Your feet carry you around this world day in and day out. It makes sense that they'd become stressed and sore after a while. The hands are also used daily, picking things up, holding tools to work on a project, carrying things in, and so forth. Pain Caused By Poorly Fitting Shoes
Perhaps you're experiencing some discomfort because of the poor fit of your shoes. If your shoes are too tight -- or even too large -- you may find yourself walking unevenly or tripping often. This cause of pain is easy to remedy at home. You'll need to get rid of the ill-fitting shoes and find a pair that fits you properly. You should be wearing a sturdy pair of athletic shoes that fit well.
Pain Caused By Hours on Your Feet
You may spend hours on your feet -- be it standing in one place or having to walk from one area of a building to another and back again. Whatever the case, these extended hours on your feet can leave them feeling incredibly tired and sore by the end of the day. You can ease your discomfort by soaking your feet in a tub of warm water and Epsom salt. Then, be sure to lay down and have your feet kept above you. It helps reduce any swelling.
Pain Caused By Repetitive Motions
Your hands can hurt when you're making repetitive motions. Perhaps you're typing on a computer for hours or you're working construction and picking up nails to hammer into wood. These constant movements done in the same way over and over as you complete your job duties can have a harsh effect on your hands. Take a break when you can to give your hands time to rest. You can also try a self-massage and a few stretches to help loosen your joints.
