If you’re not looking for long-term pain resolution where you can easily cancel the subscription (and buyers beware it is a subscription regardless of what is communicated) if your physical ailment is not resolved, this place is not for you. It’s a fee scam more so than an actual chiropractic care office. I take ownership of simply not saying no and walking out when it required I sign up for a plan. I had no issues with the doctors and realize this is their livelihood but the patient fee structure is borderline fraudulent. Buyers beware.

Here’s a concise Google-style version: I came in for sciatica pain that was shooting from my hip down my thigh to my knee. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and I was pretty nervous, but the chiropractor made me feel completely at ease. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, was down-to-earth, and even had a playful personality that made the visit comfortable. He did a great job! I can’t remember his name at the moment—I need to check the paper they gave me—but he was the only gentleman chiropractor there, so I’m sure it’s easy to know who I’m talking about. The only downside has nothing to do with the clinic. I live in Fort Worth, so I may end up going to a location closer to home. But since I work in the Las Colinas/Irving area, I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area and I’ll be back for my scheduled day.

The people are nice and all that, but they're not really helping me all that much. I'm in as much pain as I was the first time I went, which is not surprising when the appointment is less than five minutes. It's hard to be effective when they're just doing the absolute minimum. The fact that they expect me to pay for another month of service that isn't doing me any good is a bit shady as well. All in all, I would've been better going to my PCP and getting evaluated by them.

The staff is friendly and professional. Even my first time appointment took about 1hr to complete. I filled in their new patient form, met with the chiropractor and we talked in details about my pain and she explained everything she was going to do and expectations in details. After the appointment I left feeling so much better, definitely recommend to give them a try.

I have been going to Dr. Ramesh for a few years now and I can honestly say he has saved my life. I have walked in to this place struggling to breath because of my severe back pain and Dr. Ramesh knew exactly what to do. I now feel great pain is gone. I began to take my almost 80year old father to Dr. Ramesh it’s now been approx 4 treatments and my dad feels great now too. First time reviewer, long time customer.. I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years which is a big deal because it’s completely out of the way! I’ve built a great relationship with Dr Sanghani but I’ve switched days to when he’s off. Thankfully the little Hulk of the office aka Dr Campos has been taking care of me for the last couple of months. She’s small but mighty and that’s what I need. I’m 6 foot 270 (mostly muscle) and this little ox throws me around like a rag doll! I do some heavy lifting so injuries are inevitable but I always walk out of the office feeling like a new man! Highly recommend!

From the minute I walked in til the time I left, it was a great experience. The front desk receptionist was extremely kind. The doctor explained everything to me in depth before starting. After treatment my back felt GREAT! I have struggled with back pains for years. At the end of the visit the receptionist explained how to setup my next appointments. Overall just a great experience. Be cautious before signing up! Once you join, canceling is nearly impossible. I’ve called numerous times, but no one ever answers or returns my calls. Since I moved to a different state, I can’t cancel in person, and the location in my new state refuses to process my cancellation. I even reached out to their corporate office, but they never responded. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience—think twice before committing!

The service I received day 1 of sign up was 5 stars. I signed up for two package deal of $89 each month with 7 visits ea for two months. Set up my next appointment for 1:15pm. I explained to the team I would be doing my sessions during my lunch break and that it was important I get service timely so I can return to work with time left still to grab a bite on the go. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem as that was the hour they were less busy and it would be a quick walk in n out. That was NOT the case when I returned. They had new clients everywhere I felt invisible because no one attended to me. I feel like you’re more interested in signing up new prospects and NOT so much into building relationships with your current members. I am disappointed to say the least. I will NOT be renewing my membership once this runs out. I left without getting serviced. The front clerk told me I would get credit so it reflects that I didn’t use up a session. I am hoping that was accurate because I’d be livid if you took from my sessions because I scanned my card. I would not recommend you to anyone because of my experience. I really needed to be seen since I was hurting. Thanks for nothing!

The worst chiropractor I have seen so far. They rush through their patients every 5-8 minutes. I went there for back stiffness, the practioner failed to make a single adjustment on my back. I still had to pay $29 for 5 minutes massage.

