    Dr. Hamilton is the only reason I come in to the Joint. I live in the Cypress/Katy area and I would drive OUT OF MY WAY to go see her. I've had a lot of BS chiropractors in the past, and I know what BS chiropractic care is. I have bulging discs in my lower back, and she is the only one who actually broke down to me what was going on, which parts of my spine were bulging, more than the actual MD's I went to. Losing Dr. Hamilton means you're also losing me as a client. I am most definitely cancelling my membership.

    I had always seen this location and was curious to finally try it out. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, so I’m pretty familiar with what a solid adjustment should feel like. I went in for some lower back pain that comes and goes. The adjustment itself lasted maybe two minutes and unfortunately did nothing for my back. One day later, two days later, I still felt exactly the same. It was honestly the most basic adjustment I’ve ever received. On top of that, the receptionist became a bit pushy about selling me a massage package and a monthly subscription. Overall, the place is clean and the initial service was friendly, but the actual chiropractic care didn’t meet my expectations. Hope they improve the quality and attention to detail moving forward.

    Met with rude customer service once I addressed my concerns about the Dr being able to adjust my size. Have been to chiropractors in the past, that weren't able to adjust my frame. When I spoke to the receptionist about this, ( who whole heartedly tried to reassure me the Dr was good at her job. the Dr in the other room while with patients was more concerned with our conversation than the patients at hand. Said send him somewhere else. I had then told the receptionist that I would try her out if you believe in her skills, to which the Dr ? said I could try another location still. Not sure if she was butthurt or the fact that I questioned her 3 minute chiropractic visits. She went through 4 customers in 15 minutes, that isn't skill or concern for your patient. That's quantity over quality, this isn't fast food.

    Some may believe going to the chiropractor is a luxury. However, alignment is required for proper execution to occur. Dr. Hamilton connects with the patient and really pays attention to their issues. With physical manipulation her abilities are used to move stagnate energy releasing knots of discomfort. I awoke one day with crook in my neck. I could barely turn my head. After seeing doctor Hamilton my mobility returned. She has been able to reach knots that no other doctor can! The location is right on the bus line right across from #40. Perfect for public transportation commuters.

    Went once and signed up for a membership because I felt pressured to. The one adjustment I had honestly hurt more than it helped. I stayed signed up for far longer than I should (never used it) and then got charged and went a day or two after to cancel it and couldn’t get a refund despite never using any of the appointments provided under the membership. Places like this do nothing to actually help your issues, I beg anyone thinking about it to just go to an actual physical therapist with a real degree in the medical field. Unless you like the possibility of being scammed and also injured further, then this place is great for you.

    In the last 3 months my threshold for pain has increased from probably a 2.2 to a 8.7 with just about 6 to 7 sessions with these guys now let me tell you that a different way I was hurting so bad at work I couldn't stand up on my own I had to grab hold of a cabin or something to pick myself up now my back pain is gone they know what they're doing

    I went in for shoulder pain and lower back pain, I haven’t been to this location for more than a year. The chiropractor that was there at the time adjusted everything! Fixed my lower back. I was feeling 100% Went in yesterday and as I said for both shoulder pain and lower back. Dr.Hamilton didn’t really do anything but just my shoulder and not my lower back. Next day come and my shoulder is WORSE than it was, called her and explained that I still have pain and she said to come in and that I do have to pay and additional $45 I will NOT be going to that location anymore.

    The lady Jennifer at the front desk is always so welcoming and nice when I enter even is there is a small wait time she will make small conversation.     Very nice! Great vibe in office. Dr Hamilton reallly helped understand some issues I was having with my neck. The recommendations for inbetween session care we given and simple.     I saw Dr. Jared Ware today, who is relatively new to the chiropractic field. My regular chiropractor across town I just discovered no longer accepted my insurance and I needed help fast today. I am a licensed massage therapist and I also have a connective tissue disorder called Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome (in a nutshell it makes my joints/tendons/ligaments too stretchy so my joints subluxate very often and I require regular chiropractic care and massage therapy in order to maintain joint stability and proper function/motion). I have to be very selective about who does my chiropractic care because my joints can be easily injured with too much force, or more complicated/less obvious subluxations can be easily overlooked by these “rack and crack” guys who aren’t experienced with this condition. Anyways… Dr. Ware not only went through my appointment slowly and thoroughly, but he did so with care and got 98% of the subluxations back in place on first attempt and without too much force. He was knowledgeable about what my joints needed, as well as humble enough to listen to me explain my commonly occurring issues and what I have needed in the past without being egotistical and dismissive, which if you are somebody who deals with any kind of autoimmune issues, or chronic fatigue and pain, especially as a woman, you understand how VERY important this is. Overall I greatly appreciate Dr. Ware’s approach and for being a relatively new chiropractor I was VERY impressed. I usually have to shop around for a good chiropractor with a LOT of experience because of how tedious my medical condition is, but today I put my trust in Dr. Ware and he over delivered.     This is the golden egg of all the Joints I've been to all over Houston. I'm an army veteran of 17 years and been going to Joint chiropractors for 8 years across the country at different duty stations. Nobody has worked my problem areas with such ease and accuracy like Dr Sawyer. For me, he is a neck and low back whisperer. Most others can't get that low back on my left side. Oh and my neck- wow!     I came in to see Dr. Sawyer because of severe neck pain, he worked with me multiple times over the course of 2 weeks using different techniques to help with my pain and mobility.     The chiropractor that saw me did not listen to me and made a lot of incorrect assumptions about what was wrong I specifically asked to have my back popped with a twisting method and they didn't even do it I have performed chiropractic work on others many times and needed them to just listen but they are too worried about client turnover and didn't care

