“I knew chiropractic was my calling when I was in my last year of nursing school and I found I had the desire to solve underlying problems,” she says.

Her most memorable experience occurred after a representative from Palmer College of Chiropractic did a presentation at her undergraduate university. “I found it fascinating and went to shadow a doctor, and the rest was history,” she says.

Everyone is so personable. There is never a long wait. The treatments are usually very satisfactory and quick, with extra attention to areas of concern by the doctors. . The receptionist and ladies in the front are very helpful very respectful however I was being seen for all of 2 to 3 months and never receive chiropractic care. I just got shocked therapy and massages which when you really go to chiropractic care for a car accident or no fault like they were milking my insurance for And I didn’t even they milked my no-fault claim which was my lawsuit for upwards of $9000 and did not I didn’t receive any chiropractic care at all. They never popped my joys back in place they never I never receive any chiropractic care like I did in New York State. It was the worst experience of my life going through prestige and I will never do it again. I wouldn’t recommend it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to go to prestige. It was a terrible experience. Never got the service that I actually needed. They just kept milking my insurance and giving me shock therapy every day. It was not worth the funds. It was not worth $9000 for me to do five Therapy sessions and an x-ray to leave out still feeling the freaking same terrible experience. when I asked if they would calibrate my machines for home, my shot therapy machine and my neck brace machine for home. They told me they could not do it or they would ask the doctor and I never got back to me. Every time I went in it was always oh I’ll still have to ask. Oh I’m waiting for a response. I had everything that they were doing for me as far as shot therapy at home and I advised them that I was not supposed to be going there for that I needed to be realigned I needed my spine realign. I need my neck realigned never got those type of services so worst experience worst experience.

The chiropractor that “adjusted” me was very rude and not professional whatsoever. I was very overlooked and silenced when i told her it felt like she didn’t do anything to my back. She lifted a lever and put the middle of my table up and then just popped it back down and did nothing… when she was pulling the lever up she used my hurt back to support herself bending over to pull the lever up. i wasted $30 and will never be back. Walked out feeling the same amount pain in my back as when i walked in.

It’s a no for me. The ladies in the front were very sweet and the office looks nice, but the “adjustment” service I received was garbage. I was put on a table and before the chiropractor would “adjust” me, part of the table under me was raised. When she pushed down, the part of the table that was lifted collapsed to its original position and made a loud *bang*, but no popping in my back happened at all. It was weird! Some weird metal popping device was also used at the end and it did absolutely nothing but make noise. There are multiple providers at this location from what I understand, so maybe mine just wasn’t very good, but I left confused as to what I had just experienced and felt like it was a snake-oil establishment. I walked out in the same condition I walked in, just $30 poorer.

I went here to this location because I had lower back pain wasn’t to bad ,the girl chiropractor couldn’t and didn’t pop my lower back where the problem is at ,she told me she didn’t want to force anything that’s why she didn’t pop it ,I’ve gone to other chiropractors when I had worse pain and they popped it,I feel like the $55 wasn’t worth going at all,or at least to this location, place was clean and staff was friendly that’s the reason for 2 stars

There was a note up from saying one of the Dr was out on vacation. The service I received was so poor. The chiropractor lady said "easy peasy" when she was done. I was in and out so fast! This poor service is not how other locations go about business. Based on the super quick less than good service I received I would not recommend this location. She did not glance over my file with notes or do anything with my legs. It would have been another 30 seconds I am guessing.

