I have been a very loyal customer for more than five years now and unfortunately I have to give this place a low rating simply because of lack of courtesy shown by their desk staff. More than once I have been sent away rather rudely simply because I checked in online about 10 mins before they close with no one waiting in the waiting area. I have been prepaying for the service which made me feel like I am throwing money down the drain. This used to be a better place but more recently they have added poor customer service to their business which is unfortunately the only reason for me to cancel my membership

I love The Joint at Circle C (Davis Lane). Front desk is always helpful and pleasant. Wait times are less than 5 mins and Dr Adam Price is so good! He is polite, kind, patient, listens well and is very skilled - everything you'd want in a chiropractor. I was hesitant about their model of quick service but now that I've seen how Dr Adam can take care of all my requests and I feel great after the adjustment, I'm really glad I gave it a shot.

I have used many of the Joint's locations, infact the ease and numerous locations was a draw in the first place. But the CircleC location is why I am writing today. The reception staff are always incredibly warm, professional, patient, and helpful. Dr. Kyle DeRossett is one of the best. Chiropractic adjustments do wonders- but he is a real focused, thorough, and considerate doctor. He is very precise with adjustments- he doesn't need to jerk or throw his weight on you- he simply is patient and thorough enough to find the exact point and release it. He will take the time to respond to each complaint and treat every concern with the same care as the chief complaint. He does not make you feel that you are in an express style Chiropractic office. He may infact have the best bedside manner and professional ethic of any doctor I have seen- not just among Chiropractors. Choose the joint. And if you are in circle C- check out that location!

I recieved an adjustment by Dr. Kelly. I had injured my knee at the gym and needed to get an adjustment quickly. Dr. Kelly was very thorough in accessing my needs and educating me on the issue. During my visit he aligned the left side of my body and I felt relief. He was also able to release trauma stored in my hip to help move that energy. The energetic release from the hip was an emotional release as well as physical alignment. Dr. Kelly was very empathetic and kind during this experience. He also referred me to a Chiropractor that's closer to where I live which I respect. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and am grateful for the care I recieved.

I don't know what I was thinking in not having gone to them sooner. Instead, I held on to my lower back pain with an occasional massage and a very expensive short bout of physical therapy (thanks to terrible insurance). The Joint accepts HSA and offers very affordable plans. My only disappointment is that they're not in the city I'm relocating to. All of the doctors I visited with were fantastic and did things a little differently. Great job to whomever hired them! : )

Compotent chiropractors and basic adjustments for a reasonable price. Those wanting a full spinal exam will need to look elsewhere, as they don’t do x-rays, but if you know your issues and are already familiar with chiropractic, The Joint is great.

It was kinda mid… Dr. Kyle DeRossett wasn’t that great. I’ve been to The Joint in so many different states. I felt my neck crack didn’t have the best energy behind getting it to crack but he was able to get some places to open up. He also just told me I needed to do stretches not show me any… other places have inspired me to stretch a certain way and have taken their time.

Second time coming to the joint. Starting off with EXCELLENT and Outstanding customer service from the receptionist Natalie. She warmly greeted me as I walked in and easily checked me in for my visit. Very positive and very helpful with any questions I had. I saw Dr.Caro today which she did Amazing with making me feel comfortable and at ease with it being my second time. She asked me if I felt any pain in any other areas as she was adjusting me. Dr Rovetti is not only a knowledgeable and fantastic chiropractor, she left my body feeling like new with a great adjustment, she is a good listener who showed empathy, and a true desire to help me. I also cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kyle and Dr. Kelly. They both are excellent and have helped my body heal. Don't hesitate to book with them, you'll be so glad you did. I am updating this review from 5 to 3 stars, however, because of the change of The Joint policies: They used to have two doctors on site and now that they have only one, the wait time has increased significantly. Often I've had to wait up to 45 minutes before being seen and, since I live 20 minutes away, other times I have had to pass on being adjusted. This change in policy is basically a downgrade of the service I've been paying for since 15 months ago. I hope management reconsiders and, rather than cut corners, extend the wait time for patients, plus overwork their doctors, they go back to having two doctors on site on their busiest days/hours.

