    I went to have a consultation with Dr. Anthony at The Joint in Maple Grove . I love the flexibility of the diff hours you can pop in , it’s very inexpensive for a membership and great deal if you’d like to only utilize it once in awhile . It’s very beneficial for your health as well.     I’ve been going to Joint Chiropractic for several years in different locations including this one. The skill of each providers differs but it is usually nice and easy. Today the experience was just stressful. My husband and I had about 35 min which we thought it was going to be enough, the front desk just didn’t want to check us in if we didn’t download an app ( we do not want an app). Then she let me wait for 10 min before telling me I had to fill out a form, a person arrived and they just passed the person before my husband and I. Short story I didn’t even get an adjustment. I still have a couple visits left from my package but I won’t be going to this place after that.

    The guy who is normally there Monday through Friday is terrific and an absolute must see. Elizabeth Is terrible in regard to her ability and her bedside manner. She doesn't stop talking long enough to listen to what people say and I could hear her talking to multiple people in front of me doing the same thing to everyone. she doesn't like Minnesota, she wants to be in the mountains of Denver, she doesn't like the people in Minnesota etc. lady you are in Minnesota and you're taking care of Minnesota people. even when another patient tried To say well there are all the lakes she could be her telling him that it's not the same as the mountains in Denver and she doesn't like leg . her attitude is reflected in her adjustments – she doesn't really put much effort into it and just kind of goes through the motions.     I'd give zero stars if I could. I have mild scoliosis and a previous injury on my back and neck ( i got whiplash that went untreated as a kid), witch no one every asked me at the joint where or how it effects me. I use to see a specialist chiro but can't afford him anymore so I started going to the joint. The first visit was okay, they got my back good but my neck where my injury is was aggressively attemped to be cracked and failed, leaving me in pain and low mobility for the next week. They don't tell you what they are doing and just do it. They have you in and out within 10 minutes and it feels like they just want your money. Iv learned that most people employed there are chiros still in school or retired chiros. Witch makes sence with there, dare I say it, barbaric tactics and no education or care for people like me with spinal issues. A friend of mines mother use to go to the joint and got 2 of her disks fractured because of the inconsideration and under practice of the employees. So to anyone with back issues. The cheap price is becuase it's cheap methods.

    I have been going to the Joint Chiropractic in Maple Grove, MN, for almost 5 years now. I have chronic joint pain and require regular weekly adjustments. I like their affordable business model. I also require adjustments in multiple areas, and it's not easy to find a chiropractor who is skilled in doing so without causing me pain in some areas. Dr. Matt is very skilled and patient. I tend to get nervous easily, and he will ask me to breathe in and adjust me manually when I breathe out. He takes the time to wait until I breathe out and is good at feeling when my muscles are relaxed before adjusting me. He also uses the right amount of force for adjustment. Ayman at the front desk is friendly and remembers me, so he just checks me in without me having to swipe my card or tell him my information. This is a professional and friendly environment. I highly recommend it!

    I went to a chiropractic for the first time about ten years ago after injuring my lower back. I re-injured it this past Tuesday and I called Joint and they got me in right away. They set me up with a plan, and it's now Friday. I've been there twice and my back feels great. Also, the lady at the front desk is friendly and very caring! Very happy and thankful customer!!!

