Predatory/fraudulent billing practices. Cancelled subscription back in August of 2024. This part is on me but I realized they had charged my bank for 16 months after I cancelled. Naturally I went in to find out what the heck happened. They confirmed they had my signed cancellation and that their billing would get with me Monday. Heard nothing Monday or Tuesday and called. They promised I would hear from the billing department on Wednesday. Heard nothing. Called again. Asked to get contact information for a manager or the billing department and was told they could not provide that information. Told once again they would contact billing and get this resolved. Not holding my breath.Unbelievable in the 10 days we have been dealing with this, they charged me again. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give them any of your payment information.

This visit was for a second opinion. I was suffering from an injury and the original doctor I visited encouraged me to have surgery without ever offering PT. (Physical therapy). Dr. D was actively listening to my concerns and offered me a treatment plan that should correct the issue I’m suffering from. Dr. D & team shows how much they truly care about their patients. I have been a subscriber of a wellness plan and coming here for many years so I have been around for many changes over the years. Recently they got rid of the scanner and switched to the app which I can understand most people wouldn't have a problem with but I have an older phone that doesn't have much space and I cannot fit any more apps. I already had to delete several that I really wanted. I shouldn't have to download an app for every single place I shop. Anyway I digress, most of the front desk people don't mind looking up my account with my phone number. But one front desk lady who was there again today always gives me a hard time about it. She told me I would have to wait until she had a moment to look up my account like it's that difficult. Meanwhile I'm standing there and she's answered a couple of phone calls. Asked other people if they needed help on their paperwork, asked the doctor questions, printed some forms, shredded other forms. Then finally asks for my info and again reiterates that have to have the app because that is how they want it done. I don't want to download another app. I already have 10 other apps for places I shop and my phone is always out of space. Only this one lady gives me a hard time about it every single time.

I was not aware nor told by anyone saying that the membership was minimum 2 months until i got charged. I called them and asked about the charge, the guy on the call said we can refund you please come to clinic. When I went their and explained the lady at the front desk again about my situation, she simply said that we cannot refund you and it's a policy. I reminded her that I was not informed by anyone and If it is a minimum of 2 months, I would have not signed up and I don't see any signs saying it's 2 months minimum membership. All it say is month to month. She printouts papers and says again that you signed here that means you accepted our terms and conditions... i was in a shock for a while.. I said to her that I didn't even started another month and I needed a refund since i was told I can get it and now you are saying you cannot. She said she will send it to billing department and than they will decide whether to give refund or not. Why can't they refund if a person is refusing to use their service? Absolute shocking experience here.. front desk responsibility is to explain their plans, terms and conditions, they cannot just simply say read the documents after we question them about the extra charges.. very Irresponsible behavior.

Mr. Kenneth did a fabulous job on my right knee. I went in for my back and neck, and he did a good job. Then he asked me anything else. I told him about my knee and thought he could not do anything to help. But I was wrong, he pulled on my right leg, felt a little pop, and my knee felt good. Way better than it has been in a while. Shout out to Dr. Pete! He is amazing! Everytime I get adjusted, I get instant relief from all the tightness and pain on my back and neck. He also educates me on certian things i have questions on. The front desk ladies Olinda and Irasema are amazing! They're very friendly and nice- i always feel welcomed by them & the doctors. Dr. Kenneth is also awesome -when I messed up my lower back/pelvis (a sneeze took me out literally) I couldn't walk or sit for 2days and going to him and Dr. Pete for the pain, I immediately felt great! I’ve been coming here for a while, but there’s a clear inconsistency in how patients are treated. My adjustments with Dr. Pete usually take less than 5 minutes. Today, I waited for over 30 minutes while he spent a lot of time talking and adjusting another patient. It felt like he randomly chooses who gets more time and who doesn’t. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving without even getting adjusted. It was disappointing and felt like my time wasn’t valued. Every patient deserves consistent and fair care.