I’ve come here for years, and they’ve been great. The ease of access to doctors and friendly staff has kept me there. 5 star experience all around, but I’m pretty skeptical about my most recent experience. Adam, who was running the front desk on 4/19 around 3 PM really soured me on the place. There was an hour left before they closed, and I was turned away, saying they couldn’t see me. There were two people finishing their initial assessments and 3 people waiting, with 2 doctors present. There was still time for a doctor to see me. I’ve seen this place handle far more patients with far less time. He turned away another person as well, cutting me off mid conversation with him. Generally seemed to lack customer service mindset and seemed to be an unapologetic face of an otherwise great branch. I’ve come here for years for the convenience and the friendly staff, but if I can’t get that ease of access to walk in appointments with a helpful staff to boot, I’ll be reconsidering coming here.

The bad review is for the dishonesty of the practice. I only see Dr. Tony before. I haven’t came back for 1 year. Last week I called to make an appointment with Tony for a new issue, they said sure and let me come in. When I checked in, they said that Tony is no longer here, but our new doctor is great, bla bla…. Ok I understand that people come and go, but be honest about it on the phone… On the phone I also mentioned that I’m a current client, is the first consultation $30? They said “yes it’s $29 for the first visit” When I came in person: “since you went to our office before, the special price doesn’t apply to you, it will be $55 for a single visit” It’s a bit too much for 2 lies in a row, don’t you think? The adjustment is not that great. So I won’t be coming back.

The front desk ladies are always amazing here and the chiropractors are very knowledgeable. Each visit I happen to see a different Dr and they each tell me the most interesting nuggets of information! One knew my rib had an issue causing chronic scapula pain, another asked if I was anemic and I am and it explains my chronic pain, another had released an extremely tense pressure spot on me. They each come with really helpful tips and info and I enjoy going in! No one has been able to adjust my neck to the side quite yet, just a towel pull so far and I don’t like the placement of their hands while they do it but I’ll still rate this a great place.

I have been having back problems for about two months. Nothing seem to ease the pain . So I decided to look up some chiropractic companies online came across the joint. Chiropractic decided to give them a try. Joint chiropractic as a walk-in clinic so I didn’t have to make an appointment was super easy. Send very minimal time before I got to see the doctor. I went for the first time today and it was amazing Dr Riley did an awesome job. I walked out feeling 100% better. I know this is just the beginning of my journey, but I look forward to my next visit getting my back pain taken care of and back to doing the things that I have to do so much I haven’t been able to lately thank you joint chiropractic for helping me.

The doctor was awsome. The receptionist on the other hand not so much. My daughter and I to black females came into office and signed in. We waited for our turn. This white man came in after us and sat down. She decided that he should go before us. She called him ahead of us. From out of town, sciatica issues. This place is a walk-in chiro so they are very fast in and out. The adjustment was good for my low back / sciatica problems. I wish they would do a few minutes of tissue work.

They have a pretty restricted set of adjustments they’re going to do to you, and they’ll do them every time. They also said they’d email me some exercises to do, but I never got them. When you cancel, they make you print out a piece of paper on your own and sign and scan it back to them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went in for a new patient special, was having pain in my neck, left with no pain. I actually had an old injury that caused my leg and foot to go numb from time to time, after my adjustment I had feeling in my foot again and no more pain in my leg. If I could give zero stars I would. I signed my husband up online and he called to ask if he could walk in. Literally went 3 mins later, they had no printer to print waiver forms which should be in loads of office admin documents. He waited 20-25 mins while other patients were seen then they couldn't get the iPad to load. Also, told him he could go across town 20-30 mins to the South Park Meadows while he was in pain. I called to express my unprofessionalism and she just made excuses. I literally have never been to a chiropractor that you call beforehand and ask if you can be seen, been told yes come in no problem and have so many ways of not being seen. Nope even though it's close will not go to this chiropractor and I know a lot of people that ask for recommendations from me so that is a lot of potential customer you just lost. My advice, get a more competent and efficient administrator. Sorry if this feels brutal but before you make people drive across town you should validate they can be seen and not waste their time and efforts.

So grateful! I wasn’t sure what to expect from a chiropractic chain and I’m actually blown away. Dr. Bob addressed issues I didn’t realize were connected and made me feel so comfortable. I go to the one on Brodie Lane in South Austin. I have never been disappointed. The receptionists have always been very helpful and professional. The doctors are careful to listen to my problems and address them accordingly. I highly recommend if your health insurance does not cover Chiropractics.

