One of the things I have always appreciated about The Joint Chiropractic is the convenience of being able to visit multiple locations, regardless of where I happen to be. More importantly, one thing that has remained consistent throughout my experiences has been the level of customer service, not only from the chiropractors themselves, but especially from the individuals working at the front desk.
Typically, I have encountered employees who are kind, courteous, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, that consistency came to an abrupt end today.
I happened to be in the area and decided to visit this particular location. My interaction with an employee named Haley was disappointing, to say the least. I was genuinely surprised by her curt responses and what I perceived as an unnecessarily dismissive attitude. It was certainly not the level of professionalism or courtesy I have come to expect from The Joint Chiropractic.
In fact, the interaction was so unpleasant that, despite having already checked in online, I asked Haley to reverse my check-in. At that point, I no longer had any desire to receive services at this location. That alone should speak volumes about how uncomfortable and unwelcome the experience made me feel.
What makes this particularly unfortunate is that I have visited numerous locations and have never felt compelled to leave a negative review until today.
While I continue to appreciate The Joint Chiropractic and the positive experiences I have had elsewhere, I can say with absolute certainty that this is one location I will never return to.
Customer service matters, and sometimes a single interaction is enough to leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately, today’s impression was anything but positive.

I’ve been dealing with neck and back issues for years and was so grateful they were able to get me in for a same-day appointment. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before the adjustment. I’ve been to other chiropractors who struggled to adjust my neck and back, but he got it on the first try. I felt immediate relief and walked out feeling so much better. Great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s very unfortunate that nowadays, a lot of businesses, don’t understand the value of genuine customer service. I started going to the joint and started with a chiropractor that did a very good job. He took his time and was thorough with me and he listened to what I needed he worked out a specific plan for me because I have two rods in my back.
When I went back yesterday and walked in to ask for him, they explained to me that he was no longer with the joint. I went ahead anyways in good faith to get my back worked on and this chiropractor that I had never been with before I will not name his name on line probably took about eight minutes five to eight minutes with me, and when I asked him if he had looked at my plan that was recorded in the computer he started, jumping in and comparing himself with the other chiropractor I had been with.
I respectfully looked at him, and I said this is not about you. It actually is about me and the kind of treatment that I need for my body and back. That is why those notes are in the system. I respectfully shared my feedback and explained that I thought it was a very big mistake to have let go of the chiropractor because he was absolutely amazing. He listened. He communicated well. You could tell he really cared about his job and the kind of service he was giving.
For me, organizations that let go of people like this, it says some thing about Integrity. Organizations that treat u as another number in the que, are ones that clearly do not care about people and I will not frequent these places, and I don’t believe other people should tolerate it either because it’s these types of organizations in our country that have completely undermined the values of our communities, and the people that live in them.
After I shared that I didn’t feel like I got the right treatment that day that I needed I then proceeded to pay the $55 out of pocket. And the chiropractor that I spoke to which was also a manager over the clinic, didn’t seem to have any care or concern for my experience and that also says a lot.
PS. I will a 100 percent address concerning experiences online that I have with a business. The good experiences I have get my business and many referrals along with positive reviews. Pretty typical.

There’s a different chiropractor every time I visit and it’s frustrating bc some of the doctors are new and don’t know how to adjust properly. I left yesterday still feeling the same as before. I had never seen this doctor before and she didn’t talk me through anything. She adjusted my neck before giving me time to take a deep breath. This could seriously injure someone!! I also wasted $79 last month bc the receptionist failed to tell me that my monthly renewal was coming up the following week. So I literally paid $79 for one adjustment.

Dr. Eric Gebhart did the BEST adjustment on me today. I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and chronic neck pain/stiffness & frequent migrianes. I actually decided to pick this location on a whim because I didn't enjoy my last adjustment at another location. I'm always cautious of my neck. WOW! He is great and SUPER knowledgeable in his area. If you are nervous or suffering from neck issues he did extra education to master adjusting the upper spine/neck/skull area.

I stopped by on a recommendation from a friend. I suffer from extreme lower back pain and needed some relief. I went in not expecting much. I mean how much can an alignment really help? As soon as I got there all I seen was this bright gleaming smile from the little guy that worked the front desk. His name was Bryce and he was extremely helpful. Bryce swore to me that Dr. Drake was gonna “fix me up”. I honestly didn’t belive it was gonna do much. Dr. Drake proceeded to get to work and to my surprise when he was done my back pain was almost completely gone!!! If I was to apply a # to it I would say I was 85% better. I woke up and had trouble walking to my car.. When I left the office I could run 5 miles. I would recommend this office to everyone. From the moment you walk in Bryce’s warmth grips you. He has a genuine gleam in his eyes that just tells you everything is gonna be alright. From there Dr. Drake works his magic and since I’ve been a patient my quality of life has dramatically improved.

