This is the Amway of Chiropractic care. Chaotic, noisy, exam was worse than what you’d get in a 3rd world backstreet. All they want to do is to sell you on a monthly subscription. Every phrase, the exam, the “report” is all pointing you to sign up for a “wellness plan”. There was more time spent on forms & selling me plans than examination. Don’t waste 90 minutes of your life.

Cost -4 visits for less than one at other places. They don't process ins., but you can use your HSA card. Service- FAST. They don't rush & spend adequate time, ask the right questions, & get to work. The first visit takes longer d/t paperwork & instructions. After that, you sign in & head back. The longest I've waited is maybe 15 minutes at most, depending on how many are ahead of me. They listen to you, create a treatment plan, so they always know who you are & what progress has been made. Treatment- effective. The doctors have their individual style/preference of how they provide treatment, but all are effective. You can choose to stick with one doctor in particular or see which ever is first available, depending on your own preferences. Staff-friendly, easy to joke around with, creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere among patients. Fascility-clean, brightly lit, comfortable. I had the same chiropractor for decades until he retired, & hadn't seen anyone for several years. Truly, the package plan is less than I paid back then WITH insurance, & I get to decide with the doctor how often I need to come in, not how often a faceless insurance employee decides I can come. No limits, no judging whether I am worthy of more treatments, no preauthorization hoops to jump through.

I have been dealing with severe upper back pain for several months and finally decided to do something about it. Just after the third adjustment, which I had all three done in one week, my pain was pretty much gone. I had never slept that good in several months. I don’t have medical insurance and didn’t know how I would be able to afford this but with their wellness program, it was able to be broken down at a rate that I could afford. I just completed my Fifth adjustment and honestly, I went in with no pain for this one. I highly recommend going there if you are having any kind of back or joint pain.

I signed up for a membership and visited once, paying the $108 first-visit fee. I decided not to continue and have not returned, yet they keep attempting to charge $79 each month. When I asked to cancel, the receptionist said they would not cancel my membership unless I paid a $79 “balance,” and suggested I just leave it “in limbo” while they kept billing me. I have sent a written revocation of authorization under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Regulation E) and provided a copy to my bank, which placed a stop-payment on all future ACH debits. If you’re in a similar situation, know that you have the right to revoke authorization under Reg E—you don’t have to keep paying for a service you’re not using. Be cautious, read contracts carefully, and monitor your bank statements.

Overall terrible experience. There is one chiropractor there that knows what she's doing. The other two adjust you for about 30 seconds, don't say anything, and send you on your way. There's a reason they work for a chain and don't have their own clinics. You get what you pay for. Go anywhere else.

Just signed up for an additional 6-month plan - this place is perfect for a quick fell good adjustment. I don't have time for massage and a chiropractor can get those deep places between the joints. This is the BEST chiropractor I have found in the state of IN. The doctors listen to your needs and are able to make corrections! I came in for tennis elbow pain and it turned out I had lower back issues, within a few sessions my elbow pain was gone and my back was on its way to feeling like normal! No back pain is an amazing feeling, I would give a million stars if I could :)

The best adjustment I’ve ever had and very specific to your personal needs. Not a one size fits all adjustment. I went in for a consultation yesterday. I was greeted by staff that was friendly and very helpful. We joked about a few things to break the ice. She explained what my process would be and that they would be taken me back to give me a consultation and then adjust me. I was brought back and explained all the problems that I have going on with neck and back pains. The 30 minute visit was worth it!! I came in with a migraine in the beginning and walked out feeling better than I had in 20 yrs. She explained everything in a very professional concerning way, what the plan was to get me back in shape. I walked out of there feeling better than I ever had. I recommend any one to come and take that next step to getting their life back.

Dr. B is fantastic! He sat me down on my initial visit to see IF he could help me. We talked and he went through my history with me. I made VERY clear how nervous I was for neck adjustments, and he has worked within my comfort zone. I am no longer having daily headaches (I’ve had for eight years) If I do get a headache it lasts about an hour. I am no longer having numbness in my hand, chest spasms, and my skeletal issues are starting to resolve! 100% reccomend!

I like that the doc was available durning the holiday weekend so that my care was not delayed by several days waiting for my regular doc to be in his office as I was in very intense pain. I truly appreciate that. However I don’t appreciate the sort of high pressure sales tactic to try to get me committed to a wellness plan that I can’t afford as well as being completely impractical due to the fact that I live an hour away from the nearest Joint location.

