I come here every week, for bodily maintenance. Doctor Martin was an excellent and friendly doctor, but unfortunately has moved on from this location. However Dr. Grant has filled his shoes and beyond. Before Dr. Grant took over he was one of the few doctors I allowed to work on me. Dr Grant is very skilled and precise in his profession and is very kind and friendly. I knew when I first met him I was in good hands. Apparently he's even cured a blind lady whose vision was impaired because of a vertebrae that was out of place! He also knows how to do the towl thing which is AWESOME.

Dr. Martin and Dr. Grant are incredible! I have been going to the same Chiropractor for 11 years but had some back issues 2 wkds ago that required me to see someone that was open on a weekend. These guys are extremely professional and very good at what they do. The cost of the monthly membership (which comes with 4 adjustments) is the cost of one of my adjustments with my long time Chiro. The doctor was super nice, and the facility was very clean. After adjustment, I was just caught off guard that the service I received was what they offered. I even asked the doctor, “If that was what I was expecting to receive?” I have been going to chiropractors for over 30 years, and this was the first time I have ever experienced a chiropractor adjustment that I didn’t hear a pop or feel a movement. I left with my neck pain not even being addressed. I was told that next time I come I should ask for a bigger frame doctor!! I was still asked to pay, and not even presented a different time to come see a “bigger frame doctor” My wife asked me, “how was it” I said well I donated $29

On a multiple occasions, the person at the front desk has been rude. Despite that, I have continued to patronize the location. However, just walked in and was greeted by a very rude front desk person— again. Sometimes it’s not the message. It’s the way that it’s delivered. It’s after 2 o’clock and it is understandable that they’re closed after 2 PM, however, the way that it was said to me was incredibly discourteous. Will not be coming back.

I have been going to The Joint and this location for years. The plans they offer and the flexibility are so convenient. Luckily, Dr. Aaron has been here consistently for the past few years and he does a great job. If you can't get him, all the other doctors have been great too!

Dr. Lynn is incredible! After being in PT for a few months after a car accident, and bad shoulder injury, I still didn't have full movement in my arm. Walked into this facility today at 1:25pm.. the 2 young ladies at the front desk were already laughing because I guess they close for lunch at 2:00.. my wife has been a pt of this company before.. we actually purchased a package at the McKinney Ave location.. since she liked it.. we went back. They couldn’t get off their personal phones long enough to actually find my wife’s file.. (both were actually playing on their phones while looking for the file) advised us that we would have to come back after they had lunch.. since they can’t find her in the system.. they have to work her up as a new pt. Waste of time.. and definitely didn’t feel like we were welcome there.

There are 2 other locations by my home and work, but I always visit this location instead because they’ve been the best and most consistent. Others seem to have higher turnover rates, and it’s often a toss up whether the new doctors will get the right spots and apply enough pressure.

Can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Martin! I’ve been his patient for 5+ years and have followed him to any Joint locations because he’s the best. He’s helped me through sciatic/hip issue, shoulder issue and most recently, pinched nerve in my neck. Sometimes I feel as though I’m falling apart, but Dr Martin fixes me! I refer everyone to him who’ve had the same results, even my pregnant friends. This location completely wasted my time! I spoke with Ashley over the phone about Np exam.She asked for preferred time for today. I stated 12:45 and she schedule me anyway for 12:30 and mentioned it would be ok for me come later. With that being said, I arrived at 12:30 to make sure I filled out forms in a timely manner. I watched 5 individuals come in and out of this establishment. The doctor was also puzzled as why I was waiting so long. Ashley stated she was having trouble with iPad intake form and she was calling about issue! In which case, she should have instructed me to fill out paper form. This would have elevated me waiting any longer and moved the np process along more smoothly. I been in medical field over ten years and understand technology has a mind of its own. There are other alternatives to help patients get important medical documents in the system. Time is precious and completely wasted my lunch hour. I left without being seen due to making I was available for my patients at my office on time. Dr Jones is fantastic! I’m 33 and had never had any sort of chiropractic treatment before. I work a desk job and was having pretty significant hip, back and neck problems. I wish I would have seen the red flags sooner. I went in to cancel my membership in Sept 2023 and was told I had no card on file so I was good to go. Feb 2024 I noticed the monthly fee was still being taken out of my account since the last visit when they stated I was “good to go.” I spoke with the front desk and they escalated it to HR for a refund and cancellation which they denied stating I never filled out a cancellation form that I was never given. I have heard numerous calls while I was in the waiting room of this same issue. This is not how a business should treat their clients. Avoid at all costs, literally!

If I could, I would give no stars for the doctor z she is a white lady one more karen looking like, I told her I was having pain in my lower back and she just gave me some push down on my back and I ask for other adjustments that they usually do because I always go to the one in mansfirld tx and grand prairie tx, they are amazing so I know they can do different adjustments in one visit and she didn't want to do anything she said you do not need it ...that was it she did to me and I got out feeling the same pain with no progress at all. ?? and Ashley the receptionist she is adorable she was very nice and friendly since I got there and when I letf.thanks Ashley ?.