I had been going to a different chiropractor at a different location, but she is no longer with the joint and I have been so afraid of going to someone else - this also meant my back hasn’t been adjusted for several months… I finally was in enough pain and gave in & had to go to a new doctor… I am SO glad to have found *Dr. Sanghani*!! I could barely walk when I went in & he was honestly a miracle worker! I was in shock that I could move around/walk without pain again! He even emailed me some stretches to help my back & that was so nice & helpful! Even though I was a new patient to him, he knew exactly what needed to be “fixed”! Definitely recommend him! Heard great things about this Irving location and wanted to make an appointment for an adjustment. I initially came in due to lower back pain/ hamstring pain. I was adjusted by Dr. Campos and she did a fantastic job! Dr. Campos informed me of where my pain was coming from and what adjustments needed to be made and why. Once adjusted she shared with me lifestyle changes, tips and exercises to do at home to improve pain and discomfort. She recommended coming back in a few days for a visit to get an update. I hurt my back in the gym and had a herniated disc. I came here and after the first session I could feel a massive difference. I’m back in the gym after 4 weeks of treatment. Both Dr Campos and Dr Sanghani are great! Whenever they were working on me, I felt the most improvement. Doctor Ramesh Sanghani (Clinic Director) is so good at what he does. The procedures can be a bit painful and you may wake up sore, but it is totally normal and worth it. I’ve gone to so many chiropractors within the same scope and he adjusted me so incredibly. I appreciate his knowledge and eagerness to help!

I give this place a 2 cause the front desk girls are definitely nice and the one older Dr I don’t remember his name was good. Buttttttt I had 2 different young girls adjust me. And they made my lower back WORSE.. I went in for upper back pain but when they would adjust me they would put me on my side and like push with their entire body weight to try and get my hips to adjust. It’s like it was sooo forced that now weeks later I’m dealing with the most worse lower back pain I have ever had. I’m in so much pain and I wasn’t until I started going there. I honestly wish I never walked through the door. They also don’t do X-rays how is that safe? Biggest regret of my life. Now I’m dealing with the pain that I can hardly even bend over I can’t even lift up my 3 year old.

My experience was super disappointing and really ridiculous I wont even give one star. I went to Join first time around june and thought to take up few sessions for $89 dollars which has a limited time to complete your sessions . But the receptionist never let me knew about the reoccurring charge and make me sign few papers where obviously it was stated that this is a reoccurring charge; but obviously no patient is going to read those 3-4 pages they give you to sign when you are in pain. And when I realized I was being charge for straight two months and I had stopped visiting Joint after July still they kept charging me. And on inquiring about the charge and requesting a refund I get very rude and typical response of signing the agreement they are NOT even considerate enough of me not attending a single session during those months when I was charged. Joint receptionist said they will take this matter up with the management and get back to me within 78 hrs I had no option but to wait on their call but as I was assuming there was no call back from them as they were never intending to give me any refund this place is just trying to mint money out of people . Chiropractors are also not that good and are disinterested. And finally when I give them a call just to hear that my refund request was denied by the management of course yes sure. They don’t get the point that this is someone’s hard earned money and if the patient hasn’t even taken a session as I was all well and didn’t event know I was being charged what is the big deal in refunding someone. If this company is really genuine and honest they would have refunded me but they are a fraud . So patients be aware of signing any documentation at Joint they have things on paper that they fail to mention verbally to you while you are signing the papers. I haven’t had such a ridiculous experience ever in my life. Good luck on charging people for no reason I doubt your Joint will be in business for a longer period. Bad bad customer service. Super disappointed that’s all I can say. Better choose another chiropractic center other than this.

Recently moved here from flower mound where I loved the chiropractors that would take their time to access my physical ailments for the day. This branch doesn’t do an assessment at all, rushes, and doesn’t feel personalized at all. The young chiropractors barely get a few cracks while failing at others. The only one worth visiting is Ramesh, he was wonderful but not always available with scheduling.

All the doctors and staff are very professional. Dr. S gets all the knots out. All the other doctors are great with my 9 year old and always make her feel comfortable. I have been going to this location in Las Colinas for several years. The turnover is ridiculous. There’s a new chiropractor every few months, so consistency isn’t an option. The Joint’s entire premise only offers adjustments, which is only a small portion of chiropractic care and doesn’t address whole spinal health. What brought this review down to one star was my cancellation visit. The receptionist asked if I was going to renew my yearly membership and I said no. She then asked if I was going to roll it over to a monthly membership and I said that I would prefer to cancel it. She handed me a cancellation paper to fill out, then said, “If you cancel your membership, we can’t grandfather you in to the lower rate later on.” The tone she used and waiting until I was already filling out the paperwork made me think to myself, “Great, then I won’t be coming back, then…”