He attempted multiple adjustment approaches to successfully align my spine and reduce my pain. He also recommended specific stretches for preventative maintenance. I have to say, I have been pleasantly pleased with The Joint at this location. My general bias is for private practice, but this experience has been beyond my expectations, to the point where after visiting more than a half-dozen private practice chiropractors in the Cedar Park area, and calling more than a dozen, I came back to The Joint and became a monthly member. My experience here is consistently good (probably 95% of the time I feel better after going here), and it is easy to get in as far as scheduling. The only wish I would have is for them to open earlier in the morning - I prefer to get my adjustment before I really start work. But for the value and convenience and quality, they still get 5 stars.

If I could put no Stars, I would. Great reviews, advertising review after review......23 min wait, I arrived with sciatic pain, my appointment ran later so I let the receptionist know I had another appointment after that so I had to be on time . I opted to go to my other appointment so I was not late, and come back to see Dr Kane. Came back around 230pm waited to see him 25 min. After speaking to him for 8 min he said he couldn't see me. Waste of time.

I would give zero stars if possible. I signed for a membership and nobody told it’s for 2 months. Yes they make you sign the agreement but who reads small prints? I didn’t even use my available visits and cannot make myself coming back because every time they touch me it hurts like hell. First negative surprise, you cannot cancel by the phone or online. Second negative surprise, I cannot cancel even if I’m not using and they insist on charging me the second month for me not to use. Oh yes there’s a way out. I can go to my doctor, use my insuranc, pay my deductible and get a doctors notice to cancel. Your practices are dishonest and I’m furious you want to keep me paying against my will. I will post bad reviews everywhere and will fight any charge you place in my card. I really hope people read this and do not sign for this membership.

Didn’t know there was a place like this. I really needed an adjustment badly and was in pain. My chiropractor wasn’t available and didn’t realize that a lot of chiropractors aren’t open on Fridays. 2nd visit to be adjusted by Dr Gana and wow! I have been suffering for months with hip and lower back pain and in 2 adjustments and I’m at about 50-75% better. I’ve been a lifelong chiropractic user/ believer but moved away from my longtime doctor and haven’t been treated for more than 2 yrs. We absolutely love this place. Customer service is on point. So welcoming when you first enter the facility. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and we take her on a weekly schedule to see Dr. Hagood, who is amazing! We originally started going there because my daughter injured herself in gym and they did an amazing job getting her back in the gym. My daughter loves going and feels so comfortable going there and getting adjusted. We will continue to go weekly as a preventative. Highly recommend this place. Thank you

This place is amazing. I am a firm believer in chiro care but I am so busy! I work for a tech company and my schedule is crazy. This company allows for you just to run in get adjusted and continue on with your day. You can go to any Joint ! So if I am on the other side of town and my back is killing me bam just find the closest Joint and feel better in minutes ! Bonus open 7 days a week ! The monthly cost is less than m co-pay of $30 a visit so a ins limits you on the # of visits in a year. The Joint charges $79 a month for 4 visits with extra visits being $10. I joined because I threw out my back getting something out of the fridge on the bottoms shelf. I could hardly walk/move. I tried my regular chiro couldn’t get in for 4 days. Found the Joint 5 minutes from my house. Game changer ! Loving everything about this company. Ps Dr. Gana is amazing at the Cedar Park location and Dr Larry at the 290 and mopac location.

If there was a zero star option I would give it to them. went in there for Sciatica - and came out with a spine injury on my middle back (which I never had before). The older lady "doctor" n there. Not only was as inpatient as anyone could be but 2 hours later When I called to informed them about my new neck and Spine pain she was unapologetic and hung up on me. Save yourself $34 and Do Not go there. Its not worth the injury reply to The Joint Chiro -4/24/2023 I DID call you guys to address the issue and like I wrote- SHE HUNG UP ON ME before I could finish my sentence. and by the way- uits been 2 weeks and my back still hurts the same where she hurt me. So I'm just going to deal with it rather than take the risk of you guys hurting it worse and hopefully it gets better. I'm not looking for a "free"anything. I want people to know my experience so they will be aware of the kind of people you have working for you.

