The receptionist was very nice and she helped me get set up with a good plan at an affordable cost. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Dr explained everything to me before he did it and made sure I was OK with what he wanted to do. He popped my neck like a glowstick and it was fantastic. I knew i was going to be a tough nut to crack, and he said as much but still got the job done! Looking forward to following visits! 10/10

Did absolutely nothing for me, I came in as a desperate attempt while barely being able to walk and they were not even able to help me at all and told me I would need to be seen 8 times that month so they could get more money out of me and I believed then while being in imense amount of pain. I asked them 3+ times if this was a one time purchase and would not be a subscription type thing and they assured me it would not be. Next month I was charged another time and they refused to refund me even though it was absolutely their mistake for the misinformation. I am extremely disappointed and irritated with the holiday being so close and having a child to buy for and now having a lot less to provide the gifts for her. Maybe be more honest with your customers next time.

I was in debilitating pain for weeks before going here. My next step was the emergency room that same night I went here for the first time if this didn’t do the trick. Matt did some routine stretches with me to pinpoint the issue and realized my posture was off by almost an entire inch because of the way I had distorted my hip. I felt the relief from the first two adjustments instantly and it changed everything. I’ve been going regularly the past week or two and feel 90% better (it’s a process for mine that I need to keep going back for). Highly recommend! Not only did they speak clearly to me, but looked at me while speaking. I do not like it when people look away mumbling and then wonder why you can't understand what they said.

I had recently fallen do to the, ice and snow in northern Indiana. Yoga instructor recommended I have an adjustment and that I consider this practice because they have such a good reputation.
Since it’s a walk-in clinic, I didn’t need an appointment. I went in and for the first time in my over 60 years had an adjustment.
I noticed a difference immediately upon standing up. I actually felt taller, and I felt as if I was standing straighter than I had for a long time. I had greater rotation in my neck from shoulder to shoulder without any discomfort. And my hips were better aligned

i hurt my back on July 4 weekend, and my 76 year old chiropractor was in PCU… I had already met Dr. Dave so I have been referring business there for a couple years. But there’s a complete difference to win you have a story behind the referral… I couldn’t move my left leg, I couldn’t get in the car, I couldn’t move over 1 inch laying in bed… It was excruciating, and into visits, I wasn’t fixed, but I was capable of moving without stabbing pain… I’ve been using a lot of visits, but when it’s economical, I’m worth it ! i love this Dr Dave and staffers

Always have a positive experience when I go to The Joint. Very friendly and down to earth staff. Very insightful, always providing knowledge to help educate on ways to improve on posture and technique to help minimize future problems. I was referred by a family member and referred many of my friends to go.

I've been a skeptic of chiropractors, since I had a bad experience at 13 and one cracked my back in a bad way and left me hunched over for 3 months. Dr. Dave listened to my fears, and my description of all my pain and did a quick adjustment. Yes it was a little painful, but I didn't realize I was so out if place that my muscles weren't even pulling their own weight anymore. After my first visit, u was ecstatic!! I haven't been able to move like this in YEARS!! I would say Dr. Dave has the magic hands to crack you like a glowstick and bring out your natural essence again!!!! If I could rate a million stars I would!! I'm so happy to be pain free after 2 years of being told there's medically nothing wrong.

I pulled a muscle at the gym 2 weeks ago. ( hard headed, thought it would heal itself right?) NOOOOO. It was awful, I couldn't bend over to put my shoes on, it took me over an hour to get out of bed everyday, I couldn't sit down at all without constant pain... so I finally decided to come here. My back & neck have been out of whack for YEARS. My fiance was always trying to knead the knot out of the base of my neck and down my back, and it helped a bit, but never enough to really make an impact. After having my daughter, it felt like all of my bones were in the wrong places. I was always hobbling and limping when I stood up and trying to stand up straight put so much pain and pressure on my lower back. The phrase that kept repeating in my head was "I'm MUCH too young to feel this old." Last week, I did something to my back and was at the point where even driving and breathing hurt. I was scared to go to a chiropractor because I am Little Miss Anxiety Issues and have always been afraid of them snapping my neck and killing me, movie-style. ? But I couldn't take it anymore, so I decided on a whim to just go and see if there was anything they could do. I did not have high expectations, I assumed I'd leave just as miserable as I arrived. First off, I love the setting. It's quiet and peaceful and Allena at the front desk was very sweet. I was grateful that they ask if you have to go to the bathroom first, which may seem silly, but it was one less thing to be anxious about. For my actual adjustment, Dr. (Austin) King was SO kind and caring and for legit the first time in a medical setting, I felt LISTENED TO. He was shocked when I told him I've been living with a cracked tailbone for 20 years and didn't just ignore that that injury has really messed up my body. He didn't make me feel stupid like some doctors do, he didn't immediately just blame my back problems on my appearance (plus-sized with a larger chest), even though I'm sure some of it is related. I was not afraid of him hurting me and the only part that made me nervous was my neck, but I made sure to tell him "I trust you, just don't kill me." Haha. But the main thing is... within about 2 days, I was standing up straight with no pain. I was sitting up straight in my chair at work with no pain. I was getting out of my chair at work without doing a 60yo-dad-style "OOF" every time. My fiance said he could actually feel the difference in my neck and back just by running a hand over it. Today has been 6 days since my visit and I am going back today and am actually EXCITED to go. I've heard chiropractic care can be life changing for some people, and I think I might be one of those people. I have never been such an advocate of a medical practice, a doctor, or a place as I am for this one. My mom also really likes Dr. Dave, so I'm sure any of the doctors there are just as amazing. ? I am seriously stoked to continue this journey. ❤

I called yesterday and asked if they offered and manual option in terms of cracking my back. Elaine over the phone mentioned that they did. When I arrived first thing in the morning for my 10am appt, I had to fill out paperwork thru a tablet. When I was done, reception tells me it didn't go thru and I have to fill everything out again but on paper now. When I get sent back to the chiropractor, I mentioned I heard the pressure gun and I didn't want that used on me. I wanted somebody to crack my back. She mentioned she "COULD TRY" to crack my back, but would recommend I come back again when there is a male figure there. I'm a big guy, but I'm not that huge. I'm sorry but I'm not paying you for 2 visits to try and fix the issue that I have. I felt no transparency what so ever in terms of what I wanted to get done. My needs were not listen to at all. I go into work at 10am, my job gave my the chance to come in an hour later to get my back issue figured out. The fact that I came here, and it's a waste of my time because I was not able to get anything accomplished, shows how inefficient this place is at getting chiropractor work done.
