Love this place and the staff so much! Wonderful prices, especially when needing an extra adjustment in between my current “wellness plan,” just $20! Every staff member has been so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hall is always incredible! I have seen Dr. Johnson twice so far, and he’s incredible as well. I also love the accessibility, and the ability to come in any time and day of the week that is most convenient for me. I came in after approximately 6 weeks of not being adjusted at my previous chiropractors office, due to extreme pain and discomfort; did my initial $29 visit I believe it was? Now I’m a permanent patient! So glad I decided to come and be adjusted when I did!❤️ You guys are wonderful!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I was not a patient here but my wife was and it was not a good experience with the Manager Noel Kornacki. The care she got from the doctors was ok but when it came to billing it was a complete nightmare. When she went in for treatment they had a new employee working the counter and never told my wife that you are automatically signed up for a 3 month subscription of service. I recommended to my wife to go to a chiropractor in Henderson that actually takes insurance so she didnt go back to "The Joint" again but then we were charged a 3 month fee. My wife called the establishment and explained what had happened, that she was never told that she was going to be charged a 3 month subscription by the new employee. On the phone she was talking to Noel Kornacki who said that he would have to check the cameras and see, basically accusing my wife of lying. He acknowledged they had a new employee working so it might be possible they did not explain the subscription completely. Noel Kornacki claimed he would get back with my wife. Now my wife and I work night shift so we usually take a nap during the day but this day we stayed up waiting to hear back from Noel Kornacki, which he never called back. Three days go by and my wife calls "The Joint" and ask to speak to Noel Kornacki and she is told he is not in the office right now. But the gentleman on the phone told my wife that he saw there were notes on her account that were put on there by Noel Kornacki. His notes state that he checked the cameras and did verify that my wife was not told about the 3 month subscription and that she would have to come in and actually sign papers to cancel her subscription. In his notes he claims that he told my wife that information which he had not because I heard the whole original conversation with Noel Kornacki. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and nice and said that he would leave a message for Noel Kornacki to call my wife back. Noel Kornacki finally called my wife back and asked what she needed, and she told him that she had been waiting to hear back from him about what he found out from the cameras. He said " we already talked about this, I called you and told you" THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE, HE NEVER CALLED HER BACK. He swears he talked to my wife but he didn't, so he told her she had to come in and sign something to cancel the subscription. I drove my wife the "The Joint" on 7-18-26 and she signed what she had to, to cancel the subscription.. Fast forward to today 7-30-26 we have not had a refund of our money. My wife texted Noel Kornacki asking about a refund, he calls her and once again calls my wife a lier. She tries to explain to him again what was going on and what she was told by the gentleman on the phone who said he saw notes on her account. Noel Kornacki hung up on my wife. There needs to be an investigation into Noel Kornacki, is a pathological lier and a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "THE JOINT"! Go to a real chiropractic establishment not this joke of a "Chiropractor Office" all they will do is lie and steal from you... Noel Kornacki needs to be removed as manager, this is not how customer service should be. You Have Been Warned!!!

You even told her that you verified that she was not told about the 3 month membership on video because you had a new employee training.. because you were sitting next to them, training them. Hope you didnt teach them to lie like you! You are a complete joke as a owner/ manager. You really should go to some classes on customer service and maybe go to church. I will make sure that I warn anyone I know about your establishment and I will make it known how you treat people.

Whenever I went in for my first visit I was in extreme pain and I only chose this place due to being able to get in that day. I went in and got an adjustment and the Dr was nice. The problem is the Manager Noel Kornacki. I was never told they were going to keep my debit card on file or that they have a 3 month membership. If I would have been told that I would never have given them my debit card!! The day I called and talked to Noel he told me he would need to check the cameras and he would get back to me. He never did so I called back like 4 days later and his employee Jaxson told me that it was a 3 month membership and I told him about Noel talking to me. He read the notes on my account and saw where Noel said for me to come in and cancel. Noel then called me back & tried to tell me we had a conversation about canceling & I needed to come in and cancel. I did that and again its been almost a week and no credit back to my card. I texted Noel and now he is saying he told me he would wave the 3rd month and thats it!! I told him he never told me that and again he states he did. This man is a liar and he takes advantage of people that walk in that door. I asked to talk to his manager and he said he was it!!
Reply to owner: Noel you are a liar. You know it was a new employee you were training that day!! You were sitting in a chair in the lobby. You were just talking! Nice try!

The Joint is a shameful establishment. I signed up for Align One in Terre Haute and moved two hours away in Evansville. Their business model made this detrimental. The west side location wouldn't let me cancel nor talk to the Terre Haute office when I explained my situation. The recurring charge happened three months without me going once, per policy. During one appointment in Terre Haute a Chiro said he couldn't help me. I'm a bka because my hips were too far off on my prosthetic. They credited me an extra initial visit from the first three. Newburgh did not apply it to my account. I would have to drive four hours roundtrip to use it. I will never walk into the joint again. My parents and brothers are chiropractors. This was extremely unprofesinal on three occassions. Stay away everyone.

