From an early age, my life was shaped by health challenges that would ultimately define my calling. Following a difficult birth and subsequent medical interventions, I experienced significant respiratory issues, severe allergies, and frequent hospitalizations throughout my early childhood. By the age of five, I began receiving chiropractic care—initially as a last resort during a particularly critical episode when my mother chose a chiropractor over another emergency hospital visit.

That decision changed the trajectory of my life.

Through consistent chiropractic care, I experienced a complete recovery from the chronic conditions that had defined my early years. While conventional treatments had helped manage symptoms, it was chiropractic that restored my health. From that point forward, it became the foundation of my healthcare. Outside of emergency situations, chiropractic served as my primary form of care—supporting both physical and physiological health through spinal correction, nutrition, supplementation, and natural therapeutics.

This experience shaped not only my health philosophy but my life direction.

Growing up, my family prioritized two things whenever we moved: finding a church and finding a chiropractor. That framework of faith and holistic health became central to my identity. As an athlete in track, field, and soccer throughout high school, I was drawn toward a career in physical medicine. After exploring options like physical therapy and physiatry, I ultimately chose chiropractic during my senior year of college—recognizing it as the most complete expression of healing I had personally experienced.

My formal training began with prerequisite studies at Logan College in St. Louis. I continued my chiropractic education at Parker College and Palmer College, ultimately completing my Doctor of Chiropractic at Sherman College in Spartanburg, South Carolina—where the depth of philosophy and scientific rigor aligned with my vision for care.

I began practice in 2003 under the mentorship of the very chiropractor who helped restore my health as a child. Serving the western Cincinnati community for nearly two decades, I provided subluxation-based chiropractic care rooted in a “straight” chiropractic philosophy. Over time, in response to patient needs and continued learning, I expanded my clinical approach—earning a diplomate in acupuncture in 2008 and beginning training with the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2012.

In 2021, I transitioned into telehealth, providing functional medicine care during a time when access to healthcare became increasingly challenging. I also joined a clinical team in Franklin, Tennessee, focusing on complex chronic conditions including Lyme disease, mold-related illness, PANS/PANDAS, POTS, and other conditions often underserved by conventional medical systems.

Today, my work reflects a lifetime of lived experience—bridging foundational chiropractic principles with advanced functional and integrative approaches to care.

I am a native of Cincinnati, a husband, a father of six, and a proud grandfather of four. My faith is central to everything I do, and I attribute my life, purpose, and understanding to the work and ministry of Jesus Christ and the guidance of our Father in Heaven.
