Make it a Fitness Date

Dating can seem mundane if you're used to the same types of dates all the time. Dinner and  a movie may be great once in a while, but it isn't ideal for first dates or when you're really wanting to do something spontaneous. Make it a fitness date instead and you're bound to have more fun. You'll get to bond while improving your health.

Tandem Kayaking 

Tandem kayaking is the proper name for two people using a kayak at once. Many kayaks only come with one seat, but tandem kayaks come with two. Paintball makes an ideal fitness date. You'll get to enjoy some friendly competition and have a lot of fun seeing which of you can get the other the most. Miniature Golf

A game of miniature golf is a typical date scene and for good reason. You'll be working out without really realizing it: the walking from one hole, and the jumping up and down when you sink a putt. You shouldn't feel sweaty or out of breath, as with some of the other options that may be more appealing within the first few dates. Dance Lessons

You can head out to a dance club on your date night, or actually take some dance lessons. Lessons are a great way to see how the two of you work together while teaching you something new in a fun way. It's a terrific bonding experience. Sitting at a movie may be the most common date to go on, but it isn't fun or interactive. A fitness date provides a better opportunity to get to know the other person and can be quite enjoyable if you both agree to it.