Went in for lower back pain and got adjusted which help so much . Prior to this I went to ARA the Dr did x-rays and an mri to tell me nothing is wrong with my spine when obviously I'm in pain and something is wrong Spent over 1k for the visit! I should have just went to the chiropractor an spent 79 for the monthly. Thank you guys I will get my stretching in and be back.

I do feel a little less discomfort, however I didn’t like the open room concept. There was only one doctor this day and I hope he used hand sanitizer - at least. He was very heavy on “you need to exercise.” I heard him say it to the last three patients in front of me. Again, the experience was good just not the open room and the exercise thing, it really made me question if I would want to come back to this certain location.

I’ve never been to a Chiropractor before and I have to say that after my adjustment I felt like a new person. My Sciatic nerve had been killing me for a few weeks and after the adjustment I felt great. The Joint has been such a godsend to me. I’m on the 4 adjustments a month plan. It’s affordable and convenient. There are multiple locations and all are on the same system. A walk in type clinic that is open 7 days a week. The Brodie location is in a strip of several businesses. The staff is friendly and the chiropractors are amazing. The receptionist at the Brodie location also goes the extra mile by letting me know how many adjustments I have left for the month which is super helpful. If you find a particular chiropractor you like, who is familiar with adjusting you, then you can find out which days they’re working and get that same chiropractor. There’s also the Southpark Meadows location that is fantastic. The chiropractors are all great and highly skilled. You’ll find relief and enjoy the experience feeling great after a proper adjustment.

Whenever I stop in, any back pain or joint pain I have. They always know how to take care of it and fix my alignment if anything is off. If my kids weren't almost in their 30's, having them walk on my back would take longer and be more effective. It takes longer to get out of my care, sign in, put my belongings into the basket than it does for the "adjustment". I tried to explain why I was having upper back should pain because of sign language interpreting and was asked, "is it because your hands are above your head?". Less than 3 to 5 minutes later I was told I had "chicken legs" and needed to do squats with weights. "NEXT!!!" Not real Chiropractic Services.... Mc Donald's is slower than the in and out of Joint Chiropractic. Disappointed, was a gift. So will finish out the contract. My kids are too big now :-(

tl;dr: Dr. Bellonzi is absolutely incredible. I can't emphasize enough how great this location is! Top notch, thorough care, convenience, and cost are all 5/5. Highly recomment. I have been to chiropractors before, but I haven't been to other The Joint locations, so I will only speak on what I know. The Care: The initial consultation and exam were so thorough and helpful. Dr. Bellonzi went over what brought me in, as well as a ton of other symptoms and potential causes I hadn't even realized. (Like apparently getting a weekly headache is NOT a normal thing?!) He even took the time to go over my wellness, workouts, and mobility regimen to make sure that I had the knowledge to fully support my body in any and every way. I went in for major shoulder pain on my left side. The adjustment was quick, painless, and I felt instantly relieved. He created a full protocol for me, and even sent me emails of stretches and mobility exercises to be doing at home. I woke up this morning (the next day) to a voicemail from Dr. Bellonzi, wanting to check in, see how I was feeling, and answer any questions I may have. The full-encompassing service at this location is just unrivaled. Now, for the cost: I have been to chiropractors through insurance, and for less than the cost of your premium (let alone the bill you're left holding after insurance), you could be getting weekly adjustments. Signing up for the membership allots for a few additional free sessions as well. I've spent more money on a single set of dip nails than this cost for 4 sessions, plus the fact that any additional session is only $10 is absurd. Even the drop in rate is completely manageable if you're only looking to go in like 1/month. But for less than the cost of 2 drop ins, you get 4 monthly sessions so ??‍♀️ The convenience: Roll up any time they're open, 7 days a week, and boom, you're in. If there aren't any new patients ahead of you, you're in and out within 10-20minutes. Even with a new patient, it's like 30-40 minutes. The location: Easy to access, plenty of parking. The clinic was very clean and organized. Felt very welcoming and open, while still private while you're meeting with the doctor. All-in-all, amazing experience. Will be back. Will be raving and recommending to anyone who will listen.

