Dr. Ramos knew chiropractic was his calling after witnessing the impact it had on his own family. I went in with an appointment. Was there 30 minutes early was there for waiting for 1.5hr and nothing people coming in and going. They didn’t explain anything to me upfront or that I had to wait to go back there with new or not new patient. When I expressed my frustration the sensitive manager refused service instead of trying to get me in. I was rude she said so I made sure to be rude on the way out. There’s no point of making an appointment. Manager sucks

I went here a couple of weeks ago. I went in a Sunday afternoon. It was busier than I expected. The two young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and inviting. Once I got everything filled out I was taken to the back a few minutes later. There were two doctors working were very nice and very informative. I listened to them talk to other patients since this was my first time. The older gentleman gave a lady alternatives because he was not able to assist her. I ended up having the younger doctor. He really sat and listened to what I told him was going on with me. He popped my whole body. It felt amazing. He even made my neck feel better. I have herniated and bulging discs in my neck from a car accident years ago. My neck gets stiff. Since he popped it, it hasn’t gotten as stiff as it used to. I was also having some issues with the sciatic nerve in my left leg. He popped my hip and most of the pain went away. He also told me to stretch that area. He also demonstrated the stretch that would benefit me the most. As I left the session, one of the young ladies gave me good information about the treatment that the doctor suggested and the plan that would best fit that recommendation. She wasn’t pushy. I didn’t get the membership before I left, but I am going to go back and get a membership to hopefully get more relief and keep it that way. I would absolutely recommend them. Just know that if you are new, you should arrive before 2:30pm. I’m not sure if that applies through the week, but that was the case on the Sunday that I went.

This is my go to place for an adjustment but my recent visit wasn't a pleasant experience. I got to the back very quickly and was greeted by a staff member that I never even got their name. The adjustment was way too fast and honestly painful. No questions was asked other than the general area of my pain. The visit didn't feel sincere and made me feel like a bother. Had me very confused why I was rushed when I was the only individual there at the time.

I was told that Texas state law requires a medical release from my doctor before receiving chiropractic care because I have epilepsy. After checking the actual law — Texas Administrative Code §75.17 — that statement is false. The rule clearly says chiropractors must perform a proper evaluation and refer patients if the condition is outside their scope of practice. It does not require a doctor’s release for someone with a history of epilepsy, especially when the treatment sought is for ordinary joint or back pain. I’ve had chiropractic care for years without any issue, but being misled under the guise of “state law” is unacceptable. If you don’t feel comfortable performing a procedure on someone with epilepsy, just be honest about that — don’t hide behind a fabricated legal excuse. Integrity and transparency matter. They ran you through TOO fast. Both my husband and I went in separately and both came out with the same experience. Different chiropractors and neither of them took the time to actually help. Just where are you hurting, worked on those target areas and go. I’ve never been to the joint where it was so impersonal. I recommend going to the one in Odessa.

I haven’t been here for a year and a half. Not one single time. They have continued to charge my card to this month despite 3 cancellations, talking to their investigator, and after having my credit card refund my money twice already (about to be three times). DO NOT come here unless you want to have to cancel your card or continue to pay for services a year and a half later despite wasting an abundance of time trying to get the issue resolved to still have it be an issue. It takes gross incompetence or unethical business practices to not correct an issue after this many attempts. After having an investigator contact me, admit they received the cancellation and didn’t do what was asked and then refuse to cancel the money they did charge, they then continued to charge more instead of cancelling the service and correcting the mistake. They appear to be both battling both incompetence and shady business practices.

