Dr. Ramesh Sanghani became a part of The Joint Chiropractic network in 2017 when he joined the local team at the Las Colinas clinic in Irving. Dr. Sanghani is a 1994 graduate of Old Dominion, where he received his bachelor of science degree in biology, and Parker College, where he received his doctorate.

“The thing I appreciate most about being in the chiropractic field is healing patients with a human touch,” Dr. Sanghani says. “It is wonderful to make a difference in the lives of others when medicine fails.”

Dr. Sanghani enjoys spending time with wife Kanan and their two children, and watching Bollywood movies.

A product of a family with other doctors, he says he was driven to contribute in his own way. “Having too many medical doctors in the family, I wanted to do something unique -- chiropractic,” Dr. Sanghani says.

Dr. Sanghani says the “appealing work environment” is the thing he enjoys most about working at the Las Colinas clinic.

In Case You Didn’t Know …

Dr. Sanghani says the one thing he must have in his fridge is actually on a magnet on the fridge door. “I have a to-do list,” he says. “If I don’t, things will not get done.”

The thing in his life that Dr. Sanghani is most proud of is the decision he made when he was a young man. “I believe the coolest thing I have ever done is to become the first chiropractor in my family, where there are many medical doctors,” he says. “I get to be unique and show off.”

Dr. Grant Giunta, D.C., is an enthusiastic chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic who focuses on building authentic connections with every person who walks through the door. Dr. Giunta brings a fresh perspective to the community, specializing in the Diversified technique to help support the body's natural ability to move and function.

His path to chiropractic care began at the University of North Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2018. While he originally started on a traditional medical track, his experience during the 2020 pandemic shifted his perspective. He discovered that his personal philosophy on health and wellness was a much better match for the proactive, natural approach of chiropractic care, which he likens to keeping a finely tuned instrument in perfect working order. This defining moment led him to Parker University, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2025.

Dr. Giunta finds the greatest fulfillment in the community aspect of his work. He loves that his profession allows him to connect with patients through both conversation and adjustment, helping them return to the activities they enjoy most. He often notes that having a close circle of fellow chiropractors keeps him motivated and ensures he stays adjusted himself so he can provide the best care possible for those he serves.

A native of Keller, Texas, Dr. Giunta now calls Dallas home. In his spare time, he stays active with weightlifting and enjoys the fresh air while spending time outdoors.
