We know your schedule is full, so our care is designed to be both effective and efficient. Your first visit may take up to 45 minutes to an hour, which gives you time to complete initial paperwork while the doctor evaluates your needs and begins care based on your condition, goals, and treatment plan. After that, follow-up visits are usually just five to 10 minutes. Because our doctors focus on the specific adjustments your body needs at each visit, care can be streamlined without losing its effectiveness. By staying consistent with the treatment plan recommended for your needs and long-term goals, it becomes easier to get the right care at the right time and keep moving through your day with less disruption.

To allow enough time for a thorough new patient experience, new patients should plan to arrive more than one hour before lunch hours or closing.

Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic. During this visit, your chiropractor will review your health history, talk with you about your lifestyle and care goals, and evaluate how your body moves. This may include a posture assessment, gait assessment, hands-on exam, range of motion review, and other movement-based checks to better understand areas of pain, restriction, or imbalance.

Based on their findings, your chiropractor will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your needs and explain what to expect from your care.

Excellent experience. I was skeptical about going to a “chain” chiropractor, but it was a Sunday and I was out of town visiting family. My neck went out and I had a migraine because of it. The Dr I saw listened well and was comprehensive in his treatment. I left w/o a headache and a very reasonable package to go to any of their facilities 4 more times in a month. The chiropractor I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, I had a great experience, and I really liked the convenience of being able to walk in without having to make an appointment. The one thing I did not like was the layout of the office. All of the adjustment tables are next to each other, with seating for other patients only about five feet away. For an initial visit and evaluation, I found it somewhat awkward and uncomfortable being in such close proximity to other people while discussing personal information and being examined. I think having a separate, more private area for initial consultations and evaluations would greatly improve the patient experience. Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience and plan to return.

In April 2025, I requested that my account be frozen because I had to leave the state for work. Unfortunately, I was unable to return as planned because I later underwent major surgery. When I contacted customer service, I explained my situation and asked to either keep my account frozen until I recovered or cancel it if I was not able to return. The customer service representative told me that after three months she would send me a text message to confirm whether I planned to come back. I informed her at that time that if I did not return, I wanted my account canceled after the three-month period. I never received the promised text message or any other follow-up communication. Instead, for approximately the past year, the company continued charging my bank account for services that I was not using and could not use because of my surgery. In total, nearly $1,100 was withdrawn from my account. When I recently contacted the company to request a refund, I was told that they do not issue refunds. As a result, I have been forced to dispute these charges through my bank. I believe I acted in good faith by notifying the company of my circumstances and requesting cancellation if I did not return. The continued billing without the promised follow-up has caused me significant financial hardship, and I am requesting reimbursement for the unauthorized charges.

Everyone on the staff has been friendly and professional in my experience. However, I’ve noticed that when you don’t seem interested in their wellness plans, the adjustments often feel rushed or accompanied by unnecessary add-ons that come across more like an upsell attempt than genuine care. I can understand a quicker-than-usual adjustment if the office is packed and they’re trying to keep up with appointments. But during the times I visited, there were only about 2–3 patients there with little to no wait time, so being overly busy didn’t seem to be the issue. Ironically, once you are on the wellness plan, the quality of the adjustments seemed to decline because the “sale” had already been made. Because of that, I can’t honestly recommend this practice. The one exception was Dr. Matt — he gave me a genuinely great adjustment, and it’s easy to see why he’s so popular. I’m sure everyone here is trying to make a living, and I respect that. I work in the service industry myself, so I also strongly believe that customers should consistently receive quality service, regardless of whether they purchase additional plans or memberships.

They really want you to feel better. The goal of not having back pains or discomfort will be meant. The attentiveness they give to each individual case is admirable. The chiropractors there have Wonder Working Hands. I appreciate them setting a plan for me and helping me work towards the goal. If you need help with back pain, leg discomfort anything in that region this is the place to go,from the reception area to the treatment area the customer service is phenomenal. I look forward to going because I know I'm going to feel better when I leave. Dr. Matt really wants to make sure that you are really progressing in your healing journey. He makes it personal like you are his only patient. I look forward to going. When I first went walking,bending and sitting was very excruciating for me. Now I can do them all in 4 weeks the only problem I have now is the back spasms. I am so happy and relieved. I would recommend this place to anybody. I'm so glad I found it. Keep up the good work we need more places like this.