I've been going to this chiropractor office for a few months now, and I have to say they are fantastic! I always go during my lunch break and get my adjustments immediately. Gana is amazing and knows exactly how to adjust my back for my back pain from teaching and an old injury. The front desk staff is always helpful and kind, making the whole experience pleasant. The Cedar Park Joint location is the Best! Everyone from the receptionist to the Chiro Dr's are super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Haygood has been treating me for several years and I Love him! Very through, and can fix virtually anything. But do tell him what needs fixing, besides just a regular adjustment! From back pain, to feet, neck and everything else these folks are the pros! I stand on my feet/legs all the time and I can tell when my body has reacted to the punishment, I put it though! I am an active senior in my 60's and could not survive without the joint. What a great chiropractic office! They have very reasonable pricing plans available. And the service is great! The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. All the doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to really understand what's going on with you before making adjustments. I've been going to see Dr. Gana regularly for the past few months and it has made a huge improvement in my overall quality of life.

Update 12/07/2023 I have repeatedly asked The Joint not to contact me in any way, shape or form. They keep calling and leaving messages. Stop! Edit: Most recently I've been seeing Dr. Abbie who is an absolutely fantastic chiropractor! She's been helping my with some persistent right hip pain and has been giving that area a good stretch. She is also very good with my neck which is sometimes a problem due to my terrible anxiety. I am overall very happy with this location of the joint and have had great results with the doctors here. If I had one complaint though, it's those doctors disappearing or being assigned to a different location sans any kind of notice to me. As mentioned above, I have some pretty terrible anxiety, so it can be extremely difficult for me to trust my neck and physical health to a brand new chiropractor. In short: please keep Dr. Abbie happy so she sticks around. She has been FANTASTIC for my physical health and well-being. This is the third doctor change in less than three months (Dr. C was wonderful too!) and just I don't have too many doctor changes left in me. Previous review: I've been coming here for years to see Dr. Hagood. The man is very knowledgeable and an excellent chiropractor. I have a very physical job and he keeps me out of pain. He's even helping correct some plantar fasciitis I've had recently with stretching out my calf and improving my posture. Thank you for all your great work, Dr. Hagood! ? I miss Dr. Hagood! ?

Front desk girl was on a personal call the entire time I was waiting to be seen, talking about how the bonuses aren't good. Left the front desk unsupervised to continue her convo in the back. I come to this location for Dr. Hagood but saw him leaving and was told the next doc would be in at 5pm. Checked in at 4:50, waited until 5:15. New doc was nice but said she hadnt been to this location before and seemed super rushed and flustered, I feel exactly the same which never happens with Hagood. Probably should have just left but my hip was/is killing me.

They’re friendly but don’t really care about time management or helping you. If you show up in the last hour they always make up things about needing an appointment for new patient or needing an appointment for updated patient. If you call to make an appointment they don’t take them. Save yourself the frustration and find a full service chiropractic that’s actually going to help. The front desk lady Hannah, is amazing, she is through in explaining the services provided. Doctor Moore explained what adjustments would apply to me and did the first adjustment. I had severe pain in my heel and the he did an ankle reset that relieved the pain. I could walk comfortably after the appointment. I look forward for further adjustments.

Had a terrible experience. The chiropractor went through his whole sales pitch. Basically once it was over I said I will put it towards my insurance due to a wreck since it was potentially the reason of my sciatica. After that he got up and said he can’t treat me. I literally thought he was joking because he was so quick to jump to conclusions. I literally told him never mind then, if I don’t use insurance and just pay you as a normal patient would he still said unfortunately can’t treat you. He was more upset at the fact that I’m out here for work and needing 4 to 5 treatments but it wasn’t enough for him. For one what kind’ve place doesn’t except a new patient looking to pay his way to be treated for my sciatica pain. Unfortunately don’t have the doctors name but him being a taller guy. So if I didn’t say anything about a car accident he would’ve done my adjustment no problem with no issues so regardless I don’t understand the issue. This place is unprofessional and handled that situation poorly. I’m not one to leave reviews especially cause I could care less. In all honesty just had such a horrible experience.

