I was iffy about coming here but I love it. Dr Katitlyn & Aliyah were very helpful super nice. Better than the valley ranch location. I end up getting the align two plan. You can cancel at anytime. Once you come in they will explain everything. If you’ve been watching those TikTok reels that’s what you’ll get here. I feel so much better. I’m a school bus driver so I’m always sitting down. I went in at 6:00 PM for an adjustment, giving this office one more chance after a previous negative experience with the previous doctor was not able to adjust me correctly. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed. Instead of being greeted in a friendly or welcoming manner, I was abruptly told, “Our system is down right now, there are three people ahead of you, and one is a new patient.” The tone was so rude and dismissive that I asked, “Are you telling me not to be seen today? Because it doesn’t sound like you want me here.” Her response was, “That’s up to you.” I told her that her demeanor was not welcoming and asked for her name. She responded, “Yeah, sure. I’m **Dr. Katlyn**, ” in an extremely matter-of-fact and dismissive tone. I was honestly shocked that she was the doctor. I told her, “No ma’am, I definitely will not be coming back.” Her response was simply, “OK.” I understand that technology issues happen and that there may be a wait, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that to a patient. I should never walk into a healthcare office and feel as though my presence is an inconvenience. I was willing to give this office another chance, but after my interaction with **Dr. Katlyn**, I will not be returning. The way patients are treated matters just as much as the care they receive, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed, respected, or valued as a patient. The front desk girl could not even get a word in because the doctor immediately took over as soon as I walked in. Hi, hello, how are you goes a long way!!! If that is her attitude as a doctor I would never trust her to touch me! The front desk girl looked like she was scared of the doctor and if she talked to me like that as a patient, I can imagine how she must treat that poor girl also. No patient ethics whatsoever.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an AMAZING experience at The Joint Chiropractic today, August 31st! I believe my chiropractor’s name was Vida (I forgot her name), and if so, she absolutely deserves recognition. I walked in barely able to move my neck because I was in so much pain. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, you could genuinely tell that she cared about what I was experiencing. She took the time to listen, understand where I was hurting, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. After just ONE session, I can honestly say about 90% of my pain is GONE! ?? I was amazed at the difference I felt walking out compared to how I felt walking in. This was such a positive experience, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. I’ll also be referring everyone I know who needs chiropractic care. I have issues with my neck and upper back due to an old injury that requires weekly visits. I’m always nicely greeted and get back for my adjustments quickly. I would definitely recommend this location. Front was clean, receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable , the back was also very clean and the doctor was absolutely wonderful, I believe she was Dr. Shirley. Will definitely return and make this my home for chiropractic care. Update 5/1/26. I've had 5 visits with Dr. Omid and my issue is almost completely relieved. He is a wonderful doctor and the staff is excellent and so friendly. Breanna works the front desk and is so friendly and welcoming, checking in is effortless. Highly recommend this location and the Joint Chiropractic!!!!

With a snap crackle and pop I always feel better after my visit. I've had back problems since 2013 when i was in a car accident that severely herniated several discs, and as many people in the same situation will know the pain is ever present and you just learn to love with it. Occasionally though the dull pain flares up and it gets tough to sit out sleep comfortably, enter in The Joint. Ever since i started going to see them every week or two the ever present dull pain is less present and there are far fewer times when it flares up to more severe levels. Dr Omid and Kylah are great to work with.

She asked many questions and, with great patience, explained how the adjustment would help me, what results I could expect, and what I needed to do at home after the adjustment. I went in because of a sharp pain in my L3 vertebra, and I was experiencing excruciating sciatic nerve pain. I arrived walking with difficulty and left walking much more normally. It's normal to be a little swollen afterward because that's how I arrived, but I felt relief after the adjustment. Kaila (who works at the front desk) was very kind and helpful. She explained everything to us very patiently. We appreciated that the doctor took the time to review the medical history form we had to fill out. Dr. Omid was very professional and answered all my questions. The neck adjustment was 9/10 because he took the time to work the knots out in my muscles first. Very good doctor. Once I found out dr ware had moved locations I decided to cancel my membership. I did give the other drs a chance and one of them pressed down on my shoulders and it felt like she hit a nerve, I was in pain and discomfort for a couple of days.

Be careful about this place! Try to scam you with the 29 dollars visit but when you come,, charged to your credit card 79 dollars, came back asked and got the answer will refund the money in 2 days but no refund happen . Came back again 1 week later to ask and the receptionist said the manager didn’t do it let me contact him and tell me go home. I said I am waiting here and not trusting your manager and 30 minutes later she said the manager said no refund because I have come in 2 times. More than that 79 for each person. I do not want to come here for 2times, just come for my refund. Be careful this place, advertising everywhere for 29 dollars but ….don’t be like and my wife. If they not refund , I will contact my credit cards and talk about this. Making sure you have video on like me when they talk about the money..,.

*Beware* To all who cancel their memberships. I followed every rule they have in their contract down to the letter. I went into the office and filled out all required paperwork pertaining to cancelling my membership only to find out 3 months later that they are still withdrawing my money. When I called to resolve this issue, my paperwork miraculously disappeared and I was told that I need to fill it out all over again. They stated they will NOT be reimbursing my money. This office WILL throw away your cancellation paperwork apparently so BE WARNED!!!

My older brother and I decided to try out The Joint and I must say, at first I was always skeptical of chiropractors, but Dr.Laura did an excellent job on adjusting my lower back. 1st visit, great. Bought a plan with them. Averaged out to $35-$40 an adjustment. Usually takes 5 mins and I'm good to go. A few months ago, I walked in, and the counter girl was busy watching TikTok on her phone and never noticed me. Didn't see me walk in, I said, "Hi!" twice, and she didn't even look up. I walked out. A month later, I ask how long the wait is. I get quoted 2 hours, and I see 3 others in the room waiting... 2 hours for 3 people in front of me? I leave. Today, I checked in. After sitting down, I got asked to fill out all new paperwork like I'm a new patient. I filled out the front page and did not know there were additional pages. The receptionist was condescending when I asked to simply have my credit put back on my account because I did not want to fill out the rest of the paperwork. I did not cause any scene, simply asking that my credit be returned. The receptionist became confrontational, wanting to get the last word in, and told me that I'll have to fill it out wherever I go, as I am trying to peacefully walk out the door. I have visited other joint locations and never had any issues. One location I had not been to in years took me back right away, remembered me from their notes, and gave me my usual maintenance adjustment. Done giving this location any more chances.

The treatment was terrible. I arrived and they told me that they were behind with the appointments and that if they attended to me they would finish around eight o'clock. After about two minutes a person arrived and they attended to him. I pay, they don't give me the service for free so they can do that. I don't plan on returning to this location.
