re retaking early breaks when they’re not supposed to be …. Needs to be looked into company not being ran right

I'd like to give a shoutout to both Kayla & Bre at the front desk for their superior customer service and hospitality. All three doctors there during my visit today on my birthday, Dr. Monica, Dr. Dan, & Dr. Sparks were all extremely pleasant to interact with and receive care from. Shout out to them as well. The Joint at 12 Oaks has saved my neck and back over the course of the last few years. Ever since starting routine chiropractic care from them over five years, every visit is pleasant, and I'm always happy with my adjustments. If you're skeptical about chiropractic care, just know that I'm 28 and have had my neck and back popped and adjusted numerous times without any issues. In fact, I always feel 100% better afterward. Of course, I'm not a doctor and everyone reacts to treatments differently, but overall I would highly recommend adding chiropractic care to your list of health & self-care treatments. And when you do, be sure to visit the Joint at 12 Oaks if you live in Savannah!

I absolutely love this location and all of the staff. I had never been to a chiropractor before and had been nervous before my first appointment. Each doctor I have seen at the Twelve Oaks location has validated my pain and been a big part in me feeling better. Update: 9/8 Review dropped from 5 stars to 1. Called the office nearest to me to cancel. Was told I can’t cancel as i signed up in the Savannah office. Stupid as they are nationwide but ok. I called the Savannah office who was immediately rude when I said I needed to cancel. She asked why. I said I can’t make it in during your hours due to hectic schedule. No lie, she really told me I had to come in to fill out a form and couldn’t cancel over the phone. I said I can’t make it in and that it was nuts that I needed to come In. She said I’ll make a 1-time exception and you can fill out this cancellation and email it back to me. I said thank you and I also needed to do my husbands for the same reason. She really responded that he can’t cancel over the phone and needed to come it. Again, why are they making this so difficult? She emailed the form. It’s literally like 4 lines - name, date, reason for cancellation, and a signature. You were going to make me come all the way there to sign 4 lines? I only signed up in Savannah as I was there when I needed an adjustment and was told about a closer office to where I live and how I could go to any location with ease. Also, I became a member using electronic forms. Why on earth wouldn’t I be able to cancel electronically?? Seems like a scam. She also called me “hun”…. 0/10. I’ve spent $390 in 3 months on this membership and only been able to make it once. That’s not their fault at all but they shouldn’t make cancelling such a nightmare. Please stop making it uncomfortable for people to cancel services they aren’t using!

While the drs are relatively good for a quick adjust, there is not real consistency to hours. I drove yesterday from RH arrived at 430 and was told they were closed because they had 3 patients waiting. They don't close until 5 according to the website and the sign on the door. Drove to Pooler on Sunday, also closed and was told to go to Savannah. I guess if your thinking about going to a walk in clinic during "open" hours you had better call before you go and see if they are actually open. As a response to the comment left below it was not 5 mins before closing it was 25 mins before closing and there is no record showing what time I came because the door was locked and I was greeted by an extremely rude employee who unlocked the door to tell me they were closed because 3 others were waiting inside. So I never scanned in.

Each time I visit this facility the staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Lori has done an exceptional job with the treatment as well. She is very attentive to what you state are your problem areas and formulates a plan to relieve those issues. What I like the most is that Dr. Lorie's focus is on implementing a care plan that provides long term corrections...not just temporary adjustments until the next visit. Since I've started visiting this facility the back pain that I used to experience waking up each morning is no longer there. I highly recommend Dr. Lorie to anyone seeking chiropractic care!!!

Update: The few visits I had were working out so well I decided to sign up for a package. It would have saved me a lot of money. I came to realize that it is a first come first serve which can be great unless they are so busy it would be over an hour wait or they would not be able to see me at all. They hold the exact hours my job does so I had one day a week to get in there. Apparently it is their busiest day. Savannah was easier to get in but not as convenient. Since the time I wrote this review the ladies that were working for the joint are no longer there. I didn’t realize that they cycle through chiropractors. So the few times I was able to get in I never knew what I was going to get. Most of the time I was unhappy with the adjustments. In the end I lost a lot of money since I was not able to get my four monthly adjustments. It is also very hard to cancel since you have to show up in person to do so and it was already difficult for me to get there with my job. I still agree with my statement on the front desk staff. Old review: I love the ladies here! They know what they’re doing and they are not just going through the routine adjustments. They actually look at your body and can see where you need adjustments. They really listen to what you need and have opened my eyes to different chiropractic adjustments that work well for my issues. The lady at the front desk was pretty amazing too and it’s so refreshing to communicate with someone who understands good customer service. Overall The Joint has been a lot more affordable for me and easier to work with. I just wish they had a office closer to me.

