Dr. Scotty Parrish studied Science at Lubbock Christian University and earned a B.A in 1988. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in 1992. He has practiced chiropractic in Dallas, Floydada, and Lubbock, TX. Dr. Scotty discovered the power of chiropractic while recovering from MVA. He joined the Joint family in 2015 working with our patients at the Lubbock location. Dr. Scotty enjoys introducing chiropractic to new patients and says the best thing about the chiropractic field is knowing he is helping people by fixing one spine at a time.
When Dr. Scotty is not at the office, he is usually spending his time woodworking, gardening or sitting next to his pond and admiring his goldfish with his wife, Jackie.
The one thing Dr. Scotty must always have in his fridge is mayonnaise. The four people who would comprise his perfect dinner party are Winston Churchill for cigars, Ronald Reagan for humor, Louis Pasteur, and Ben Franklin. The coolest thing Dr. Scotty claims he has ever done is swim with the dolphins.