The chiropractors are good and help me with making my back better and healthier. My problem is the desk. I didn’t have money on my HSA card at the time (May 2022)for me to continue services, and I was told by one person it would cease after three weeks. So seeing my schedule get busier, I decided I wasn’t going to continue and since I was told it would cease payment tries after three weeks. I thought I was in the clear. Wrong. I was charged twice in June and again in July. It wasn’t until I tried to pay for other medical bills that I noticed the charges. I tried to go in the office and explain my situation but was told nothing could be done. No real explanation why I got charged twice in a month and nothing to explain why I was told payments tries on my account would stop. I just furious at the lack of care of the situation. I didn’t want to spend any more money there till I could get my money’s worth but instead now I have to take time out my schedule to redeem the last visits. I was refunded only one charge out of the three. I’m done with the place after the visits because of the bad taste and bad information I was given.

I'm am giving this place 5 stars only because of Dr. DAVIS. DAVIS IS Phenomenal I have visited this place before and I've been a joint customer for years and in either time have I been treated as great as doctor Davis treated me. Honestly it has been very tasking before it's a task in before meeting her I was considering canceling my membership because because the service is so I'm caring quick and quick in quick out no real care. Dr. DAVIS bedside manner has won me over. She took the time to explain what she had discovered during her examination, before she started my adjustments, again she explained the benefits of the adjustments and how it would assist me in feeling better. Lastly she gave me home work and made she I understood how to perform them and why it was necessary for my care ❤ That blew me away I had been in pain for months and simply understanding my condition better helps in the recovery process. Needless to say after seeing Doctor Davis last wee I had a great pain free birthday week . Thank you Doctor Davis I will be back ?

I would have give "0" rating. I am not sure all other places but this location takes advantage of customer. First time I visited this place last month for first visit after that doctor suggested for 4 sitting for two weeks, 2/week. They charged me $79 for that. Again I see the $79 for this month, I called front desk ask them about it. They are saying you took a monthly membership (I am not sure when did I take it) doctor suggested me only for two weeks. I asked them for Refund but front desk saying their manager is not allowed to give any refunds. But front desk refused to give managers phone number they gave email only (not working). Please check before sign the papers on your first visit because they dont tell you anything about membership until you see the charge on your bank statement. I lost my $79, cheated by them. I called front desk they are not taking calls from my number. I don't suggest this place, especially the front desk is helpless in this kind of situations.

I've only had positive experiences here. The membership plan is the way to go. The staff is kind and focused on client experience. They are careful about social distancing and sanitize the benches after every customer. Adjustments are quick and the wait time is minimal. Kindry was the last chiropractor that did my adjustment, and he did a great job making sure I was comfortable and the adjustments worked.

I've been going to The Joint for months now. Great atmosphere! Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable regarding patients injuries. Clinic Director Ramesh Sanghani D.C. really listens. I go in, show and describe my pain and he tells me what it is and gets to work on it. By the time I come out, there is WAY LESS or NO PAIN at all. Where there is still minimal pain, he always advises what to do at home to rid the rest of the pain and IT WORKS! He's awesome. That's why I continue to go again and again. Working from home can be kinda stressful. Or it can cause tension. But Dr. Sanghani fixes me right up. I'd recommend him and his team to everyone.

I have been going to the Chiro since 1995...Air Force Fighter Pilot (retired) ... I have been to dozens of chiropractors over the years. Sadly, my neck and back are very difficult to adjust — and, finding a chiropractor that can help me has been a challenge. I decided to try The Joint near my home and found Dr. Jason Evans. Oh my!!! Where has he been the last 25 years of my life! Dr Evans is hands down the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. I have had the absolute best adjustments ever from him. Not only are his adjustments the best I have ever had...his demeanor and approach is outstanding. He listened to my concerns. He gave me some stretching recommendations and reviewed some xrays I brought in. (I had so much pain I was on the path to surgery). After a month of being worked on by Dr Evans — I am alive again. No surgery required ... the joint has a great monthly payment plan that makes seeing the Chiro affordable. I am so grateful. The Joint in Irving!! Ask for Dr Evans!!!

