Dr. Russell Rottacker, D.C. is a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic in Fuquay and Garner, NC, where he began practicing in May 2025. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1983 after earning his associate’s degree from Delta Community College, focusing on anatomy, physiology, and science. Originally on a pre-med track, Dr. Rottacker shifted paths after personally experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care following a whiplash injury. He finds joy in helping patients improve their health through the body’s natural ability to heal. With decades of experience practicing across Colorado and California, he now lives in North Carolina with his wife of 45 years, Shirley, to be closer to their children and grandchildren. In his free time, Dr. Rottacker enjoys camping in his RV and cooking with fresh ingredients. He’s passionate about neurology and continually studies to provide more refined care. His black lab, Lacey, is his loyal companion—especially when thunderstorms aren’t in the forecast.
