I went in for an introductory adjustment. It was okay. They don't do a very thorough evaluation. They did a couple of adjustments and i did feel a bit better. Following the adjustment, the front desk misled me into signing on for a subscription after I specifically told him I didn't want a subscription. I never went back but they kept charging me monthly until I finally noticed the charges in my bank account. They canceled the contract moving forward but refused to refund the money. I strongly suspect I'm not the first one misled into signing. Terrible customer service.

I've been putting this off for a year because the damage has already been done, nothing will change that. Just feel I should share with how bad things have gotten now. I have a regular chiropractor I go to and have seen for maybe 25 years now. I know what works for me and what doesn't. August 2025, I was having sterum pain and didn't know when I would get a chance to see my chiropractor with my work schedule. Because of how bad it was hurting, I thought going to see a chiropractor to relieve pressure can help until I can get a day from work to see my regular chiropractor. Went to this office as they were open and close to me. Got in, and told the chiropractor that I just need the front pressure released. The doctor wanted to work on my neck and back. I told the doctor Im not new to chiropractor work and I've learned with my body, it works best for me to work on where it hurts which is my chest. After some back and forth with the chiropractor, I eventually listened to him. Figured he's the doctor, he knows what he is doing. The first adjustment he tried on my neck, I felt an immediate pain in my neck; something did not feel right. The adjustment didn't take so he readjusted my neck and cracked it again. I didn't know what to think as this has never happened. My neck was throbbing and the pain in my chest was still there. I told him that Im still hurting and said it takes time and gave me a plan of seeing him 2-3 times a week. A week later, I was able to get into my chiropractor and he was able to help me with everything. We were concerned of a possible ligament or muscle sprain so I needed to get into a neck doctor. Fast forward to now, I been dealing with a C5C6 disc bulge. I been doing physical therapy, been seeing a medical massage therapist, been on pain and nerve meds, have had epidural steroid injections, but the pain has been getting worse. Cervical surgery could be my only option as its been a year since the injury and Im scared to death. Guess I had the unfortunate luck of seeing that chiropractor that caused me harm instead of help and my life has been forever altered now. Just beware. If I just said no, or didn't go, I wouldn't be having discussions of surgery.

I went in after having some shoulder issues. First time ever going to chiropractic office. The initial visit was nice and after the alignment, some pain was relieved but for the most part I felt the same. I was under the impression that I was purchasing 4 visits and after that I can purchase more. Come to find out, about two-three weeks later an $80 charge was found on my account. Due to life, I just don't currently have the time to visit but figured I could use these 4 visits whenever. Not the case. What I purchased was a monthly membership and when I called to get a refund letting them know I was not made aware this was a monthly membership, I was told "We aren't responsible if you didn't understand what you were signing up for" I asked for a refund and they said you can come into any office and cancel. I asked about the refund, he said "That's another issue and we aren't responsible if you didn't understand you were signing up for a monthly plan. I'll ask the director but we don't do refunds". I let them know "Okay, I'll do a chargeback since you charged me for services that I'm not going to use" His response "Go ahead, but I'm going to warn you. You do a chargeback and you will never be allowed to enter any Joint office. You'll be banned for life". Like I really want to do business with them again. Don't even bother going here. The dude that answered was completely flippant and didn't care whatsoever. They only want their money and don't care if they are using shoddy business practices to get their money. Avoid at all cost

His hands are like magic and he truly understands the workings of the human musculoskeletal system. After the initial treatment I felt a lot better, but I continued to see him for another 2 weeks and I’m back on my feet and back to work. Dr. Russeau, I can’t thank you enough. Amazing staff and sweet doctor. This was my first visit for an adjustment and maybe I was expecting too much. Nothing popped or cracked and I left feeling more stiff then when I arrived. It felt like someone was just pushing as hard as they can on your spine and now I feel bruised, not relief. The staff and doctor were really nice and that's why I'm giving them 4 stars but unfortunately I did not get the back relief I was hoping for and left more in pain, so I did not sign up for the monthly plan or any packages they had.

Really not available for walk-ins. This one star review is only to advise you to put somewhere on the website that you don't take new patients after 5. I have been to chiropractors before and decided to give you a try. Saw the walk-ins welcome and convenient hours (until 6) as I work 9-5. Got there at 530 only to hear I couldn't be seen. Please call this out on your site. It's misleading for newbies. ***This review has nothing to do with the treatments as I was not able to get one.

I was member in California for 4 years. Since moving to Vegas these offices don’t have enough docs to manage their business. Pretty regular emails of office closures. Anytime I did go in there was about a 30-45min wait. Great business, just not very good execution.