    Avoid this place at all costs. I signed up for what I understood to be 2 months of their membership plan and I paid up front. Come to find out, 2 months later, I was billed for the second month without any notice, any receipt emailed to me, nothing. Already I'm thinking, why would you not send me an automated receipt for my records like every other business does for auto transactions. When I called to explain what happened, I spoke with Katrina. I explained I had it explained to me differently when I signed up. I was under the impression I paid for 2 months at the beginning. What's worse about this situation, is that I didn't even have a chiropractor visit in that second month for which they charged me $80 for. I asked for a refund for that second month because as they could see in their records, I didn't even use a single visit from them. Katrina checked with the manager and the manager denied the refund. You would think a manager for any business with decent customer service and business acumen would use some common sense realizing that I didn't even use their service in the month I was billed and would refund me. Had they done that, I wouldn't be here writing this review and it would've been no harm no foul. To make it even worse, after cancelling my plan with Katrina, another month went by and I got billed ANOTHER $80 because she didn't process my cancellation. I called back and spoke with another lady who said she's not sure why Katrina didn't process my cancellation, so then I needed to spend more time on the phone with her and resend her my cancellation request. Luckily they at least refunded this $80 so they didn’t take $160 from me. In addition to the billing fiasco and them taking $80 from me for that second month where I didn’t have a single visit, as someone who has been going to a chiropractor my entire life, I was extremely disappointed in the care I received. I have since made the switch to a different chiropractor in town where I am receiving the care I have come to expect of chiropractors and I'm also getting treated right when it comes to customer service and the billing practices. Avoid this place at all costs and go to a different chiropractor. Your wallet and back will thank you. Hope the $80 you took from me was worth this 1 star review.

    I took my son here because he seemed off balance. He had chiropractic care in the past and it worked well. He saw a person I would referred to as Dr. C. This person treated my son after treating me, and proceeded to diagnose him with a short leg. Mind you, we went for treatment not a diagnosis, but that was okay. We went to the reception area where I planned to sign up and make future appointments for us. Dr. C proceeded to run into the reception area and announce,"Let me write short leg on his referral, because I want them to know that he has a short leg!" Even this would not have been an issue had there not been a waiting room full of people. This goes against the basic rules for maintaining patient confidentiality. Some of their practitioners need HIPAA refreshers. It was completely unacceptable and I will never go back to this place again. They should also avoid diagnosing as my son does not, in fact, have a short leg. I went to a real doctor to get an actual diagnosis.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE - they don’t care about patients WHATSOEVER. Don’t fall for it, go elsewhere. They aren’t “open late nights and weekends to serve you” like they say. Called earlier and they said “no problem open til 7” Says online they’re open until 7pm with “no appointments needed” and arrived at 6:25pm in desperation of severe neck pain after I slept on it wrong and work 12 hour days the next several days in a row. I drove 45 minutes to get there after work. I walk in and they were like “no problem at all!!” receptionist kept playing games and was like “well you know, I don’t know” and I filled out all the freaking “about me forms” and then she was like “yeah we won’t be able to see you because the doctor needs to be able to do a thorough examination and get to know you”. My old chiro only had to sign a few forms and took maybe max of 15 mins and was done. All I freaking needed was my neck adjusted and now won’t be able to because I work 12 hour days the next 6 days then fly out Florida. LITERALLY TOOK TIME OFF OF WORK TO GET HERE IN TIME- AWFUL SERVICE. The receptionist will just stare at you. Would give zero stars if I could

    Dr. Alex Buechter @The Joint Chiropractic in Maple Grove is honestly one of the best chiropractors I have ever had! Having been a patient of Chiropractic for 30+ years, I have had the opportunity to experience a variety of styles performed by doctors of Chiropractic and Dr. Alex is great! He has a slightly heavier hand than some of the weaker chiropractors that I've experienced in the past, but still in a gentle and not overpowering way. He takes his time and will listen to you on what you're feeling, adjusting his techniques to fit your needs that particular day, but even so, they are a well-oiled machine and still manage to move patients through at a reasonable speed, so that you aren't stuck waiting for too long. The Joint App is phenomenal, because it can allow you to check in when you are on your way, meaning that you get priority upon arrival, before anyone else who checked in on the app, or arrives un-checked in, after you. Dr. Alex has even helped by giving an imaging referral for my husband when he had a wrist pain issue after an incident, allowing us to avoid having to go to a General Practicioner first, in order to get a referral to the specialty clinic. Their membership prices are fair; in fact better than most, and they have convenient hours that will likely fit into your schedule. The best part is that once you are a member, you can use your alloted visits at any Joint location around the country, which I have done whenever I've traveled out of state, or even just within various cities in the metro area. You won't be disappointed!

