Dr. Holly Kaiser is a proud graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has spent the last eighteen years in practice helping patients manage their pain and also optimizing the health and wellness of pain-free individuals. She specializes in Diversified, Thompson, and Gonstead techniques and has provided care for patients of all ages from newborn to nineties. She is deeply connected to her family and her northern Wisconsin roots. She has been under regular chiropractic care since childhood after seriously injuring her spine. Her experience as a young patient was so influential that she decided at the age of twelve she was going to be a chiropractor. Dr. Holly is grateful for the opportunity to use her knowledge and skills to assist her patients in living a natural healthy lifestyle through safe effective chiropractic care. Her post-doctorate work in nutrition, extremity care, and pediatric care is ongoing to stay on top of current techniques and research. Dr. Holly is a Clayton resident and is a proud mother of three teenagers. In her free time, she enjoys art and travel.

Dr. Zachary Scott is a 2011 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, Libby and two daughters, Isla and Ella. They like to spend time outside any chance they get riding bikes, grilling food and enjoying nature.
Dr. Scott graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC in 2007 and then moved to Port Orange, FL in March of 2008 to begin his Chiropractic journey. He has been in the Raleigh area since May of 2012. He has a twin brother who lives in Charleston, SC and a younger sister who is in the Charlotte, NC area.
Dr. Houston Smith was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Dr. Smith is a 2021 graduate of Parker University. Born on the same day as DD Palmer, the founder of chiropractic, Dr. Smith was destined to be a chiropractor. His favorite part about being a chiropractor is giving life changing care to a first time chiropractic patient who has failed other conservative care options. Dr. Smith is a very skilled adjuster specializing in diversified and motion palpation techniques. He and his wife Elena live in Cary with their border collie mix, Gypsy. In his past time he enjoys training, golf, disc golf, hiking, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Nick Gardner joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2022 and is excited to be a part of the team here as of October 2023 in our Apex, Holly Springs, and Garner office. Dr. Nick graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2017.
He is originally from North of Toronto, Canada on the Eastern Georgian Bay and loves movies and staying active in the gym, disc golf, or going for walks.
He came to chiropractic after he was working in a suspension factory and his back was failing him during long shifts on hard concrete. He sought a chiropractor for help. The doctor merely suggested to him to look into becoming a chiropractor. He went back to school to get pre-requisites and was enrolled in chiropractic college the next year.
Dr. Nick is looking forward to routinely helping people day in and out as well as being able to help completely change someone’s entire world.

1 5 1I’m writing this review about my initial contact where I called, the person who answered the phone at the Garner office was obviously chewing on something because I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. I began to ask a question and she immediately cut me off and asked if I could be put on hold. Mistake number one: eating if you’re going to be taking calls Mistake number two: not speaking clearly enough for me to even decipher what she was trying to say. Mistake number three: cutting me off mid sentence to ask if I can be placed on hold, if you couldn’t treat me like a valued customer and take the time to even listen to my entire sentence you shouldn’t be on the front line. THIS is how employees will ruin your business.

5 5 1UPDATE: just wanna add after coming for some time now Dr. Scott is my favorite chiropractor. His technique is quick and strong but doesn’t hurt. He seems to get the deep crevices of the areas needed. Try him out if you haven’t already. He is there on Thursday and Sunday. The young Doctor (whom works Mon and Fri) was pleasant and attentive to my first patient review. He took his time and really listened and communicated with me what He was going to do and what I needed to do. My adjustment was very much needed and felt immediate release afterwards. So far, as I can see I made the right choice coming here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and oozes with wellness. It was a clean environment. The air smelled nice and clean with essential oils made by Lisa. The front desk was super sweet and informative. I do recommend this place for your chiropractic needs. I will update if necessary as I continue going.

5 5 1Six weeks ago I was in a great deal of pain which impacted my entire day, as well as my sleep. With a week full of both work and childcare responsibilities I had no time to schedule chiropractor appointments for myself for multiple times a week, especially around the holidays. I started going to the Joint and was welcomed by highly skilled staff members who are also compassionate, genuine people. From check in at the front desk, to adjustments with Dr. Jacob, Dr. Holly and the team, everyone cares about their patients. After the first few weeks when I was still experiencing pain, Dr. Jacob took the time to listen, adapt and even advise me on some at home tips to help. I went from going to the Joint 3-4 times a week to now only once a week with very minimal pain. You just cannot beat the convenience either! I could eat dinner with my family and still make it to an adjustment before they closed. Even on some days I brought my kids in and they were welcomed kindly! I am thankful for my experience at The Joint and would recommend giving them a try.

5 5 1Jacob, Holly, and Houston are my faves! They are super personable, kind, and provide excellent adjustments. They are passionate about their profession and patient care. In addition to my adjustments, Jacob spent a great deal of time teaching me exercises I could incorporate into my workouts to help strengthen my muscles. He was and continues to be patient with my questions and thorough with his answers. Strengthening my muscles, along with my weekly adjustments has increased the healing process and reduced the pain. I no longer deal with daily shoulder and knee pain, which has greatly improved my quality of life. Holly is the one who introduced me to The Joint and I will be forever grateful. Like Jacob, she provides excellent adjustments and makes sure to teach exercises where needed. She also took the time to order x-rays for my knees, just to make sure there weren’t any other issues going on. Houston, like Jacob and Holly, took the time to teach me exercises. I work at a desk job and am on the computer all day, which often leads to headaches and neck pain. In addition to my adjustment, Houston focused on teaching me exercises that would improve the functionality and endurance of my eye muscles. He even made sure to send a follow-up email providing additional resources regarding vision performance training. Dr. Holly is patient, kind, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Jacob is thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. 5 5 1Since my first visit to THE JOINT in Garner, NC, everyone from front desk to all the chiropractors are very professional and pleasant. They take the time to listen to your problems and prepare a plan that works you. I'm a retired Air Force Veteran and recently within the past 2-3 years I have been suffering with a bad back and sciatic pain in my right leg, which made it extremely hard for me to sleep on my back without having my right leg go totally numb. The pain and discomfort had basically started to affect my daily life routines. It got to the point I couldn't walk, stand or even attempt to workout for no longer than 15 mins or less. I even had an ablation in April 2022 and was getting injection for my sciatica, which did absolutely nothing. Now, here we are after my first initial visit to The Joint, I was pleasantly pleased to say that after my sciatica and back pain were pretty much gone and after 4 followup visits I am able to stand, walk and workout with absolutely no pain. I can sleep on my back without my leg going numb, and honestly I'm able to get a good night sleep. I don't wake up stiff or in pain. The Joint has drastically changed my life, I'm glad I made the decision to visit. I also signed up for monthly plan. If you are suffering from any pain like I was, don't hesitate to make a visit, you will not be disappointed.

He took his time and really listened and communicated with me what He was going to do and what I needed to do. My adjustment was very much needed and felt immediate release afterwards. I've been in pain for the last 2 days, then I remember this morning that I previously had a membership with the joint chiropractor. 4 5 1So I was introduced to the Joint by my mother, I’ve worked with chiropractors and have been treated by them for years. It’s my go to for wellness. My daughter and I go regularly and we love Dr Holly, ( the other Drs are nice too, but can’t remember their names) Very convenient, no appointment needed. Only downside for me is the fact that no X-rays are taken so can’t really tell if there is progress being made. I’d say this is mainly for maintenance. Overall experience has been wonderful.
