Booked an appt online as a new patient based on reviews. Bad idea. Took a little while to go back. Fine. Seen Dr. Patel there. She was nice, BUT she flipped through my previous chiropractor care notes that I brought with very fast and didn't really take the time to review my information. I also brought my xray and mri disc's with but she didn't have the time to look at them because she was in a hurry. I was a new patient, this information should have been looked at. These chiropractors are in a hurry here to get patients in and out and make money. Not to actually get to know the patients or their conditions. I also notice that the other chiropractor that was there Dr. Harmon wrapped a towel around someone's neck and tried to adjust them by pulling the towel. All legit and good chiropractors do not use a towel method due to the dangers of seriously hurting someone. Not good practices. There's also absolutely no privacy when being adjusted or talking to the chiropractor. Theres other payients in the room.Total hippa violation here! Go to a legit chiropractor not this shady place.

I had a chance meetup with Dr. Nate Barrett at the Fairview clinic, which is where I normally go. I had a little issue that he started treating, and I like to stay with the same practitioner for a certain problem. So the next day, I instead went to the 10 Mile clinic, where he normally sees patients. In my experience all the doctors at The Joint are caring and qualified professionals, and I've gone to chiropractor for 40 years. I found Dr. Barrett's bedside manner and treatment style to be pleasant and effective. It's hard to explain, but there's a sweet spot of being gentle yet utilizing enough pressure to properly adjust, and he seems to be able to achieve it each time. Nicely done, Dr. Barrett!

Woke up one day with a pinched nerve in my neck went to work and tried to tough it out. When that failed I was referred to doctor Harmon and joint chiropractic. ***PLEASE READ*** Serious issues and concerns with The Joint Chiropractic on 10 Mile in Meridian... #1 Concern: Dr. Harmon - after treating my daughter the past few months, something very concerning changed with his behavior thisbpast week. The previous week, there were issues with costs and non-approved charges for another daughter we planned on signing up, (details below regarding this). However, it was apparent that either Dr. Harmon was having a really off day or he took out his aggressive demeanor and treatment on my daughter in regards to issues with costs this past week---unexcusable. Either way, Dr. Harmon acted unprofessional and scared my daughter. He was rudely quick with her treatment, including how he treated her---The amount of pressure adjusting her back and neck was excessive. My daughter said she felt pain and was scared. As her parent watching and feeling the tension, I was completely shocked and wanted to leave. My husband, her dad waiting in the car, asked if she was treated yet as we were out so quickly... So, I contacted the corporate office in Arizona and left a detailed message. I contacted the other Joint Chiropractic in Meridian and spoke to Jasmine with my concerns. She was great and reassured me upper management would contact me...Well, 3 days later: NO call back from corporate or locally. I was informed that the owners are from Arizona, Tony and Thersa and are not local. This is a franchise. I contacted Jasmine this morning and informed her I haven't received a call and at this point, I will be leaving a detailed negative review due to lack of follow up in regards to Dr. Harmon's treatment of my daughter. Also, the issue last week was in regards to the front staff, Jennifer and a new trainee---They charged our debit card $129 without our permission. We ageeed to the $49 monthly fee with the 4 visits included, however they were charging us an additinal 4 visits. Jennifer asked Dr. Harmon if he was giving us additional visits and he said to give us 4. At no point were we informed we were being charged---shady way to do business charging treatments we don't need or requested. Why would we pay for 4 additional treatments when we have 4 to use already? After much discussion and clarification, we were all on the same page until we got home and received a call from Jennifer asking what did we decide on as she couldn't remember or understand what we signed up for. We discontinueed our memeberships for both daughters. Strange, but even though they act like they are confused they know what they are doing...taking advantage of patients and their families. This is business. Period. Health care of all areas should have high standards, including The Joint Chiropractic. The lack of professionalism and consistant procedures in the office with charges is one thing, BUT, a doctor taking out his anger or frustration during a treatment is a major red flag and needs to be audited and resolved. A grown man applying agressive pressure on a minor while being adjusted is unacceptable. Our daugter is scared to have any chiropractic treatments going forward. We obviously are not going back Dr. Harmon. We have 3 unused treatments that we paid for...frustrating. There are many good chiropractors in The Treasure Valley---Would not recommend the Joint Chiropractic. Patients should be first priority and we experienced this isn't their business practice...unfortunate. BE AWARE OF BUSINESSES LIKE THISAND ADVOCATE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

The front desk staff is always super warm and welcoming! I go to see Dr. Harmon for my neck and back issues however I’ve recently discovered I have De Quervain's tenosynovitis. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in the medical field. I paid for 3 months of services upfront due to their “subscription” service and went in for an adjustment the day after a payment was due. My company shifted their FSA card vendor and I let them know it wasn’t active until 7/29, the following day. The receptionist made a call to someone else and then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t see me until I paid the subscription service amount. I will never return to this business and would recommend to never sign up for the $79/month plan. I paid in total about $400, and saw them 4 times.

