Saw Dr Rocky for my second visit. I find her to attentive, and she has alleviated a consistent back spasm that another chiropractor (I’ve seen for over 15 yrs) had been unable relieve.
I wish she were a part of the Alliance staff. For now I will see her there on Tuesdays.

Both Dr. Hill and Dr. Troy do a great job. I get myself out of wack, and they always get me back to normal. I also use the Joint throughout the country when traveling and have never been disappointed. It's great to have so many locations available, no matter where I travel.

I’m bad with names, but this was my first time ever going to a chiropractor.. the guy who worked on me was very polite and looked me in the eyes the whole time while explaining what he was doing, and I felt like a million bucks after leaving. I need more work done and will be coming back

Your team is doing fantastic.
I have been to many chiropractors over the years. Dr. Troy far exceeds every chiropractor I have experienced before. For one year, I went at least once a week to get my lower back worked on since I could barely bend.
After one year I happen to get adjusted by Dr. Troy . My lower back was very stuck and he finally got it unstuck.
I also have a lot of neck problems. I had a fusion that did not fuse nine years ago and now I had another major neck from C3 -T1.
fusion brought my whole neck For a week I have been so miserable I could barely stand the pain and today I saw Dr. Troy.
Knowing he couldn't work on my neck, but maybe he could tell me what I need to do.
He carefully put my ribs back and told me what I can expect from my surgeon that I will see on Wednesday.
He explained the MRI and CT scans I had before better than the surgeon.
His knowledge and his expertise very, very rare and I hope you really appreciate him on your team.

Saw Dr Drake. He was unable to do complete adjustment. When I complained about my mower back and hip punching after adjustment. Also requested to assess Left elbow, Was told to return in a couple of days to see a different provider to readjust. Requested to be adjusted by Dr Hill. Dr Drake told me that we have lots of patient in the lobby waiting.

Called for information about new patients. I was told they are open 10am until 7pm and there aren’t appointments to just walk in. I walked in at 6:32pm and was told that I could not check in because it was to close to 7 and new patients take too long. It would have been nice to be told this when I called not even an hour before!! When I told the receptionist that she said “well I didn’t know you would come tonight”. I won’t waste my time to call or come visit again.

65 is the new 40 RIGHT? Only if you can still keep moving and being active. The Joint does that for me! Let me tell you, after 4 surgeries and a fusion on my L 4/5 and a double level in my neck fusion 20 years ago the motion needs oiling. Chiropractic maintenance is not covered by insurance. The Joint is my life line to keep moving and loving an active life and doing it economically. The doctors are professional and caring. So now that I get to join the medical crew and retirement, I can act and feel like I'm 40. To the pickle ball court I go.

I came to The JOINT Chiropractic in Saginaw with pain. They adjusted me & I felt better. I returned regularly with my Wellness Plan Membership. As I felt good or bad, I always returned. Dr. Nguyen referred me to get an MRI for a better look. I found out that I have degenerative arthritis in L3, L4, & L5, so I have come back regularly ever since. I don't know what condition I would be in right now without The JOINT. They are the BEST! I can pick up my kids again and I feel amazing ever since I found The JOINT!!

My name is Kamisha. The first time that I stepped into The JOINT Chiropractic was in Lafayette, LA in 2017. I was recommended by one of my dance professors because I had been dealing with alignment problems. It only took one visit and I felt great! However, two years later I experienced sciatic pain symptoms again, so I decided to come back. I must admit that this second time around was a hard one because it seemed like the pain was never going away. Therefore, instead of making it just one visit, I decided to get a plan to visit at least twice a week for almost two months. As a military retiree who has spent a lot of time flying in helicopters, I often struggle with neck pain and headaches. The staff is amazing & make you feel comfortable. When I started treatment I had back pain daily but after just a few sessions I felt much better. The pain has become less and less every session. I came to "The Joint" in Saginaw for a few reasons mainly due to chronic neck, back and hip pain I live with from work related injuries & overuse. Not having access to a military chiropractor, I searched around the area with no luck. Dr Nguyen and her team are fantastic. They know their patients by name and what each need. I came in with my wife who's had chronic back pain for years and thought I might as well get looked at too. As it turns out my wife had to stop coming because of previous surgery unrelated to coming here but could no longer come.
