I was helping and staying with a friend while she was in the hospital for 6 days. Sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch hurt my neck and back. I also get bad migraines. I went to this location that was less than 15 minutes from Methodist or parking garage 7. The Dr was amazing. He got my migraine to release and my thoracic area to crank so I could breath. I can't remember the name of the Dr, SORRY. It was a crazy week. I would highly recommend The Joint. We have used them off and on when living here in Texas and in Virginia. Being able to go to any location is so convenient! All of the locations we have tried up in the Spring & Conroe are are awesome too. Their membership price is so much better than using insurance. You pay less per visit with their monthly membership then you would using your medical insurance. Then the fact you can go to anyone is awesome and convenient! I HIGHLY recommend The Joint!!

I struggle with sciatica and sometimes my ankle joints. Dr. Trevor and Dr. Travis are the gems here. They both have a different style but equally amazing. Their energy and adjustments are the reason I keep coming back. I moved further away and there another joint 3 min away but I will come see them. Beware of unethical fraudulent behavior at this location. Husband went in for a 1 time service. We later find we’re being billed a reoccurring $79 fee - We did not ask for any such service. We’re now battling with them and the bank for a refund. We should’ve caught it sooner absolutely, but we should also be able to trust that merchants won’t fraudulently sign you up for unwanted services for which you did not consent to to line their pockets. Avoid avoid avoid to spare yourself the headache we’re now experiencing.

My in-law, my wife and my aunt are all customers of this great shop. I joined today due to lower back pain caused by heavy lifting. We all use Dr. Terry and he’s really awesome with great skills. It may feel a little uncomfortable but it really feels great after the treatment. Highly recommend it to whoever has body or muscle pains. You may recover by yourself eventually but the process really suffers. Compared to the low treatment cost, I think it deserves a way faster recovering process under their professional treatment.

Impressive experience overall. Their customer service is top-notch, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their smart use of AI. I had to reschedule four times on the same day, and not once did I run into an issue. Once I arrived, I filled out the forms online and was seen right away. The young lady at the front desk was amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She made the whole process feel effortless from the moment I walked in. I came in with severe back pain after filming for five hours straight using a gimbal and vest—standing and walking nonstop—plus six days of interstate driving with very little rest. The doctor (unfortunately I forgot his name) was incredibly helpful and competent. It was my first chiropractic visit, and he made me feel completely at ease. He explained every step before performing it and helped me understand the root of the discomfort. There were even issues I didn’t realize I had until he assessed me. I walked out feeling noticeably better and relieved. Highly recommend!

I’m honestly heartbroken and deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this location. I arrived at 6:40 PM plenty of time before closing at 7 PM only to be told they weren’t taking any more patients. I rushed straight from work, just like I do every time, because I work 9 AM to 6 PM. This window is the only time I can realistically make it in. I’ve never encountered this issue at any other Joint Chiropractic location. It felt cold and dismissive to be turned away like that, especially when I walked in visibly tired and clearly making an effort to prioritize my health. I’m paying for a membership that suddenly feels pointless if I can’t even be seen during the posted hours. I signed up for The Joint because of the accessibility and the promise of flexible, convenient care. But today’s experience left me feeling more like a number than a valued member. It was discouraging, and honestly, it hurt. I left questioning whether I made the right decision trusting this location with my wellness. Please do better. People come here after long days, often in pain, hoping for just a few minutes of relief. Don’t take that lightly.

I used to think very highly of this location until my experience today. Sat there for close to 40 minutes with people going ahead of me one after the next. I didn't make a scene because I was under the impression that the folks going ahead of me had eithrr called ahead or scheduled their times in advance it being Sunday. I was also in pain since I had trouble sleeping the night before so I decided to sit there until I couldn't take it any more.Turns out the young lady thought she had sent me back already even though I asked her how long and she told me 10 minutes. My fault for being too patient and not problematic when these types of things happen. Lesson learned I will stick to my home location and will never return to this location even if in the area. Now I have to spend another night in pain because of poor customer service.