    I drive to this location on Fridays or Saturdays to see Dr. Price. She is awesome and takes her time to listen discuss any issues. She also uses some of the best techniques to address my issues and knows the right amount of pressure to fix some of my stubborn problem areas.     Dr. Sawyer is a MAGIC MAN. For a week and a half I could barely walk, and even sitting up or standing up for a few minutes at a time was excruciating. After my very first session I felt such relief, I was floored. I walked in there the next day like a normal human, I really couldn’t believe the difference. I work on my feet, and the very next day I worked the whole shift, the difference from the day before was huge. I’ve only had 3 treatments and I am able to walk normally, and sitting and standing are getting exponentially better. But the location at Yale st and the one at spring cypress really understood and pinpointed the pain, and gave me homework to do at home to help with the pain.     I made the mistake of signing up for the $79/4 adjustments a month deal but only visited a handful of times. Only do this if you’re *absolutely certain* you’ll use it, otherwise avoid like the plague. It’s a two month minimum contract and they’re banking on you forgetting to cancel which you must do in person, not over the phone. I tried to cancel over the phone and was told to kick rocks, no refunds baby! Lesson learned.

    This is a turn and burn business. I believe the chiropractors that work there care about the patients, but the business model is set up to get you in and out quickly and move on to the next person. For some that may be okay, but I prefer to get a wellness plan from the same doctor instead of seeing someone different every time I walk in. I bought the monthly $79 plan and was unable to go for a full month. When I tried to cancel they told me I was losing all the visits I had previously paid for and not used because it was 2 days before my plan was set to renew. That’s not a business that really cares about the patient. If you pay for four visits you should get four visits, it’s pretty simple. If they cared about your well being they would honor what you paid for and try to help you get better.

    I was in alot of pain last night, I could not walk more than 5 steps without my lower back giving me so much pain, and I could barely get up form my bed. They saw me quickly.     Took our son here. He has been experiencing some stiffness and discomfort. We were seen by Dr. Anthony. It was our first visit so we had paperwork to fill out. As we worked on it, people popped in and out. Steady flow of patients. They seemed to be in and out in minutes. He took us right in and explained the process thoroughly.     I started experiencing lower back pain and made the decision to come to The Joint out of convenience. I just moved to the heights from cypress recently and I don’t know the area well enough to pick a chiropractor. I figured they’re probably still credible...... WORST DECISION EVER!! I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because the front desk staff was always amazing and very helpful. And because of Dr. Raven. She was the only doctor there that actually really seemed to care about the pain I was experiencing. She was quick to send me my stretches, and she was very responsive to my questions. However the rest of the Doctors there did not seem to care about how they were handling my body. They did not care enough about me to actually send me things to work on at home, even after they would tell me “I will send this to you after or later tonight” MULTIPLE times.... I would never receive anything..... which is sad to say considering that this is not a cheap service. When you come to The Joint you are just another dollar to them. They only care that you sign up for the package... they don’t put care into adjusting your body or your needs. You can literally feel the difference in care between them and Dr. Raven. The saddest part is that my pain only got incredibly worse after coming here. No one cared to even offer me an X-ray or anything else. When I told the front that my pain was much worse they suggested that I just go to a new location, when all I wanted was to not pay for a 2nd month of torture. (Which I was refused and they did not even try to work with me) After that I made the RIGHT decision to go to a local chiropractor, I discovered that I have a ruptured disc and that everything they had been doing to me at The Joint was only making my situation much worse. Now I’m forced to pay more money to fix their mistake & carelessness. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do NOT come here. They just want your money. They don’t care about your overall well-being. Instead go to a local business and support them, they deserve it more.