I was extremely impressed with everything about The Joint. The receptionist is very nice, welcoming and thorough. The doctor is very personable, knowledgeable, and caring. Simply put, they are both amazing. The Joint does not require an appointment, which is very nice for those who have an extremely tight schedule. They even stay open late! The prices are very affordable. They take care of everything quickly and efficiently. They are clearly concerned about their patients. It is amazing how quickly they can get you in, taken care of, and get you out. And you will feel much better after your session. I recommend going in as soon as possible.

I never believed in this mumbo jumbo..but after my visit that all ended. I recently threw out my back playing basketball with my 6'4" 14 year old nephew. I was standing crooked for a few days and was told, by a stranger on the plane ride back from New York, that chiropractic care has worked for him. I figured I'd give it a try. I'm in car sales at Gullo Ford and needed a quick fix. I'm on my feet all day. Upon my arrival to The Joint, I was greeted by a lovely, informative lady named Courtney. After my visit with the doctor I was feeling A LOT better and ready for work. Courtney set me up with a small, inexpensive package that I continued to use throughout the week. It’s the BIGGEST scams you could ever buy into. Chiropractor is not that expensive, it is about $40 a visit maybe even a co pay but that is for a 30 minute session where they do professional work. Here you will walk in, fill out paper work for 20 minutes. Then go to the back, spend maybe 15 minutes talking with the chiropractor and get adjusted. Maybe they listen to actually what hurts, maybe not. They do simple simple cuts king and not give you focused time on your areas that hurt. Then you go to the desk and they guilt you into a 2 month plan contract. You get a free friend pass tho! So what do you do? You take your friend who obviously just wants a one time visit, so no paper work right? Wrong! They have your friend fill out the paper work, then you watch them do the exact same treatment on your friend even tho he has neck issues and you have hip issues? Then they give your friend the same exact treatment plan try to lock your friend into the same payment plan. And when you friend declines you just see the look snap in the desk lady from “yes you give us your money, and we give you anything” to “oh you are not giving us your money? Well I am going to not make eye contact with you, look at the computer and still try to be nice to you, but honestly the door is right there. Take the trash out while you are walking.” DO NOT BUY INTO THIS PLAN, GO TO A REAL CHIROPRACTOR WHERE THEY ACTUALLY FOCUS ON YOUR NEEDS AND NOT TRYING TO PUT YOU INTO A TWO MONTH CONTRACT.

I hadn't been going to the chiropractor in over a year and the last few months my hips were just hurting so bad and I was limping because of it and needing to ride in the electric cart at home Depot etc so popped in to the Joint today because my granddaughter goes there and I took her for an adjustment which reminded me!! I have been a customer of The Joint Magnolia for a year now, the least I can do is write a review on how amazing this place is. This establishment saved me from agony, pain, surgery, and life in general. I came in a year ago with a major sciatica problem unable to walk almost, didn’t know what it was at first but I knew this was the worse pain I had ever experience. As a last desperate attempted for relief my mother had mention The Joint, so I went not expecting much: I was WRONG. In less than five minutes, because that’s all a session takes, I had more comfort and relief then I have had in the past few months prior. The more I went and still go the better I felt and still feel, a year later I cannot even tell I ever had that kind of pain from day one. One feels welcome every visit, as if you are a part of a family, and everyone is always very helpful and very caring. From Courtney in FOH keeping the process going smoothly and professional while always smiling, and Dr. Gary (Doc to me) in BOH taking care of business always concern asking “How are you today? Any pain? Anything bothering?” with a big smile hoping he doesn’t hear anything to bad, but if he does then the smiles goes away and the “I’ll take good care of you” look rushes in. There are some doctors that come and go, but they have ALL been very amazing as well so no complaints from this end. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN AT THE JOINT!!!

I rarely leave 1 star reviews and I had previously given this clinic 5 stars when i joined over two years ago because the clerk ask me to, however there is a particular doctor name Drake, every time i have seen this doctor at this clinic or another clinic he has always given an objection when it comes to treatment and does absolutely the bare minimum, thats why i hardly come to this clinic and only come when the wonderful Dr. Heather is there but unfortunately today my luck this guy was here. I feel more tense coming out of my adjustment that feeling relieved and relaxed. Ill make sure to call before i stop by at all the local clinics just to avoid this doctor. Not a genuine doctor at all!!!

