Meet The Doctors

Dr. Kristina Pellegrino, D.C. is a Clinic Director, Chiropractor at NW Reno

Dr. Kristina Pellegrino grew up in beautiful Truckee, CA and after graduating from Truckee High School, she went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University. Several years later, she had a great job, with great coworkers, and great benefits but felt like something was missing. After doing some research and taking a tour at Life Chiropractic College West, she fell in love with the chiropractic philosophy and the potential the human body can express when in the proper alignment. She found her true calling!

Dr. Pellegrino graduated from Life Chiropractic College West, with honors (cum laude). During her time in chiropractic school, she was active in Student Council, the League of Chiropractic Women, and Extremities Club.

Dr. Pellegrino's main mission is to help others live life to their full potential. She thoroughly assesses each patient and delivers treatment to each patient as an individual. She has experience in adjusting people in all phases of life and strongly believes that every man, woman, and child can greatly benefit from chiropractic care. In addition to chiropractic college, Dr. Pellegrino has also received formal training in a wide variety of techniques, is also a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner (CCEP), which involves over 100 hours of post doctorate education in extremity adjusting, Webster Certified, which is a technique to support a more comfortable, safer, and easier birth, and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Dr. Sydney Foster, D.C. is a Chiropractor at NW Reno

Dr. Sydney Foster is a Reno native who grew up loving the great surroundings and fun activities this area has to offer. She had a love for dance and cheerleading throughout childhood and into high school, as well as nannying and helping families with childcare.

Dr. Foster always had a strong interest in anatomy & physiology, which began her journey to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Science. She completed her degree at the University of Nevada, Reno and knew she would not stop there. After being a chiropractic patient throughout undergrad, she knew her values aligned with the same philosophy--that the body is capable of healing itself without interference.

She then took a leap of faith and moved across the country to Marietta, Georgia to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University. There she was involved in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) Club and took multiple courses focused on chiropractic care for children and pregnancy. Dr. Foster was also trained in a diverse set of techniques to be able to care for all populations.

After starting a family while in school, she knew she had to move back to Reno to allow them to grow up, as she did. She enjoys serving the community and being a part of each patient's healing and healthy lifestyle!

Dr. Windsor is an Army Veteran and has a very analytical mind which initially took him into an I.T. career. While working as an engineer he began studying martial arts in his spare time. The mind-body connection emphasized in some of those disciplines helped him realize his life’s passion in the connection between mind-body-health.

Chiropractic helped him recover from a sports injury. Having been a chiropractic patient himself, he had an appreciation for chiropractic and its effects. That experience inspired him to pursue chiropractic medicine.

He earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Nevada, Reno and graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College.

Above all Dr. Windsor is an active listener; quiet, open, and patient. He seeks to help patients get their best results from treatment. Whether to maintain health or to help heal injury, Dr. Windsor’s passion is helping you with your chiropractic needs.

Dr. Charlene Harber hails from the lush northern coast of Astoria, Oregon. She grew up on a farm spending most of her time in the great outdoors with family and playing as many sports as she possibly could.

Chiropractic care was introduced to Dr. Charlene during her years of collegiate Track and Field. To keep up with the long hours of training, her coach sent her to a local Chiropractor for care. Not only did Chiropractic help get her out of pain, but it also helped improve her overall health and performance. This passion for the benefits of Chiropractic care eventually led to Dr. Charlene becoming a Chiropractor herself.

Dr. Charlene finished her undergraduate studies at Western Oregon University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2015. Along with her passions for Chiropractic, sports, and the outdoors, Dr. Charlene enjoys traveling to different parts of the world. Before beginning her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, Dr. Charlene took some time to explore several countries in Asia and Europe. During that time of travel, she was able to spend 4 weeks at a Chiropractic internship in Germany, loving every minute of it.

At Palmer West Dr. Charlene was a member of the Sports Council, an Intern for the Community Outreach Program, and a member of Palmer West's club soccer team. Outside of her class time, Dr. Charlene worked as an assistant for several different clinics in the Bay Area. This led to a wide range of experiences within the Chiropractic realm.

Dr. Charlene loves living in Reno and providing care for the wonderful people here. She is trained in several different adjusting techniques and is one of the few chiropractors in the region who is Webster Technique Certified.

Dr. Julianna Oates, D.C. is a Chiropractor at NW Reno

Dr. Julianna Oates was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She started her college career at Saint Mary’s College of California where she interned with their Sports Medicine Department as a student athletic trainer. It was during that time that she was exposed to the practice of chiropractic and learned how impactful it was for the student athletes being treated. After getting her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West. In addition to studying in school, she participated in several clubs and attended multiple seminars allowing her to find her true passion for prenatal and pediatric care. She completed her preceptorship in Denver, CO with a well-established pediatric/prenatal chiropractor and continues to take post-graduate classes within that specialty. She is currently in the process of becoming Webster Certified and is very excited to become specialized as a pediatric/prenatal chiropractor. When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her fiancé, 2-year-old son and dog (Luna).