Dr. Rousseau is a great chiropractor. Most of the patients wait to see him even if someone is there to take care of them. He always acknowledges your presence and takes care of your personal needs and requests. I was using a walker when I first saw him. My Sciatica was severe. I now visit for maintenance/tune up. The price plan is very affordable, and 4 visits a month is sufficient for most people.

So so thrilled with my experience at The Joint in Summerlin. Justine at the front desk was incredibly helpful letting my know exactly how the practice works. Dr. Banks was knowledgeable and yes answered all of my questions, but most importantly left me feeling amazing. Dr. Banks made a plan for me & was thorough with home care instructions. Having had my share of chiropractors in Las Vegas who want you to sign a 2000K "contract" and basically bankrupt you, this place has been a godsend. Don't be fooled by the low price, the service is excellent and the best part is that you can go whenever you want, just walk in. I get migraines and I run over there whenever I have my aura and 9 times out of 10 they can prevent it from blowing into a full migraine. The doctors at the Charleston/Town Center location are very good -- ask for Rousseau or Heinz.

I always have difficulty reaching anyone at the Fort Apache and Boca locations. 80% of the time I call no one answers the phone. When I go for an adjustment I want to see Dr. Heinz. He travels between these locations and I want to know where to go so I can adjust my schedule based on his location. I have to call several, not just a couple of times, before I get an answer. Many times I'll call much later, by that time I am unable to go that day. Recently I was charged for a visit that was already paid for. There is no customer service. I went to the Boca Park location in Las Vegas for a routine adjustment on 10/30/22. I try to go every couple months. I have a regular chiropractor in town that I see, but the Joint is very convenient to get in and out. The receptionist at this location was trying to get me to sign up for a wellness package. I explained I wanted a one time adjustment. She kept trying to push it on me. When I finally said no, she became rude to my wife and I. After waiting almost an hour to be seen, we finally left. This will be last time I go to this location or the Joint for that matter. Terrible customer service and used car lot sales tactics. Never again. Worst customer service ever. Good way to lose customers.

Machaylah at the front is amazing! She’s such a joy and greets you when you come in with a smile and is very positive and happy. The doctors are amazing as well! They are good at what they do but I'm seriously considering a different chiropractor. More than once I've gone to a location in the city only to arrive and see an Out to Lunch sign. Anyone know of any other businesses that close during their schedules working hours? The Joint is the only business I know that shuts their services off to customers during the scheduled work day. And the hours on the door don't even elude to closing for lunch. May be my last month with the Joint.

So wonderful! Love how convenient it is and the later hours. Everything is explained wonderfully! (Except that they are closed for lunch from 2-3 and that isn’t indicated on the web site and in this heat and gas prices that’s important info) but everyone has been so kind and they outline all their info clearly. Finding an office and a chiropractor is always a challenge. Once you find one, you stay and hope they stay! This is my experience with the Charleston office. Tbh, I didn't have the best experience with the receptionist. She didn't greet me while i was standing at the reception desk, waiting for her to acknowledge me while her head was down, she also was condescending when i needed clarification on how many visits i get since I signed up for weekly sessions. However, Dr. Russeau turned things around for the better and that’s why I marked it (4) stars instead of 1. He was extremely professional, friendly and did a great job with adjusting my back. He is the only reason why I decided to sign up for weekly visits.

Since Dr Loveass left, The Joint has gone SO far downhill. From the extremely unprofessional & rude receptionists to the inconsistency in policies to the worst of all, horrible chiros. I have to drive to the other side of town in order to see a Chiro that doesn't actually injure me, creep me out or not adjust well at all. They do not value long time members and have such a high rate of turnover. AVOID THIS PLACE & GO ELSEWHERE

All the doctors are great. We see Dr. Rousseau mainly. He is knowledgeable and personalized our treatment. I look forward each week going to get my back and neck worked on. I do not have to take meds for head and neck pain since I started going. We do the monthly plan for me and my husband and so worth it.

If you have a serious/specific issue you need help with then I don’t recommend this place.. For basic adjustment sure maybe... Your first treatment is $29 and then they recommend you sign up for the membership $69. So you end up paying $89.. and that membership is a 2 month minimum.. so you’re paying at least $158.. which can be cheap if you don’t have insurance but I mean you’re paying for what you get for sure. A quick 3 minute adjustment. Also the lead chiropractor there is slow and gentle but in a creepy way not in a professional way. Stands way to close with his pelvis in your face, a little too touchy on the bum. Idk. Just awkward.. save up and go somewhere good.