After 10-14 days of lower back discomfort I started looking for a place to have my back adjusted. I have heard a bunch of commercials for The Joint talking about how different they were from your conventional chiropractic center and I figured I'd give it a try. I was extremely pleased with how true that really was. I walked in with no appointment, filled out all the first time visit paper work and had a short chat with the Doctor. The Chiropractor explained each adjustment before hand and from start to finish I was not there for more the 25 minutes. I was extremely happy and plan on getting adjustments much more often than I have in the past. it took all the hassle out of getting an adjustment.

Please use caution going to a place that strives to give you the biggest crack as a win. June 13th I went in for an adjustment. I was having issues with my neck and had gotten an MRI. I shared results with the chiropractor. I was managing the pain and stiffness for a month at this point with Tylenol/ Motrin / massage / adjustments. June 14th the day after this particular adjustment I woke up feeling really stiff. I tried to lay and stretch and could not get off the floor. My life has completely changed since this day- I started having severe spasms, numbness and tingling and extreme pain all down my left arm, shoulder and neck. I was barely able to function from the severity of the nerve symptoms. So far I have gotten two spinal steroid shots which has helped slightly. I am now following with with a neuro -surgeon and will most likely need surgery. The female choir that day was very rough and aggressive in her approach compared to the others I had seen at the Joint. ( huge crack on that left side of neck) Corporate refused to refund me for a month I never used. I had to get two letters from doctors saying I could not continue and also go in person to cancel the membership. I share my experience to caution people to not go for that quick in and out crack that the joint offers. If you have any issues with slipped/ bulging/ ruptured discs so don’t go to the Joint! If you really want to try out chiro pick a place that spends time doing traction, electric pulsing etc. I learned my lesson the hard way and will never ever see a chiropractor again.

I have been coming to this location for a while and loved Dr. Warner but she got moved twice the distance. She was already out of the way but now she's too far to travel almost an hour to get to! I've had pain for a while in my low back and sciatic nerves. I came in yesterday and the Dr. Was thorough, caring, kind and spent time with me. I woke up this morning able to get out of bed without terrible back pain. While I am not "healed" yet, I am confident in them because I finally have some relief after only one visit. Chiropractic care has been around for a very long time. All the new gadgets and bells and whistles... I don't need. I don't need to pay out the nose for all that when basic chiropractic care is more than enough. Affordable and they know what they're doing. So happy I gave them a shot.

I’ve been a chiropractor patient for 30 years. After traveling in to town with an abnormal hip pain, I advised the doctor that my right SI joint was out of whack. He then felt around and said no it’s not. He then proceeded to pretend to adjust me here in there without effectively moving anything. It was the worst visit I ever experienced in my life. Such a waste of time and when I really needed some help. He then proceeded to treat me like I was a virgin back pain patient. I have Sacro Iliac Hypermobility Dysfunction and “KNOW” my right side need an adjustment. He didn’t even adjust my hips. I actually walked in with a pain of 7 and exited with a higher pain of 8. Very disappointed
Unfortunately my solid chiropractor, Dr.Rawlins at the Joint in the Woodlands was unavailable so I was hoping to find a backup. Don’t waste your money with such an important need. Drive to the Woodlands on Six Pines drive, it’s way worth it!

I came to the joint while pregnant because I was having back pains. The chiropractor I had was wonderful, and made me feel much better. I was only able to come in 3-4 times before my doctor put me on bed rest due to high blood pressure issues. I called them to cancel my membership and was told I can ONLY cancel by coming into the office to fill out a form. I reminded Tiffany the receptionist that I am on BED REST and I cannot come to the clinic. She said she would give me a call back. Now the only way I can cancel my membership is to have my doctor fax over a letter stating that I am medically unable to continue receiving chiropractic treatment. MY MIND IS BLOWN!!! They are very pushy on getting you to obtain a membership, only to make it close to impossible to cancel (Unless of course you can get to the clinic.)
The chiropractors are wonderful, but my recommendation to you is DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP! I've now paid $187 for 3-4 treatments that will not be refunded.

The Magnolia location is my favorite location of The Joint locations I’ve been to in two states. Dr. Hanley is my favorite chiropractor with her knowledge, expertise and compassion. She has gotten me through several acute pain episodes. She is a great member of my healthcare team. Dr. Embley is also a favorite. His experience, skills and knowledge of his staff are impressive. She answered all of my questions about the paperwork thoughtfully before and after my first session I signed up for. Dr. Embly was also very helpful . He was thorough when he explained to me the problems I was having and was also very informative when I asked him questions about it. The time it took for my first session to end was about 10 min. Trying to get answer with my questions about 20 days because they gave 3 free visit but after 4 visit they started to charge.The reception girl so unprofessional and always lying.They are not providing manager’s contact to talk.I am so mad with this service.
Hello, still no answer.The receptionist lady is looking at me and saying that nobody talk to her and any apologies on her mistakes.So rude services.