I really hate to give such a low rating but I am highly disappointed that I had to discontinue my membership today. I have truly enjoyed my treatments with Dr. Trevor and will truly miss his services as well as his personality. He is very personable and truly gets to know his patients as individuals. But I arrived yesterday and unfortunately the doctors I usually favor were not there. This is not uncommon but it can be irritating at times. I returned today arrived approximately 20 mins prior to closing and the front desk told me there were already 4 ahead and I communicated that was fine I would just wait. I was then told okay but it would be more than likely that I would not be seen by that doctor, Dr. Terry (the owner I believe). Honestly it appeared that she was more determined to turn a customer away the ensure that I was seen. Considering that another individual literally walked in prior to me and they were not given the same speech I communicated that I had come twice in a row so yes I am rather frustrated. I was then told that I should try to come two hours or so prior to closing. I wonder if the other individuals that were waiting in the lobby were also given the same advice? I highly doubt it. Also I have come prior to closing before and still been seen. I left but walked back in and requested to cancel my plan and was provided the form and completed it. I was then called by the same young lady and told that I would need to make contact with the location I began my services with myself or go by that specific location to cancel my plan, the heights location. This should have been made known and communicated effectively before I wasted time completing the form at that specific location. Needless to say I am highly irritated and disappointed. I hate that an iteration with an individual that does not even provide services has caused me to no longer desire to support such an awesome business. If Dr. Trevor or Dr. Terry knew I was at the front they definitely wouldn’t have turned me away but honestly I didn’t feel like causing an unnecessary seen. It’s imperative that businesses insure that their front desk associates have the same passion for their customers and their businesses that they do. I woke up the other morning with a little discomfort, so I decided to go in today and treat myself to an early birthday present. The front desk personnel was awesome! The Dr. on the other hand was horrible. It was a tall lady. I should’ve been apprehensive when I saw the male Dr. in scrubs and my lady Dr. had on street clothes… Nonetheless, I agreed to the service. It lasted all about 10-12 minutes. Simply popped my neck and back then said she was done.. The other male Dr. was working his patient over. Had a 10 minute start on his patient before I even went to the back. Was still working on his patient doing an awesome job!! He was still going as I was being told to gather my stuff… So I asked her why were we done. With little to no explanation she’s walking me back to the front desk to pay. I stated, “That Dr. is still working. His patient was on the table before me. Why am I being cut short of service?” Her response was, “He’s him and I’m me.” If she wasn’t in a good mood today. Tired or lazy. She shouldn’t have been at work. If I had refused to pay they’d call the cops. So that’s what prompted me to write this review! I feel cheated out of my time and money.

VERY DECEPTIVE AND HORRIBLE Customer Service. Be careful when signing up, it ends up being a recurring charge. Not everyone is clear and upfront. Even if you look at their website or FB ads, it does not show that there' an ongoing fee. They also don't send out reminders or billing statements. They just charge away at their convenience. What kind of company does this if they want to be upfront with their customers? And even if customers weren't clear about what they signed up for, why not call or text and say "Hey you haven't been here, and we've been charging you for months...". They refuse to credit any charges. I am laid off and still stuck paying for a service I was not able to use, mainly due to out of country travel. Horrible experience. Crystal basically made sure to tell me that they are a huge corporation and that they won't credit and they won't do anything about it, and that I can't do anything about it. She told me that i can complain to corporate and they won't credit, but was ready to give me the info. This tactic is HORRIBLE. I am sick to my stomach. It looks like I should have read reviews because there's others with similar complaints. I looked online at their special and it says it includes reminders... where are they? Also, it's not straightforward, you can click on the terms of service and privacy policy and scroll on and on before you get tired of reading the crap. Does it ever say that it's a subscription? Or do you have to give all your personal info and show up for them to tell you?? And even then, they're not direct about it. DECEPTIVE!

Dr. Fazel is literally the best! Wow thank you so much for helping me! Dr. Trevor was there today and i could hear him listening to his patients and being attentive to their needs. The front desk is also a HERO, a mom who was needing the service but worried about her child who was crying, the front desk girl (I’m so sorry i don’t know your name) helped by just picking up the baby! Dr. Terry is my favorite! I started seeing him about 7 months pregnant to find some relief & he has been very helpful & attentive to my needs. He also adjusts my infant child now & does great with her as well! Was a bit disappointed that the hours say 10-5 with no break time listed like it does during the week. I showed up to find out they closed for lunch for an hour. I had to sit and wait for 45 mins. Dr Fatima was AMAZING though! I have rheumatoid arthritis and it sounds like Dr Solomon didn’t feel up to treating me and had me wait for Dr Fatima. I’m glad I did wait but training should be given so each doctor feels comfortable treating someone with this type of condition especially as it directly affects the joints and spine.

My husband and I have seen nearly a dozen chiropractors across at least 4 The Joint locations and most of them are completely useless. The doctors here are exceptions, especially Dr. Terry and Dr. Fazel who healed my tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, numb fingers, and provide immediate albeit temporary relief for my neck and back. Maintenance is key for people like me with horrible posture! If you’ve been to other The Joint locations and left unimpressed, give this location a try. All the doctors there are hand-picked by Dr. Terry and worth the wait!