$29 NEW PATIENT SPECIAL. I usually don't share reviews for places, but I think I should start. I saw an ad for a $29 consultant and adjustment. I work a very physically demanding job, so I thought I would start going no matter the price after the first visit. I made the appointment a week ago and the day of my first appointment got rescheduled. I know things happen, so I decided to reschedule and try again. I saw a booking for just a couple of days later, so I set an appointment. I drove the hour to my appointment and was told they had no one to run the front desk so they're not taking new patients today and I could reschedule. I'm annoyed. I was told they tried to call me, but I did not have a missed called or an email about rescheduling at all today or yesterday or the day before that. Just be wary of how long it may actually take you to get in and maybe call before you leave because they may cancel it last minute. Maybe it's just hard to actually become a patient and pnce you're established, you're set. You would think they would try to prioritize new patients to keep them in the door, though, and that doesn't seem to be the case. I, personally, will just be browsing other chiropractors in the area.

This place is awesome. I have a herniated disc. And haven't been able to walk, sit, sleep right for 6 weeks. And Dalton has made that possible for me. In just 3 visits. I came in right before their scheduled break time. The staff was very nice and informed me that I might not be seen promptly because it was close to break. Then I was seen anyway. Told us that they would take us as new patients and didn't mention anything over the phone about lawsuits. We drove over an hour to come see them just for them to turn us away because of a workman's comp case. This should have been a very simplistic question to ask over the phone instead of letting people drive over an hour to come see them just deny them service.

You do not have to have a super expensive first visit (although you may need to schedule the first time) walk ins are welcome after the initial visit! & this is the most convenient chiropractic office in the Wabash Valley! Dr. Brown has truly change my life for the better. I walked in very nervous due to the injury I had being so delicate that my legs would go completely numb. I have been going to the Joint Chiropractic Office on US 46 pretty much since they opened. I have been very pleased with their practice. Today I went for my usual adjustment and saw Dr. Lisa. Oh my goodness she is awesome. She used different techniques on my trouble spots and I left feeling so much better! I could move spots I have had trouble with before. I highly recommend The Joint for your chiropractic needs. Plus the staff is friendly and courteous which is unfortunately sometimes rare these days. Kudos to the Joint Chiropractic.

I blame the "doc of the day" for a rating lower than '5 ⭐️'! I have never seriously, honestly thought of this place of less than a five star, but the doctor today made me feel like I had interrupted his lunch. Normally, when I walk in there, the doctor is a tentative, willing to do anything to help me with my pain, and had a personality. This doctor does not do any above! I had to ask him three times, to pop everything, but my neck, or put it back in place. He seem reluctant to do more than pop my back and that was it. This week is a four-star at the most, next week when I go back in the day it will definitely be a 5+ star meeting.

The joint chiropractic is an amazing business! It is quick and convenient and pricing is very reasonable. They have different plans to help you save the most money. They do not take insurance, but have ways to save money and will also use your HSA. The receptionist Julie always welcomes me with a smile and asks how my baby boy is doing and Dr. Kaleb is amazing! He asks if there’s anything specific that you’re having issues with and will give you advice on what to do at home to help improve it even more. I highly recommend the joint chiropractic!!

Despite the largely subscription-based business model this place uses, there was absolutely no pressure to subscribe to a plan. The new patient special definitely seems to be worth it if you are experiencing any major pain. Received excellent service from the staff. Most of the time when I come, staff is super helpful. My pain was relieved almost immediately, and the worked continued on their plan made things better over time. Periodically they feel very rushed to get me through, but if communicating enough, they take their time.

When I initially called about coming for a visit, the lady (Julia) on the phone sounded bothered by the fact they were having another new patient come in, I certainly didn't feel too welcome. Once I arrived for my visit, there were a couple of walk-in patients that were seen before me. Not a problem. I was then promised I would be seen next after another new patient. Three other walk-ins were then shuffled back to see the provider before it was my turn, despite having been promised I was next. The provider didn't really listen much to me as I had already been diagnosed by another provider, and instead wanted to look for another problem which turned out wasn't the case. All-in-all, a pretty lackluster experience and I won't be going back.

Dr Matt is an awesome Chiropractor! Highly recommend him for anyone with neck, scapula or lower back issue. I have received chiropractic services in the past but had not been in years. From my initial phone call the staff and doctor was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions and telling me about their services. At my initial consultation Dr. Matt asked a lot of questions and showed me diagrams so i could understand my trouble areas Prior to my adjustment i had an ongoing headache for approx. 3 weeks and extreme lower back pain. After only one adjustment i was headache free and finally able to get a good night sleep with relief. 10/10 would recommend.