I've had 2 adjustments with the Joint. 1st Southpark Meadows, 2nd Brodie lane. The 1st adjustment was reasonable and didn't make a significant impact, however the 2nd adjustment went all out on my damaged left shoulder and left me feeling beat up with a numb arm, worse neck pain and dull ache in my back. I feel like I've been set back months in my recovery. Very disappointed, won't be back.

Dr Vince first did an amazing job on my adjustment - one of the best I’ve had (and I’m 33 weeks pregnant currently). Then he adjusted my 5 year old who was terrified. She was screaming and crying, and he was remarkably patient, gentle, and kind with her. We were the only patients at the time, and he spent a lengthy amount of time with us helping her through her fear. I feel bad for what he put up with with her, but I am so very pleased that he did because she is already feeling much better after a recent neck injury!

Im conflicted about how to rate this place. Tony A is the ONLY doctor who knows what he's doing. Any other good doctors I've had here have given good results sporadically, AT BEST. Tony A is so good at his job, if it was just him I'd rate it 6 stars if I could! He's excellent! He is the ONLY dr who has ever given me consistent cracks and relief. The other docs (and I've seen about a dozen) either only get cracks and relief SOME visits, or none at all. And I know cracking isn't necessary every time for proper care. But the other docs didn't even provide relief. AND MANY OF THEM HURT ME MORE or gently tapped my back and did nothing at all. One pulled my hip out and it hurt for a month afterwards when it NEVER hurt before that. The joint is a risky place to go. But if you're lucky enough to find a good doc, stick with them because the prices are the best I've seen.

I have been going to “The Joint” for several years now. Honestly, all the doctors have been good but I really like Dr. Tony A at the Circle C location and Dr Larry at Barton Springs and I love that they’re nationwide so I can go to any Joint, anywhere. The fact that they don’t take insurance and charge less than if I did use insurance elsewhere is a huge plus. I have recommended them to my family/friends both in state and out.

I love the convenience of being able to stop in for an adjustment whenever I can work it into my schedule. The price is also great. For what I would normally pay other chiropractors for one visit, I get four per month. I also love being able to find a location wherever I am traveling. The only downside is the doctors change around a bit, so if you find one you really like, they might only be available on certain days, or they might move to a different location.

The joint chiropractic at Brodie Lane and Davis Lane has amazing people that work there. Marisa at the front desk is always very warm and shows general interest in everybody that enters the practice. She always has a smile on her face. Marisa is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs from the specials to the different programs they offer to the different doctors they have available. No matter how many questions she gets asked she always has a smile on her face and answers the 10th question just as enthusiastic as she answers the first question. Marisa never tries to rush you out or rush through a conversation she is simply amazing at her job at the joint chiropractic on Brodie Lane and Davis Lane. Dr. Tony A. is the only chiropractor that I see, he is extremely knowledgeable, he walks you through every step of every process. Dr. Tony A. explains everything very thoroughly. I was very nervous to go to the chiropractors. Dr.Tony A. answered all my hundreds of questions with a smile on his face, which helped put my mind at ease. Since I started seeing Dr. Tony a year ago, my back problems are non-existing now that I see him regularly. I would highly enthusiastically recommend visiting the joint chiropractic practice on Brodie Lane and Davis Lane because of the people that work there, Marisa at the front desk and Dr. Tony A. in the back. If you’re thinking about seeing a chiropractor or thinking about changing the chiropractor you’re at, I highly recommend you go see Marisa and Dr. Tony right now.

First of all, I walked out of the Slaughter and i35 location, because they require you to wear a mask. I went over to the Davis location, and was greeted when I walked in by the front desk girl. She told me masks are not required. I was very happy with my adjustment, and the Doctor was very kind and thorough. I’ve been adjusted over 300 times in my life. I have had many injuries from racing motocross. Dr Tony gets a 10/10 from me, and I’ll be bringing my entire family. Highly recommend.

Dr Guerra was sooo helpful! I had lower back pain. She took a lot of time hearing my considerations, then adjusted me, and gave me doable and very helpful exercises to continue at home . At each visit I felt like she had time for me and gave me all of her attention. And of course my back got better. :) I’m grateful !

