Still, with this information, there are millions who prefer to rely on a host of alternative beverages hoping for the same results. While these other drinks may provide more for your taste buds, they can put a damper on your wellness. A few beverages that health and wellness experts suggest you give up include, and why:

Alcohol Offers No Benefits to Your Health

Alcohol, although tasty for some and tempting after a long day of work, has been linked to many health concerns. Alcohol is a contributing factor to heart disease and high blood pressure. Rather than relying on an adult beverage every day, make sure you find something that might offer more healthy benefits.