March 10, 2025 was my first time going to crioprotector about 4 to 5 days before I was in excruciating pain from lower left back all the way down my left leg due to an injury that had happen in June or July of last year at work. 4-5 days ago I wasn’t not able to get very much sleep was hard to do my daily task at home I wasn’t in tear through out the day. Yesterday was my first visit and the youn lady who work on me seemed to be very genuine by the way she listened to me explain my pain to the work she done to information she provided me. I walked in with a cane nearly able to hold my self up and not able to sit for more than a min or two. I walked out of there able to sit longer and stand walk a little bit longer. Can’t say I’m completely pain free but I can say the relief I felt through out the day and was able to sleep. Today March 11,2025 I went in again and the gentleman who worked on me was able to pop my neck on my left side as it was very hard to do so yesterday and when I felt it I felt a little bit more relief down my back and my leg. Everything he did was fairly quick but helped a lot. They all have been kind from the moment I walked in from the desk to the back. It’s rare you get that kind of treatment now a days. So all in all I have to say I am very satisfied and I will continue to go to them each time. 10 out of 10 I would recommend .

I have a primary care chiropractor, but he is closed on weekends. I needed some relief when one of my ribs slipped out this past weekend. They were quick, yet professional. The initial visit was only $29 and that included my adjustment. If I didn't have a primary, I would definitely have signed up to continue care with The Joint. The staff was friendly and kind. I am thankful for the relief. Highly recommend to at least check it out!

Very quick to get in and treated. Had a neck problem that went awhile mostly right away but did come back fully an hour or so later. This place is not like midland chiropractic. They do know what they are doing but it's like comparing a chair massage at the mall to a licensed massage therapist.

Had to cancel my monthly membership and The Joint Chiropractic keep my monies for the month that I canceled. THIS IS THEFT and I don't recommend companies that steal from clients. Very disappointing. The ladies in the front are very nice. My neck was injured by one of the doctor's and had to seek a physical therapist.

I just went today and I immediately noticed the beautiful decor and professionalism of the receptionists. Like master jugglers, each person in the crowd was assisted in the language they needed, effectively and kindly. I was able to sign in on my own pace and get seated/in line in about 15/30 minutes, and the experience itself was magical. My whole back and life was realigned and afterwards I was offered not 4 but 7 sessions for like 108$ flat without a military discount. Felicia if you’re reading this I can’t wait to be a regular and thank u for the opportunity to spread the gospel of The Joint, 10/10

We love our fam at The Joint Chiropractic in Midland! We've been coming here for years and have always felt like family. They helped me endure pregnancy and have helped us with so many issues from sciatica pain, neck pain, lower back pain, scoliosis, migraines, and sinus issues. They are always so welcoming and helpful! They don't accept insurance, which means chiropractic care is actually affordable for monthly maintenance. It is strictly chiropractic-no physical therapy or x-rays here. They are open 10-7 during the week (M-F) and are open weekends too! No appointments, just walk-in whenever you need an adjustment, plus there are Joint's EVERYWHERE so even if you're travelling, you can get adjusted if you need it! I highly recommend going here!

Very good at what they do I haven't felt this good in a long time. There hours are great, the cost is very affordable and there always open when I need to go. I never had to wait long at all and everyone is super kind. There the best chiropractors I've ever been to and I highly recommend them. UPDATE: It's been a little over 2 months of going and I keep feeling better each visit. Been going about every 2 to 3 days and plan on keeping this schedule until they tell me otherwise.

Last week we got there at 10 til 200pm and they were locking the doors.. said they were going to lunch.. I didnt come back that day.. today.. I was sitting here at 240pm and they put a sign on the door late lunch.. be back at 330pm.. so I will sit here til 330pm.. then I will be canceling my membership persay.. I have to be somewhere at 400pm.. so I wont be getting an adjustment today either .. they make whatever hours up that they want.. some of us make arrangements to go.. their female "doctors" suck.. my last visit was a waste..maybe 5 minutes.. she used a massager on my back.. I can get that at home.. twist.. pop.. done..