Update: The owner of the location, Darla, called me about my concern and was very helpful and how to make my experience better. She gave me a the list of doctors to visit here at Circle C but others at the other locations i go to too! That's is for sure paying attention to details for me and very kind, Thank you! 11/27/2020 The chiropractor in this location are not as good as others.... this is my third time and not anymore. Make a trip to another location.

Dr. Austin is great but found out he is moving to another location. Doctors change often and it’s difficult to get consistent treatment for pain when you have to re-go over your history every time. I know the Joint is limited but that’s my only complaint. This location has been a pleasant experience and always willing to refer if you have insurance.

Dr. AUSTIN couldn't even adjust me. Diagnosed me with some made up issue without even touching. Made my pain worse and tried to talk his way out of it by saying the pain would get better then worse then better then worse again. Then suggested a ten pack of adjustments. Officially done with The Joint.

Be aware of Dr. Tony. My husband saw him, gave him a complete history of previous shoulder injuries, letting him know he had scar tissue in both. On his second visit Dr. Tony obviously forgot everything he was told and did major injury to both shoulders by pulling his arms over his head and yanking on them roughly. Since then my husband has had to take off work and see our doctor. He’s now in physical therapy hoping that the damage can be rehabilitated. If not, surgery may be his only alternative.

Love going to see doctor Tony. I’m in and out quickly and they have affordable adjustments and plans! It is super convenient for me as well, just down the street. I grew up being a chiropractor kid, my dad is a chiropractor in Illinois. Tony and my dad have the same alma mater they are both Palmer chiropractic graduates, it’s the next best thing to having dad in town.

Very professional service. Extremely prompt and courteous. Only suggestion for them at this time is to have the front desk staff have the ability to add notes for clients whom they have already asked about treatment packages. That way the staff does not ask the same patient over and over again "Have we told you about our packages for treatment?". It would save time, energy, and slight embarrassment for all involved if that sort of information could be documented and save everyone the hassle of repeating themselves. It will also go a long way to make the Joint feel less like a franchise because the owners are insisting that all customers be treated with an upsell question similar to "Would you like fries with that?". Update- Asked to fill out a survey from the manager named George F. I'm curious, if George is indeed the manager, is he really necessary because I HAVE NEVER SEEN GEORGE IN THE OFFICE, EVER. It has always been the front desk staff and the chiropractors managing things. If this is true George and you're reading this review....give your employees a fat pay raise because they're doing such a great job it makes your role of "manager" completely unnecessary.

I have been going to The Joint Circle C for over a year now. I went in initially for chronic back discomfort/pain. The expert chiropractors got me in shape quickly and brought me much relief. The chiropractors are professional and really listen to me. I'm on the monthly plan and go in about once a week for tune-ups and to keep my spine in alignment. I love The Joint Circle C!

I was experiencing extreme shoulder pain to the point that I couldn't raise my hand above my head. I went to doc and did the cupping and the electric pulse massages but they wanted to do it twice a week. it was so expensive and had took 6 hours a week with travel, wait, and service. One of my husband's co-workers suggested the joint. I bought the cupping and pulse tools on Amazon and got the joint membership. Not only do they adjust me but they give me exercises to help with issues and other advice to assist with mobility and flexibility. I've saved so much money and time. They take walk in appointments!? I can raise my hand now too.

I have enjoyed this place since I've gone here. Rosie has taken great care of me. She works great with me and is super friendly always greets me very friendly and ask me how things are going. The staff all around is great and friendly, greet me as I come in and enjoy small talk. The place is nicely decorated not overly whelming. I hope I try out some of the other staff just because thos place has been so great.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the Dr's here at this particular location. Living on the outskirts of town I have gone to 3 locations, (Barton Spring, Austin Arboretum, Circle C) according to where I am on my schedule and errands. I have had a frozen shoulder that left me in a lot of pain in my neck and it's been difficult to get my neck to move with adjustments. I can honestly say that out of the three locations I get the best of care, the most complete adjustments and the best results from both Dr. Tony and Dr Cleveland. In fact these two are the only ones that have got the most stubborn joint to move. Now I make a special trip to this location. It is by far the best care I have had with any chiropractic treatment in Austin. I even have been to traditional chiropractic offices that wanted to charge over 3k to treat me. So hats off to the care at The Joint at the Circle C location.
