Dr. Thomas Hogan grew up in Pearland Texas and graduated from Pearland High School in 1988. Dr. Hogan held a varsity position on the golf team all throughout high school. During his senior year, he began learning about body conditioning and nutrition, which lead to his ultimate interest in anatomy and physiology. In 1999, Dr. Hogan graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston and shortly after moved to Austin, Texas to open his own practice. Dr. Hogan has been caring for patients for 18+ years. In 2002, he received his 100 hours of Acupuncture Certification and in 2012 he completed his 100 hours of Certified Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP).
Dr. Hogan specializes in the recovery and regeneration of athletes, and also focuses on prehabilitation/rehabilitation for athletes. Grounded in science, Dr. Hogan combines functional biomechanical assessments with specific advanced manual therapy techniques. With Dr. Hogan’s passion for athletics and increasing athletic performance his patients have included athletes such as Heisman trophy winners, professional MLB players, eight-time world champion team ropers, professional NBA players, as well as other therapists, chiropractors and trainers who cater to professional athletes.
Dr. Norquitta Y. Haynes, DC, was born in Fort Hood, Texas (the daughter of a military family). She has lived and traveled all over the world. She attended UNC Fayetteville State University in North Carolina, where she earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. In addition, she received her Doctrine in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California.
She has held state licenses in Texas, New York, and California. Dr. Haynes joined the Joint family in February 2018. Her favorite thing about working at the Joint is being able to see entire families at a low cost and working with a great energetic chiropractic team.
In her spare time Dr. Haynes likes to stay active by hiking with her husband and 2 dogs, Salsa/Bachata dancing, attending group workouts, and exploring Austin's cool relaxed vibes. Her perfect dinner party would include Michelle Obama, Gary Vaynerchuk, and 2005 Kanye West.One of the most memorable experiences that she's ever had was going on a chiropractic mission trip to Ghana (West Africa) and exploring all of the riches it had to offer. She also loved walking across the 7 suspension in the Rainforest in Kakum National Park while in Ghana. She screamed over every single bridge.

Dr. Krista Aschenbeck was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from high school, she went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. During her time at the University of Texas, Dr. Aschenbeck pursued internships in physical therapy in both the Houston and Austin areas. After working alongside several physical therapists and chiropractors during her internships, she continued her academic career and pursued a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. After practicing in both Houston, Texas and Lafayette, Louisiana, she has returned to practice in Austin.
Dr. Aschenbeck recently joined The Joint at the Barton Springs location. Her goal as a chiropractor has always been to help each patient reach an optimal state of health, focusing on preventative care and a healthy lifestyle.
When not in the office, Dr. Aschenbeck enjoys cooking, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, exercise, and playing piano. Dr. Aschenbeck says that one of the coolest things she has ever done was study abroad in Rome, Italy.
Dr. Chad Daniels is a native Texan who grew up in Dallas and attained his degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. In 2016, he graduated from the prestigious Parker College of Chiropractic with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He continues to attend additional seminars that allows him to deliver the best care available.
Before starting his education in chiropractic, Dr. Daniels worked in a Chiropractic clinic. He quickly became inspired by the results and health benefits chiropractic care provided. Seeing first hand Chiropractic’s ability to bring health and wellness to others is when Dr. Daniels found his calling. He wanted to make a positive impact on the health and lives of others.
Since then, Dr. Daniels has proudly provided the people of Haiti and the Dominican Republic with Chiropractic care. There he observed and obtained additional knowledge on how to treat a wide range of conditions in infants all the way to seniors. The oldest patient he helped lived to be 107 and happened to be his great grandmother, Jesse.
Dr. Daniels has extensive training working with individuals who suffer from headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica, spinal disc problems, extremity pain and scoliosis. He addresses these common issues by utilizing specific techniques to properly align the spine to health. He prides himself on providing individualized care to people by presenting a life-long plan to wellness.
In his personal life, Dr. Daniels can be found spending time with his parents and older sister. He enjoys wake boarding, water skiing, and hunting. He started playing competitive soccer at three years old and continues to play every opportunity he gets.
Dr. Daniels’ mission is to bring a happier, healthier, pain free lifestyle to each and every individual he serves.