    The entire staff does a great job! The convenience of the Joint is awesome! I pay for the "wellness plan", 4 adjustments monthly. What I pay for this is nearly what 1 adjustment would cost without insurance at most chiropractic offices. Layne, at the front counter, is always very pleasant and helpful. I call to check in and she lets me know when I was last in. Dr. John and Dr. Alex both have great technique. Both doctors take the time, to hear my concerns and help me with stretches to practice at home. I would highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic, to anyone that I meet!

    I started getting horrible back pain two weeks ago. It got really bad on Friday, so I came here since they were open on Saturday and had a first time customer special. It didn't do anything. Even as I'm typing this, 5 hours later, my back still hurts and is getting steadily worse. And this is the second time I've been to the chiropractors! Is it because I used the first time customer special? Are they not doing as good a job so I'll come back again? I don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on chiropractic visits!!!! I'm getting frustrated and angry. All I want is a chiropractor to fix my back so I'm not in pain anymore! If anyone reading this knows any chiropractors who will just fix your back on one visit, and be done, please let me know!

    I think they have inexperienced chiropractors who practiced here. My back feels worse than before with worse back pain. Really jerky adjust adjustments almost a whiplash affect. Don’t go here unless you want stiffness and pain from jerky treatments. Will never be returning. They don’t know what their doing but they’ll probably get enough people who like pain to stay in business. Thanks for stiffness and pain I get to deal with for four days now. I should have listened to the lady in front of me who told him He tweaked her back and left. Don’t go here ever people there’s better places.

Finally had some time free today so I decided to call to see if they had any openings, luckily they did so I went in. Quick, efficient, informative, and best of all he got me walking again instead of hobbling. I would highly recommend! Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explains and walks through everything he does. Well worth it!

    They do very little to explain the stipulations of the membership and do not appear to care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. I went in the day I believed my new month of 4 adjustments started, but was mistakenly a day early. They charged me $10 on top of the $70 I already paid for the monthly membership without explaining that I was a day early and there would be an additional charge. I then canceled my membership, but still had a paid month left. My mother passed away after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer, so I did not go in for a few weeks. When I tried to return and use the last 4 visits I had paid for, I was rudely informed that my membership had already ended - even though there was a few days left in the month of November - and that my visits did not roll over. How does a monthly membership end before the month does? I was not told of this policy when I signed up, but she claimed it was in the paperwork. I said ok, but then tried to explain that I had lost my mother and that's why I hadn't been able to come in, hoping they would have some compassion and at least try to work something out. The receptionist showed zero empathy, basically told me tough luck and that I should have read the paperwork more closely. I take responsibility for not studying the policies more closely, but they really could do a better job of going over things at the time of sign up. Clearly all about the money, versus customer wellness. The chiropractors I saw did a fine job, but based on my billing and customer service experience, I definitely recommend you go elsewhere for your chiropractic needs.

    The price is amazing I use it regularly to get the most savings. Most importantly is the Dr and staff are very very good.Use the app saves time although never much of a wait. Enjoy!!!!

    I've had reason to use chiropractors for neck issues over the past 30 years. I can think of only two chiropractors who truly reduced my pain. Joint, Maple Grove, is one of those. I feel so much better after my visits. My wife also uses their service with equal benefit. She likes Dr John while I like Dr Steve.     I work in the construction field, and was getting lower back pain to the point I couldn't stand it. My first visit they told me they were going to focuse on the problem area and did! I have been getting better every visit since. They have an awesome team that is very willing to listen and help.

    I like that they are open 7 days a week. They don't accept insurance, but the cost for a session is about the same as my insurance co-pay, so that's not a bad thing. On the first visit had to fill out the standard medical info paperwork. However, I saw several repeat customers come in and get out in about 10-15 minutes, depending on how much they needed (I write really slow). The doc was very polite and knowledgeable. Never felt rushed in the treatment. They do try to sell you a package deal, however I didn't feel it was high-pressure sales. Every chiropractor I've been to said I should have a series of sessions, so I didn't feel trying to give me a package deal was a bad thing. Wish they had a location close enough to my home to make a package viable.