We enjoy going to this location. Currently there are 2 providers at this location which are Dr. Christine and Dr. Lori. Both of these ladies are amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable with years of experience. They are so personable and welcoming when you enter the treatment area. They work on more than just one area and truly care about the successful treatment of their patients. Dr. Christine made a recommendation for a supplement that she takes herself at bedtime so I purchased it and tried it. It definitely works. Both Doctors have been supportive of a stretching device, that I purchased after talking to a coworker that recommended the device. They even explained what the device was doing as I use it. I love the fact that they share their knowledge and aren't fearful of their patients becoming educated. I have a greater range of motion now, my pain is nothing like it use to be, and after my visit with either provider I know the next morning I will be feeling great. And last but not least, the ladies in the front are always welcoming and greet you with a smile and are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. Thank you all for what you do!

Signed up couple of years ago for convenient care, but as other reviewers have noted, it is impossible to catch them open and staffed. No answer on phones since June and storefront appears closed. If you’re looking for a convenient, readily-available chiropractor unfortunately this is not the place. We had been going to the joint for some time. It had never been amazing due to the variety of doctors but good enough. Unfortunately, some of the doctors have been rumbling for a while about how bad the management and ownership were and we kept losing our favorite chiropractors. We understand, things happen and we definitely did not know to both sides of the story so we tried to take it with a grain of salt. In the last few months, things went down hill very quickly. The office is no longer going by their set times and closes intermittently (without warning or notice). Typically, even if it is open there is only an admin at the front desk who is more than happy to sign you up for a membership but just asks us to go to locations 20 minutes away as they don’t have any doctors on duty. For someone who picked this kind of chiropractic care due to a very busy schedule with only a few minutes to fit in here and there for pain, this is super inconvenient. I totally understand staff shortages happen, particularly in this current climate. What I find more difficult to understand is that there is no concession whatsoever for members who are still being charged monthly for no services. In fact, we canceled and are still being charged for 90 days for both myself and my husband Even though we haven’t receive services in over four months and have been reporting to corporate the whole time about the issues and inconveniences. I can’t imagine running a business and failing to deliver on promises to loyal customers and then not doing anything in my power to make it right. I truly hate leaving a review like this, but I really don’t want other folks to be burned the way we have.

Drove several times to the Pooler location only to find them constantly overwhelmed with the influx of people from the Savannah location and unable to give any service. I have tried to reach out to these people. Contact person that was on the door still has not answered my email regarding suspending my account and giving me a credit. I am not nor do I have the time to drive 45 min to Pooler or Bluffton to get service. I am working upwards of 10 hours a day and would never make it on time. The ONE time I did that it was almost an hour wait. And NOW.. they have charged me for another month that they aren't even open. If the other two locations were more convenient it wouldn't be an issue but they aren't. And I am extremely unhappy, even more so cause I can't get in touch with anyone that is will to stop this madness. I would give a zero if I could.

Sad to have such a wonderful setup and then to have the store closed each and everytime I go to visit. NO i do not want to go to Pooler, NO I don't want to go to Bluffton! I want to go to the location I signed up with, and liked the doctors. Then it's closed, and oops closed again. So I have had two adjustments, and been charged for two months. NO ONE ever returns your calls. You get a text message stating they received your call and when you respond, you receive no response. I was told by another client that the Pooler location had several doctors. WELL SEND ONE TO SAVANNAH! This is a rip off and very, very poor business habits.

Went down hill fast. Was great the first few months (even right after lock down). But was closed during the posted "open" hours my last 4 visits. Other costumers were always at the door just as confused. My last payment was a waste and my bank had to cancel my card to stop their payments (you can only cancel at the office you signed up at, which doesn't work if no one is ever there). Won't be back anytime soon.

My last 2 months of treatment were horrible . I would catch a bus all the way out there with my back killing me just to find out that the office was closed. The first time I just let it go then it kept happening again and again and I complained I said at least you could call us and let us know before we come way out here finally my last month they were closed so much till I decided to cancel but I couldn't cancel because they were never open for me to cancel so I had to get a ride all the way out to their pool location and I still didn't get a refund for my month that I paid for that I never got any service. They took that money out of my account and my back is still killing me because I haven't been treated it's highway robbery

Take your money elsewhere. This franchise location does not care about its patients. They can't keep their scheduled business hours. They shut down with no heads up notification. For heaven sake, just send out a text blasts or something and pretend you care about your patients' time! There is no excuse for hours not being updated through Google or email. So recently I signed up for the 4 visits for $69. The Doctor was a great salesman explaining that t was cheaper and I could come in and get an adjustment in less than 15 minutes. Because of my job it is hard for me to get there unless it is in the evening or Saturday. Within a month they had to reduce their hours and days which kept me from getting there unless it was on a Saturday or Sunday. Went a couple Saturdays just to see they are not open on Saturdays now. This past week I basically had 4 visits that I needed to get in for the month because I couldn’t get there with these new hours. So Friday I asked if it was possible to get an extension of my 3 adjustments that I have been unable to use due to the change of hours. None of which was my fault. I signed up for 7 days a week, 10 until 7pm which I would have been able to use my visits had they not changed. So my complaint is: YOUR CUSTOMER HAD TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR LAST MINUTE CHANGES WHICH REDUCED THEIR AVAILABILITY SO WHY CANT YOU ACCOMMODATE YOUR CUSTOMER IN RETURN? You sold a service YOU CANNOT PROVIDE. IN MY WORLD THAT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT! A Professional company would refund a customer their money back! You lost me as a customer! Your going to loose your last Chiropractor at this rate! Everyone else quit! NO Wonder!

