I have been going to the Joint chiropractic off and on for years at different locations. Today I happen to be in the Vintage Area around 249 & Loretta. I recently took a bone density test on my entire body. The test showed I have Severe wear and tear in my lower back and right hip. My lower back has been bothering me for a long time. I decided I needed to make a stop at The Joint to get my body relined. Today I met Dr. Wong for the first time. He mentioned that my shoulders, neck, and back were super tight. I knew my body was going to be difficult to adjust because I never took the time to visit the chiropractor on a regular basis. Dr. Wong had the knowledge on how to use a towel to adjust my super tight neck. A pillow to align & pop my spine in place. Dr. Wong mentioned my right leg is about 1/2 inch shorter than my left leg. Now I know why I can’t keep my back in place. Dr. Wong was AWESOME!! It felt so good to have all my bones aligned! I need to start seeing Dr. Wong on a regular basis to keep my entire body in line. My bone density Test showed me I did Damage to my right hip because I didn’t take time to take care of my body. ? I need to start wearing 1/2 inch lift in my right shoe only. That was a Blessing from God I met Dr. Wong today.

The chiropractors are excellent(both of them) but the management is very creepy and unethical . When I signed up in April, they said I need to comment to atleast 2 billing cycles ending on June 9. June 9 is the beginning of the third billing cycle. I called them last week to cancel the subscription and they said we can’t do it this early call 1 day before. I told them I work, I may forget. They said set up an alarm and call us. And I did today (June 8). And now they say per their policy I need to give the AT LEAST 2 days of notice. Also, I went in last Thursday June 4 and they said they will get their manager to call me and till date, nothing. So apparently they will get their manager to call me only after the next billing cycle(June 9). Misrepresentation and unethical practices! To the management- you have a camera recording everything in your reception and you record your calls (?). Please check and you’ll know everything I said is true It’s not about paying for another month. It’s the way they handled it. They treated me like I’m stupid and can be taken for a ride! If they were honest, I’d have still paid for it or picked a different plan. I still don’t have a resolution from them Update: when I spoke to them, they sent me the forms I signed. So they tell you one thing and once you trust them and sign, the forms have different information

Dr Simpson is professional, kind and experienced. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and how to get the best results. I could barely walk without pain. Do not go here! They sold me a month to month plan for $79 and told me to cancel in 1 month. I did. Exactly on the day. Then they said I had a balance on my acct that they couldn't cancel until the balance was paid. They charged my card for a second month after me calling them and telling them to cancel! Now they "can't do a refund" even though THEIR EMPLOYEE screwed up and didn't tell me about the correct plan polices. This is not my fault. I will never be returning. All a scam. I even contacted corporate with no response. What a joke. Find an independent Chiro and don't fall for these plans.

Dr Piña was super helpful and made me feel like my care, not my money was the main concern of my first visit. My wife has came to this location for a year now and was adamant that I needed to get a membership as well. Before walking into the office she convinced me of that and actually was offering to pay out of her pocket for the first month as a X-mas gift. This is not the closest The Joint location for me but I make the drive here because of the extra touch Dr. Renken provides to his patients. This isn’t a 2 minute adjustment; this is a mini massage too basically. He starts by finding your tight spots and working on them a bit before doing the typical adjustments. That little extra touch is EVERYTHING. I literally think “God bless this man” because of the relief he provides me even if it is temporary. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

First time ever going to a chiropractor so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Renken explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. I recently started coming to this location on 12/9/24. I absolutely love it! Dr. Renken is amazing and explains everything very well. I felt a tremendous difference after my first visit. Vivianne, the receptionist was so helpful and funny. You can cancel your membership after two months but I don’t plan on it. It definitely helps with my neck and back pain but also a stress reliever. I definitely recommend. They will get you in and out!