This is the third location I went to where my back was totally messed up. This one was the worst though! I couldn’t walk for a week and a half after getting adjusted here. The person who worked on me was clearly in a rush to go home (I overheard him) he was careless and could’ve potentially paralyzed me with his negligence. I really wish I remember his name but he was okay with me leaving in pain and visibly upset and unable to walk out. He said it’ll pass and I just needed to ice my back. I had to use a wheelchair and /or Cane to walk after this. They cannot be held accountable for this due to their policies which is insane and dangerous. Please do not go to this location or any of them for that matter! This company is a joke to real chiropractors. I immediately canceled my membership after this visit when I really should’ve canceled after the first visit. BEWARE!!!

forever ago and I mean 6-12 months ago I have asked to cancel my service, I even left a review in google witch is gone now. They still will not cancel it because I have to be in person. This is definitely a good location...I'm hoping they will open up a location here in Leander, soon! Kade, who works up front, greets everyone with a smile and warm hello. It really makes you feel good, welcome,, and happy to be there. Dr. Cole is fantastic and really educates his patients and really takes care of you. Intake customer service was great. However when I got to meet with Chiropractor Dr. Kyle Knapp wasn't understandable and professionally confident with his work eithics. He refused me service and kinda user me out. He told me since I had insurance go see a real doctor. Wow! I'm sure many customer that come here have some type of medical history and he doesn't easily dismiss them as he did to me. I left his office feeling very bad about myself and confused about his poor attitude. I especially didn't look the trivial questions of why I came to visit the joint. Idk if he treats everyone like this. I highly don't recommend this place. Plus they need new chairs, the front waiting is poorly presented.

I love this location. Hannah who works at the front desk is amazing, her customer service is always top notch. I always feel welcomed as soon as I come in. I have had bad experiences with other clinics who do not communicate as well as Hannah does, she does a great job of keeping you informed on the timeline for your adjustment. James who does all of my adjustments is the best. I have a very difficult neck to realign, but he is able to do it easily and carefully. If you are having back problems I highly recommend that you go see James and Hannah!!

Dr. Kyle was VERY helpful in alleviating pain!! I have back issues and he was being very careful about it too! Reason for the 3-star review is I had to cancel my membership because some unexpected bills and I couldn't afford it, and staff was not helpful at all in helping me cancel... They don't have a way to manage or cancel memberships online; you have to call apparently. I call and it goes to a "voicemail" every time where you leave a message and they'll supposedly call you back next day.. I left a message twice, maybe a week apart and they never called back... I went in person to try to cancel then, feeling bad since the Dr did an awesome job, and the woman up front said I could "only cancel" on the same day they were going to bill me for the beginning of the second month, when I had not even been able to make it to all the first month visits, and that was the very reason I was cancelling-- because I couldn't afford a second month!! Sooo great service and they do alleviate pain; just don't sign up for a membership if you're not sure you can afford it in the long run, because they won't let you cancel....

Kinda bummed to give this rating, because I liked the adjustments I received at this place... My issue is with the charges. I put a freeze on my account December 2020(because of COVID19) the same day that the monthly subscription payment charged me... I came back to unfreeze my account today April 2021, and was asked for another $69 for my next session. I basically froze my account for nothing, and paid $69 to have zero care. I mean really?? What happened to taking care of your clients? Felt like y'all cared more about my money than my wellbeing, so I cancelled. I'll be happy to pay more for a different chiropractor if it means the business cares about it's customer....

Chiropractors were great but the management Lesley Herrera and the front desk lady Hanna made my experience horrible, the worst!! Been waiting on a response from the manager for 4 days now. I agreed to stay in cash base deal was just few dollars short so I used my husband's card which they took advantage of. They did not mentioned they needed a card on file and even tho I was cleared I want to continue paying cash they still used a card that was not under my name and they never did no " courtesy call" as a reminder, which they said they would. Be clear with your customers don't take advantage of us and follow up in a timely manner, im still waiting!!!!

