Half Your Meal Should Be Fruits and Vegetables
One thing that you can do to add nutrition to your diet is to make half of all of your meals a mixture of fruits and vegetables in some form. Having a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables is good for your diet because it can help you to get the variety of vitamins, minerals, and fiber that your body needs in order to be healthy. Adding red, orange, and dark green vegetables can be an especially good source of vitamins.
Drink Water
Drinking water is another way that you can add nutrition into your diet also help you to lose weight.