The membership is affordable & SO worth it. No long waits! The team members make each guest feel important & remembered! usually walk in chiropractic care has high turn overs, but not this place. I saw Dr. King throughout pregnancy & postpartum and he took care of me well. When he isn’t in i visit Dr. Walker. They cater to adjustments perfectly and are helpful (not you’re typical “quick fix”)

Update… 2-10-2024 I have experienced that last few months better customer service. I think the doctors are more thorough lately. Depending on what time you go the wait can still be a little long, but it’s worth it. I always less tense when I leave! For the most part it’s a quick fix… some of the Doctors get you in and out like it’s a chore. I get it. Some doctors are more thorough, and sitting in the waiting area witnessing this makes me feel like I’m getting less. I understand they are focusing on previous visits and ask about certain s problem areas however some check everything as to where some just seem to pop your neck and wham bam thank you ma’am, that’s it…. That was my last visit… literally 2 minutes with the Dr. And that’s being generous.

My husband woke up on July 1st, with severe pain and barely walking. This clinic was one of the few in our area that is opened on a Saturday. After his first visit he was some what better. He has had several visits since then. He always talked about how he liked all the staff and had no complaints. Fast foward to this week, Monday July 17th, I woke up with a little upper back stiffness. I knew my husband was going after work so I decided to tag along in hopes of having an adjustment. We arrived around 6pm, neither of us realizing they stopped taking new patients after 5:30. We completely understood and had no hard feeling. The sweet receptionist offered me new patient paperwork to take home and fill out so i could return at a later time and not have that hassel. Today, I left Odessa at 4:55 pm to drive almost 20 miles to the Midland location. Unfortunately this is the closest location to us. Once arriving in Midland, the terrible 5 o'clock traffic made the arriavel time at the clinic at 5:32 pm. I walked in and explained the situation and said i understand I am 2 minutes late but i drove from Odessa and didn't realize the traffic would be as bad as it was. They refused to see me. The doctor actually said if there were to make an exception me, they would have to make that exception for everyone so I would have to come back at another time and he would give me new patient paperwork, which I already had in my hands and filled out ready to go. There was litterly the receptionist, doctor and I in the front waiting area, no one would have known. My husband pulled up as I was getting back in my car, he asked why I was leaving so soon and of course I told him what they said. Unfortunately, he promptly went inside, didn't get an adjustment and cancelled his membership. To say the least we will not be returning.

Everyone here has been super friendly and helpful. I've had a really hard time with my back and legs and Everyone has been very nice and gentle. I had an issue with my husband's card being charged instead of mine for my subscription and the receptionist (Gabrielle) was super sweet! She apologized, but it's no fault of hers. Just like many of the people before me with low rating of this place it was a pointless experience. I filled out the paper work and wait for over an hour to watch literally over a dozen people come in and go before me. At one point I was told I was next and the watched 4 more people go ahead of me. It’s not explained you are of no concern to the company if you’re not a returning client. Returning clients at best wait 10 minutes. You welcome and encourage walk-ins but you don’t value you them. I suffer from on going back and shoulder pain easily me and my wife could have become reoccurring clients.

I was in so much pain. I waited outside the doors for them to return after lunch. I was 3rd in line. I filled out paperwork and was assured It wouldn't take long. I waited 1 hr while several patients came in and out. Including new patients. I was desperate for relief which is why I went. To become more tense while i witnessed so many others recieve treatment just made it worse. I guess you get what you pay for. There is no such thing as a quick fix. Quality care takes time. I'm so bummed still in pain and now I'm upset. Literal insult to injury.

My husband has been twice to The Joint. Once last Saturday and then today Tuesday. Saturday he got turned away because they only take new patients until 230 and he got there at 3. There was no one there but him, yet they stated it was a new policy. Okay, no big deal. She told him to come back today so that’s what he did. Went back and someone was ahead of him. As he was waiting, she was explaining the whole new patient process to this person, signing him up, getting him in as a new patient. He goes and has a seat and she tells him the doctor will be with his shortly. Now it’s my husbands turn. He tells her he was there Saturday and she told him to come back today. She says oh - yeah I remember I wrote it down right here. She proceeds to tell my husband the doctor can’t see any new patients today and she can schedule him an appointment. Ridiculous.