Dr. Geronimo Castillo was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as he explained every part of the procedure before he did it. He helped ease my anxiety and had a very calm demeanor. He also gave me at home stretches to do in case my shoulder pain came back. Even with all of that, it only took about 30 minutes. JANUARY 24, 2024 EDIT: I have been seeing DR. RENKEN the past couple of times I have been to The Joint Vintage Park. He is OUTSTANDING! I cannot speak any higher of how he is able to fix all of my issues in every visit. He also makes sure that you are relaxed and does a great job of preparing your body for the adjustment. EVERYONE needs to rush to get an appointment with DR. RENKEN. He is one of the few great chiropractors in Houston. GO NOW to The Joint @ Vintage Park!!!!! NOVEMBER 23, 2022 EDIT: I went to THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC "Vintage" Location yesterday and had another GREAT Experience. Dr. Harris was soooo amazing and I am so glad that she was able to make me feel so much better in just 1 appointment. I will be returning to her EVERY WEEK!! And, she is sooo funny and nice too!! And as always, RACHAEL at the front desk is the best and takes care of me every single time I go! Everyone needs to go visit DR. HARRIS and RACHAEL NOW!!!!! I cannot write a more amazing review of THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC "Vintage" Location off of Louetta and 249. When you walk into the establishment, Rachael, at the reception check in area, welcomes you and makes you feel right at home! She is also very helpful and pleasant when you have any questions or need anything. Rachael is the Best! Then you get called back for your treatment. The environment is so peaceful and comfortable. I have had Dr. Johnson treat me for the past 2 months. I cannot speak highly enough about her patient treatment and demeanor. She absolutely knows where I am needing attention before I even say anything. She takes her time to make sure that I am calm and ready to get the most of my chiropractic experience. Then she goes to work and the adjustment begins. She must be some kind of chiropractic wizard!!! By the time she has adjusted me, from my toes to the top of my head, I feel like a brand new person! After sustaining a back injury while working at Amazon, I received no support or assistance from my employer. So.... I've been to plenty of the Joint branches/location, but this has got to be one of (if not), THE BEST spot out of all of them. Great atmosphere, very nice staff! I went in complaining about upper back and some shoulder pain I just couldn’t kick. Dr. Renken was able to perform my adjustment and customize a maintenance plan to help relieve my pain moving forward. I really felt like I was listened to and that they had the knowledge to fix the issue at the source. The facility was very clean and everyone was very nice. From her initial baseline exam/adjustment to many months pass now, my wife and I have both found her to be superbly attuned to our needs and care. We both find it very easy to communicate with Dr. Harris because of her extensive knowledge about the most important topics such as pain relief, preventative care, self-care, sports medicine, and overall improving quality of life. She was able to help us directly with ailments such as headaches, lower and upper back pains, correcting posture, and provided relief to common high stressed work areas such as our neck and hands. She is thorough in her explanations and also follows up by sending emails with very helpful additional information and exercises that you can perform safely at home. She even took time to correct a stretch exercise I wasn’t performing quite right and shares insider tips from her experience with her vast client base and active life experiences. Dr. Harris practices care with true intent and it is easy to see why so many clients will wait patiently for her to be a part of their routine. *Vintage Park* READ. I’ve had my ups and downs with the joint. I’ve been going to the vintage park location off and on over the years. I have had an ok experience but half the people that work there rush you in and out. I decided to renew my membership this year and I was greeted by the lovely Dr. Harris. My expectations were not high but I needed some back relief so I decided to give the joint that second chance. Let me tell you, this woman rocked my world. I have seen the same Chiropractor for the last 26 years and he went and retired on me. It’s been tough trying to find someone to fill his shoes. Super organized and efficient/ my adjustment was actually very powerful and effective- I can’t wait to go back. Dr Castillo is excellent - I have seen 12 different chiropractors over the last 20 years or so and Dr. Castillo is truly excellent.. Not happy at all with my experience. I went for 5 treatments and it didn’t help at all. They sign me up for the “wellness program “ on the first visit. I feel as if they should have waited to even offer it. Went to another chiropractor and in one session they fixed me right up. Went back when I could finally walk to cancel my program and was told I was 2 day too late. It’s been two months later and they charged me for the rest of the program.

First of all I'd like to say I've had issues with my back for years now in a truck accident I've gone in here and there to get adjusted that was temporarily helping me when I went in this past Monday, October 31st. I came in a couple weeks ago and the woman who cracked my back didn't even try. She rushed me and only opted one side of my body. I was there for probably 60 seconds. She sat me up and I was waiting to be instructed for the next position and she said oh your done. I had to ask her to do more because she didn't even address my main problem. My 12 year old sports and video game playing son loved his treatment and his doctor. Neck pain is better and we now have a plan of action. Can’t wait to bring my daughter now too. Best location I ever visited. I travel alot and have been to many locations throughout the U.S.. The attention and service that you recieve from Dr. Mosily and Dr. Harris is always above and beyond what you'd normally expect from the Joint. Not that the other places are bad, the Joint has helped me to deal with back and hip issues for a while now. But this location always seems to put in an extra effort to listen to your bodies needs.