Update: More comically is the generic, unsympathetic response from the business owner which simply coincides with my findings. Pro tip; if I wasn't sincerely interested in coming back to your facility I would not have spent 15 minutes dedicated to writing out my review. I would have simply left you at a 1* with no feedback rather than affording you an opportunity to address a problem within your organization. Bear in mind, I am a new patient. So I call earlier in the week to see how they handle new patients and the lady on the phone says, clearly, 'They do not schedule appointments and that I could walk in and they'd see me first come first serve.' I asked their hours and they were open on weekends which was awesome for us 9-5'ers. I further asked if they took New Patients on weekends and she said yes. She said 'I could call ahead to see if there is a wait time or I could just walk in but there generally isn't a long wait.' I concluded by thanking her for the info and saying 'See you Saturday'. I show up as a walk in just now, and received zero acknowledgment from the girl at the front desk. Not a hello, not a how can I help, nothing. I give it my standard 10 minutes and I approached asking if there was any new hire paperwork or anything I should sign because this was my first visit. She asks me if I'm a new patient... I said yes, and she then asked if I called in advance and I said not today because y'all said you 'DONT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS.' She then proceeds to tell me she can't see me because they just accepted a new patient, and tells me that they DO schedule new patients, only one per hour, and they couldn't see me for two hours. Now had that been conveyed during the initial call that new patients should call SO THEY CAN SCHEDULE YOU then I would have instead of looking forward to this for days and having a complete lack of effective communication from the staff, a lack of empathy from the front desk girl implying it was my fault/should have known better. If you can only handle one new patient per hour, just say so? It's not considered scheduling but common customer service would dictate you should have provided that information up front. Based on the front desk girls reaction to me, this is not an isolated occurrence. Do the logical thing, and schedule new patients only then AND declare it. I've had my time wasted, an awful experience of customer service, terrible communication, and I feel bad because this doesn't represent the doctors on site as I never even spoke with them. This is directed entirely at the front desk girl and whomever answers the phone if they are different people.

And they clearly don't care about retaining customers since they still haven't gotten back regarding my refund. Would never go there again! @the owner who responded: I came into office and signed the form, and somehow the temp who was working that day seem to have misplaced it.. That is NOT my fault.. I've dropped an email regarding this and repeatedly call every few days. And everytime a new person picks up and says she'll get back but she never does.. Dr. Jeff Wagnon, D.C. is extremely racist. I came in twice in severe pain, and he refused to adjust me and said “I am not going to see you, or adjust you, but you can come back tomorrow and see another Doctor.” He seems to not like muslims. Im a paying patient, and I am in pain as a doctor he should treat me. Never again will I come back, because clearly I am not welcomed here.

I LOVE the joint Las Colinas. I started coming to this location as soon as they opened, because it’s really close to my work. Dr. Sanghani is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I always wait till he’s available because his techniques are unique , extremely effective, and he caters to what is bothering me. Most importantly, he is very strong and able to handle my difficult typing injuries with no issue. Sometimes I go twice a week. As someone who has broken her spine AND chronic migraines, I can tell you that chiropractic care can change your life and relieve chronic pain in ways that can change your life for the better.

I've been a customer at The Joint for about 6 months now and I love it ! The doctors are friendly, the wait time (if any) is short and efficient. The office is always immaculate. I initially started coming with upper back pain, and after several visits ... I rarely deal with back issues. The 2nd problem for me is headaches. I am an auditor and review documents all day. I can go into the office with a major headache, and 90% of the time I leave with no headache. I have nothing negative to say about The Joint in Las Colinas!

Dr. Kuiken and her staff of chiropractors are great. They evaluate your muscular and skeletal issues to provide the best treatment. They are always busy but slower between 4-5 pm on weekdays. Very clean office and ready for new patients.

This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and he was amazing. My arm pain previous night was becoming unbearable and woke me up several times. Chiropractor suggested that it’s a shoulder muscle spasm rather than neck spine pinching the nerve. Treatment was little rough but exactly what I saw on you tube videos. I couldn’t believe that the pain disappeared as soon as I walked out of the door. I will be beck next week for sure!

Thank You Don, I feel much better. Don spent quality time with me and addressed the issues surrounding my bones being out of adjustment. Affordable pricing plans are offered or you can pay for a single adjustment. If you just go in and even if you are in pain, relax and you will feel better when you come out. Glad that there is finally a way to get an adjustment without having to go through all of the stanadard Xrays, MRI's and the evaluations required at a conventional chiroprator.