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment at noon for 3:30. Had all paperwork filled out and arrived at 3:15 to be told I had a 40 minute wait... so much for appointment! I waited... an hour later I was to be next... someone walked in the door and they told her she was next... she said what about them? After you they told her.... ummm I’m done..., see ya... Went in because a migraine had caused me to miss work. Dr. Russeau found the problem in no time at all, he adjusted my neck and I felt partial relief immediately! Today is 2 days after and the migraine is gone, with residual soreness at the vertebrae that was out of place, but I’m feeling much better. I am definitely going to keep going back to maintain it ?

I just got done with a drive from Lake Tahoe (9 hrs) and was feeling a little stiff. Wasn't sure if I could use my membership in other states so i drove by and immediately stopped in. I was adjusted from this location twice. The first time went well, the second time I was injured and missed almost two weeks of work as well as had to have 3 doctors visits. I’m late to leave this review because I was waiting for a call back from their corporate office and after leaving numerous voice messages they never returned any phone calls or refunded my money. I still have prepaid visits with them that I will never use. I have since been to a chiropractor that costs about $200 per visit but it is completely worth it if you want quality and do not want to risk injury.

Big fan of this place. They aren’t run like your normal Chiropractor/ doctors office. You get a key tag and you come in at your own will and get adjusted. It’s a great business model for people with busy or varying schedules. I have been in a few times but got the honor of being adjusted by Dr. Cohen today. This is the first time I’ve walked away from an adjustment actually feeling better. I’ve had a ton of tension in my neck and crazy headaches and whatever he did today, felt like magic. I’ve been going to the chiropractor since I was a kid and this guy is the best I’ve had to date. I’ll definitely be back and calling ahead to see if Cohen is in.

Overall, they've taken good care of me when I go in. It depends who you get...different styles and such. If you're looking for something more comprehensive, and individualized, probably better to stick to a more traditional chiropractic office. You probably won't get that for $69 a month, though.

Friendly chiropractor who took a lot of my information. Lot's of paperwork to fill out, and the wait was longer than expected, but that is likely due to me being a new customer. Adjustment was good, although I will be going to another Joint location. Was just visiting LV that day. Love the concept.

The price is right, but the personality of the employees leave a little to be desired. From the moment a person walks through the door, the receptionist lets you know that you have to sign up for multiple visits Of course, the Chiropractor, informs you that multiple visits are needed, and you should pay for them now. When I visited, there were 2 Chiropractors working in the back room, which has 2 tables. As I was filling out the First Visit forms, several customers checked in and went to the back room for adjustment. Each visit for adjustment took less than 5-minutes. A real assembly line process. My turn came, and as I got about 3 sentences in explaining what my issue was, the Chiropractor took over, showed me an old spine model & gave me 3 sentence explanation. Had me lay on the table and roughly started adjusting my neck (I had not mentioned my neck) & upper back). Turned over and he started working from the front. After the first maneuver, I found myself tightening up to avoid the Chiropractor heavy handed actions. I've visited chiropractors for the past 10 years, and tightening up is a no-no, but this guy was hurtful. I had images of a Samurai Warrior inflicting pain on my body. Then it ended in less than 4-minutes. He then told me that I needed at least 10 more visits, and I could pay in advance at the front desk. Thank You. Nope, I cannot recommend this office.

The Drs were great! Woke up with substantial mid back pain. Couldn't take a deep breath at all. Downloaded the new patient paperwork from the website. Felt immediately at least 75% better after the adjustment. I was back in my office in under 30 minutes ( including drive time to/from The Joint). Might need 1 follow up visit in a couple days but, to be expected ( chiropractic isn't magic). But overall tremendous instant improvement!!

This place is a scam. It used to be great, but this franchise owner is awful. Expect long wait times and inconsistent care. The owners are cowards and won't call you back to talk about the problems we all have in the clinics. The "managers" don't care about fixing any of the problems, they just want you to pay your fee and go away. They all stink of MLM sales pitches. When you finally cause enough of a scene to get your membership refunded, they won't refund the full amount. They have chased away all the doctors who cared to give you a real adjustment. The ones that are left end up injured every few months from being so overworked.

The counter woman lied to my face. Sign says the cost of a visit 1st time patients is 29. Counter woman told me only way I get the 29 dollar visit is if I bought the 2 moths for 69 each month i said the sign says it’s only 29 for the 1st visit and it doesn’t say I have to buy a package deal. She said that only the dr could approve the 29 dollar visit without having to buy the 69 dollar a month deal. Told her she needs to let the dr. And company know that the sign was false advertising. I left went to call to speak to a supervisor but their phone was disconnected. I had to call another location to talk to an employee who then set me up With the 29 dollar visit didn’t have to buy anything else. Tiana at the lake mead location saved the day tho go there not the boca park location.