    When I first began going, I was satisfied, everyone was friendly, helpful, but when my adjustments started doing more harm than good, I decided to cancel my membership. They promote that you can visit ANY location at all, which is true for an adjustment. However, when you need to cancel your membership, you MUST return to the ORIGINAL LOCATION where you began your membership. It’s just such a scam. Plus, all the friendly, helpful attitude completely disappeared when I canceled my membership. I would warn my worst enemies about this place.

    Dr. Crone is hands down the absolute best! This was the first chiropractor I’ve gone to and he I felt so comfortable and I’ve felt like every time I go he has listened to my concerns for the week and has been able to target exactly what I was describing (which says a lot since my description skills are not the best). I’ve gone to 2 other locations and they were good but this one has been the best experience! The receptionist is super nice and friendly and I genuinely enjoy the environment. Would definitely recommend coming here 100%.

    Super friendly staff. Most of the doctors are very knowledgeable and skilled. This place has definitely done wonders for my posture, comfort, and athleticism. The monthly subscription plan is your cheapest option. You really won't find a better service for the pricing and convenience. The depth of service isn't much, but unless you have severe issues it is good to add to your quality of life. Think of it as a tuning up your car consistently so that it doesn't break over time.     DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! Place is clean & service is pretty good but can be inconsistent depending on the doctor you see. My issue is they have been charging me for nearly a year for a subscription for someone else. I brought this to their attention over 9 months ago and I have received promises of a refund but always some excuse and no one is accountable. I'm trying not to use words like fraud or scam but I'm disappointed a place of healing is involved in these practices.

    First time ever getting an adjustment. We filled out paperwork, then watched a video and had some water. The doctor then came out and explained whats going to happen, as far as why each of us are here and whats going to happen. *A nice plus is this place is so clean and very open. Its not like a doctor office very closed off its more of a lounge. (Not sure if yall like that or not but it worked for us). The doctor was very educated as far as explaining our files and pain.

    My first experience was this weekend and it was quick and fast. I was on the area and decided to swing by. I spend like ten minutes the most. The chiropractor Mike was awesome ? thumbs up to him I went Saturday, Sunday and man I can now move my neck and my numbness I had in my right arm is gone. Even thou I don't live near, the drive is worth it.

    Dr. Crone gave me a great adjustment and told I was having sinus issues. He used an apparatus around my nose which helped the sinus pressure. Was not expecting that from a Chiropractor!

    The strong doctors and kind staff are great and so respectful. The doctor is very informative. I love the fact he took the time out to recommend stretching techniques to help alleviate pain and stiffness. Also for the most part, by me being a larger sized person I appreciate the fact that he don't have a negative attitude like my other medical professionals who blames every single pain or symptom I have on my weight. I always have to remind my other doctors that I look in the mirror every day! Yes I know I need to lose weight! It feels great to get adjusted and treated for my pain without no judgement. I have endured so many physical pains from working at the airport as a former baggage handler over 11 years. I'm finally starting to feel more like myself again without having to take pain medications all the time.

    I became a monthly subscriber two months ago and have had a great experience. Dr. Crones is great and responsive to my needs. One of the things that I really like about The Joint's model is the length of the appointment is up to me. Sometimes I want to be in and out in 5 minutes because I'm busy.     If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was having back and neck pain for about 2 years, I'm a pizza maker so I'm always standing and making repetitive motions. I had always been told to go see a chiropractor, but never had the money to treat myself. I'm so happy that I came here both Dr. Crone and Dr. Bell fixed things in my back and neck that I could only dream of being pain free.     I was involved in a bad car accident a few years back and I have been suffering of horrible lower back pain. It's gotten so bad where I could tell I was slouching alot due to it hurting to stand straight. Dr. Crone was very polite and explained everything my husband and I needed to know.     I went to this place with doubt and hope all at once, feeling terrible in all areas of my back. I paid 29.99 for my first visit I was a little skeptical It was the best 29.99 I have spent. Of course they have packages that you may purchase and also monthly subscriptions it’s all optional. But trust me as soon as you get up after your adjustment you should feel such a difference. The place is nice I saw many people come in with their kids. Their isn’t a long wait. The only time you may take long is the first time since you have to fill paper work out and also speak to the doctor about your areas of concern. But it’s a fairly quick process. I know everyone has different things going on but to my experience as soon as I got up I felt so light so much of a difference, I even felt as if I stood a lot straighter. So overall my rating is a 5. Thank you ??