I was in town for a week-long trip and was working on a 3 day headache by the time I visited this location. Saw Dr. Trevor. He was a great listener and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood how my body responds to different adjustments, very attentive, and took his time making sure I left with relief from my headache. The doctors are very tuned into my ailments and are great at working out the kinks and soreness associated with back issues. They are very good at checking and finding the "hot spots" that need attention. I go in every 2-3 weeks and always walk out a little looser and feeling better after just 10 minutes of treatment. You'd think they know what first come first served means. Walk in, no one else waiting. Sit for several minutes, someone else walks in. Asks if a certain doctor is available and is sent on back to see them a few minutes later when they finish with their patient and I'm still sitting there waiting. Excuse me? That's not how The Joint works. I requested the first doctor available and when I asked about it the desk employee shrugged saying she was really confused on how everything worked. Not returning to this location. Edit* lowering the rating to one star for the deaf response. (We hope you got your adjustment) No I didn't get any adjustment I left.

Wasn’t able to actually see the chiro; I had to leave. But was able to fill out the paperwork so I should be able to go to any Joint Chiro now and I should be good. Now the facility seems very calm and chill, may make one feel anxious at first but it seems that once you go in they have an open concept type of situation going on, at least here; I know because I used their restroom. Restroom’s clean too. Thank you again to the kind lady for the assistance over the phone. [You don’t need insurance; $30-35 dollars should be enough but call if you have any questions.]

I was scheduled for a 10 am appt on a Sunday. I arrived and there was a line of patients. I was told both doctors were running forty-five minutes late and I will probably have to wait two hours to be seen. What a joke type of operation. No thanks. This was a huge waste of my time.

I absolutely love all three doctors at the Holcombe location. I've been to two other locations and have been dissatisfied. I have partial herniations and degenerative disc issues in my neck and back and haven't found the same level of treatment elseware. I'm a patient in Louisiana, but I sometimes stop in when visiting Houston as travelling routinely flares my Trigeminal & Occipital Neuralgias. I happened to see Dr. Mitra Fezel at this particular appointment. I began the session explaining my complex history, mentioning my winged scapulae, corresponding rib pain, my neuralgias, and how atlas adjustments are sometimes helpful with headaches though it's difficult to move that area. SHE WAS PHENOMENAL! She took her time, addressing my concerns and targeting each problem area. While most chiropractors new to me are fearful to adjust my atlas because it can be tricky, she [as with my "regular" doctors] immediately recognized the need for an adjustment in extension. I can't tell you how many wasted visits with other Joint doctors who were either too fearful to attempt an adjustment, or tried and threw their hands in the air when it didn't immediately move. But, she helped to ease my flare so that I was able to make the trek home, while making me feel heard and valued as a patient. I can't sing her praises enough! In fact, I was so impressed and appreciative in how much time she spent on me, that I volunteered to have her count my session as two. Obviously she didn't, but I was that pleased with the session! I highly recommend Dr. Fezel and have sought her out since. (Unfortunately, she wasn't in those days.)

I have gone to this location since it opened. However, I did not sign-up for packages until I encountered Dr. Terry. The front desk has always been responsive and professional. Since Dr. Terry arrived, the other doctors have become familiar and consistent. Dr. Terry is very attentive and concerned with my chief complaints or the reason for the visit. Big Fraud! Company did a big fraud to my credit card. I had signed a monthly contract that should be cancelled either by email or in person signed form. So, when I decided to cancel the contract I sent them email to do it. Then, after a day, they called me to verify the cancellation. I asked more than twice if this is ok or if I should proceed to any other procedure for the cancellation. The employee ensured me that the cancellation has been completed and I am ok. After a couple of months, checking my account details I noticed that they kept charging me with the monthly cost. I called to explain that probably a missunderstanding has been happened and I asked for my money. Then, they tried to tell my that I cannot refund my money back even though it’s their responsibility about the mistake and this is the Company’s policies. I had to contact three times with them and eventually with the manager to let them know that the use of my debit card details without my permission is unacceptable. What’s more, I thoroughly described that it’s their fault because I had sent them an email and they called me back. So, it is unethical to tell me that I should had sent email or signed for for the cancellation and not through phone call, while I made the procedure via email and they are who called me to verify the cancellation . I definitely don’t recommend the company any more and I wish no one else be in my position because this way of fraud can have happened to a lot of people!!!

I drive 30 min out of my way to see Dr. Terry because he's worth it! After a year, my TMJ pain is virtually non existent and my neck tension has drastically improved as well. My husband and i went and filled up the form, watched the video and after almost an hour the nice lady in front desk ushered us in coz the doctor named AJ is ready then when were seated by the massage table the doctor just ask us to go out signaling his hand as if we were dogs being “ shhooed “ and never explain why we need to get out but just keep repeating “ OUTSIDE!” We were shocked and as we went out he called another patient ( which just came ) to get in and he attended to her .. we were not even given explanation as to what happen and when i ask the lady at the front desk that we will just cancel she kept apologizing.. it is so unacceptable in our part and that doctor was so disrespectful... after few hours front desk lady called and apologize and ask if we can give them another chance to correct the “ miscommunication” and im glad i did gave a second try.. Dr. Terry is amazing and so informative.. the service he gave me and my husband has made me feel better not only physically but also made me feel less aggravated.. he definitely made me feel comfortable..