Based on previous experience with the yahoos there, this experience was in stark contrast. Dr. Fatima is the best! She did maneuvers that I have never experienced before. Rachael and Lauren is a good team and on top of it. Whatever you are paying them, it’s not enough.

I’ve been going to the joint in Vintage Park for about three years. I went yesterday with pain in my neck and right shoulder and had the absolute worst adjustments I’ve ever had. I’ve been using chiropractic care since I was 19. I’m 69 and I’ve had hundreds of adjustments. Highly disappointed and only three stars because it wasn’t even worth the time I spent there. The treatments the last two months of been disappointing, I’m not sure where these people are getting their training.

Been going to the joint for year's had some great experiences and some ok visits it's just some doctors do a what I would call a full adjustment and some just do like half what would help is pictures of the doctors that are working with their names so I could request to doctor that I know do a full adjustment like today I walked in and checked in sat down the doctor called me I never seen before long story short the doctor did a what I call a half adjustment but when I went to the back doctor Johnson was helping a patient and I know she does what I call a full adjustment

Dr Johnson was excellent she did a great job with patient very informative very positive but yet excellent at what she does I really do appreciate her because she actually removed so much pain from me from my first adjustment today and please believe me I was so nervous because I didn't see so many videos on tick tock Instagram YouTube where that popping noise always makes me afraid because I feel like they're cracking something like breaking something in the body where it causes more detriment and harm to the body than good but to actually finally go through it and align my body and actually pay for the $79 for four adjustments on the first time being there that is a great deal because to be honest I went to a chiropractor before them and they was trying to charge me $3,660 just to have one adjustment and for me to pay $1,800 for each adjustment afterwards and I was trying to figure out why well finding them was a blessing and I really do appreciate Dr Johnson she was amazing

I love it here! From the time I walked in the door, Shelby was warm, upbeat and very personable. I have constant neck, shoulder and lower back pain from working as a restaurant server. My experience with Dr. Ballentine was far above and beyond my expectations. He was thorough in his explanations and I felt very comfortable as we proceeded through the adjustments. He has firm hand but not rough and and he was very personable as well. Although I was sore the next morning, I noticed remarkable improvement in my neck and lower back. I was able to stretch my neck without the cracking sound and less pain and I was able to comfortably bend over to put on my pants. That's a huge win for me and I'm looking forward to my future sessions.

Had to look for a qualified and reliable chiropractor after my wife was injured in a motorcycle class gone wrong. We work many long hours and needed a clinic that had good care and flexible hours. After a quick Google and Yelp search, we found exactly what we needed in The Joint Chiropractic. Their locations are open on Sundays which was one of the key points of drawing us there along with the quality five star reviews for their care. They stated walk-ins were welcome and they lived up to their reviews starting with their friendly receptionist (Margaret) who got us signed up and showed us the different packages that they offered to save patients who plan on more visit - so after reviewing their options we each chose a 6 visit package that we felt best suited our needs. Those who gave this facility low marks or 1 star reviews are simply not reading the terms and conditions and choosing the right package deal. The actual adjustment was done by Dr. Simpson - he took the time necessary to carefully listen to each of us and come up with an ideal and customized game plan for our individual needs. His bedside manners and professionalism were stellar and relief we received after the adjustments were a God send. The biggest factor was Dr. Simpson’s approach and implementing his treatment based on what he learned from us as individuals and not based on some manual or textbook for some generic care. She was super friendly and personable, and I also noticed how she used peoples names as she was talking to them and as they were leaving which I feel is super important in customer service. Dr. Johnson made me feel completely at ease. I was very nervous it being my first time, and she explained everything as she went along, and made the process super comfortable. I love The Joint, it's quick and easy to get in, get a pop and get out. I have had back/neck problems for years and went to a "standard chiro" but after going to The Joint and not having to wait very long or try to get an appointment I will not go back to a "standard chiro" again. I had passed by The Joint in several different shopping centers and thought it was a cool name. I have had neck and lower back pain for quite some time and, because of work, have never had the time to do the "make an appointment, take off work," and get in thing. With the Joint, I didn't have to. I just showed up right after work and was greeted by Shelby with a warm smile, and offered a nice, cold bottle of water (and I really needed it). The office was very comfortable, they even had high chairs so I didn't have to try and fall down into one. After I filled out all my paperwork, I was taken back to the treatment room which was not like any I had ever seen in a Chiropractic clinic. Everything was clean, very nice and organized and Dr. Johnson did some awesome work on my neck and back!! I was actually able to turn my head when I left which made for a much safer drive home. I love the fact that I don't have to make an appointment, I was given a card that I can scan when I get there to check in, and the rates were, as far as I'm concerned reasonable, especially when Shelby went over the different care plans! I'm excited I found a chiropractor that works for ME!