I have severe hip dysplasia and Fibromyalgia. Pain for me is almost daily. One day I decided to walk in to the Cedar Park clinic and I've never looked back. Dr. Arriens and his team is the absolute best. He shows he cares and is committed to making sure he helps every way he can to make sure you feel better than you did going in. Dr. Airrens is absolutely amazing! I’ve seen Dr. Hagood as well and he is very good. I have some difficulties with my neck feeling stuck and my hips being uneven. I would give a 1 star but the Doctor there was a great guy. In fact I would have been happy to still go but I just won’t be able to anymore. In fact I didn’t even use my 4th session for last month since I was to busy. So I called to cancel my plan and this is where it gets shady. I’m required to pay for another month? Wait, what? What kind of business practice is that? I was told I was under no obligation and can cancel anytime. Also I can’t just cancel over the phone either. I have to take time out of my day to explain on paper and go there and fill out forms to cancel. This isn’t some car I’m returning at a dealership. If I can cancel my cable, internet and anything else over the phone why not this? Frankly I’m disappointed, they seemed like a great place. I’ll be talking with them when I go fill out the forms I guess and will place a BBB review afterwards.

The chiropractor is very good there. The owner/front desk is very rude. Yesterday I walked in, the lady with blond short hair was chatting casually with another customer, I waited about 2mins at front desk. She didn’t lift an eye on me at all, still chatting. No greeting. Then just looked at the computer and asked “ last name”, even no “please”, still no eye contact. I’ve never experienced this at anywhere else.

I went to this location a few days ago. Upon meeting with the chiropractor, I started to tell him about my pain. He could have cared less about what was bugging me and before, I even finished he was rushed and told me to lay down. I thought they were supposed to get to know your medical history, if even for a few minutes? My neck and shoulders have been in so much pain after that adjustment that I'm having to go to urgent care today. They feel severely sprained. This location is just around the corner from where I work, so it’s very fortunate that they’re so awesome! I often go on my lunch break and am in and out in under 20 minutes. I’ve seen several different Doctors, and they all have different styles, but they are all passionate about helping their patients live pain-free lives. The front desk staff also seems passionate about helping people as well, I had one gal who spent a good ten minutes getting my account set up correctly after it had been set up incorrectly at another location.

This review is for this location only. I've been in 5 times since Christmas. Constantly full lobby with 45 minute wait. Each visit typically 5 minutes. Other locations I can go in, be seen within 10 minutes, and get 20 minute sessions. Please add in more chiropractors at this location.

Went yesterday because I had a pinched sciatic nerve...found out it was because if my S1 joint putting pressure on it. Was able to get some spine stimulation with a machine and some adjustments using their unique bed technique and had some instant relief. Not 100% cured but they stated that you never really are after one visit. I bought 10 visits that do not expire for 269.00 over a 100.00 savings. Each visit costs 39.00 on its own. Definitely worth the results. Looking forward to my next visit! Weekends are usually packed!

I was very impressed with Dr. Arriens, his overall knowledge and ability to translate the technical and medical terminology into information I was easily able to understand and comprehend was outstanding. I felt like he was genuinely concerned about my physical problems as well as my personal well being, not just another patient. As a matter of fact the office closes at 4pm and he stayed an extra 30 mins at least to give me a proper introduction and understanding of his practice and to give me my first alignment which was great. Everything he spoke of correlated with my back problems so I knew he knew what he was doing and talking about. He was very respectful and easily approachable. Too many Doctors I see make me feel like they don't want to spend the proper amount of time to truly diagnose my condition or conditions. I strongly recommend going in and giving it a shot. It was very affordable and you pay as you go so there are no contracts or up front costs, fees or copays. They don't deal with insurance however the rates are very fair and the more you go the cheaper it gets as it allows you to join a membership that will save you big bucks in the long run. A+ Great job. Very courteous staff, receptionists and relaxing environment. I will personally be a returning client.
