Don't start off too difficult -- just find an easy trail, get outside, and walk your way to better health.
Outdoor Yoga
Outdoor yoga is a thing. A lot of people really love rolling out their mat on the grass and getting in some downward dog. But during the summer, outdoor yoga is not appealing because of the heat and sweat. And in the winter, it's too cold. But the fall? It's the perfect time of year to join a class in the park. You may find it incredibly challenging for your body and incredibly peaceful for your mind. Don't be afraid to grab a mat and enjoy down dog in the cool autumn breeze.
