Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Justin is a graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia where he earned a bachelor of science in business management. He received a Doctorate from Life University in Marietta, Ga.

“I knew I wanted to become a chiropractor when I quit going to one,” Dr. Justin says. “I started to truly notice all the benefits we provide to our patients and wanted to be a part of that experience for others.”

One of Dr. Justin’s most notable experiences as a chiropractor occurred when he began his practice. “One of my first cases was a patient who had significant radicular symptoms that was keeping them from work,” he says. “With care we were able to get her back to work.”

This place is predatory you go in for a total of 3 to 4 minutes for an adjustment they get you to buy a plan but don't tell you that the billing is going to be reoccurring they make it sound like it's just a deal for that month alone and then they charge you instead of explaining what the stuff you're signing is they just expect you to kind of understand what is written in their language. If I could write zero Stars I absolutely would got charged for two full months and yet your visits don't even roll over so I just ended up wasting money.

I came to The Joint Chiropractic when I was having severe back pain and could barely walk. The chiropractor mentioned that it might be sciatica. English is not my first language, and at the time I didn’t fully understand what that meant. My pain continued, and I later had another very painful period. Because my husband and I had been trying to start a family for 10 years, I decided to see a new fertility doctor. When I described my painful periods and mentioned that a chiropractor had raised the possibility of sciatica, my doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery to look for another cause. In July 2026, the surgery confirmed stage III endometriosis, including several lesions on my left side and a deep lesion near my uterus. I’m grateful that the chiropractor brought up a possible explanation for my back pain, and I’m glad I kept speaking up and seeking answers. My experience is a reminder that severe period pain and back pain deserve attention. If something doesn’t feel right, keep asking questions and advocate for yourself—you know your body best.

Love the monthly fee versus paying per visit. I am sure this is due to being a franchise and its a large company, but when your paying out of pocket this is a great way to keep adjusted without hurting you financially.

I had never been to a chiropractor and was hesitant, however, due to arthritis and having surgery on my ankle , I had to wear a boot. I was out of sorts to say the least. The team understood that I am a delicate, fragile, flower ??. Just kidding, but I am sensitive and they have all adhered to that. They have been wonderful. They worked on my joints, stretched my spine and evened out my hips. They may have tricked me a time or two to get me relaxed enough to pop my neck which felt amazing afterwards. I feel taller every time I leave there so it also helps my posture. Thank you all for being somewhat gentle while still accomplishing our goals. My husband knows how happy I am with the team at Joint Chiropractic on Callahan drive and he will be joining soon.

I am pregnant and was experiencing really harsh Pelvic Pain and tailbone pain. I started coming here in hopes to relieve some pain and be able to continue working. They threw in some extra days with no extra charge and got me feeling amazing, now it’s basic wellness for me! I was immediately greeted with friendly staff that walked me through the initial process. I then saw Joey who took his time with me and explained everything in detail. I have been dealing with “autoimmune disorders” for years. After my adjustment, we learned it was a pinched nerve not allowing me to eat and causing my body to be in constant stress. Since my adjustment I’m able to eat and drink normally and feeling back to my normal self. I am forever grateful!

The affordability and convenience of this place are great! I can stop in for a walk in visit, and usually be out in 10-15 minutes. Both of the chiropractors have treated me very well and find and solve the problem. So glad I found them, I used to pay $35+ per visit, now I get 4 adjustments for $69/month.

Moved to Knoxville 2 months ago and started going to the Joint on Kingston Pike and then Callahan drive. They have multiple doctors with various adjusting styles but Dr. Larry has been my favorite if you prefer someone heavy handed. I went in today with really annoying shoulder and kneww pain, got relief within minutes after being adjusted. The wellness plan is an incredible value and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing! One of the best adjustments I’ve ever had. The recent weather had been terrible in the Knoxville area for days. The roads had improved enough that I could make the trip to the office. I arrived an hour before normal closing but due to the weather again turn bad the staff and Doctor were leaving and had just locked the doors. I told them it has taken me an hour to get there and was in serious need. The doctor graciously parked his car and open the office back up to give me a grade A adjustment. I want to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to their great care and customer service I felt better and was able to make the drive home to Florida.

If you are 65 and older and want medicare help, don't go here. They will lead you to believe that they will bill medicare when you fill out the paperwork but only after tell you that they will not treat you because you "checked" the wrong box. Also, they will not change it after you hand it in. If you're not going to bill or you can't bill medicare, why is it even an option on the questionnaire?