I went to visit Dr. Hayes recently. Dr. Hayes implemented a newer technique that was able to free up my neck which had been bothering me for years. I can’t say enough about how excited I was to have the relief that came from that adjustment. I have been dealing with that pain for around six years. The joint chiropractor is a place I would recommend! I was having severe pain in my back I could barely drive it hurt so bad but with only a couple weeks of going I already feel so much better!The chiropractors have all been very nice and very helpful. I was welcomed with open arms and getting set up and paying was simple they make the process easier. The place is clean and bathrooms are nice. I had some serious lower back pain that spread into my hips and was causing sciatic pain. Though I had multiple massages that helped slightly, I knew it was time to go to a Chiropractor. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to go somewhere like The Joint since they are a walk in business with many locations, but what I needed at this point was somewhere I could walk in the same day to find some relief! I cannot remember the girl’s name that greeted me (I will update the review when I see her again). She was very welcoming and helpful with a great personality! Dr. Pinnix exceeded my expectations. He actually took the time to help me understand what was going on and why. When I was adjusted, my pain immediately went from a 7 to a 3! I decided to sign up for their monthly wellness plan because it is so reasonable and 100% worth it!

The Joint Chiropractic has been amazing and really helped me on my road to recovery with my lower back/leg injury. I usually get Dr. Hayes and his excellent skills are truly transforming. I’m able to get back to my workouts stronger than ever since my injury. As an example, he recently started adding this neck pull. I’ve had this tightness and pinching on one side of my neck and I just got used to it. After two sessions that included the neck pull, I noticed that the pinching was gone! I also feel so much more relaxed after a session. I wouldn’t even be able to tell how tense my body was until I get the session. Highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Meridian, ID. Side note: this is coming from someone who went to chiro in Los Angeles that was more fluff than true treatment and didn’t think to go to another until the injury combined with how easy it is to book and go on a regular basis at The Joint Chiropractic.

The chiropractors are friendly and knowledgeable. I do not appreciate the fact that I signed up for the membership amd received a promo of 3 free visits on top of the 4 visits that came with my $80 payment. I didn't realize that I had to use all 7 within 1 month. I ended up getting sick and was out of commission for 1.5 weeks. There was no way I could use 7 visits in 2.5 weeks. Fast forward, after speaking to a manager the agreed to roll over 1 of the 3 free visits. I was assured that I would have until the 2nd to use all 5 of them. However, when I went in today on the 23rd I was informed that my remaining visits for the month had been forfeited because I didn't use them before the 22nd. I've paid $160 and used 4-5 visits instead of the 11 that I purchased.

To be honest I lacked for 3 weeks not going and payed the price with the issues I’d been having for long time .. my lower back gets so messed up, as I get older it’s difficult sometimes to even put song socks on.. Believe it or not all I need to do his get adjusted and feel way better once leaving out the door… so if anyone is looking for relief I really Recommend you go see for yourself. With work and my cultural indigenous dancing it does take a toll on my body but I have found that I can get back on the go keeping my adjustments going…

I would give 5 stars but the only issue I have is the wham bam thank you ma’am way they get ya in and out and no roller table which in the past has really helped after an adjustment. Other than that, Dr X is wonderful. ?

The Joint Chiropractic (in particular the one located on Ten Mile by Costco) is great. The doctors all seem to find the problem areas and address those. It is amazing how well this quick treatment helps out. What is of interest to me that on occasion there are new chiropractic doctors at this location, and each has had the same great level of care, concern, and attention to my issues. I appreciate the care taken to bring in new doctors that are as good as those I have had treat me before.

Excellent first visit with the proper time spent on the evaluation and the adjustment was top notch!! Over 25 years going to a chiropractor and this was the easiest process and one of the best adjustments. Well Done!!! ***update*** after many visits I can still say I have a great experience. I will note that each chiropractor in my location adjusts me differently - had to get used to that.

BOTH the Chiropractors I have used at this location have been exceptional! They just have been able to get place in my back to adjust in places that don't go so easily to move nicely without pain. Which I appreciate. Everyone is kind and friendly. I love the Joint!

The fast food no frills version of Chiropractors. There seems to be an emphasis to get you in and out quickly, so if you need a place to be in and out in 10 minutes or less, this is the place for you.

Update: Unfortunately I'm updating my review to 2-stars - not due to the chiropractic service, but due to one of their receptionists. I was previously paying for 2 patient account on one CC and needed to place both on a temporary freeze. The receptionist did not inform me that two separate patient forms would need to be filled out in order for both accounts to be frozen at the same time. I was then charged for one account without my knowledge and they did not let me use my remaining pre-paid visits for the month of July. This was highly unprofessional and I am not sure if I will be returning. Beware locals.

The consultation and history was thorough and easy. The front desk associate was informative and friendly. The doctor was amazing, explained everything before it happened and demonstrated the equipment and techniques he would be using. I walked into the office in pain and left with relief. They gave me a treatment plan for future visits and my family and I will be continuing our chiropractic journey here! Very satisfied!

I am a recently retired physician. I have had chronic lower back pain for the past 25 years due to athletic injuries in my twenties. I have always exercised and bore the pain with Tylenol and Advil. After retiring, I wanted to increase my workout intensity and decided to try chiropractic. Two adjustments per week for 2 months (also started getting weekly massages) resulted in nearly total cessation of my pain. Now down to once a week. I cannot recommend The Joint enough! Amazingly efficient operation at the 10 mile and Chinden site! Dr. Lucas Hayes is outstanding.
