Meet The Doctors
Dr. Timothy Comparetto became a part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in December 2024 when he began serving the residents of Abilene, TX. Fun fact: Dr. Comparetto actually grew up in Abilene and is excited to be able to serve his community.
Dr. Comparetto likes being able to meet many people and help them heal and reach their full potential through Chiropractic care.
“One of the biggest reasons I chose a path towards Chiropractic is because of how it helped my parents with their neck and back issues. It helped them so much and gave them much needed relief. From that point, I knew Chiropractic was for me!”
In his spare time, Dr. Comparetto enjoys spending time with family, engaging in outdoor activities – fishing in particular, and traveling. He and his fiancée, Maddy, are sure to be found spending plenty of time with their dog Archie and their two cats, Oliver and Finley.
Dr. Jarett Ware (who goes by Dr. Jarett or Dr. Rock to patients) became a part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in February of 2025 when he began serving residence of Abilene, Tx.
Born in Mississippi and growing up in parts of Georgia and Texas, Dr. Rock says this helped shape him to be a more ‘southern’ child and has allowed him to learn to “always be open to new ideas and being a doctor of chiropractic became that idea” since he never knew much of chiropractic care growing up.
“The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is the ability to change people’s lives for their benefit. So many people have goals they want to reach, and I get to be their biggest cheerleader in providing chiropractic care to help them physically and support/guide them mentally and emotionally.”
“I knew chiropractic was my calling the first time I saw how a simple adjustment could completely change an athlete’s movement and performance. As a former Division 1 track athlete, I experienced firsthand the frustration of nagging injuries and limitations that traditional treatments couldn’t fully resolve. When I started learning about chiropractic care (the biomechanics, improvement of recovery, and enhancing overall function) I realized it was more than just pain relief; it was about unlocking potential! That moment solidified for me that I wanted to be the practitioner athletes turn to when they need to more, perform and recover at their best.”
While Dr. Rock doesn’t have children of his own, he mentions “…treating children is always a fun time and they really pour into the profession, especially being so active and involved.”
In his free time, Dr. Rock enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, retail therapy and spending time with his partner, Gee – who also enjoys working out and a good home project!
