I've been going to this location for a few years now. I like their extended hours that work well with my schedule vs traditional chiropractors who typically close up at 5pm. The price point is the lowest I've seen and I used to work in billing for a chiropractor. I typically get adjusted by Dr. Bennett. The first two times he adjusted me I was still in pain. I realized that was my fault, not his, for not speaking up. The next time I went in and he adjusted me, I quickly voiced my concerns and where I was still hurting. He listened and did a few additional adjustments. It's been about a year or more now and I'm glad that I spoke up because I've never felt better.

My last appointment was August 4. The doctor who adjusted me was older with salt pepper colored hair. He did not say his name. Immediately after my adjustment I stood up and stumbled and almost fell down. He said I would be sore for a few days. I was in excruciating pain and muscle spasms in my necks before finally going to the emergency room a week later. I still have dizziness and am unable to drive or function sometimes. I notified the office via phone and on my cancellation paperwork. No one has ever contacted me. I am swimming now in almost 2k in emergency room bills before even seeing a neurologist. I do NOT recommend whoever this doctor was as well as the practice which didn’t even reach out to me when I reported injury.

This was the WORST chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. I tweaked my back moving furniture, and came here because my regular doctor isn’t open on Sundays. The woman who adjusted me was rude, had zero bedside manner, and no compassion for my pain. The website promised a consult before the adjustment, and the woman I saw didn’t do this. She just told me to lie down on the table without asking me any questions about my pain. I asked her what kinds of adjustments she would do, and she regarding me with disdain for having asked. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a doctor before! It was as if she was annoyed with me for asking what she would be doing to my body that’s in pain. Her adjustments were rough and painful and she made little effort to make me feel comfortable. I seriously regret coming here. My pain is worse now than when I came in. I cannot say this strongly enough: stay away from this place!

I had a pretty rough & tumble childhood. Various injuries and accidents were adding up. I had accepted living with constant pain by 30. Thanks to Dr. Garlington, I don't have to. Dr Bennett and Dr Garlington are GREAT unfortunately their corporate set up is horrible, when their system is down near renewal time, they will CHARGE you on that date no matter what, most cant afford that to happen.. so cheers they got my money. i wont go back

I shouldn't have waited this long to review. The Joint and especially Dr. Bennett have saved me on a couple of occasions! 2018 we were about to leave on a trip. The week before, I thought I was going to have to cancel because I was in tremendous pain in my back, leaving my left hand slightly numb, along with sciatic issues. I would not be able to do all of the walking on my trip. Dr. Bennett worked his magic and in two visits I was as good as new! I was shocked because I was thinking I was needing surgery.
Recently, I wrenched my back and had been out of commission for four days. If I had only seen Dr. Bennett sooner! I was barely able to swing my legs into the car, get into bed, walk, sit without horrible lower back and hip pain. I followed his suggested treatment at home and now I'm back to normal.
I have insurance that will cover a chiropractor but I won't use it because I only want to see Dr. Bennett and The Joint!

Dr. Bennett is amazing and has truly been a life saver for me. I have neck, back, shoulder and hip issues and the pain can get extreme. i'm a veteran of 14 years, with a back injury from the extensive driving of heavy vehicles (18 wheeler, 5 ton, etc.). 2 years ago, I couldn't walk straight anymore. I believe chiropractic care is an essential part of a healthy life. I sit a lot for work and Dr. Bennett at The Joint re-aligns my whole body so I'm not stiff and achy. My husband and I started coming to The Joint when they opened in March of 2016. We figured we would give it a try for 1 or 2 months. They were so awesome we stayed on their program. What we love about The Joint, besides the great doctors, is that they are open 7 days a week and we don't need an appointment. :) We are happy campers.
