    Oh gosh! I went yesterday and I had my neck adjusted for the first time since I have been always scared of doing it but my sleeping poster and daily stress got me and I desperately needed relief. If you want a one-on-one in a room with a chiropractor, it's not for you. They do their techniques in the same large room with others and advise you around others. I am satisfied for now.     I went to the McAllen location and for the first visit, I was seen in less than 5 minutes and was told I needed 8 sessions, so I signed up for the monthly charge thinking I would get help with my back. So, I went to a second visit this Monday and it was less than 5 min again and I felt that nothing was really done. Is it the location I am going to or are all locations that way? I am so unhappy with this company and not impressed at all. Now I cannot get out of the 2-month charge until February. This is money I do not need to spend especially since I am not getting what I thought I paid for.

    Maybe a good place but it was my first time there on 10/13/2022 and it was not that great the lady that was doing adjustment only spend with me like 3 minutes I spend more time in the waiting area than the bed maybe because I’m a larger than her she was not able to do it correctly because I have heard the dr do great job she did not even touch my neck she just did twice my hip that was it. I might think she was tire cause I went at the end of the day I was the last one. I was not impressed.

    Great place!! Office staff is very nice and friendly. There were 4 people in front of me and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. was wonderful and the adjustment really helped me. I felt relieve right away. I really recommend this place.

    I visited of this location today, 06/28/2022 at or around 0910. Upon entering I realized I did not have my key tag with me. Front desk reception located my file using my date of birth and asked for my telephone number. Services were rendered by the provider. On the way out I was advised by the front desk that there was an amount due. I asked for what? I was advised this is a very old account. I advised that is not possible, I have a flex plan. This started to have me wonder why the doctor said I had not been seen in over five years. So the front desk brought up an old account when I used to live in McAllen. The provider was looking at an old account with no progressed services rendered. This explains why the provider had minimal work to complete. I current live in San Antonio And have seen The Joint less than 30 days ago. The front desk representative was able to find my current record and ask do you want us to use the same card on file to bill for the services. I quickly asked bill for which services? She said the $19 for the flex plan and $19 for the date of service. I stated it should be $15 for the date of service she said oh yes you’re correct. But I did advise her the $19 flex plan was already paid for the month. I should not have an outstanding balance. Her and her colleague became very rude in trying to explain to me they need to charge me for today’s services. Which I understood because I’m fully aware of how the flex plan works. I don’t appreciate their representatives making me feel incompetent and providing their provider an incomplete chart. To be honest with you I will never visit this location again with this type of staff. Very egotistical, unsupportive, not empathetic nor sympathetic. I should be be credit for my incomplete services due to the front desk incompetence.

    Came here for the first time , and I love it. Doctors are great , staff (front desk) are awesome and make you feel welcome. However, for my first session (special offer) they only treated me the most for 10 minutes. After that I purchased the 2 month package and thought they perhaps focused more on the area of injuries due to the subjectives and objectives made . Today I went again, and it was exactly like the first session. New Doctor, gather objective / subjective and then readjusted me from head to toe (just like the first one). Although it felt great, I would of thought they would focus on the areas of pain/ discomfort or even take longer for the treatment . It only lasted 5 minutes. I will make sure to let them know in person, but as for now I’m satisfied.

    I didn't catch the name of the doctor, but he did a very good job of explaining to me what my potential issues were. I felt comfortable the whole time, and I was scared of seeing a new chiropractor since I've had bad experiences in other places. I felt some instant relief and understand that the solution will take more than one visit. The deal they have for first time clients is great. I intend to continue going as long as I need to then probably once monthly or as recommended. Keep up the great work! I appreciate the help and affordability!

    Great place for your body adjustment!! I've had 4 visits so far and each one has been so great. To start off, the front staff have always been super friendly, professional, and very helpful. Check-in is always super easy and very fast. As for the chiropractors, I have seen 2 different ones, Dr. Allen and Dr. Hernandez. Both have been super professional and really took the time to listen to my needs. They are both very efficient, friendly, and professional. I am currently 8.5 months pregnant and have experienced headaches and neck/back tension. They both have been so helpful in readjusting and realigning my body. I can really feel the difference as soon as I walk out and I sleep so much better at night. Dr. Hernandez did some hip work on me and I can walk so much better now!! No more discomfort!! Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I've been to other chiropractors, but what I like about this one is that they take walk-ins, are affordable, and there's no hassle with insurance, which I find super convenient.

    Was not satisfied with my adjustment… the older gentleman was just asking me questions on my career and when he was finished I told him I still had some pressure on my lower back and he just told me to walk it off?

    Do not bother going to this location. Just opened and already having problems. I usually go to one in mission, tx and regret going to this one. Waited half an hour for two people who were in front of me. Then when it is suppose to be my turn they skip over me. Girls in the front could care less. I told them i was suppose to be next and they expected me to wait for two brand new members who walked in 20 minutes after i checked in until i would go. No apologies or anything. Be warned. All of this upset me so much I cancelled my membership immediately after. You’re just a number.