Dr. Austin is professional, and kind. He was talking to me about everyday stuff, so I relaxed, and felt the healing with the alignment. The first visit, including assessment and alignment was only $29, and they have a "membership" for $69 that includes four visits a month. I will be coming back several times this month because the dog keeps on pulling my arm. I've been to another chiropractor here in Savannah, and they didn't do much for me. My daughter recommended The Joint Chiropractic, and I'm glad. Clean office, outstanding costumer service, and Dr. Austin is the best!

At first, I took my daughter due to work stress on lower back compiled with sports. Unsure but needed immediate help. I was used to x-rays, long visits, etc etc. What we found was a friendly, knowledgeable staff, front staff and the Dr.s themselves. Thorough exam, questions, listened. Relief same day, treatment plan, excercises/stretches. She too loves it. Too bad there isnt one near her University. I have since joined as a patient. Attentive, quick, efficient. Just as before. The Joint is flexible. Staff is great! Highly Recommend.

Yikes, this please is aweful. The white blonde Dr. is rude and her desk lady is just as bad. I signed up at a location in Colorado and they said I could not be seen. I called to office on Colorado and they over the phone explained how she could look me up. She was so angry she had to do her job and the Dr. who is obviously her little buddy told me to come back tomorrow for the system to register me. I called colorado back and they explained to both of them that they are not doing their job correctly. After they got their system working they acted like they helped me and could all the sudden do their jobs. I walked out after that, not letting blondie or her buddy do anything to me.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Whitney for about 1.5 years now. I started seeing her specifically when I first moved to Savannah, I had severely pulled a muscle or something in my neck. I found The Joint, and loved the affordability, made even more affordable by the military discount on monthly plans. Doctor Whitney got my neck back in working order, and when I am in town I see her weekly. One of the best aspects of The Joint as a company is that there are so many locations across the country, and notes from your previous visits at any location can be accessed by the Doctor you happen to see. Very disappointed, I called at 5:30 pm looking for an emergency appointment and the lady at the front desk told me just walk in, not appointment necessary. I drove 28 min from Pooler and after my arrival the lady just said " SORRY NO NEW PATIENTS " after 6 pm, she didn't explained that by phone. I was in pain, unable to walk well and in need to see a chiropractor, after that call I felt relieved but here I am writing this review with the same pain. The male adjuster Don or whatever his name is is extremely rough and strongly opinionated that he knows exactly what he is doing for adjustment. He doesnt use the actuator like the other two rely on heavily, but he also doesnt adjust well at all. He is one of the doctors we may hear about in the news for paralyzing someone. Please be careful. The joint did give me my visit free because I didn't allow him to finish my terrible adjustment. The other lady Whitney is super rough but does do planters fascia actuator if you don't mind rough adjustment. Tanya is okay and not as rough and she does use the actuator.

My experience was great. I was referred by an existing patient. The doctor asked specific questions in order to get specific details about my pain and Symptoms to make a diagnosis. Knowing how patients can sometimes be in denial or over exaggerate about their illness, the doctor ?‍⚕️ was on point on location of my back pain in order to give me treatment. Great appointment!!!? Customer service at front desk was a little distance but warming at the end of my session after I made her ?. I have been going to this location for some time now. The staff is always attentive and friendly. I have had excellent care from the Dr's. there. My pain level is often on the 10 marker and afterwards of course there is soreness, however, the pain is always less. If you are looking for a Chiropractor with excellent care, then this is your place!

Overall good care. Unfortunately, I have noticed too many time where newer doctors are paired together instead of having a newer one with a more experienced one on staff ... makes me need to learn which doctors are on and request specific ones.

I LOVE The Joint!! I suffer from chronic migraines and neck problems from whiplash many years ago. The staff are friendly and listen to what I say each visit. I love being able to walk in without an appointment, even on the weekends, and rarely have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. The price cannot be beat. Friendly staff at the desk. Knowledgeable and helpful chiropractors. Usually no wait, and no need for an appointment. The subscription ensures I go regularly (because I know I'm paying for it anyway), so it's good for me. My back problems are kept safely at bay. Unfortunately there's high turnover of the chiropractors - the new guy is great, so I hope he stays! (I'm a member at the Bluffton, SC location.)

I love this place! You are in and out in no time, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Donnelly definitely knows what she's doing. When I first came in I could barely move my neck but now I am in no pain whatsoever! No the pain didn't go away after one adjustment but the more I went, the better my neck got. They'll push you into a membership and then harrass you about payment when you never go again. They'll also cancel military people's contracts over the phone but not regular people's because of "fraud." Like all civilians are fraudulent?? These people are scammers and it's a very weird set-up.

I walked in with severe back pain (I had a pretty severe lateral pelvic tilt where my spine was crooked, my pelvis was crooked...