Recently went for the first time. Had minor pain in rib area and was curious if chiropractic treatment would help. The chiropractor who saw me made me very uncomfortable when he spoke about how 9/11 was an inside job and how COVID could be treated with a .03% hydrogen peroxide treatment. He focused the attention of his treatment on my lumbar area and I walked out feeling uncomfortable and with increased lumbar pain. Also, my rib was never treated. He then tried to sell me on more treatments (their monthly subscription). Won’t be going back

The people where very nice, even when I wasn't so nice due to being in a lot of pain. I was a first time customer, the only issue I had was when I looked at the web site for opening time, I read that you could make an appointment or walk in. It was late when I looked at the site so I went up there as soon as they opened only to be told very nicely that I would have to make an appointment since it was my first visit. At this point I got a bit upset cause I just wasted time and fuel. I think the web page should state this so that other new patients will know that they need to make appointment. Other then that the workers were very nice and gave lots of info. I do recommend this place. The prices are nice on the pocket and you still get great quality service.

So I went to the Joint to get a adjustment. I have been there a couple times before, it was the same old thing, same back crack everytime . But on Sunday , January 31st, 2021, I decided to go get a adjustment after a massage , and the joke of a chiropractor, who acts like he is a doctor , did a movement on me, and I have not been able to walk since. I have now had to go to physiotherapy, to the doctor and also 2 trips to the emergency room. Now back specialist. I will never recommend, nor ever return to the Joint again. It is a hack job place with hack chiropractor s, they are the worst office I have experienced.

Made an appointment, waited for everyone in the lobby that was there before me to go, had 2 people come in and go before me. Then a gentleman walks in and Iis told it'll be a while because the dr is going to see the new patients first. Then 5 min later they jump him before me too. Decided to leave after being there for an hour after my scheduled appointment wasn't sure what the purpose of setting an appointment was.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Dr. McKnight took time to understand my situation and recommended a treatment plan. I must say that I feel much better after my 1st visit. This location has an open concept which does not provide much privacy in the treatment area. This is a little different but certainly not a negative aspect. I will be going back.

Everyone was really nice. This was my first time going to a chiropractor. I was a little nervous but they explained everything to me. Explained in detail why my back was hurting the way it was. I wanted to cry afterwards because it was instant relief. I felt great for the first time in a long time.

All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had chiropractic work done, but after one session, I felt the difference. My hips were so badly aligned, I believed my legs were very different lengths causing pain. My husband and I signed up for the monthly program, and overall the prices are VERY affordable. We are super pleased with The Joint.

I did not have a good experience. I went in with a pinched nerve that was hurting me and I left feeling the same way. One chiropractor worked on me and couldn’t get my back fixed so another chiropractor there worked on me. He was better, but unfortunately could not get my back in. I went to Dr Sykes at Sykes Chiropractic and he got my back in immediately and I finally have relief!!

First off, I was glad it was a walk-in clinic...I desperately needed to get in same day for an ear infection going on for a week and could not seem to get in anywhere that I called. I'm also really picky about my chiropractor/chiropractic needs (moved from another state so hadn't found one yet) and wasn't too sure what to expect from The Joint. I could barely hear anything because my ear was so clogged so I was nervous to go in because I know how frustrating it is to communicate with someone who can't hear. Everyone in the office went out of their way to talk with me and make sure I could hear them- so nice, caring, and understanding. And the adjustment was exactly what I needed. There was not immediate relief in my ear but soon after leaving the office- it began draining more and by the afternoon my ear started opening more and I could actually hear better. It is not completely cleared out yet but I will be going back til it is back to 100%! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I would really like to give a 3.5 but rounded up because they just opened and have some kinks to figure out. Very nice, clean space that is very open and inviting. The wait time for new clients was longer than I expected because everyone with established care goes in front of you. What I thought would be a fairly quick visit turned into a 45 min visit even after my paperwork was filled out and turned in. Once your name is in the system, it’ll be faster, I’m sure. Desk staff was friendly and consultation with the doc was thorough. I thought the prices were affordable too. So, check them out, but plan accordingly!!