Quick manual adjustments when I need them. Friendly staff. My daughter and I are currently both using The Joint Chiropractic to help with pain in her hip and pain in my back,neck, and hip. The cost is relatively low if you sign up for their monthly program and I’m able to get in and out fast even without an appointment! If you like manual adjustments or just want to try a chiropractic approach to you joint pain I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Wow, so this ones is gonna be a little long. Started on this journey on December 22nd 2020. And I am almost reaching 2 years since I have been using Chiropractic Care!! Its definitely definitely worth the price completely!!!! I go on average 4-6 times a month, and trust me when I say it truly is worth it!!! It is 100 percent worth it!!!!! So much so I could cry happy tears!! It has kept me from going to surgery it has really helped me make it this far in life. These people truly care and when I say care I mean they really care about everyone and not just anyone I mean everyone!!! Its worth the monthly amount and it truly is a health game changer!!!!! Dr Melissa is great!! She’s small but mighty! I have struggled with sciatica for years. I started going to the joint about 6 months ago and i have had significantly less flare ups. I really like the new Doc, too. I don’t recall his name, but he popped my neck in a way that no one else had done. It was awesome!

I came in the office desperate because I have been in so much pain from my back but It's something i have just dealt with for so long. But I was over the pain and everyone kept telling me to go to a chiropractor but honestly I was terrified.. so I googled and found this place that was actually opened on Saturday. I am so glad I went there wasn't much they could do my first visit because I have so many issues but what they was able to do I felt a difference and I could actually stand up straight for the first time in months I will be going through with the plan that they recommended. The staff was absolutely amazing from the second I walked in to the moment I walked out.. I do thank everyone there that helped me and I am truly glad I found this place

I've heard complaints over the years about after going to a chiropractor, they either noticed no difference afterwards, loud bone cracking noises or tingling sensations. I was very hesitant to go but with alot of ongoing muscle & joint issues that didn't seem to get better from massages, I agreed. I'm so glad my husband convinced me. From the receptionist, to Dr Sandra (TY) & owner (Joe), they answered every question/concern and made me feel comfortable. Dr Sandra was very patient, listened & went at my comfort level. I've only been 1x and I can tell a difference. Not doing cartwheels yet but on my way! I was there for probably an hour with it being 1st visit but I asked a lot of questions. Going forward, visits should be no more than 5 - 10 max. I'd definitely recommend Joint Chiropractic to all!!

I recently was having some trouble with my neck. I couldn't get full range of motion, hard to turn to drive, sleep, and be my best at work. I decided to stop in and see what this place had to offer, and I was not disappointed. I was first greeted by the receptionist Madison, who was very friendly, and informative on the process of being seen. Dr. Nico, was nothing short of amazing, got to the root of my problem, started immediately on my neck. I felt so much better when I left. I started a treatment plan and went back today, and feel better. My son decided to start his journey as well. Looking forward to getting our health on track.

I love this place! I've never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't really know what to expect, but I was immediately put at ease with the kindness of Madison, who happens to be unbelievably sweet. My first meeting couldn't have been better. We discussed my concerns from the initial paperwork and went over everything (findings and how best to proceed). I have seen several doctors (Dr. Justin, Dr. Mark, Dr. Brittany, and we can't forget Dr. Nicholas who has since moved to another state) and I can't praise the talents of these doctors enough! They are incredible! They have a newer addition to the team, Zoey, and she always greets you with a warm smile. I highly recommend this place and will be a long-term customer. I truly appreciate the great care I continually receive and the prices can't be beat. ☆☆☆☆☆

The receptionist, Madison, was so so so wonderful. She entertained my very busy 5 year old while I was adjusted. I could barely move yesterday. Too much repetition at work with movements mixed with stress and my shoulders and back were killing me pinching my nerve in my back sending fire down my arm. They adjusted me last night and today and the fire is gone! Of course I'm still sore but I will for sure be going back and following their care plan that is certainly so affordable. In the past all I could find was chiropractors that either charge $30 a visit or your copay. This ends up being $18 a visit with a care plan. I can't wait to go back again.

The doctors there are all great! They start with an initial consultation/adjustment to make sure they are targeting the right areas, where you can come in anytime, as no appointment is required. The follow-up visits only take about 5-10 minutes. It's reasonably priced and they do a great job evaluating your needs. You will not be disappointed.

Checked out the new facility now that they’re open. This was my first time seeing Dr. Stuart. Just like their other doctors he listened to my concerns and adjusted me accordingly. Front desk was helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Also met the owners who were very friendly. I’ve been to many chiropractors all around the country for many years now.
