Here's When You Should Get Help With Anxiety

Anxiety is a serious problem. If you've never had anxiety, or maybe you've only suffered from mild or occasional anxiety, then you may not really understand what all the fuss is about. But for those who suffer from ongoing or severe anxiety, you know just how debilitating it can be. Just how much it can get in the way of life. How it can hinder relationships and health. In many cases, we can suffer through anxious moments. They pass and all is well. But there are definitely times when enough is enough. If you've been suffering from seemingly endless anxiety, take a look at these signs it's time to get help.
When It's Non-Stop
Feeling anxious on occasion -- perhaps before a big presentation or another big event of some kind -- is completely and totally normal. But if your anxiety is non-stop, you need to get some help. You're not supposed to feel anxious from morning to night. You're not supposed to barely make it through the day every day.
