My experience was absolutely outstanding! Dr Goodwin gave me a full body adjustment very detailed, and at 6’3 270lbs, I left speechless! First time attending the Cedar Hill location and it won’t be my last! Being a first responder and strenuously lifting weights 4-5 days a week, this adjustment is needful. Having aches and pains in my body, nerve problems and now frequently getting adjusted, has done more than good for my well being! To start off I really enjoy their flexible hours since I was going to another chiropractor it made it difficult for me to go since typical chiropractor offices have crazy weird schedules. I knew my back was stiff and my range of motion wasn't the greatest but after the thorough exam, I learned just how bad it was. I left there being able to turn my head in both directions to a 90 degree angle. The adjustments gave me immediate relief. I'm proudly a member now for regular adjustments.

I never like change so when my chiropractor retired it took me at least a couple years to start looking for a new place. i chose The Joint because my first visit was free and could see me immediately. They were great. one thing i was a little leary abt was i was seeing a new dr when i went in but i can honestly tell you every single dr i’ve seen has truly been n excellent. i have since found one that i can stick with if i come certain days. so i’m very very happy to have been lucky with this place.

I have been going to the JOINT CHIROPRACTIC clinics for over 7 years. I moved to Desoto in 2022 and found the Cedar Hill location. I have been faithful to going there for the last 2 years. I have experienced nothing but excellent care from the Doctors. I want to recognize Dr. Gilmore and Dr. Tobi since I see them more regularly than the other doctors. They are passionate, kind, always friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a better life through chiropractic care. Dr. Gilmore recently left the Cedar Hill location I miss him very much but know he will provide excellent care wherever he practices. I love this location! The whole staff are always so nice and so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Both Dr. Gilmore and Dr. Hamed are so invested in your story and whatever brings you in to see them. They really make you feel like they care about your well-being and overall health. It’s so refreshing every time I come in and see everyone smiling and happy to help you. In this world, life can be hard, and it’s easy to be consumed with everyday life. I visited this location in July because I was in town to see family. When I arrived to Texas, my neck was in really bad shape. Dr Hamed was absolutely AMAZING!! I call the office at 10:30am to see if I could make an appointment for 6:00 the lady on the phone said no problem. I told I may a few minutes late and she told me no big deal and this would be my first time in. I get to the office at 6:08 and I tell the lady behind the desk I have a appointment at 6:00 and she say sorry we don't talk appointments, I told I had called earlier today and they said I could have an appointment at 6:00. And she said your new and we don't take new customers this late and there is no room left today but I can set you up for tomorrow (but they don't take appointments). I take my business elsewhere for now on I met go to another joint chiropractic but NOT the one I Cedar Hill.

Received an email asking us to come back for a special rate of $19.00 each. When we arrived the coordinator stated she had no way to charge less than $29.00. She called her manager, so no avail. Very disappointed, we live in Arkansas and travel here for family visits. Originally intended to visit The Joint whenever we were in town, but now probably not. Customer service is lacking!
