Meet The Doctors

Dr. Ramesh Sanghani, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Las Colinas

Dr. Ramesh Sanghani became a part of The Joint Chiropractic network in 2017 when he joined the local team at the Las Colinas clinic in Irving. Dr. Sanghani is a 1994 graduate of Old Dominion, where he received his bachelor of science degree in biology, and Parker College, where he received his doctorate.

“The thing I appreciate most about being in the chiropractic field is healing patients with a human touch,” Dr. Sanghani says. “It is wonderful to make a difference in the lives of others when medicine fails.”

Dr. Sanghani enjoys spending time with wife Kanan and their two children, and watching Bollywood movies.

A product of a family with other doctors, he says he was driven to contribute in his own way. “Having too many medical doctors in the family, I wanted to do something unique -- chiropractic,” Dr. Sanghani says.

Dr. Sanghani says the “appealing work environment” is the thing he enjoys most about working at the Las Colinas clinic.

In Case You Didn’t Know …

Dr. Sanghani says the one thing he must have in his fridge is actually on a magnet on the fridge door. “I have a to-do list,” he says. “If I don’t, things will not get done.”

The thing in his life that Dr. Sanghani is most proud of is the decision he made when he was a young man. “I believe the coolest thing I have ever done is to become the first chiropractor in my family, where there are many medical doctors,” he says. “I get to be unique and show off.”

Dr. Amanda Glass, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Las Colinas

Dr. Glass is a Dallas, TX native , who was raised in Rockwall, TX. She is a 2005 graduate of Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, TX where she obtained an Associates of Science degree, a 2008 graduate of Baylor University in Waco, TX where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology, and in 2016 she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX. Since graduating and returning home to Dallas, Dr. Glass has worked in Mesquite, TX & Frisco TX, where she proudly served the citizens of Dallas and Collin Counties. Dr. Glass believes that the best thing about Chiropractic is being able to work in a broad range of areas- pediatrics to geriatric patients and women's health to sports cases, as well as being able to work with a variety of people. The second best thing about Chiropractic is being able to educate patients about Chiropractic care, in addition to healthcare in general. Dr. Glass is passionate about Chiropractic, her patients, and their overall healthcare, and she knew she had found her calling when she was working with an 85 year old geriatric patient who had a wide gait and balance issues. Through the course of his treatment Dr. Glass as able to significantly decrease the width of his gait and improve his balance, which allowed the man to stop wobbling as he walked, as well as become able to walk the hills in Austin, TX with his son.

Although Dr. Glass works hard for her patients she also has fun! When asked what is the one thing in her fridge that you must have she answered "WATER! It keeps me hydrated, allows me to think clearly, and makes my skin pretty!" Being the amazing planner that she is when asked if you could have the perfect dinner party with only 4 guest, who would it be and why? "I would invite Former President and First Lady Barack & Michelle Obama (No explanation necessary), Michael Jackson because he was a musical genius and gave so much to the world, and Dorothy Dandridge. She was the first African-American female nominated for a Leading Actress Oscar in 1954 for her role in Carmen. I would theme my party Game Changer because all of my guest revolutionized America in their respective arenas. Despite the fact that each guest endure various social challenges, each did so with class, grace, and elegance."

Finally, Dr. Glass states that the coolest thing she has done was to travel to Australia by herself! "It was cool because I got to feed and take pictures with kangaroos, fly across the Pacific Ocean, & swim in the ANTARTIC OCEAN!"

In her spare time Dr. Glass enjoys traveling, attending concerts, planning events, listening to great music & spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Jeff Wagnon, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Las Colinas

Dr. Wagnon graduated from Parker Chiropractic University in 2002. Since then, he has helped numerous patients reach their highest level of health and wellness through natural, chiropractic care. Jeff practices with a very fundamental philosophy, “I believe in the miracle of the body and know that pain is not just a symptom, but is also a very important message. Therefore, I am trained to adhere to the following principle: Find the Cause.” He believes that every illness has an underlying cause that is often buried in aspects of lifestyle, diet or habits of the individual. Eliminating the root cause can restore health and longevity.

Jeff worked for several years with medical doctors and gained a large amount of knowledge and experience treating extremely complex spinal conditions. He has helped many patients with failed back syndrome (failed surgery), post lumbar/cervical fusion, lumbar discectomy, facet injections, epidurals, rhizotomy, fibromyalgia, headaches, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. His goal is to return his patients to an active, pain-free life.

More recently, Dr. Wagnon has gained a passion for working with soft tissue problems and became certified in Active Release Technique (ART). ART is the gold standard for treating damage to muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Soft tissue damage is usually caused by a traumatic injury, overuse injury, and or poor posture.

Jeff is a native Texan, graduating from Midlothian High School and obtaining his BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Texas Tech.

Dr. Courtney Kante, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Las Colinas

Dr. Kante was born and raised in Kansas. When she was about 12 years old she began experiencing severe jaw pain and "locking".  The problem was interfering with her ability to participate in sports and created nutritional issues as well.  After seeing several specialists in the area, the only solution she was given was to have her jaw broken and wired shut in hopes that this would solve the problem.  This was a terrifying solution for her and her parents.  With no guarantee of success through the surgery, her parents were seeking other treatment options.  Dr. Kante's parents had utilized chiropractic care for years, but never thought to consult their chiropractor about her jaw.  Like many individuals, they had no idea that chiropractic could expand beyond the spine.  During her mother's visit, the chiropractor offered to evaluate her jaw.  After only one chiropractic treatment her jaw never locked again, she was able to return to sports with no restrictions and at the age of 12 Dr. Kante decided she would become a chiropractor.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College- KC.

In 2017, Dr. Kante moved to the North Dallas area with her husband.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being involved in the community.  Being very active herself and having a background in personal training, Dr. Kante understands the importance that regular chiropractic care plays in performance and wellness. Knowing the benefit of lifelong chiropractic care, Dr. Kante provides care for the entire family and is Webster Technique Certified to better serve the pregnant population.  Some of her other techniques include Diversified, Thompson and Activator.