The Joint Chiropractic in Beaumont is AWESOME! The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional! I drive 55 miles each way for a 10 minute adjustment and it's worth every bit of my time and fuel. Over the years I've visited 3 or 4 'local' chiropractors and never got any relief from my neck and back discomfort and they always wanted to schedule multiple time-consuming visits every week that disrupted my work schedule and were not cheap. The Joint Chiropractic gets you in and out in a very timely manor and you can instantly feel relief! And the price point is a key factor, especially in our current economy! I have visited two different locations here in Texas, and at both I have been treated excellent. They're very friendly and seem to have a genuine interest in helping people feel better. I had 2 ribs get displaced and ended up in the hospital with no explanation of what was causing my myriad of homeostasis related symptoms. I researched and found information about misalignment because I felt that my body was working against itself and I was have nerve pain in my back. This led me to giving chiropractic therapy a try. I was in a really bad state of extreme tension and pressure build up in my entire body and head, and they weren't even sure what I might have going on, but they treated me so empathetically, and were able to relieve the pressure I had so I could function. From there, I went to the next visit 2 days later, and that's when she found the ribs poking into my back. I feel like I would've been shuffled around from Doctor to Doctor trying to keep me alive and possible surgeries for the issues of GERD, IBS, Vertigo, heart rhythm and breathing issues, etc.... The list includes every part of me. That's what was being affected by my bones being displaced and out of alignment. ALL OF ME. And all this was a result of being 200lbs for 3 years on my small frame at 5'1. I am so grateful for their service and compassion and their help with any stretching it any other type to help me with my certain situation. I also would love to point out that the doctors are very empathetic and kind when helping those with mental disorders. They create a feeling of understanding that has really helped me out tremendously! I highly recommend them. Thank you to my Savior Jesus Christ and The Joint chiropractic!

I have really benefitted from my first full month at The Joint. I’ve tried other Chiropractors; however, with my busy schedule after normal work hours appointments were difficult and the plan of care included months of expected scheduled visits that would cost a slight fortune! With The Joint, I am able to drop in at my convenience and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I am now looking over my right shoulder unrestricted, my sciatic leg pain has resolved and the constant ache across my mid back is nearly gone.

Friendly staff and Dr Clark is excellent. However the young lady needs to be more thoughtful about smoking brushing her teeth or drinking mouthwash. Smoke for a non smokers is offensive and stinks. It gets in your hair and on your clothes as well on your breath. She is good at her job but needs to improve her hygiene. I’m not trying to get her in trouble but she needs to know.

I threw my back out over the weekend. I thought I was stuck in pain until Monday, but the Joint is open 7 days a week, big plus. 1st visit took the longest to be seen due to intake, 15 minutes, but after that it has been less than 5. The front desk girl was very friendly and welcoming! Dr. Austin is the BEST chiropractor I have been to and so far I've been adjusted by 4 others. He was very professional, knowledgeable and I truly believe he cares about my needs and treatment. He pointed something out that I've had wrong with me since I was a kid (my ankle) but never thought anything of it since it was so old but it could be the cause of some of my more current issues. The other chiropractors never noticed or pointed it out. I will definitely make this my only go to chiropractor. Their package deals are awesome!

When I first came in, my neck had very limited movement and so much pain that I couldn't stand it. Nothing I did would relieve the pain. After 5 visits,I have almost full range of movement in my neck and periodic pain. The level of pain is minimal, more like uncomfortable than pain. I have to say, I have been to at least 20 chiropractors in my life and these are some of the BEST. Very thorough with adjustments and relieving that back, neck, shoulder and sciatic pain. I was looking for a chiropractor that would possibly be open on a Saturday because I was really needing one at the time. I found the place called “The Joint” which was open 7 days a week! They also took walk-ins and run a new patient “special” on first time visit! To me, this all added up to a great place to come to get the relief I needed! The staff greet you upon entering and though it takes a bit of time to do all the paper work and watch an interesting video while you wait your turn, it is a GREAT place to get the adjustments you need. The chiropractor that took the time to inquire about me and my pacific needs was TERRIFIC! She observed things that I really didn’t know was an issue. She noticed some swelling at the back of my knee, which wasn’t given me any pain at the time. A BIG “Thank You”, to Michelle, for making my first time adjustment a relief! Look forward to returning visits!

The Drs at this clinic are super nice and after a week I’ve gone from barely being able to get up and move around to being able walk again. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very willing to help you out when you’re setting up your appointments. I’ve never had such cooperation with appointments and they are understanding when your money get tight and don’t try to talk you into having more sessions, more sessions and more sessions. As a guy that’s just in town for a pipeline installation for a few months,I got so lucky finding The Joint!!!

While my one visit there was decent, I am incredibly frustrated with the cancelation process. My fiance called to cancel and was told we had to come in to cancel. We work on the road and move around alot, along with periods of layoffs. I called again and left a message stating we couldn't come in to cancel but NEEDED membership canceled. I recieved no call back or email. So for the 3rd month in a row money was taken out for membership we've tried to cancel. I'm beyond frustrated as that's alot for something that's of no use to us.

