The relaxing days of summer are just about over and now we get to look forward to the hustle and bustle of a busy school year. And as much fun as that always turns out to be, it's usually when we are at our busiest that we tend to get sick. A healthy immune system is vital for optimal health and wellness, but it can be hard to maintain while also taking care of the family, killing it at work, and heading out to one school activity after the next. So how can we get our immune systems to function at an optimal level? Here are some simple steps that can help ensure a healthy year!