My wife and I have always had a good experience coming to this location. We prefer to have our adjustments done by Dr. Simpson; he takes the time to address the problem areas and he's very thorough. I've not had any experience with the other doctors so I can't comment on them. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Shelby at the front desk makes the sign up and check in process painless.

So glad I found Dr Simpson again! He is one of the best I've found. Hubby loves seeing Dr Wallen, so going to this location is a no brainer for us. Went in after sleeping so crazy (18 month old took over my bed). I could not even turn my head to look into my side mirrors while driving there. Dr. Johnson fixed that right up! I am always so amazed at how well the doctors can figure out the root of my pain. I have learned to just be honest about what I experience and they always are able to pin point the underlying issue. Yesterday I couldn’t even walk up the stairs without buckling in pain and 20 minutes later after Dr. Renteria…..the pain was 70% diminished!!! I was amazed! I really like going to the Vintage locations because the doctors are very professional and super down to earth.

After some difficulty getting in for a new patient visit they were able to give me an appointment. The visit went well and the Dr. Went into great detail to answer my questions and concerns. He did a good job on the adjustment too. Just make sure you ask for an appointment if you're a new patient because they stop taking new patients 1 hr before closing and if they are on a wait it might push you into the last hour and they will not see you that day.

My hands and shoulders and back have been bothering me for years.. I work as a dental assistant and I've been in my profession for 11 years. I finally decided to see a chiropractor @ The Joint. I was greeted by the lovely desk clerk whome took my vitals and gave me my initial forms. I was shortly seen after by Dr.Shaw I hope I said and spelled her name correctly. Well.. after a long consultation because I have MANY MANY issues she snap crackle popped me. I definitely feel a difference I feel less tension in my shoulders and less pain in my hands. I cant wait to see how I feel after several alignments. Thank you so much Doc you've educated me on some issues I had and didn't know.. who would've thought one of my legs were shorter than the other... welp no more im even!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a franchise owner. Back in early March my husband went in for a back adjustment due to pain. We signed up for the membership since we assumed he would need to visit a few more times to feel 100%. Unfortunately, the adjustment worsened his back issues. He was out of work for about a week. We took him in to see a doctor where he received a few shots and meds. The doctor also ordered not to return to work for a few days and to discontinue the chiropractor. We communicated this to The Joint and requested a cancellation of the membership. They mentioned we would have to turn in a doctors note stating he is medically unable to return to the chiropractor. We did exactly this and verified with the receptionist about any other forms and was told she would email it over. All we had to do at this point was wait. We eventually were charged for a total of 3 months. Each month I called to ask why we were charged and each time I was told we should not have been charged and they would reach out to "management." It wasn't until I reached out to Corporate that I was informed to fill out a membership cancellation form. Needless to say, I filled out the paperwork. Numerous times I demanded to speak with the owner or manager, supposedly they were going to reach out to me, but no one ever called. They are not allowed to give out their information and you have to just wait and hope they contact or refund you. According to corporate, they are individually owned and it all depends on the owner. They can only strongly suggest to respond to complaints but they are not obligated. Its absurd that a company such as this allows owners, to continue to dismiss these complaints. We came with a doctor's letter stating exactly what was required to cancel a membership and still no refund. Update: We are in July now and have since received a refund for one month. A disgrace. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your adjustment, as the owner to this locations is extremely unprofessional and is incapable of handling customer relations in an appropriate manner. The only reason I give this place 2 stars was due to the staff. I understand the front desk has no control over refunds and every time I spoke with them, they were empathetic to the situation. I only feel sorry for them, since the owner stays hidden impotent in the shadows.