I have been terrified coming to see a chiropractor and I’ll say this — before letting anyone who worked there know this info, I have to say front desk, Vivian is super friendly and made check in efficient. I saw Doctor Matt and he was just incredible. Made me feel safe & welcomed. Most importantly made sure I knew that I was in control the entire time and that made me more at ease despite my fears and the amount of pain I was in. I walked in with 10/10 pain and walked out with about 7.5/10 pain which is a lot considering how much I started with! I signed up for a monthly package and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you so so much! This is a newer update - I feel SO much better, like a whole new person! I can go back to doing my normal day to day things without being in pain and now I look forward to coming back to getting adjusted (which I truly never thought I’d say) I guess you can say I have been converted. Dr. Matthew Liebman is an incredible chiropractor. I did visits with another veteran chiro and it wasn't as effective for function and mobility and pain relief as Dr. Liebman. He addresses deep muscle issues as well as adjustments. He has a knack for honing in on hidden problem areas I didn't know I had, but could feel as soon as he addressed them. My flexibility and range of motion always improve when I see him regularly. He also has a holistic approach and knew right away that I wasn't drinking enough water based on how my muscles felt. He listens carefully and offers personalized recommendations for overall health based on what my issues are. He goes the extra mile in this way. He's the best!

I weigh 250 pounds, I’ve been bodybuilding for 10+ years, and have had chiropractors work on me across the United States. DR. MATT IS THE MAN!! Every time I step in here broken, and I leave a new man. Incredibly educated and talented, and pays attention to detail. I have been adjusted by at least two other members of staff who were equally incredible, which is very rare. Could not be more blown away by the chiropractors here and the service in general. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. And it is specific to this building. I went to the joint chiropractic in mint Hill yesterday, and limped out. All chiropractors are not equal, except here.

Did a new patient walk in & the lady at the front desk was on her personal phone on a call & asked if I was a new patient which I am & she said you have paperwork to fill out but we close at 2 for lunch & it is 1:19 when I walked in, she said if you speed up the paperwork we might be able to do it before we close. If you have been waiting on chiropractic, do not wait a second longer! Every single doctor in this office is absolutely phenomenal. I waited three years to see someone about an injury in my shoulder (my own stubbornness) and not only did the doctors at The Joint diagnose the issue, they treated it and I’m seeing direct results. the doctors are great, my issue today was the wellness coordinator. the woman at the front didn’t say anything to my boyfriend and i upon arrival which was the first issue. i can understand not allowing us to be seen with 15-20 minutes left til close HOWEVER there is an appropriate way to go about it. the attitude from the beginning was very dismissive. i was not and am not mad about not being seen, but about the attitude and demeanor received from her.

Incredible doctors and love the structure of the membership at The Joint!! They are open until 7pm most weekdays and even have great weekend availability. I use my membership at locations nationwide, and the caliber and quality of the doctors is unparalleled. Not 1 doctor is exactly the same in how they adjust, but they have all been All-Stars and very knowledgeable in my experience. I cannot always anticipate when I'll need an adjustment to keep functioning at my best, so it's awesome to know I can rely on The Joint and their A++ team of docs to support that. I highly recommend!!

Ahmad from the Pineville Location is a godsend. He was able to get me taken care of when there was an issue with my account and i was waiting for it to be updated he took me and got me so I could walk again and said he would just charge me when the account updated. I travel a lot and have been to Joint locations in several States. This one is by far the best. Dr. Migdadi and Dr. Matt are phenomenal. I just go once a week for maintenance and all the chiropractors here are great! I like getting adjusted by different people and not always the same one because they focus on sightly different things. I’m paying about 1/4 what I was paying at my other chiropractor so it’s a great value.

I have a very stubborn neck and back that many chiropracters have a hard time properly adjusting-- I'll get adjusted by one of them, and I'll feel the exact same walking out of the office as I did walking in. I came in with pretty severe back pain including sciatic pain. The problem had been recurring every few months for probably 15 years when I would aggravate it. I tried stretching but not consistently. I was taking the maximum amount of ibuprofen with little relief. Dr. Matt has got my hips in alignment and lower back pain free, with no sciatica. Progress happened quickly and I was soon able to perform daily tasks pain free. The whole staff is extremely friendly, and their unique model is very laid back, convenient, and cost effective. I highly recommend with the utmost confidence.

I have been to a few chiropractors in my life. I’ve always been sure to get a good referral first. The Joint has been excellent. At first was concerned with it being a franchise - but I decided to try it for the $29 offer. After the trial I was quick to sign up - which gets me 4 adjustments per month. I go weekly, sometimes more. I’ve been adjusted by probably all the staff at the Stonecrest location - and it’s been great with each of them. Very knowledgeable - all of them. Very satisfied! They take their time and do listen very well - and have given me some great advise as well. Highly recommend, for cost, people, experience etc.

