The doctors in this branch of The Joint have changed my life they are all very knowledgeable and kind they actually listen and look at your chart and notes everytimeg, I was diagnosed with fibromialgya 4 years ago, tried all meds available, never worked, after 6 sessions I have been able to move normally with almost no pain whatsoever. This place is AWESOME… right from their front desk to the doctor. Candice & Christina who manage the front desk are so personable , kind and very supportive. As for the chiropractor, Dr Kenneth, he is so thorough, very knowledgeable, very educational and compassionate . I am so thankful to have found this place to keep my health in check . As a member of the joint chiropractic my husband and I decided to jump over to the Cedar park location when we normally visit the Georgetown stores and I won’t be making that mistake again. My husband and I were checked in and siting in the chairs waiting for the next service when a man who came in after us was greeted by the chiropractor as he finished with prior customer and told he was next and the customer even said “they were there before me” and he said don’t worry about it. Since when is someone else’s time more important than mine? My husband and I were there before him and should have been serviced in that order. As a member I am highly dissapointed we were treated so poorly by the chiropractor because clearly someone else was more important. I let the front desk know my displeasure and that it was disrespectful to us to be jumped in line for no reason and she agreed. Absolutely disgusted to be treated this way, and shout-out to the Georgetown locations for never treating us less then.

Dr. Evans is awesome. She is smaller than me but still manages to work my body. She seems to know just what I need every time I come in. She also listens when I have a problem. When I have to bring my 2 little boys in, she is not bothered and understands that I need to get in and out with them. No time is wasted! Very thankful for her being at this location:)

I was in town for a Jiu-Jitsu tournament and dropped in for an adjustment with Dr. Gana. That was literally the best adjustment I've ever had in my life. I'm seriously considering flying to Austin periodically, just to drop in.

Be extremely cautious if you go here and make sure you feel comfortable with the person giving you your treatment. If you don’t, stand up for yourself and say something, and don’t let them go through with the treatment. I did not and I regret it. I have had many good experiences at the Joint. But there are a lot of people who give the adjustments and they are just people and it can be hit or miss.

We absolutely love this place. Customer service is on point. So welcoming when you first enter the facility. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and we take her on a weekly schedule to see Dr. Hagood, who is amazing! We originally started going there because my daughter injured herself in gym and they did an amazing job getting her back in the gym. My daughter loves going and feels so comfortable going there and getting adjusted. We will continue to go weekly as a preventative. Highly recommend this place. Thank you

Almost 3 weeks ago, my wife Sonja went in on a Saturday for a neck adjustment. She said she could hear the chiropractors frustration about their system being down. When he went to pop her back, it didnt pop the first time and he leaned in more aggressively and and cracked her rib. His response she said, "I may have cracked your rib, it happens. Put some ice on it." That is unacceptable and is horrible customer service. He took out his frustrations about his office issues and used too much pressure on her. We had to immediately go to the ER upon leaving the office. She's been going to chiropractors her whole life and has never been injured in 30 years of visits. This was the most terrible experience for her. 3 weeks later she is still having to take pain killers and is in so much pain. I would never recommend the joint to anyone.

When you call ahead and confirm that they take walk in, load your handicapped son into the car and make the journey, only to be turned away 50 minutes before closing because you are a new patient, leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth. Especially true when you are an existing patient and previous discussions with the doctor ended with "just bring him in". A good lesson on how not to see I e your customers...

I didn't think I needed adjustment till I was convinced that it is best for general heath. I feel so much better every time I get adjusted on my neck and back. Everyone is nice and friendly and will make sure they will get you taken care of.

This is a five star location. However shortly after you added Dr Moore things started declining. He is not a team player, is sometimes rude to guests, and is unprofessional to the other Doctors. We have been coming to this location some time now, me and my wife agree on these topics. The other doctors are great. Mainly Hagood and Gana.

Dr. Moore was fantastic. I came into the office in tears and he helped me by adjusting me, and by being very kind. I came back the next day to get adjusted again, because he was so great. I feel much better today. Thank you to The Joint and to Dr. Moore for taking excellent care of me.

This place is the best! I started coming here in 2017 after an injury, and now I come once a week to get realigned. Dr. Airrens is definitely missed but I love coming and seeing Dr. Hagood & Dr. Cole every week. Not only do they do a fantastic job fixing all my misaligned places, but I love talking to them! There are other locations closer to my home, but this place is worth the drive for me.

My son is a patient of Dr. Coles and has been seeing him for almost 3 months. He loves it here and typically comes two times a week, sometimes more, depending on the needs of my 16 year old. I live out of town an hour away, living through some finacial hard times like most. I have called and asked to cancel service in writing throught the same email on my account. These guys are none professional. They say I have to come in person. What a load of crap. Hipa Law my butt. I stated send by email or other means so I dont have to drive an hour and waste my day or fule. I am never in that area. Do not do business with these people if therer more concerned on filling there pocket book then serving there customers.

I walked in with pain in my lower back and walked out with even more pain in my back but also my neck and right hip. The “doctor” told me my legs were uneven and told me to drink water to fix it. When I asked what was wrong with my back she said “You have some inflammation stuff and need back stretches. I then asked her what stretches and she said “You can find them online” I have never been more dumb founded in my life. This was absolutely the worst experience ever.

I couldn't have achieved this as a 45 year old athlete without your services and wanted to reach out to express my deep appreciation. I was forced to compete in an age bracket 10 years my junior (nobody my age showed up) but was still able tocome out of it all with a silver medal (2nd place) in the Expert Black Belt Division. My 15 year old son won the championship belt in the Teen Expert Division. Our sport is a form of submission grappling/wrestling. More popularly known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Originally came in after a tailbone injury and first saw Dr. Melton. After my first visit, I realized how much I really needed to add chiropractic visits to my weekly routine since I work at the hospital and live a pretty active lifestyle. I had neck surgery to replace C6-C7 about 3 years ago. Since then, the neck pain was gone but I still felt pain ocassionally due to the curvature. Dr. Arriens and Dr. Hagood are outstanding.