My experience at The Joint chiropractic office was very Up Lifting. I walked out of there like I had a brand new back (head held high with my chest out) with a better walk than the limped walk I walked in there with ???. Sara the receptionist was vary helpful in explained everything before and after the visit. Dr. Andrews, I do give a special thanks to because of how much of a “Tony The Tiger” job she did with helping relieve my pains and also explaining ways to prevent them from worsening and or coming back as well as what steps to take in order to maintain a healthier well being.

The staff was great and respectful but I was expecting little more one on one chiropractor work. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Not sure if they divide up the work into session but we didn’t even go over all my trouble area. I originally came in for my shoulder and had my back pop. But other than that great people.

Incredible. Had lower back pain all day. Couldn’t take it, decided to go in and met with Mr Pringle. I wish I would have decided to come in before. I have been emailing to cancel my membership from last 15 days, I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the coming month but I see a transaction is made. My contract was voided by management due to me having a back injury after my first visit. I was told I was a liability, which I can understand. My issue is I paid $80 for 4 visits yet after my first visit my contract was voided. I asked for a refund for the visits not used and after 6 weeks I still have not recieved my refund nor an explanation for why the delay. I dont expect a full refund but the cost of one visit is $39 so I feel it's fair to recieve the refund for additional $40.

Depends who you get. I really like Dr. Andrews. She did a great job. However, last time I had Dr. Whitaker and it was the roughest neck adjustment I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I didn't even let him do the usual back adjustment because he was so rough on my neck. I actually had a worse pain in my neck after I left. When I phoned to try to get another Dr. to fix what was done, they would not do a complimentary readjustment. Before you go, read the reviews to pick a chiropractor with good reviews. Update: While I got nowhere over the phone, I went into their office and Dr. Andrews was kind enough to see me at no additional charge.

I’m going to give an in-depth review specifically to this location on Louetta now that I have officially cancelled my membership today. Me & 2 other family members have been coming here for 3 months. The thing about this place is that all they care about is how quick they can get you in and out. For how much you pay, it feels like you’re getting cheated. Another thing is the girls who work upfront, they are so quick to tell you that it’s busy and that if we’re going to request someone, we’ll have to wait. It’s the way they talk to you, especially the woman who is in the picture tagged on this yelp page under the caption “4th of July”. I never got her name but she’s another reason I do not care to come here anymore. She can be rude and it’s unnecessary. They act like you’re an inconvenience. Dr. Ballentine and Dr. Silver is the only reason I would keep coming here, they are the most consistent and who honestly love their job, it shows by how long they take and they treat you like they care making sure you’re taken care of but the girls upfront give you such a hard time about requesting someone when at the end of the day, we are the customers paying for this service. You’ll soon come to realize that when it’s your first time here, they’ll take their time with you and give you the best experience but once they have you signed up monthly, it’s downhill from there. Funny thing is that as I was waiting in the front for my mom to get adjusted, it was packed, about 4 people waiting and when one of the doctors came out, the receptionist tells him that everyone has requested someone, so meanwhile he’s there with no patients when everyone could just be on the same page of consistency so people would actually enjoy coming here. Going to a chiropractor shouldn’t be about how fast they can get done especially when people actually go there to get better physically. When you find a good doctor, hold on to them because they’re the gem in this company.

I was fluke having blood pressure issues. On recommendation of my husband, I agreed to give it a try. We requested the New Patient discount on-line and received the coupon via email. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face. Everything about the front reception area felt great. As soon as I registered at the front desk I was given a card-fob that I can use anytime I want to walk-in and have an adjustment. I found this incredibly kewl! You can make an appointment, but you can also just walk-in or phone ahead to see how much of a wait there is. The receptionist took my blood pressure and recorded it. I found Dr. Thompson to be a breath of fresh air. She is so personable and has such great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions I had and even pointed out certain things I did not know. I was skeptical when I saw this establishment had 5 star rating. I mean, no business is THAT good, right? I wanted to see if they lived up to the hype surrounding their reviews - plus, the pain in my neck and back needed to be addressed. Let me tell you, they lived up to the hype! From the second I limped in to the second I walked, I experience top notch customer service. The woman at the front desk (my apologies for not remembering her name) was patient and thorough. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions and she didn't seem to mind answering them. Dr. Ballantine, an older gentleman, was excellent at explaining everything about the spine and how he was going to align my spine. The whole consultation, exam, and adjustment process took about 45 minutes. Follow up visits should only take about 15 minutes depending of the time of day I go. What's more, it was only $29 (for the initial visit) thanks to an online coupon. I will be returning for my "maintenance visits", and I'm telling everyone I know about The Joint. If you need an adjustment that's affordable and actually produce results, this is the place. Come on in an tell your friends!

