I have been paying for a membership for the McKinney location for about a year. They have had many chiropractors come in and out of that location for the duration of my membership. For the past several months their current staff of chiropractors could not even get my neck or back to pop. Honestly most of the times I left feeling worse than when I came in. For this reason I decided to pause my account to wait for the next wave of chiropractors to come through. I was told when I requested to "pause my membership", that they had just drafted my account, so I had 4 more visits. I used 2 of the 4. Each of my last 2 visits the receptionist kindly reminded me of how many visits I have remaining. Yesterday I came in hoping to see a new chiropractor and fulfill one of my remaining 2 visits. I was greeted by a new receptionist. She attempted to check me in and told me I had no visits remaining. I said she must be mistaken. She very rudely said I must not understand the membership agreement. Said my last day to redeem my visits (That I paid for) was 3 days earlier. I explained that the other receptionist didn't let me know I had an expiration date. She rudely let me know too bad for me. I asked for a Manager to discuss this with. She said there isn't a Manager. I will never step foot in this place again, and make sure that I let everyone know that ask for recommendations. This is the 2nd time in my life to leave a bad review, as I am very difficult to upset. That receptionist needs some serious training.

Dr. Mary-Ann was incredibly rude. As soon as I walked up she looked uninterested and annoyed. She rudely asked me questions and was upset that I didn’t automatically know when I last had hypertension. She then chastised me saying that what she was about to do wasn’t going to do anything and sent me on my way with out any directions on when to come back. I feel disrespected and upset that I wasted money.

Worst experience ever, made me wait for 30minutes in pain and asked me to go to urgent care after filling paper work.. Receptionist is so rude and the staff are not even communicating in a professional way...will never ever return or suggest this place to anyone

I originally went to The Joint because I keep having a sharp pain in my upper back. It turns out I had a rib out. I felt SO much better after my first adjustment at the age of 39. I signed up for the monthly service because of the great affordable care. I had no idea keeping my spine in line on a regular basis would help with so many other ailments in my body. Since my regular visits my chronic lower back pain is much improved. i no longer get headaches in the back of my head. My posture is much better and whenever I get hurt or tweak something the chiropractor is usually able to do some special adjustment to help speed the healing.

Drs Osifo and Lippe are AMAZING! I have scoliosis and drive over 2,000 miles a month for work. Their adjustments have relieved so much tension and discomfort I am so grateful. Dr Osifo has gone beyond adjustments, she’s recommended excellent vitamins and anti inflammatory that I’ve taken for months now and love. Every time I have a headache or stiff sore back I know when I come in the problem will be fixed.
2 BIG things - that have been helped.
1. I had A terrible pain in my heel/lower ankle - the doctor was able to fix it after a couple of visits. The heel had been a problem for months. It was corrected after 3 visits.
2. Lower back- I hurt my lower back - could hardly walk it took about 4 visits and it was corrected.

Ride horses competitively, so the weekly work in the saddle impacts my back and neck. Each week the doctors adjust me. I came into The Joint because of a stiff neck. I had never had chiro care and was nervous to get adjusted. The staff and doctors were very nice and helpful. The doctor walked me through everything she was doing and put me at ease. The adjustment was good and I felt much better the next day., I had no pain. I would definitely refer my family and friends to The Joint.
