I’ve been a patient of the joint in Snellville since it opened six or seven years ago and I have never had a problem with any of the doctors and service on the day I attend it. I have a membership where I go four times a month, which is wonderful since they’ve grandfathered me in at the price of when I started I think I pay like $15 a week which is a lot cheaper than I was doing through my medical insurance. Dr. Cecil open the practice was absolutely wonderful and Dr. Mendez who has taken over since he left is wonderful as well. The fact that I can walk in on my lunch hour or before dinner or even after dinner and be seen or on a Saturday or Sunday is absolutely wonderful because you never know when you’re gonna be in pain , also I could be in Florida. I can be in Denver or New Jersey and use the services at the joint is also a perk.

I visited the Snellville Office today and I love how Dr. Andrea Mendez sat and talked with with me about the MRI report that I had received from my spine doctor. This was something my spine doctor didn’t try to do last week. I have tried physical therapy and that didn’t help. I felt some relief from this first visit with Dr. Andrea Mendez. I felt she cared. Dr. Andrea Mendez is a amazing doctor.

Dr. Mendez is amazing! She is knowledgeable and thorough regarding all things chiropractic. I brought my sister, who had been dealing with back and leg pain for several years, in to see Dr. Mendez. Dr. Prather wasn’t in and the sub doctor was no good . Next time I will confirm who is working . She adjusted my neck , but there was no focus on my lower body , just a bunch of weird instructions to bend my knees and a few things no other Chiropractor had told me to do . I recommend this location but it depends on who working.

Went in for an adjustment as I was having some neck pain. I’ve come to the Snellville location for years and have have also been on wellness plans twice. What I like about the Joint is you can pop in whenever you want and don’t necessarily have to be on a plan. I had a free visit coupon from my pervious visit clearly labeled NO EXPIRATION. Dr Weston took one look at my coupon and told me I can’t use this because it is expired. He then looks up my info in the computer system and scolds me for cancelling my last plan. He told me the reason I was in pain was because I never should have cancelled. This really made me feel disrespected but my neck was hurting so I asked to please adjust me (for the full price of $39). Dr Weston spent about 20 seconds on me and says “stand up see how that feels” I stand up and my time is done!! My neck is still hurting. I’ve seen other doctors at this location that have been so nice and thorough and actually helped me with pain. Very disappointed and will NEVER see this man again. He was pushing the new Flex plan on me and was very rude the entire visit.

I found The Joint while researching for a chiropractor near me. I found The Joint, read the reviews about how the doctor helped one patient with pain from sciatica. I was diagnosed with sciatica and was still in pain after taking all the meds I was prescribed by the emergency room doctors. I decided I wanted to try a chiropractor before going to my orthopedic doctor’s visit. I called and the receptionist said I didn’t need an appointment. I came in about two hours later. Two people were at the desk. One I assume was the receptionist and after looking at their website, I now know that the other female was Dr. Prather! They told me boldface lies stating that they only do wellness adjustments and don’t deal with patients with sciatica. They said that I should go to an urgent care facility or another chiropractor! They saw that I was in pain and needed help, but because for whatever reason they brushed me off by lying. Shame on you Dr. Prather! I know you are a young doctor so maybe you can do better and have integrity and compassion when dealing with people who need help. You could have just said we’re ready to go home so come back tomorrow! I will post this review everywhere I can because you are not a caring and compassionate doctor or person!

Dr. Prather and Shy the receptionist have been an integral part of my introduction to chiropractic therapy. I originally had a partial dislocated hip that for 5 months plagued me night and day. Dr. Prather explained that the issue was in my spine and would take 6-8 visits to correct. Indeed, in 6 weeks, it was 98% better and I continue to practice the physical therapy suggested. I have since been on a personal journey to reclaim my physical fitness and health. Part of the journey is working hard and displacing joints, which Dr. Prather corrects and has guided me to a better wholeness.

They've been the absolute best. My back has always given me trouble, especially after two car accidents and constant wear and tear at work. Every time I come in, I'm put back into place and if I don't understand something, I ask if there's something more I can do, they explain it to me in a way I can understand and don't talk over my head or at me but to me. I injured my back a couple of months ago to the point of numbness and severe pain going down my left leg. My research told me I was experiencing sciatica. I've been to many chiropractors and was looking to get a series of adjustments after recently moving to the area. I found the Joint and was so thrilled that Dr. Ciesiel is not only is very experienced and skilled at his adjustments, but also recognized that I wasn't in need of a new patient education and got right to the evaluation/adjustments on my first visit. The other gent, I think his name is Dr. Ronald, also does an amazing job adjusting. I am also beyond grateful that it is so affordable. I've been seeing chiropractors all across the U.S. for over 30 years for acute, chronic or maintenance issues. Most have been kind, some gentle, some effective and others less so. Most have accepted insurance but with a co-pay; some of them have made me pay the entire fee up front and, at times, I was never reimbursed by insurance because they hired pitiful bookkeepers. The Joint makes it simple: pay what I would for co-pay and leave it at that. Walk-in service means, most times, you literally walk in to be treated quickly, efficiently, effectively and thoroughly. The receptionist knows my name (after one visit!) and is welcoming each time I enter. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable, each having unique approaches to the same adjustments. Dr. Ciesiel, a fellow northerner, has managed to gently adjust difficult areas others have been unable to with their yank and twist methods. I'm a regular!

I recently decided to visit "The Joint" in Snellville and was very impressed by the service by the front desk gentlemen named "Phillip. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest thing that made me decide to join their monthly plan was because: 1) the service was AMAZING. The best adjustment ever 2) the customer service was GREAT and for me that goes a long way. Phillip is the real deal. He is very nice and treats all the customers with respect

Went to The Joint today. Have been going to Chiropracters for 30 years and they have all been good but Dr Ronald was absolutely Great!! He was able to move parts of me on the first visit that other Chiropracters always had trouble with. He really listened to me and it was evident in the way he adjusted me. I felt better immediately and was very impressed with everyone at this location in Snellville. It's nice when someone exceeds your expectations for this type of care. Thank you.

Decided to give this place a try since I'm trying my best to get into better shape all around. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Ciesiel. After a discussion about all my ailments, we came up with a plan of action. I've been coming here for a couple of weeks and am seeing an improvement in my overall health. The staff could not be any more pleasant or helpful! I truly love this place and look forward to coming every week! Give it a try, the price is right!

I have been going to different chiropractors for many years, both for treatment and "maintenance checkup".
What is unique about The Joint are hours of operation and no nonsense, good 'ole chiropractic approach.
With many chiropractors out there only a few are both affordable and effective.
The Joint offers not just a convenience of walk in, but a sincere interest in well being of every patient, without over the top marketing so annoying in too many places these days.
Although Dr. Ciesiel is an amazing chiropractor there are more in that location I'd fully recommend.

I have been going to The Joint for a couple of years now. Dr Ciesiel always seems to be able to fix what ever is hurting. He has helped me out so much that I bring the kids in and that has really helped them out with their growth spurts. This place is really the best. They make sure the customer is first and the pain goes away!