This is easily the best location you can visit for a great adjustment, quick service and friendly office staff. I have mild scoliosis, so need regular adjustments and I exclusively visit this location for my needs. I have been to many different locations in the DFW area since I go weekly and no other chiropractor has adjusted me as well as Dr. Martin. He is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and remembers my problem areas. I always feel so much better after leaving this clinic! I can’t recommend this team enough. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

The place is not bad but it’s not going to fix your pain they’re only going to align your back and you’re probably going to be coming back every week for the rest of your life because regardless of what pain you’re feeling they’re going to do the exact same procedures every single time. If you have pain I would recommend a back specialist who does x rays and therapy the joint I just a quick fix that’s only going to work for 2 or 3 days nonetheless the turnover rate of the chiropractors who work here is so often you’re rarely going to get the same person twice.

Not just a number and you get real treatment. My wife brought me here about 7 months ago because she was tired of me complaining about my neck and back pains. She had been going here for some sports related therapy for quite some time and insisted it was better than going to a traditional chiro office. Reluctantly, I scheduled a free consultation and decided the $29 fee for the first few adjustments was more than fair. Though I cannot place these visits on my insurance like a traditional practice, they do allow HSA payment. Since it is typically an in and out operation, as opposed to the traditional offices which require appointments, I too have a monthly membership which allows for 4 adjustments. The best part of all of this is Doc Martin and his people. He cares to learn about you and really cares that The Joint is helping you feel better. In addition to the manipulations, he offers sound advice for diet and mind/body exercises and practice. Thanks Everyone at the Joint.

I spent two weeks finding a new home, packing, moving, putting things in storage and some in the new place. I was suffering extreme pain in my neck and shoulders from all the stress and packing and moving. Once I got a chance I went to this chiropractor just wanting someone to help me feel better. I sat down on the table and he asked me what was going on. I told him and then he asked me “so you think that coming here today is going to fix your problem? You haven been here for a year”. I was so surprised at his sarcastic tone of voice, I didn’t know what to say! I said I was sure I’d have to come back for another adjustment but he just started lecturing me about needing to come in regularly and telling me about the spine and all other kinds of stuff like that. Much to my own surprise I burst into tears. I didn’t want to cry but I couldn’t stop! He adjusted my back while I cried and lectured me the whole time except for when he asked me what’s wrong? I couldn’t even talk, I was just nonstop crying. When he was finished he told me to make an appointment in a couple of days. The receptionist heard the whole thing and wouldn’t let me pay. I told her that I would never come there again. This guy is full of himself and shouldn’t be a doctor. He clearly doesn’t care about his patients. I don’t remember his name but it was on a Saturday either November 2 or 9th. Bald white guy.

Use to love coming here. They had a quick service and good doctors. Now, the past 3 times I’ve come, the doctors have started talking way too much and it takes a good 45 minutes or so to get seen. They still do good work, but I just don’t have the time for it and would rather forfeit the money I’ve already paid and live with back and neck pains, than drive a long way to sit in their wait room for 45 minutes.

I have had sciatic nerve pain for the past 9years. And I saw a chiropractor in the past but with insurance it was too expensive so I had to stop going. I love that the joint offers a membership! With it I can come get adjusted 4 times for the price of one visit on my insurance. And Dr. Jason Evans has been amazing. I started coming to The Joint because my pain was so bad I couldn’t lift my leg to get in my car. And my first visit I cried, I was embarrassed of my pain and actually in pain. I saw Dr. Jason for 5 visits and was feeling amazing. I could move around again with little to no pain. I still have a long way to go(remember 9yr issue) but I wouldn’t change my decision for anything.

I came to get adjusted before my vacation. All they want is you to get on a payment plan. If you don’t come in EVERY week they don’t want your business. They don’t care about your well being they just want your monthly payments. He used this tiny machine to barely tap my neck and didn’t adjust me. I've been receiving Chiropractic care my whole life, but my usual Doctor was on vacation. I badly needed an adjustment and The Joint was near the office. Great experience! I was experiencing Sharp lower back pains. I had to shuffle into the place kind of like a old decrepit man. When the 10 minute experience was over with I was able to walk out of there almost like my normal self. I had 2 pleasant appointments at this location. My 3rd appointment yesterday was with Andrew Rubin. I arrive at location and wait for my turn and I hear someone screaming my first name from inside his office as if he is calling his 5 years old son. I walk inside and this guy sitting with his back to me looking at his computer screen wearing tight jeans/shirt and looking/acting unprofessional. My Orthodopedic surgeon and Primary Dr both recommended me neck traction for my neck pinched nerve. I tell him that and he gets angry saying that ofcourse Orthopedic Surgeon would recommend that. He tells me sit down to adjust my neck and that he will show me traction exercises afterwards. He starts very aggressively adjusting my neck which makes me more tense and extremely in pain. I asked him that I can't do it and it is too painful and he tells me to go back to my Orthopedic Surgeon. I canceled my monthly subscription with the Joint after less than a week. This guy is a case study for poor customer service and bad chair side manners.