Yes, you can ask for a specific doctor if you're willing to wait for their day but it doesn't matter anymore. Everyone of them is fantastic. The Ballantyne Rea office is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and helpful. It's such a pleasant, warm atmosphere. We've been adjusted by Dr. Migdadi, Dr. Carlington, Dr. Karcher, and Dr. Cruz. You will get a little bit different approach from each provider, and they are all great chiropractors! I also love the business model of The Joint...No appointments (sometimes it's quick; sometimes you wait...usually end up bonding with someone in the office); you can get an adjustment whenever you need one. Pay as you go or get a package...also great. I completely recommend this office and Dr. Migdadi's crew!

Coming here is like going to see a friend. The doctors here are informative, helpful and more than anything care about your well being. I have been having adjustments at The Joint for the past 2 years. Today, I worked with Dr. Cruz. He is AMAZING. My adjustments are challenging because of the spinal scoliosis and kyphosis I carry. Totally recommend! I have lower back pain occasionally and the times I’ve come to get some relief they always leave me feeling 10x better! I have had issues with my back off and on for quite some time. I have gone to a few chiropractors but they were expensive and hard to get an appointment scheduled. Being able to have an affordable plan that allows me to walk in any time I can has been great and has given me great relief. Any chiropractor can view my chart and know exactly what I need. They make their adjustments and I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes or less. The most important thing is that after a few twists and turns, cracks and pops I walk out feeling better than when I came in.

If you like talking to car or mattress salesmen, you'll love "Dr." DW. I won't be surprised if instead of a Chiropractic school, "Dr." DW completed his training at a sales conference where they teach to Always Be Closing. Don't get me wrong, the adjustment he gave me actually helped my lower back and alleviated my pain. But the entire visit (my first) was a sales pitch from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I have a very mild case of slipped disk, and that's according to my MRI. I have painful episodes once every 3-4 years. Yet, "Dr." DW insisted I was "heading toward disaster" unless I "manage" my situation. Lucky me, I can manage it right there at The Joint if I sign up for their monthly plan or buy sessions in advance. Come on man! Respect your degree.

So, I was very disappointed in my visits there, and I went more than once. I got a deal on 5 visits so I gave them a shot. I don't know if it is a company ethos to "go for the cracking sound no matter what," but that is the impression I got. Every time, it didn't feel therapeutic or like an adjustment; it felt like someone who just wants to hear your back crack no matter what. I do not recommend them if you are looking for careful, respectful chiropractic treatment.

Dr Strebel and Dr Migdadi are great. Unfortunately The Joint doesnt sent an email, update their Facebook/web site with the Drs schedule. The hours and convenience of being able to walk in (no appointment) is great. It would be better if they could make patients aware of when they will closed. Several times I have gone and they are closed.

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in to use a groupon I had purchased. I had already came in once for my consultation and one adjustment, and should have still had 2 or 3 adjustments left on my groupon. I walked in to use an adjustment I had remaining, because I’ve had an AWFUL punch nerve and have been in a lot of pain the past two days at work, and I was told that I have nothing showing on my card, that my record they have shows no payments, adjustments remaining, or groupons. with that being said, I got alittle upset and told the woman working how I had purchased a groupon and should have remaining adjustments. Her response to me was that whoever put my information in did not note that I had purchased the groupon and that basically it was too bad for me. This is an absolutely ridiculous and embossing way to run a business. The women who came in after me also had issues and I just think it’s incredibly rude and unprofessional not to value and honor the groupon that was purchased. Im sure I’m not the only person who has had issue with The joint, I was told by multiple people that I “made a mistake” by purchasing my Groupon and boy were they right! The joint will not be receiving my business ever again and I surely will not recommend.

I woke up one Sunday and couldn't walk due to debilitating spinal sprains. I was freaking out and found The Joint at Stonecrest as I frantically searched for someone to help me. I went in, signed up for the $60/4 visits plan, went for adjustments every other day for two weeks. I was able to walk without any pain after my third visit; to be able to go from not being able to walk to being able to walk without pain in such a short time is incredible to me. I love The Joint and have been going to this location due to it's convenient access to my work commute and nearness to home. I have seen several doctors here and all have been wonderful. I came in recently after not having visited for several years with bad neck stiffness and nerve issues in my arms. After several visits I am now back to almost normal. Their hours are conveneint for me as well; since I usually get off work around 6pm I can make it here before they close at 7pm, and I have only had to wait more than 10 minutes just one time. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for good maintenance.