When I got there I was having really bad pain. I wanted to try them out before paying the $69 fee, but the lady that help me out said that I could pay with cash since I did not have a credit card. I paid in full & visit them twice, after my second visit the receptionist said that I was not able to come back unless I had a credit card. I told her that I had paid for 4 visits and she said that the other receptionist should have not taking cash. I was really upset. Meaning I lost 2 of my four session that I originally had paid for.

My daughter had flown into Las Vegas the day before and had slept the entire way on the plane. When she arrived in Las Vegas, her back hurt so much, she couldn't lift her luggage. The next day, we stopped by The Joint for my daughter to get an adjustment. Including paperwork, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Jason Lovaas did an excellent job adjusting her back. We were so impressed that we went back a few days later so that my daughter could be adjusted one more time before we left on a hiking trip to Bryce Canyon. While there, I got an adjustment as well, since I had hurt my back climbing in and out of a rental car. Again, we were impressed with our treatment and were both out in under 30 minutes! The two different receptionists were unbelievably friendly and helpful. One receptionist even looked up a phone number for the next place we were going. Everyone working there was very professional. I now have a chiropractor the next time I am in Vegas!

How about no insurance claims or paperwork to start? My family and I have been members here for a few years and we love the doctors here for their quality adjustments, friendliness, and the convenience to be in an out in under 15mins most days. Check in is easy, just scan you Keychain Barcode. Since this is a franchise, your membership crosses State lines. We've gotten adjustments in a few different cities in Utah during the ski season too. Definitely a great deal and no need to worry about appointments. Drop in any time.

I've come here several times after my motorcycle accident. The doctors there were all fantastic and wait times were super minimal! I ended up going with the monthly plan and came a couple times a month until I was feeling better. It was a fantastic service with a great and friendly crew! Hopefully I don't get into any more wrecks, but if I do, I'm coming back here to get fixed.

Great clinic and service. Fits super conveniently into my life, much prefer to get a treatment when I happen to have time in my busy day than have to make an appointment. They post the schedule of doctors on the front desk counter, in case you have a favorite! Usually don't have to wait longer than a few minutes. If you're willing to pay for the convenience (it is not cheap!) then you'll be very satisfied with this chiropractic care.

The reason I began going to the joint was because of a horrible spinal tap surgery I had 2 years ago. Dr. lovass helped me to loosen up since I had severe hyper tension, and muscle stiffness. Dr. Parks is also another doctor at this location I enjoy they both have a gentle touch, and provide great conversation. I haven't been here to many times this year because I'm a busy business owner. Yet , when I do come they remember me well enough to remember the week priors conversation. These are the only two doctors who did a great job in my opinion dr. Dexter was short and I felt like I was being rushed through the session. I don't like not having a few seconds to adjust in between changing positions. Other than that this was my only gripe this location had very positive energy though overall !

On November 1, Dr. Nathan Blanton relocated to the Boca Park location of the Joint. On November 2, I was there and he provided an adjustment. Dr. Nathan Blanton has been my chiropractor since July 2012 and I just keep following him when he changes locations. I have recommended Dr. Blanton to my friends and family, and would encourage others to try his adjustments at The Joint. In September of 2011, I was injured in a car accident. After eight months of orthopedic doctors, three physical therapists, and another chiropractor, Dr. Blanton provided me the greatest pain relief and increased my mobility. Not only did he work on my spine issues, his adjustments of my right hand relieved pain in two of three fingers which allowed me to again pick-up small items without pain. After I had fusion surgery for discs in my neck in 2014, Dr. Blanton was very careful about when he resumed adjustments to my neck. He gradually increased the intensity of the neck adjustments. I am able to turn my head and move my neck any way I want. I attribute this both to my surgeon and Dr. Blanton’s adjustments. As I have increased my physical activities through the years, adjustments from Dr. Blanton have kept my spine, neck, and hip in alignment plus helped me with pain issues. Now The Joint, basically offers chiropractic adjustment, if you want more or something else than the Joint isn’t for you. From April 2015 through October 2016, Dr. Blanton treated me over 50 times at The Joint on Fort Apache and Tropicana. I really like how easy it is to get an adjustment at The Joint locations and their reasonable pricing. Unlike traditional chiropractor offices, The Joint doesn’t require scheduling appointments in advance and has extended evening and weekend hours – even Sundays– WHICH IS GREAT! No fuss-No hassle-No waiting for days for an appointment when I am in pain! Dr. Blanton has always been friendly, professional, and wants to help his patients any way he can. He seems to have “the touch”; an intuitive ability in his adjustments. If I sleep the wrong way, use improper form when I exercise, or just am in pain, I know I can go that night or weekend to see Dr. Blanton and his adjustment will give me relief.