The service and consistency between practitioners was terrible. Then when I was laid off before the holidays I called to cancel and see if they could refund me at least for the last month or two not used. Not only did they refuse to show any compassion they also stated I would need to come in to cancel and could not do over the phone or online. This is a scam. They have people sign up for a plan and then make it increasingly difficult to cancel. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have seen two different chiropractors here and they are both great. I was paying a lot to go to another chiropractor but I couldn’t to go in as much as needed for my current back problem. The care is just as good if not better here and even when I have to wait(this office is pretty busy) it’s never for very long. I almost always had to wait at my other chiropractors office and i had an appointment. What I love the most is if I go over my four visits for the month, each additional visit is only $10. Sometimes my back goes out of alignment sooner and I need to be adjusted. My Joint is closed today, Sunday, but I can go to another location as well as one in Dallas or Arizona when I’m visiting family and need an adjustment. Well worth the cost and if you don’t like the provider you have, see a different one until you find the one you like. Each provider has their own style and strengths.

I have been dealing with frequent pain due to my fibromyalgia and looking for non-pill solutions to manage my pain. I have been to a chiropractor once before and the adjustment I received did help alleviate my pain but he was all the way in Katy. I searched for a nearby chiropractor and came across The Joint. It is conveniently located in an HEB shopping center off a major intersection for 249. My research on the location revealed mostly good reviews (The bad reviews seemed to be people who were confused and unwilling to ask questions) so I decided to give them a try. The inside was very clean and well kept. The receptionist, Angel, was knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions I had about their services. Dr. Fritz wanted to discuss my condition and why I was there before any kind of inspection to better understand my situation. Upon inspection of my spine, he discussed with me what he had seen prior to any adjustments. I felt the results of my adjustment almost immediately but that is most likely due to my condition. I suspect other patients would experience varied results. During checkout, Angel discussed the various payment options and subscription services that they have. Currently, you can simply pay for the one time visit which is around $20-$30 for the initial assessment and $15 for follow up adjustments. You can also sign up for the subscription which is $49.95 per month for 4 visits per month (about $12.50 per visit) at no additional cost. Any visits during a month period that exceed your 4 visits that month are only billed at $12 per visit. If you refer others to this location, you can also potentially earn a free visit as well but that may be a limited time offer. The subscriptions come with a minimum of 6 months after which you can cancel at any time. You also cannot roll over visits to the next month. It is a use them or lose them kind of deal per month. If you have multiple family members who are being adjusted, you can sign up for the family plan instead. The first member pays the $49.95 per month and each additional member is $10 off the monthly price consecutively (second member is $39.95/month, third is $29.95/month, etc) until you reach $19.95 per month. There is no charge to switch from the individual plan to family plan but it still comes with the 6 month minimum. Overall, I have enjoyed each and every experience I have had here without fail so far. I have visited this location 6 times now and will continue to go.

I have seen 4 chiropractors in my life time. Doctor Fritz is by far my favorite. One of the past ones had ripped tables and very dated equipment. This place is new, well appointed and very clean. Dr. Fritz is very friendly and eager to do whatever will help me. I never feel rushed in any way. He was better at all the basic moves than anyone I had worked with before and has a new one he threw in that may be helpng me with a long time problem. I think he does a terrific job. The process of using the Joint, showing my scan tag now as I arrive, is so easy. No appt. needed. And I have not waited yet though sometimes I see a patient or two next, is terrific. And Saturday hours till 5? Wow! I work some on Saturdays and often show up at 4:30PM on Saturday. I highly recommend them!!

The chiropractors I give them a 10, front desk didn't inform me that the contract they offered for 6months will automatically renew, so they kept charging me 50$ since April to Dec, I went and ask why, that's how I find out you have to cancel, I guess if I didn't went to check they would drain my account, front desk said they will call me back, and see if they can refund, I said OK, and told them if you guys can't refund, at least give me the service I already paid for. That was a week ago today its Dec 17th, I guess a phone call it's really hard to do