I'm glad I went in today to be judged by this chiropractor and what he thinks he knows about my personal health issues. I can't believe he has the nerve to question every little thing that my NEUROLOGIST has done for my daily migraines over the past 4 years, honestly how could any chiropractor think that they know more than a freaking NEUROLOGIST!?! After the 15 minute lecture about that I received a lecture about buying a package and coming in every week when he knew that I was a college student so I obviously don't have the money to go to the chiropractor all the time even with their packages because I'm a broke college student but he acted like $80 a month was so affordable! Never going back to this place, would not reccomend that you do either.

As a single father of 2 girls with a demanding full time job, not only do I carry a lot of stress (especially in my neck and shoulders), but I also rarely get any time to do things for and take care of myself. I was very happy when I learned that he Joint is open on the weekends, so I figured I would check it out. I've been several times now, and each time has been a very pleasant, hassle free, and relieving experience. When the girls are with me, they can hang out at the book store right next door instead of waiting for me - although, it doesn't take long. I even signed up for one of their wellness plans, so I will be going at-least once a week from now on. The Askew brothers (Dr. Troy and Dr. Forrest) are both very friendly, funny, and easy going and they both seem to have fun twisting and turning me in all different directions I never thought I could contort. I definitely recommend The Joint to anyone with neck, back or shoulder pain - and your first visit is only $20, so what have you got to lose? Check it out!

I saw Dr Troy after a 9 month hiatus from chiropractic. He is a strong chiro and former power lifter, which is perfect for my crossfit injuries. He gave me a series of adjustments. The pricing is a great value for multiple visits whenever you need, and the staff has always been very friendly and informative. If you are looking for a place to get adjustments on a whenever-you-need basis this is a wonderful place managed by people who love doing what they do.

They always have the best chiropractors here. I've been to a lot of chiropractors (good ones, ones that try to sell vitamins/oils/etc, ones that are not strong or skilled enough to make appropriate adjustments) and my experience with this particular location is that these doctors are the good ones. They know what they are doing, spend enough time to diagnose the issues, make enough adjustments that I feel like I am getting my money's worth and generally have a good table-side manner. I have not had this same experience at other The Joint locations, but this location on NW Highway across from Northpark has been great.

Love this place!!! Each chiropractor has their own specialty!!! I walk'd in today and had a new complaint about my body and instead of just pop'n me in place they added a little stretching!!! It really help with my blood circulation!!! And my rotater cuff and rib placement was improved with a little extra stretching I could have never done myself! Walk'd out a different man!!!!

They are a blessing! Dr. McDonald went through my initial paperwork and then did some simple stretches. However, there were a few oddities, so he was very adamant about me going see my PCP. He even followed up with me to make sure I scheduled an appointment. A week later, I'm being refered to a rheumatologist for autoimmune issues. I have been to multiple chiropractors over the years, but no one has ever able to pinpoint my specific discomfort. Dr. McDonald was able to in 15 minutes. Thank you!

Dont waste your time and drive out to Dallas with all the traffic and construction just to come in and have them tell you you cant get adjusted because they dont treat injuries. Yet a local guides review says he went in after an auto accident. Total waste of time coming from accross the metroplex to get turned down After waiting and filling out paperwork. Such a disappointment for my husband and I. Name of this place should be the Joint (chiropractor thats doesnt treat injuries) so we can all know as soon as we see it.

Horrible customer service. I believe Dr. Rayshell may have an issue with people of darker skin tones. As I was talking to the receptionist at the front... about which service would best accommodate my needs (my first time here)... he came to the front and interrupted without introducing himself... basically saying anything he could to try and convince me that my needs would not be met here. Making comments like, and I quote, "cash only", "we don't do massages" and he kept referring me to other places.

I saw Dr. Troy Askew, and the adjustment was incredible! I'm a big guy. Now I know 90% of an adjustment is skill, but it takes some strength to get my body to move. Dr. Troy is built like a freakin' train. Best adjustment I've ever had. Definitely going back. EDIT: Dr. Troy Askew relocated to another Joint. Was less impressed with the last adjustment I received from another doctor who seemed to rush through the process and asked few questions. Will continue to visit this location but may try to see a different doctor next time.

Not good for acute injuries. Avoid The Joint if you don't plan on going to the chiropractor every week for the rest of your life. 3 stars for care, 1 star for stopping their automatic payments I saw both chiropractors. neither one spent much time listening to my issues or trying to customize my treatment to my body, but at least they didn't seem incompetent. The issue is I went for them to help me get over a back injury - after 3 or 4 sessions, my back was better and I did not need to continue treatment. Too bad that they continue billing you each month until you specifically cancel. Also too bad that you have to be there IN PERSON to cancel. Also too bad that I lost track of which day I started and came in a day late to cancel before they billed me for the next month. Don't worry, they'll "try to see if maybe upper management will reimburse me for the sessions I didn't use", but suggest that maybe I should keep driving across town for a month for a service I no longer need instead of trying to cancel this month? guess I'm not getting any money back for that second month I didn't even want :/