Hello. I was told for years that I need back surgery. I have tried physical therapy and it did help for a moment, but the pain kept returning and it got much worse. I didn’t want surgery so I tried The Joint Chiropractor as my last resort. I have had some really awful days. I could not bend over at all.I could not even sleep due to the pain. After one adjustment with Dr. Michelle Velez D.C. I was able to bend over at the office! She has truly made a huge difference in the way I can move! I never, ever thought that a chiropractor could help me, I was wrong! Now after the adjustment was over I felt some discomfort once I got home, I simply used ice as directed, to ease the pain. I was also educated on how to sleep with back pain. That discomfort went away really fast. If you’re having back pain give The Joint Chiropractor a try!

Dr. Michele is AMAZING!!!!!! I had a swollen neck for about a year. I went to my doctor, a spine doctor to no avail. I had nerve testing among other tests and no one could figure out what was wrong. The only relief I was receiving was my weekly massage. I came to The Joint and wow first visit the swelling went down immediately. I will say I was dizzy as you could literally feel the blood flow reurning. I live a hour away + and the drive is so worth it. Now a little over a month later and wow coming a least once a week along with my massage I have stopped taking my pain meds and have more freedom of movement. Thank you Dr. Michele!!!!!

I was so happy to find The Joint. I've had back pain for several years but due to traveling alot for work I'm not always able to find a chiropractor that's open after work. I love that The Joint is open late and on weekends. I've only been a few times but I'm already feeling alot better! Some of the previous chiropractors I've had seem to be too gentle like they're not really doing any good. The chiropractors here really line me out good. I know when I get off the table that they have put some bones back in the right place and it feels awesome. This is the best chiropractor office I've been to. Best care, prices and hours.

OK I've been having issues with a ice pick stabing feeling in both of my feet and pain in my left knee and left hip and upper back. So since I was cut from work today and was is some of the most pain I started my morning with coffee on my back porch looking at chiropractor reviews and seen this one has the best hours for my work schedule and a lot of good reviews so I called made my first appointment and man I tell yall I got the most relief from my first visit with Dr. Darby and I set up to keep seeing them I ended up taking a nap when I got home and when I woke up I thought that my feet was going to be killing me but nope there's no more pain thank yall and I'll see yall again Saturday P.s. I had 2 Dr's tell me that it was planters fasciitis but with my first adjustment it's gone and when I told my pcp about the feeling she looked at me like I was just trying to get pain medication but I hate pills OK months of going here and I'm still going in to get adjusted and enjoy coming in and I feel 100 times better now than when I first walked in there doors

Going to The Joint Chiropractic has been something like a miracle for me. I was in a very bad way suffering with severe sciatic nerve pain. I couldn't sit or lay down, or even get up from any of those positions with out assistance and crying screaming pain. I tried all kinds of medicine and cortisone shots included, but none of those things even touched the pain. I decided to take another step in my recovery by researching online for some kind answers. When I came across The joint Chiropractic I made up in my mind to give them a try. I arrived there walking on a cane with assistance. After my 1st adjustment I felt a bit of relief right away and in the 1st week of having had only three sessions I was fully functional walking without the cane and no assistance or help. Not to mention the staff there's wonderful. Everybody's very professional and so nice. I would recommend from the ones I love the most to anyone who's dealing with any disfunction having to do with joints or even nerve pain, as in my case, to make The Joint Chiropractic your only option. Went today. I am 21 weeks pregnant with my third child and really have major back issues this pregnancy along with other issues. They always answer the phone, very friendly but most of all which you don’t see in doctors often was that he explained everything perfectly! He listens to you and will give the advice you need and not what you want to hear. This was my first experience at a chiropractor ever and I’m excited to continue the care. Yes they don’t take insurance but my copay is only $10 cheaper than cash price and I have elite epo bcbs. If you want to make sure you have a good doctor that listens and will help you I would highly suggest you give him a shot :) There was no line and no wait time. Paperwork was very simple and easy.
