It is not a really magic formula but pays off big. Another thing that we can do is smile more. That isn’t just for the sake of doing it, smiling can have a solid effect on health as well as other factors that influence us and our social climate. It may affect everything from our appearance to productivity to our social environment in general.

When people smile, and are happy, they may find it much easier to lose themselves in their work. The don’t seem to have the dread for the task that so many have. This could be due to the fact that they are more open to ideas and can do a better job of problem solving. It can also help to release endorphins that can dull pain. One study indicated that people who smile more may increase their longevity as much as seven years.
It Can Make You Seem More Approachable And Attractive
There tends to be a greater level of trust for those who smile. Others are simply more comfortable with them. Men are more likely to approach women who smile than they are those who make just make eye contact. Their good moods may be able to lift the spirits of others. It has also been said that those who smile may appear as much as three years younger. Smiling may really pay off in motivation and acceptance. It could open new doors for you. Try it, and you will probably wonder why you never smiled as much before.