Wow Charlotte ? Let Me Tell You... There are chiropractors that give you a "general" adjustment, i.e. they don't even palpate your neck or back before they adjust. While these adjustments might feel nice, they don't go a very long way because they’re not targeted at problem areas. And Then, There is the AMAZING and TALENTED Dr. Peterson. Dr. Peterson is one of the GREATEST I have ever come across because unlike other chiropractors, she doesn't rush through your check-up. She takes her time doing reflex, range of motion, and strength tests so that she can see if you're really improving after treatment. Then, her adjustments aren't the general manipulations, she goes after very specific things; one vertebrae, a specific rib, the ankle out of a socket joint... then she rechecks her work. She has completely changed my life. I have to say that since I’ve seen her, my pain has been completely reduced, and because she takes her time to identify the problem rather than crank through patient after patient, you feel better in the long run. Of course, she can do general adjustments if you ask her to, but she will be honest with you and tell you exactly what she thinks needs to be worked on. I really am blessed to have someone be honest and transparent about my treatment. I live across town, and don't mind driving out to StoneCrest to see her - its worth any distance for the results.

I grew up in a house with a chiropractor so when we moved here I was unsure that I would be able to find another great adjustment. I read a lot of reviews and it is incredible how mean and extreme people can be. My family and I have been adjusted by at least 5 of the doctors and they all have there own style but all talented. My family is split down the middle with who our favorites are. I would be cautious when reading reviews that are emotional. Can every business be better? Yes. I came in with high expectations and I am pleasantly surprised by what the joint offers. We go in for maintenance so it's a great fit for us. We've been coming here for almost 2 years now. If you need more detailed service for big issues you may have to look somewhere else.

I love the concept so much: no appointment and no insurance, and no scammy feeling regarding x-rays and shoe inserts you get at traditional chiropractors. That said, there are negatives. The business end is a mess. They close early and you have no of knowing when you drive there. It can feel like a frustrating waste of time and they do not ever care. Also, there is a woman chiropractor at this location who is so rough she nearly ripped my head off and I couldn't move for a week. Don't know her name but she looks like she got a fantastic discount on bleached out fake hair, you can't miss her and don't let her touch you. The super positives are, the owner is Gordon and if you ever have a problem of any kind he will listen and make it right. It takes a Herculean effort to contact him through the front desk staff, but when you do, it will be fruitful. And saving best for last, Dr. Magdedi. He is the reason you should go here, period. He has the gift and he knows how to use it.

The Joint is a national chain of chiropractic doctors who offer walk-in service. The prices are reasonable and the staff is usually good at making you feel better. This location is the only one in the Charlotte metro area open on Sundays. As a person who moved from Texas and saw about five clinics and twelve doctors, I can day that The Joint is pretty good at what they do. Bear in mind that different doctors have totally different tools and habits, depending on where they studied chiropractic. So, if you are in doubt after trying one, each clinic has at least two doctors and sometimes three. Only one works on a typical day of the week. Give it a chance, $19 is a very fair price. That being said, check your major medical plan for coverage or discounts. Sometimes they bury that option off to the side and you must read the details. In particular, Stonecrest is a good location of The Joint and my doctor was polite and professional. The doctors do read notes from other employees and try to not mess with your treatment plan. Keep in mind that there are a few ways to accomplish the same objective in chiropractic, but all of it takes a week or three. I have made the mistake of blowing off weekly or monthly appointments when I was busy and felt fine. Do not do that.

EXTREMELY unprofessional front desk staff. Today, we walked into the clinic at about 2:50PM and were informed that new patient visits typically take 45 min so we would have to come back since clinic was closing at 4PM (more than 1hr from now). There was nobody else waiting so I inquired what time would we have to come back the next day - the answer was by 3PM. Again, I looked at my watch to confirm that it was in fact before 3PM at that time, confused as to why we wouldn't be seen today. So then front desk clerk let me know that they typically have 30-40 patients show up during the last hour. I kindly asked her again, what time would we have to be there to be seen - now she said 2PM. Unless for some reason this is your policy, the front desk clerk is point blank incompetent and unfriendly. She's doing your clinic disservice - we will be taking our business elsewhere and I will be sure to share my feedback with everyone I know that might be in need of chiropractic services.

Impatient doctors. No interest in hearing about previous back issues just what was filled out on the paperwork. I had no improvement since the adjustments were no where near the problem area. They say it takes multiple visits but it was pointless if the treatment plan is not for the problem. I returned immediately to a PT and had significant improvement immediately since they took time to find the problem and treat it accordingly. I'm still out an extra month of the "membership" fee even with cancelling the day I joined. Lesson to the wise either go some where that cares or use places like this for basic adjustments.

I was disappointed in the service I received from Dr. Laura Peterson. I thought that maybe if I was treated by a female doctor, she would be more understanding and gentle with me since I was very skeptical about chiropractors. I was wrong. She is too rough and after every treatment, I was left in extreme pain in back and neck and nearly fainted multiple times. Dr. Peterson is the worst chiropractor ever.
