This place steals your money if you get bullied to sign a contact. My problem was a torn hamstring. I had to get surgery and sent back to PT after surgery. I filled out the cancelation form for the contract but yet they stole $79 dollars again. This place needs Fox 2 news called on them. Patients beware

When any chiropractor tells you that your pain is due to trauma and you should reset vagus nerve because this is all on your head and you do so, but there’s no relief. How do you handle a Dr gas lighting you, Dr Sam?!? My pain is real and you are uneducated on my body. The thing is a person knows their body and you know books. So to gaslight your patient is not holistic or reality.. Dr’s like you who choose to believe your self over the body you are treating is why it takes most of us to seek care. I would not ever recommend you or this location bc you don’t not know who will be working on you !!

I spent 5 months in severe plain after a fall. My primary doctor sent me to physical therap. I was still in pain. He gave me tramadol which did nothing. In desperation i followed a friend's advise and came to The Joint St. Charles. After my second session with Dr. Ron, I was almost completely pain free! 6 visits later, the pain is GONE! Cancelled membership since the adjustments are not as good as other chiropractors and took months to get a refund. The company was charging duplicate charge for both youth and adult when there was only 1 adult member. Also charging after I already canceled. Then after I finally got the refund months later The Joint continues to charge my account. I have to not only cancel my bankcard but cancel all my auto payments for other bills just to stop payment with The Joint. Don't go here or set up auto pay. It is a nightmare and not worth it. If I can give a negative 0 rating I would.

I was able to get in and get adjusted on the same day. The registration process was easy and I liked the upfront pricing structure. I didn't feel pressured to sign up for anything and I felt they explained which package was most beneficial to purchase for my needs. The service was fast but thorough and the chiropractor (Dr. Taylor?) Was super nice and compassionate! I'd definitely recommend!

Great place! I could barely walk and came here simply because they were open on Sundays and took walk ins. I needed something! I am SO glad that I came. Their approach was to ease the pain and to continue to help me get back to where I was before getting injured. They also have me stretches to help with improvement. Dr. Kris Hammond is a wonderfully skilled chiropractor. I have been getting adjustments for nearly twenty years and trust me there are many bad chiropractors out there. For $69 dollars a month I am able to get four adjustments. I go weekly so that my quality of life is greatly improved and I am able to live without being in constant pain. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Kris. Him and Amanda are so nice and concerned about your well-being. The minute you walk in you are treated like family, even signing up for the wellness plan takes very little time and is explained very well! The care you receive is top notch and you feel so much better. I was looking for chiropractic care in the area and was unable to find a place that was affordable and didn't give me a car salesperson vibe. Then I tried The Joint. Dr. Kris is down to earth and honest. Marsha and Megan are friendly, helpful, and caring. It is hands down the most affordable place to receive chiropractic care. The office is a in a good location, plus it is clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Dr. Kris Hammond is a wonderfully skilled chiropractor. I have been getting adjustments for nearly twenty years and trust me there are many bad chiropractors out there. For $69 dollars a month I am able to get four adjustments. I go weekly so that my quality of life is greatly improved and I am able to live without being in constant pain. I don't know what I'd do without The Joint!

I first started visiting The Joint in St. Charles about 2 months ago with severe lower back pain. Dr. Kris was able to listen to my problems and made adjustments accordingly. I was able to notice a big difference after just one visit and am now feeling ten times better! I will definitely continue visiting The Joint on a regular basis for preventative care. Affordable chiropractic care that’s super easy to get into for appointments!
