    I have been extremely disappointed with the high turnover rate at the Midlothian location. Whenever they bring in a chiropractor who understands how to properly adjust someone with my condition, they seem to leave or get transferred within just two to three months. This constant turnover has caused me significant emotional fatigue and frustration. I have hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), which requires a chiropractor who understands the condition and knows how to safely and appropriately adjust patients with it. Finding a chiropractor with that knowledge and experience is not easy, so when I finally find someone who can meet my needs, it is incredibly discouraging to have them leave so soon. Dr. Black was an excellent example of the kind of chiropractor I need. He understood how to work with my condition and was amazing at what he did. Unfortunately, just like others before him, he was transferred to another location within a few months. In September, I purchased a new package specifically because I was assured that Dr. Black would be staying at the Midlothian location. Now that he has been transferred, the new chiropractor is unable to provide the adjustments I need. This leaves me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after making a financial commitment based on the understanding that I would continue receiving care from someone qualified to treat my condition. I would appreciate a resolution to this ongoing issue. I need consistency of care from a chiropractor who understands hEDS, and I do not feel it is reasonable to continually start over with new providers who may not have the necessary knowledge or skills to treat my condition effectively. I have requested a refund of the package purchase in September to continue my treatment with Dr. Black, but since is is no longer there, I am unable to obtain the necessary care required to manage my condition.

    Since Silverman left this clinic has gone so far down hill and I ended up in cedar hill with the good Joel not the bad one that doubled at both cedar hill and Midlothian and now that they ran him off to just Sundays at cedar hill I tried Midlothian again since it’s my home base and it’s literally the worse adjustment I have ever had. Soon to cancel my membership since they can’t keep the good ones at the locations.

    True story, I was getting ready to cancel my membership because previous chiropractors would just rush you through without results. Dr. Black took his time and addressed all my issues! I’ve never felt better. I immediately called my husband when I left my appointment and he went right away and had the same incredible experience and even purchased a membership. As long as Dr. Black is there, we will keep coming! Augustin was very pleasant and friendly, great customer service, and he answered all my membership questions.     Normally I walk in, get an adjustment and walk out. Not today. It is sit and wait then sit and wait. I walked out and another person walked out without an adjustment.     The Joint Chiropractic facility in Midlothian did not disappoint. The moment I opened the door I was greeted by Mrs. La Resa. She was very pleasant and took her time asking and answering my questions. The intake process was seamless and didn’t take long. I was seen, evaluated and adjusted by Dr. Joe. He felt caring and was comfortable. He asked questions and gave a great assessment for my concerns. My adjustment was great and the treatment plan was explained and most importantly the price was right. As a veteran it felt good finding a place that understands what we have been through. Veterans do get a discount ( chef kiss)!

    We have been coming to this location for about two months. We have both literally seen chiropractors all over the country. I personally think that my first chiropractor likely saved my life. Both of the chiropractors Joe and Eddie are excellent. After a treatment for my plantar fasciitis I literally left feeling like I was walking on air which had never happened in 30 plus years of chiropractic care. The new receptionist though I have found on the two occasions that we have encountered her seems to be pushing the app for some reason. This is likely as the company is pushing her to do so. We simply have no interest in another app on our phones.

Dr. Joe truly stands out. He takes the time to explain not just what he’s doing, but why, which made us feel informed and confident in our care. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The fact that he travels between locations also makes staying consistent with treatment much easier. After just one adjustment, I already felt noticeable relief from tension and a migraine. That alone speaks for itself. We’re looking forward to continuing care with him three times a week. Highly recommend.

    I visited Dr. Joe today with complaints of migraine from my neck being out. It tends to get this way if I don’t come in often enough. Dorian checked me right in, provided excellent service and care regarding my current condition so that was appreciated.     Unclear Billing Practices and Poor Follow-Up I recently discovered that The Joint Chiropractic charged my bank account $80, even though I believed I had canceled my membership. I was later told my account had only been placed on a three-month hold and would automatically resume afterward — something that was never clearly explained to me. When I reached out for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. I was advised to speak with the doctor, who was new but did his best to help within his limits. The front desk staff was polite, but I was also told the owner couldn’t be contacted until Thursday, even though this happened on a Saturday. While I appreciate the courtesy of the staff, this situation left me disappointed. Better communication about membership policies and more timely access to management would go a long way toward improving the patient experience.

    I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Joint Chiropractic, especially with Dr. Silverman. I woke up this past Monday in excruciating pain. I dealt with it most of the day until Tuesday morning it had become unbearable so I called for an appointment.     I have been seeing Dr Silverman and Wellness coordinator Delaney for a couple years now and had a couple problems with my knees which I could not believe but it was because of my hip alignment and they fixed the problem and I have never had an issue since with my knees. I still continue to visit The Joint on a regular basis for adjustments and I am amazed at how professional the entire staff is and how much better I feel.     I went in w tightness in lower back due to being in an orthopedic boot for 10 weeks. I thought for certain it would be a process to getting relief. Gladly, I was wrong!!     I went in with a lot of pain - back spasms. Dr Silverman listened to everything going on and treated the spasms and other issues I was unaware of because of the pain.     I had bad joint issues in my body. I thought all of this was because I was getting older. Nope. It was a car accident a few years ago.     This is, by far, the best location out of any of the Joints. Best staff, who are courteous, genuine, and caring. Best adjusters…I’m not lying when I say this but every time I get adjusted, it holds through the week, rather then me having to come multiple times or go to various other locations. Cleanliness is a 10/10. Highly recommended you make this your home/permanent location.

    This was my First time to Ever see a Chiropractor in my life and Dr. Silverman is Awesome ! He is a good listener and explained what he was going to do in detail before he proceeded with any actions during my first appointment, which made me feel more at ease. Jay is also Wonderful !     I wasnt sure about going to a franchize Chiropractic office. But I just moved to the area and my back needed some attention fast with all the box moving and bending over Ive done. It was a very convinant location for me too. I was pleasantly surprised to find a caring staff and good care and a great price.     Disappointed, I’ve been going to other joint locations without issues. Going in for right hip soreness, a single upper back adjustment was done. I told the Dr that usually more is done. I was told that according to his assessment, this is what was needed. He asked me “what do you want me to do?” I had to ask for hip drop and legs pulled. Ultimately, I need to go to a different Joint location. I am having more pain than when I walked in. I am thinking there is was a lack of experience.

    Awesome experience so far with Dr.Van! A couple adjustments and I was hooked! He was able to adjust my rib back into place, and released weeks of pain in one second! Very knowledgeable, professional, and funny!     If I could leave zero stars I would I know that this is a new office and they're still trying to get things put together. But I came in as a walk-in had an email was told that I wasn't able to be seen. So I made an appointment for the following day I came in to do the exam which was emailed to me as a coupon stating that it was a free exam then was told that I would have to pay which wouldn't have been a problem but the way that the staff handled the situation was very unprofessional and the fact that I drove twice to this office and was rejected both times was very disappointing. I even came back after was told no the first time and the second time I came back there was no staff and they tried to deny me again and then after that ended up denying me anyways and not accepting my voucher.