I went to the Joint while I was in town assisting my mom who was receiving treatment at MD Anderson. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't turn my head, so I broke down and tried the Joint since I wasn't going to be home for awhile. I was really glad I did! Dr. Terry and his staff were awesome. Even though this is a quick service-type chiropractic clinic, Dr. Terry even asked about my mom and remembered her name when I went back for subsequent visits. In the world of medicine today I find it impressive if a doctor remembers who I am. My neck is almost 100% now. All of the chiropractors I saw were good, but I found Dr. Terry's methods were a lot less painful and worked better on my stress-tensioned neck and back. Will go back when I am in town again. Overall Good experiences. One doctor takes quite a bit longer to adjust because of the side conversations with clients which can lead to long waits to get adjusted- this sucks when you're in pain.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Dr. Terry. He is the best! I have definitely noticed a difference “before” and “after” going to The Joint Chiropractic West U. The first time I went there my shoulders, back, legs, calves and other parts of my body hurt a lot. It wouldn´t be an exaggeration to say that I was in pain from head to toe. My health has improved adjustment by adjustment. Many aspects of my life have changed dramatically. Now I feel so much better. I don’t take any kind of painkillers and my muscles aren´t tense anymore. One of the most important improvements is that my workout changed from 5k steps every other day to 15K steps per day. Where Dr Terry goes, I go! Both Dr. Terry and Kinsey are great at this location. Efficient, but take the time to listen to what is really bothering you. They also actually adjust you, not just thump you on the neck and back with that hand held, spring loaded stylus. I was having terrible neck pain and pressure from studying hours on end. I was also starting to have migraines due to the neck pain and pressure. After about a week or two of adjustments, the pressure slowly went away, and now I am just in maintenance mode. I have been going to chiropractors my whole life, and I would definitely recommend this location! Not all locations will have great knowledgeable chiropractors working there, but this one does.

I swear Dr. Terry has magic hands!!! I thank Heavenly Father that I happened upon him 3 years ago by walking into The Joint at Bunker Hill. I've followed him as he moved locations over the years. Now I have to commute 45 + minutes from Deer Park, TX to see him 1 - 2 times a week, because I'm 7 months pregnant and in constant pain. I'm very petite (5 feet on a good day). I have severe anxiety from PTSD with severe panic attacks that leave my muscles super tight. Dr. Terry is the only Chiropractor in 20 + years that has the strength and technique to address all of my pain issues. I can not recommend him strongly enough. If you suffer from chronic pain; if you have constant head aches; if you are pregnant and in pain -- do yourself a favor and come see him! You will not regret it! I literally walked into his office 3 years ago with a full blown migraine. My migraines were frequent. (3 a month) My arms had started to go numb. I literally had an appointment scheduled with a neurologist and a sports medicine doctor had me scheduled for a CT scan the next week. When I (on a whim) thought to walk into the joint and try the wholistic approach before starting migraine medication and possible surgery. Dr. Terry adjusted my neck, etc. I stood up, and boom! My migraine was gone! But that's not all. I literally could hear and smell better. I swear! No joke! I explained this to doc (half expecting him to look at me like I was crazy). But he just explained the science behind how my c spine vertebra had been pinching my nerves and limiting blood supply, causing my symptoms. Moreover, had I let it continue untreated the next symptom would have been blurry vision and possible black out vision in more severe cases! "Holy Cow!", were my exact words! Lol! I make sure to thank Heavenly Father often for the healing blessing that Dr. Terry is in my life. I will not settle for any other chiropractor! Now, before I talk surgery with any medical doctor; I come here first. Just to make sure there is nothing that can be done with a natural, wholistic approach to heal the issue. And especially before trying synthetic medications. One times synthetic medications and surgery was necessary for calcification deposits along my hip. The rest of the times I just needed a good massage and adjustment. Before Dr. Terry I had to take narcotic pain medicine and Advil daily to manage my chronic pain; with medical doctors wanting to add more drugs to my daily self care regiment! Now I am free of all that synthetic medication! I feel fantastic and my quality of life is exponentially more joyful! Three is nothing more miserable than constant pain. Thank you Jesus for Dr. Terry!!! Dr. Terry owns this practice now. I'm glad for it. Now I know he will not move to another clinic. For a while there I was afraid he'd move some where else and I wouldn't be able to find him. No worries now. Just GRATITUDE! Thank you doc, for all that you do, for caring so much for your patients; and for getting your own place so I don't have to worry about losing you! Lol!