I’ve been going to the Newburgh Joint place for a couple of months now. I have had back issues since highschool and I have always been afraid to have anyone near my back. I can say, this place has gave me part of my youth back. Every person in this building has gone above and beyond to deliver the best customer satisfaction and truly cares about getting your body healthy again. Dr Hall was wonderful. I came in with pain in my back and neck, after getting adjusted only once, I felt relief immediately. Joint chiropractic is reasonably priced, has great hospitality, and is very clean. I got on a plan for treatment to continue correcting the issues in my back, and it’s walk-in friendly, which is great for a hectic schedule and busy life. I highly recommend this chiropractic office.

It’s awesome to know when you’re hurting or feel something slipping you don’t have to make an appointment, even better you can go that day and walk right in. The staff are friendly and nice at both locations in Evansville In. The Drs are too, plus they are knowledgeable and listen to where your problem areas are. I’ve been going for a month. I knew after the first 2 visits this was helping. I live about 30 min away and will drive there 1or 2 times a week. Also, you can’t beat their prices. Again, I love that I can walk-in anytime at any location. I definitely recommend them. If your body is hurting, feeling out of place, muscle tightness, or difficulty getting around…Go see them!

Update to an initial review:
Run do not walk, away from this outfit! It simply is not worth it. First issue, I had two visits, the second one causing A HUGE INCREASE in pain for two days, I understand a little increase and some soreness is sometimes normal, but this was way more than that. Second issue due to my schedule conflicting with thier hours, which I know they can't help, I decided to cancel. I walk in and say, "I just need to cancel", the dude condescendingly says "we don't use that word here, it's a transition because you are always a patient." I explain why I'm cancelling and I'm asked what time I get off work, as if im not smart enough to know their hours, and informed they are also open weekends, I work too many weekends too. I am then told I can "transition" but I'll still be charged for the upcoming month because " that's what you signed" I'm appalled I literally walk in and say "I need to cancel, and instantly the rude condescending crappy attitude starts. This review would never have been updated if it were not for the attitude I got, simply for choosing to cancel. A simple Sure we can do that, and actually asking why, while starting off and remaining polite was all that would have been required to have left my previous good review (you can find below). It seems this a nice as can be to get the contract signed, rude as can be if you leave kind of place. Go elsewhere, I'm sure better care is possible. I know better service definitely is.
I have been to one visit so far. The service and care during that visit were very good. With things like chiropractic and medical care I wait to see how a general experience pattern comes into play before making a full decision, so this only a review of one visit, but it looks promising so far.

Signed up in December to be a first time customer. They had a promotion going on and offered it to me. Being a first timer I told them that I wanted to see if I would get any relief before committing to a long term contract. Went for the month of December. Was billed for the next 3 months because they signed me up for the contract. No phone call to say hey we are taking your money but have not seen you.
Be careful and make sure you get what you want and not what they want to sign you up for.

This place is nothing but a gimmick. They charge you $29 for the first visit and it's supposed to be everything included. I told the doctor what I had going on any right away said I had a herniated disc without even touching my body and x-ray CAT scan MRI nothing. He then adjusted my lower back and said that he was not going to do my neck even though I said that I had neck pain and migraines. He then suggested that I see him four times a week and with the package that he suggested it would be $79 a month and that is one visit a week but as a courtesy to me he would throw in three free visits the same exact diagnosis that he diagnosed the three people in front of me. They do not take insurance it is honestly just to gimmick if you're looking for a place that is going to adjust your your back and you don't have insurance then go there but they are not qualified to diagnose anything especially since everybody came out with the same diagnosis. And I did not have a herniated disc I just needed to take a poop

I feel misled and taken advantage of. I was referred by my boyfriend who got adjusted here and paid around $50. After my adjustment, immediately a clipboard with a $80 membership was put in my face. What I was asking for she told me she didn't know what I was talking about and she didnt know how my referee got the deal they did. I told her I did not plan to spend that much today & if I could see other plans and she shows me plans costing much more than the $80 one. Anything cheaper was not an option for me even though that's what I told her I wanted. (New patient special that was posted around the office.) Then I'm told I'm paying $80 and it's $108 up front. The details were not specific nor were they explained. Overall the actual adjustment was fine and lasted about 4 minutes, but nothing worth being roped into a membership for that you can't cancel until they successfully get your money.

I have used the Joint 2 different circumstances. I have a computer mouse repetition which caused pain after 18 years of graphic design work. Their adjustments have given me relief where the Orthopedic injections did not. A year ago I was rear ended and in excruciating pain. They were the only place open Saturday. I was very vague about my reasons for coming, but the adjustment that day was incredibly helpful. Apon further conversation, they referred me to a chiropractor who handles auto insurance. They don't do x-rays so as they explained its not their main business model.

I came here about 2 months ago with sciatica issues from prolonged sitting due to a recent surgery. I was met with Dr. Hall which explained possible causes of my issues and a plan for improvement. The Joint is BY FAR much more cost effective, compared to standalone chiropractic offices.
The Joint does not require xrays to perform chiropractic work. That is a huge bonus for me.
