Too many people hold in anger, which only leads to feeling of hostility and resentment. It raises blood pressure and has many people feeling stressed beyond relief. Letting go of that anger is the best thing people can do for their mental health. Forget the negative feelings and focus on the positive instead.

Exercising is an excellent way to eliminate feelings of depression and improve mood.
